We loved the Rebecca and Steiner Rolls. What a great place to eat. Love that it's local open and clean. Also ate Sashimi for the first time, it was mind blowing how amazing it was.

Tried Cho Sushi Japanese Fusion near my residence for the first time and had a nice experience. We ordered a mix of fried and non-fried rolls, and the sushi was fresh and tasty. Paired it with a Diet Coke, which worked out great. I also liked the vibe of the place – cozy and inviting. Overall, good food and atmosphere. I’d definitely go back again, and yes, I’d recommend it to sushi lovers in the area.

Stopped in for dinner last night while in town. We the chirashi, king salmon ceviche, katsu chicken, and a bottle of Wandering Poet sake. The service was great and the food wasn’t bad. The chirashi was sliced thinner than most places and the tuna wasn’t bad but not super fresh (you can see the color and breakage/deterioration of flesh in picture). They were out of King Salmon and I approved a replacement with the lower grade salmon used in Sake nigiri. For me (everyone has different taste) the mix of ingredients didn’t work and perhaps the fattier King Salmon would have completed the mix, such as the truffle oil, better. The katsu chicken was good and came atop a nice bed of mixed vegetables. Sauce on the side would have been better in serving style so breading doesn’t get soggy. The sake bottle our waitress recommended was excellent. Very cute space and nice menu variety!

Food was unique and tasty. My husband and I love sashimi. The portions we big and fresh. The salmon felt like butter melting on your mouth. So yummy. 🍣 🍣

Food was good, service was good although the red bean mochi tasted like it was old it wasn’t soft at all rather of freezer burn due to it not being a popular flavor. Def would give it another shot once In town again

Good local place in Austin for sushi. Not many rolls on the menu, but they have their own flavor. I'm a spicy roll person, so the geisha roll hit home! Definitely recommended!

The food was very good and some dishes are really well presented. It is nice to see the cooks next to the tables while you eat. The service was not great though.

First time visiting this place...The food was good. Service was decent...We had to wait a bit before we were seated even though the restaurant was pretty empty. We also had to ask for refills on our drinks, but overall it was a good experience.

Unfortunately, this place has gone downhill in the last 3 years and continues to hit new lows. The menus smell like wet socks. The Bentley roll has microwaved beef on top. The service is always slow - don’t get the flaming thing they wrap in aluminum because it tastes like burnt aluminum. Overall - I hope they get it together but if not hopefully something new comes in soon. And they forgot my son’s meal. It didn’t come until everyone else finished eating.

Wow this place has gone downhill. I’m not one for negative reviews, but the sushi is almost inedible - the shrimp, eel, and tuna taste like they sat out for a week. Service was slow even though there was only one other family. Cho was good back in the day, it this was just horrible.
