I have been coming here ever since their south congress location opened. By far the best Cava location in Austin with the most fun staff who can joke, but always work hard and always will ensure you are taken care of. I randomly stopped by Cava recently and everything was better than I expected. The staff was welcoming, and seemed genuinely happy to help me with my questions. They walked me through the options, gave solid recommendations, and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. The food was fresh and flavorful. It’s one of those places where you feel full and good afterwards. Overall, Cava is a place to stop by for something quick and delicious. I’ll definitely be going back.

The night manager and crew are amazing I work as security for the paramount theater and eat here when I can they are so great . Great customer service and the food is amazing me and my dad love eating here . I did order a bowl and the rice was hard yesterday but I went today and they apologized for the mess up and fixed my order it was delicious tonight I will always keep coming to cava on 6th street again the manager n crew were amazing n so friendly they deserve a raise they work hard and make sure I feel so welcomed.

Cava has some of the highest quality bowls I’ve had at a fast food establishment. Honestly it rivals the quality of sit down places as well. A highlight for me is the dressing flavour and how many different sauces you can add to your bowl. I like many flavours and textures in my food so this is my top choice. It’s also a super healthy food option without sacrificing flavour. I go about twice a week and it’s always a really consistent experience.

Cava is an INCREDIBLE! We came on our first day of our trip and it was so delicious, we’ve been back every single day! The food is fantastic, so fresh, flavorful, and great portions. It doesn’t leave you feeling horrible about yourself since it’s all so fresh and clean. Love their chicken the best! Huge shoutout to Cole, I think he’s the manager, he recognized us coming back in each day and was made us feel very welcome and taken care of. We seriously need one of these in Vegas—please expand!!

I work for Uber Eats and recently had the pleasure of encountering Jordan, a CAVA worker, twice during a pickup. His positive attitude is truly infectious and always manages to brighten my day. The CAVA establishment itself is one of the best I’ve ever visited.

Ordered dinner on the Cava app and they use DoorDash for delivery. I ordered a grain bowl with half saffron white rice and half brown rice, grilled chicken, humus, tzatziki, persian cucumbers, kalmata olives, crumbled feta, pita crisps and Greek vinaigrette on the side. I also got the free side pita. I ordered double cucumbers, olives, feta, and pita crisps. Visually it looked fantastic. It tastes better than it looks. So Delicious! The bad news was the extra longggggg delivery time by DoorDash. When texting with my driver it was obvious there was a language barrier. I think DoorDash allowed the driver to pickup multiple deliveries from multiple locations because I was tracking his movements and this Cava is one mile away from my location but the driver actually drove around three+ miles before arriving. When he arrived I asked why was there such a long delay and he didn’t speak English. I highly recommend not using their delivery service. Next time I’ll pick it up myself. I gave 5 stars for the Food and 1 star on Service which included delivery. I didn’t rate Atmosphere because I didn’t go to their store. I gave 4 stars for the overall score.

Let me start by saying that I love cava. That being said, this a busy location- parking is crazy and it is also packed. Because of that, placed my larger order online with a pick up of 11:30a(bc I needed to take it to another venue for lunch). I arrive at 11:35 and did not receive my order until 11:49. Severely understaffed, my order should've been ready, spent over half an hour waiting for my online order. Why are these workers only prioritizing walk in orders, they are negligently ignoring online orders with zero priority. Spending 45 minutes beyond the pickup time is unacceptable and won't be returning to any cava.

This is the most disgusting Cava I have ever had. I LOVE Cava and get it weekly, however this location… do not do it especially on DoorDash (even with Dashpass). Apparently they think they can slack if you order online. They forgot over half of my toppings including the dips I wanted on it, the Pita and chicken was cold and hard, did not give me any of my dressings. I have sugar problems and really needed to be able to eat and it tasted so bad I couldn’t bring myself to eat it. So disappointed and will go back to the Westlake location any day over this one. :(
