We came into Austin from our ranch in Central Texas. We live in the middle of nowhere and were craving steak and chose y’all. We weren’t prepared, under dressed, no reservations and got in immediately. The food was honestly the best we’ve had in a while. The cocktail and view were great! The music made us feel right at home, good ol' country! I grew up in Leander off 1431, first time ever coming to the Steiner Ranch. Definitely, will be back! Zach, our server, was friendly and attentive!!

Been here for over ten years and finally made it out to SRS. Fantastic Sunday brunch!! Will definitely be coming back. Service was great, server was very attentive and made my wife’s birthday special!! The food was excellent and a great value for the price. Prime rib, and eggs Benedict was done perfectly. The selection may not be as vast as some other places but what they do serve is high quality and delicious, not cheap and trashy. Atmosphere is very nice with beautiful views from the large windows. Don’t forget to try the stuffed French toast.

Went there for a family dinner. We had a great server named Luke. He was very personable and friendly. He made our dining experience even better. The food was delicious as always and everyone had a great meal. Definitely recommend for great food and service. I would recommend asking to have Luke as your server.

Great food with a stunning view! The staff was quick and accommodating. The food was excellent although my husband said his ribeye had way too much gristle and fat for his taste and that is saying something as he usually loves a good amount of fat on his steaks. He would pick a different dish next time. My braised Short ribs were fantastic, falling apart with a fork tender with a beautiful gravy on top. The cherry on top was the bread pudding, best I've ever had! We enjoyed the experience overall.

I recently celebrated a special occasion with a party of 10 at Steiner Ranch Steakhouse. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. Our waiter, William, was incredible—attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. He made sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was top-notch. The food was nothing short of spectacular. Each entree was cooked to perfection; I had the Steak Diana and my husband had the Fried Elk and both of our entrees were incredibly delicious. We also had several of their appetizers and desserts, all were delicious. We were also pleasantly surprised by how quickly our meals arrived—only about 30 minutes after we ordered for a party of 10 on a Friday night! The large portions were more than enough to satisfy everyone, and I don’t think a single person at our table managed to finish their plate. Even though we couldn’t see Lake Travis due to it being late at night, the low lighting of the restaurant created a warm and intimate atmosphere. Their menus were easy to read, even in the low lighting, as they light up upon being opened. We were seated at the back of the restaurant and the floor-to-ceiling windows showcased the stunning lights of the Hill Country. We had a reservation for 7 PM and were seated right on time, which is always appreciated. Steiner Ranch Steakhouse has definitely earned its five stars, and I can’t wait to return for another amazing meal. Highly recommend!

This was divine. True to their aesthetic in everyday, this restaurant has managed the perfect balance between anchoring their ranch/cowboy roots while successfully elevating the dining experience to a chich yet comfortably warm and inviting level. That magical bread they serve at the start of a meal was crafted by angels. The appetizers are fresh and prepares yu well for some of the best entrees I have had in the state of Texas. Their wine list is as enviable as it was delectable. Their live entertainment is well managed so that conversations at your table are easily possible while you enjoy the performance. And the staff.... Amanda is absolutely amazing, as is Manny and the rest of the team we had the pleasure of interacting with when we visited. This was our first time at Steiner and JJ was our incredible server! My girlfriend has celiac and JJ assured her that she was in good hands. She handled the entire dining experience with such care and genuinely the sweetest server we’ve ever had. Her assistant Chris was also just as charismatic and lent a helping hand in our experience. First time in, very pleased with the entire restaurant. Great atmosphere for any special occasion. Dined in for Valentine’s Day event with Matthew, and glad they offered both a pre-set menu, and regular menu. NY strip cooked perfectly. Matthew was fantastic, took us on a quick tour of the restaurant before seating, and guided through menu options perfectly. Excited to return and try the outdoor bar patio.

Everything was wonderful and especially for a date night. My husband and I had the most perfect table outside on the edge facing the sunset. The misters and fans were on, the band was playing, it was the perfect night time summer temperature outside and the bug screens were a giant bonus. The food was fantastic and the drinks were delicious. The crab soup was amazing and the grass fed/hormone free filet was excellent. We will be back and plan on bringing out of town guests!

