Must see weekend evening spot for lovely music and door/ outdoor seating. I frequent this place to grab a beer and just chill while listening with some lovely live music over the weekends. There are a variety of seating options both inside and outside. Great spot to chill on a good weather day.

We made the most of Happy Hour at Ellis coming 3 times for drinks over our stay in Austin. We enjoyed being able to sit outside and enjoy the live guitar player as well as a lovely weather. We had both cocktails and beer and all were lovely.

So good! It's a small glass enclosed triangle bar with quality classic cocktails and some added flair. We ordered an Old Fashioned and liked it so much we got another round. The bartender recommended trying it smoked the second time so we got cinnamon smoke. 🔥💨 It was really fun and we had such kind service which only stands out more as Austin grows. Thanks for a memorable visit!

Been here a few times for happy hour. Fair prices on the happy hour menu. Love the outdoor patio seating and the indoor seating at the bar. Lots of good eateries nearby. Will keep coming back for sure! Instagram: food_and_travel0

I've been wanting to try this place for so long, and I finally got to yesterday! The bartender, Val, was great. Super friendly and easy to talk to. She put together a whiskey drink for me based off a few different things that I like. I'm so happy that I finally got to try this place, and I'll be back!

Shout out to Kaleb who knows how to make a mean old fashioned and skinny margarita. Everyone I met there was eager to understand my preferences and friendly. Always such good vibes!

Nice place to hang out and have a drink in downtown. The selection of beer is not huge but adequate. the best part is the nice patio under a huge tree.

Stopped in for happy hour and had an “espresso” martini. It was made with cold brew. Ew. Also really bad 80s music (there’s plenty of good 80s stuff to choose from). Lovely patio and friendly staff.

There was one bartender that completely ruined the experience for me. I was overcharged $10 for my drinks, and she refused to show me an itemized receipt. Also, they play elevator music, and it was very chaotic and hard to get service even when there were only a few people sitting at the bar. I can't recommend based off that.
