Just pay attention. Not that it’s anyone’s problem, but now that my kid doesn’t have her noodles that I definitely ordered her, she threw a fit. I called and they had no solution. Tried contacting the driver for Grubhub and they ignored me. I get my money back in like 5 days wow.. all this because of a careless worker? Thank goodness my 3 year old can comprehend that even adults can be completely delusional and don’t pay attention to what they are doing! Just do better, y’all!! 🤦‍♀️

The food was good, but the AI drive through is super clunky. The actual person who gave us our order was great, although she seemed a little overwhelmed. Regardless of your viewpoint on replacing jobs with AI, the drive through bot is incredibly annoying. It sounds like it is allowed to say a few different corporate lines, and then interrupts you to ask if you want anything else. Its also very bad at inputting things efficiently. We ended up getting the drinks separately from the food which makes it cost more. If you are going to cut corners with AI, don't have it customer facing, and instead have it do something they are better at. A well trained AI could be used to assist with the ordering process, but dont let it do the important jobs like talking.

Y’all got to do better with delivery orders. There’s no reason every time I order delivery, it’s delayed 25 minutes or more because the order is never ready at the store. Got served chicken and fried rice that was not cooked all the way, on top of that had dig thru my trash becuase the store manager wouldnt give a refund unless i had receipt, and had to drive back to receive said refund. Ridiculous not going back.

I went in and compared to o the last time we was there, it was worth the cash and we got enough to fill us all up on. This time the workers barely gave any food. Very small amounts for the same price and very little food. The girls seemed to be a little uncaring and just not good service. If they are there the next time I go in. My family and I will eat elsewhere. Also once we had got home with our order we noticed they had never add our fortune cookies to our bag of food. Not a happy person at this point.

Why is there never any white rice? More than 3 times, around dinner time we have been told there is none. Not sure what the problem is, running out, not making any, or what!! Very disappointing!

I will never ever visit this location again! After a year of living in the area I decided to give this Panda Express a try, once home I discovered that the Chow Mein was dry, tough and overcooked! It tasted like old, reheated Chow Mein. I paid the extra $1 for the honey walnut shrimp, and it was soggy and also did not taste fresh. I was hungry and my entire lunch was ruined money down the drain! Not to mention corporate has not replied to my complaint. This is unacceptable!

This orange chicken at this Panda Express location has never been great, but two out of three times I would get good food. The last few times I’ve been there, I haven’t finished my meal. Today, I only ate half of it. The chicken pieces have increasingly gotten larger and are about three times the size they should be (compared to other Panda Expresses). The chicken is often dry and sometimes has parts that aren’t edible. I actually gagged today. I really hope the manager sees this because they must be losing customers! I will never go back. UPDATE - one year later: I haven’t been to Panda Express in over a year, but came in late after traveling and thought I would give it a shot. I was told at 9 PM that they were no longer making orange chicken for the evening, which is an hour and a half before they close! Horrible management

Ordered delivery. Website was misleading and I did not know the delivery was from door dash. I have been waiting 1 hour. No updates except to tell me that it will take longer. I hate Door dash. It is the worst delivery service ever. The delivery time keeps passing and then 20 minutes is added to it. I literally could have walked to get my food. I won't ever use Panda Express again. The "delivery" is extremely misleading. I would have NEVER ordered if I had known the delivery was from Door dash. Someone owes me almost $70.00. Will be filing a BBB complaint against this business. Oh and I called the delivery person from Door Dash, no answer from my call. The time just updated again to 30 minutes longer. I suspect at this point that I won't get the food I paid for. I will dispute this from my bank. 06/29/2024 - gave this place another shot tonight because my kid wanted some. Waited 15 minutes for unseasoned dried out rice and noodles and old and burnt tasting Beijing Beef. I will never go here again, shut the doors on this abyssmal location.

3/16 @1pm. We came to have lunch and we got fried rice. My husband said honey is ur rice hard. I took a bit the first one was fine i took that 2nd bite there were some hard spots as if the bottom on the rice that gets stuck and hard was mixed in. I walked 2 the cashier and told her. thats when i see the manager who was wearing a black shirt grab a plate 2 see for her self. I then grabbed the hard rice in my hand and told the girl 2 touch it she said sorry. Im sorry but not every bite was hard so we ended up taking it off our plate. The manager did not walk up to apologize. she went 2 the rice and just mixed it up.