Good evening! Just came back from your restaurant, utterly disappointed. As someone that has lived in Texas twice, I was really hoping to enjoy a Texan steak because you always hear about how Texas has the best steaks. My parents were visiting from out of the country, and they were here for 10 nights, this being one of the closing out meals for them and I was really hoping to take them somewhere amazing because I read so many reviews about this place. Unfortunately, had the polar opposite of an amazing experience. Edit 9/7 I worked with Jason Bailey, to help fix my perspective on this place. He and I made several messages to where he promised me a wonderful time to make sure I get the full experience of what Steiner ranch can offer. I just had an off night Saturday night experience, where you can’t always win in every operation, because perfection cannot always be achieved. My birthday dinner was absolutely beautiful with me and my friends. Daniel was exceptional at making sure we were taken care of in every regard. He was charismatic and very thoughtful. It’s a level of service I haven’t had in a while! The food was absolutely incredible. The buffalo quail legs were very tasty, a very interesting buffalo sauce interpretation. I had a Caesar salad, to my preference there was too much sauce, but nonetheless an enjoyable salad. I also had the monthly special, which was a 22oz bone in ribeye with chimicurri butter as well as bacon wrapped shrimp. It came with mashed potatoes that were covered in cheese and I think pork bits? It was very nicely put together, but for some reason I couldn’t finish it. We had desert, we ordered a desert trio and we made a substitution for the bread pudding to be a carrot cake for my friend. Funnily enough, we had a free bread pudding coming (unknowingly) that said happy birthday for me! All the deserts were absolutely delicious! Sometimes it can get hectic on the weekends, but trust me when I say this place is worth it, amazing staff and management, great food, and an amazing location. This is one of my favorite places. Certainly one of my very favorite steak houses. The atmosphere is outstanding. The service is second to none. And the food is always outstanding. We came here for Valentine’s Day today and it was perfect. Our server was Matthew. He was awesome and so were the other folks who sat us, filled our water and stopped by regularly to pick up empty plates or just check on us. All outstanding!!

I just moved to Austin from Dallas, and I’ve been very disappointed in the food I’ve tried so far since moving to Austin…. UNTIL Steiner Steak house!! Wow was I so blown away. Started with the crab-cakes & pork belly. My hubby and I went for V-day so we had the special. Everything I ate was a 10/10! The band was also a huge hit!

Lareaux was an amazing server. It was my first time visiting Austin and a friend recommended this place. The patio seating had heaters for us to enjoy the view during the cold weather. Food was amazing and service as well. Lareaux was very patience with us and explained the menu very well. It’s amazing !

Me and my lovely family of 4 (Wife and 2 little girls) went to this fine dining experience and first off let me say the food was immaculate. But my favorite part of this fine establishment was the service. Me and my wife Becky, met this handsome young gentleman Jake Schmitt. What a kid let me tell you, best service we have had in years. My little girl dropped a plate and broke it and with out making us feeling guilty immediately came to help out no complaints. This kid needs a raise ASAP!

I live in South Austin, and this was definitely worth the drive! Chloe, the hostess was incredibly sweet and helpful when I first arrived and sat me in a great spot on the patio. Joe, who waited on my table had impeccable timing with bringing my food and drinks out. Loved that he was extremely knowledgeable with the menu. Tony, another staff member was awesome and showed me the best spot for taking photos. Steiner Ranch brings amazing talent every night of the week! Who doesn’t love good vibes! Great live music and dance floor. Can’t wait to come back with more of my girlfriends 😁 Oh and I’m a huge dessert, goer and they had yummy desserts on the menu!

Went here for our 34th wedding anniversary. Had reservations for 5:30 and it was quiet and not crowded at all. Food and service was great! It is expensive but you get what you pay for. Great for special occasions.

We dined there this past Saturday, February 28th. I want to personally “thank” Suzanne, our waitress for her service. This is not our first time being served by her. Her generous smile, hospitality and welcoming us makes the atmosphere so inviting. The food is always exceptional delicious.

Food was great as always. Been here many times with the family and never a disappointment. Best chicken piccata in town, and the service is top notch. Our waiter Lareaux was on top of things drinks stayed full and table stayed clear but without the constant interruptions. Very professional. Recommended to anyone who hasn’t tried this place, you won’t be let down.

First time here, we enjoyed the Valentine’s pre fixe for one and then ordered from the regular menu. It was a great selection to share from. We had dinner last night while grieving the loss of my friend’s mom, and our waiter Chase showed an incredible amount of kindness and empathy. When he realized why we were there, he treated us with such care and sensitivity throughout the entire meal. At one point he briefly shared that he had also lost his own mother. The way he did it was so thoughtful. It never felt like he was making the moment about himself. Instead, it simply made my friend feel seen and understood during a really painful time. It honestly brought tears to my eyes. Chase struck the perfect balance of being attentive, respectful, and genuinely compassionate. His kindness made our night and we won’t forget that.

We had such a great experience at this steakhouse! From the moment we walked in, we loved the vibe of the whole restaurant — it’s lively, welcoming, and just a really fun atmosphere. The outdoor patio is especially awesome and makes for such a great dining experience. The lobster mac and cheese was absolutely amazing — rich, creamy, and packed with flavor. It was easily one of the best we’ve ever had. My fiancé ordered the steak and hasn’t stopped raving about it since. It was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. Our server, Danielle, was fantastic — attentive, friendly, and made the entire evening even better with her great service. Recent visit to Austin i had the opportunity to try out Steiner Ranch Steakhouse. This restaurant is AMAZING! Beautifully decorated, lovey views of the area and the staff are top notch especially our server Danielle who greeted us in the most kind and friendly way, helped me navigate the menu with my very limited diet and ensured every detail was taken care of. The fried asparagus was absolutely delicious and our steaks, "cowboy ribeye" were cooked to perfection and totally melted in your mouth. We shared dessert as we were so full and satisfied from an amazing dinner but who can pass up chocolate? Triple chocolate martini and a earthquake brownie! The perfect end to a perfect evening. Thank you for a wonderful evening!

