This place completely saved our family get-together's breakfast! I called only minutes before closing and the lady took my big order and said she would hold the door for us! Also gave us some complimentary pastries! Definitely will be returning to this store! Breakfast burritos and donuts were a hit!

I've been in NTX (Denton county) for decades and this is the best donut shop EVER for traditional donuts. You have to take your kids! They make the best character donuts

These are the kindest ladies in DFW. Since moving here, we have been religiously going to this shop for spinach bake for months now. We are in LOVE with their spinach bake - probably the best ones I have ever had in my life. Also, their donuts MELT IN THE MOUTH when you bite into them. They're astonishingly delicious. PLEASE try this place out and enjoy their treats - you will not regret it!

Ordered some happy birthday donuts and they came out great and tasted even better! We come here often and never had a bad experience. The ladies are wonderful. I saw a family in front of me and their child wanted a ring on a donut she did not want. And the lovely lady took the ring off the donut and gave it to her. They did not have to do that. But she made the kids day because she was so sad and then she got the ring and was so excited. I can’t talk this place up enough to do them justice. My suggestion is check them out. You won’t regret it

This family-owned gem is amazing. I am more than happy driving the distance (I'm from Dallas) to come here for their fresh donuts and just the praiseworthy service that goes above and beyond every visit. Their donuts are tasty and fresh, but their service is what makes me highly recommend this place. Absolutely adore the staff, service, and their donuts!!

I was in desperate need of a minion donut. I popped into two other shops and both didn’t have any! I made a call to see if any were available and the owner was so accommodating and made two for us! It was so sweet of them and really saved my butt :)

Oh how we love the cronut holes!!! They are a perfect combo of croissant flaky bread and donut hole style. Be sure to stop by and try them out!!!

I don't know if it's part of the service, but the lady that gave us our donuts grabbed me fresh glazed donuts. She's my personal hero. At least for this week. There wasn't a donut left over.

My son and I have Friday donut day every week and always go to Yum Yum. They remember us by name and always go the extra mile. We love this place!

Ran out of the standard chocolate and glaze donuts at 10:30. Didn't even warm up my kolaches. Went there before and a worker gave me free donut holes and the manager got onto her for doing it.

As opposed to some of the previous, my personal experience is different. The lady that always takes orders is less than pleasant and unwelcoming. She is very terse/curt; never with a smile on her face. Everyone has bad days but I’ve been several times and it seems it’s simply her demeanor. One example of my experience: Once i requested a larger bag to hold my multiple smaller bagged items, she then proceeded to abruptly place the plastic bag on the counter instead of opening it to assist me, and proceeded to take the next customer’s order while I’m still standing at the small counter in front of her trying to get my items in the bag. That was simply rude. To me it felt like… you’ve paid, now leave. I’ll be getting my donuts elsewhere from now on where customer service matters.

I’ve been here 2 times and both times were awful. My donuts were stale. Every time I go the donuts are stale. And they make you spend $5 if you’re using your card which is illegal.