Awesome dinner experience, Awesome view, nice decor. Most importantly the Ribeye was delicious, cooked and seasoned perfectly! Definitely one of the best I have ever had. Did I mention the mashed potatoes? So good! The seafood tower appetizer was an impressive display as well delicious. To end the night my favorite dessert the chuckwagon cheesecake did not disappoint! The service was awesome, Danielle is very professional, her attention to detail is impressive and her kindness left me feeling like I was visiting an old friend.

Wonderful experience! Our first time visiting Steiner Ranch and it exceeded our expectations. Beautiful restaurant. Upon arrival our server Danielle immediately made us feel welcome. We started with the pork belly & crab cake appetizers and they were delicious! We then had the she crab and French onion soup as they are two of our favorites to try when dining. For dinner I had the filet Oscar style and my husband tried the wagyu. Phenomenal and so flavorful! We also had the Joel Gott Pinot noir at the suggestion of our server and it was a perfect pairing! What a lovely dining experience. We hope to be back next time we’re in the area and will be sure to request Danielle. Her service and expertise made the experience even more enjoyable!

We came for our anniversary and we knew it was gonna be a little busy but services never felt that way! We were really impressed with the whiskey book as my bf loves whiskey and I loved the Limoncello Martini from the cocktail menu! We love Steiner Ranch Steakhouse and go as often as we can. This particular time we were celebrating are adult kids birthdays. Sean our waiter was amazing. First word WOW! Second word MARVELOUS! From the host check in to the server to the food to the ambiance. A group of 8, and the accommodation seating was perfect! We went to the back by the band and the fire pit and took pictures. I have a few dietary restrictions and our server Ricky definitely accommodated with a smile. I can't even put it into words how good the food is. We are from DFW and we are already planning a new trip to return back to the steakhouse. The girls love their steak and meals. Literally no complaints! I had the Florentine Salmon and honey it was the best!! The rice and i subbed the green beans for veggies Literally the shrimps were huge and meaty and worth it!!! I can't not wait to come back. Honorable mention the biscuit is to die for truly!!! Soooo sooooo goood. We had traveled to Austin to do some shopping and afterwards we decided to stop for dinner. I told my husband I was in the mood for steak. We googled to see what was close- and bam The Steiner Ranch Steakhouse was the one we selected based on our location. We showed up as we were and immediately realized we probably were underdressed however, they seated us within 5 minutes and the whole night was perfect. From the amazing service by Chase our server and the other staff bringing us drinks and checking on us as well as Manny the manager bringing out the whiskey cart for my husband and special tequila for me and presenting my AMAZING A5 Wagyu 8oz steak with certificate while it was raw to make sure I liked it… the whole night was perfect. There was a pianist playing next to us on a grand piano since we were seated indoors. They did have live music on the patio. My husband had the ribeye special and it was also incredible with jumbo bacon wrapped shrimp. We both had asparagus and he had some incredible loaded potatoes with pork belly. We left there feeling completely spoiled. What a perfect night thank you for such a wonderful surprise of an evening!

My party and I went to Steiner Ranch Steak House for a birthday dinner on Jan 10th, our experience started out amazing with the hostess who made sure that we had a wheel chair accessible table for one of the members of my party. She did not make us feel like we were in anyway inconvenient because of our needs. Which was so kind. I checked 5 mins early for our reservation and we were seated within 10 mins of our arrival. We had J.J. As our server for our dinner party and she was awesome! She was kind, personable, knowledgeable about the menu and took great care of our party! The food was perfect, steaks and prime rib were cooked to perfection as well as the sides. They also left a very sweet birthday card that was signed by many members of the staff. All in all our experience at Steiner Ranch Steak House was amazing and we can’t wait to go again for another special occasion.

We had a huge party of 38 tonight. The servers Danielle (so professional and kind!!!) and Anthony were outstanding, I would give 100 stars to them alone! The food was amazing and the steak was cooked to perfection. The crème brûlée was the best I’ve ever had. We’ve ate here plenty of times and each experience we are blown away with the wonderful service and delicious food. This restaurant has got top quality on every level happening. The hospitality, service and establishment is great. As soon as I walk in Anthony as my omelette custom design the way, I love it . Best tasting omelette I’ve ever had and I’ve traveled the world over in Asia and Europe !!! Anthony’s omelette is exceptional. I recommend Steiner Ranch Steakhouse, to all my friends and family!

Our experience with our group of 15 was excellent! The ambiance, service, and food were nothing short of superb! I will be returning when we visit Austin next time! Everyone enjoyed their meals. I can’t remember if we had appetizers but I know some guests had the porter house steak, and some had the bone in ribeye. The country fried elk was AMAZING!

We celebrated our 16th anniversary. We chose to sit inside and were virtually alone. It was very beautiful. The staff were very kind and acknowledged our anniversary. Our server, Josh, was very attentive to our needs and knowledgeable of the menu. Even though we sat inside we still had a beautiful view of the lake. We will definitely be back.

We were so pleasantly surprised by our experience at Steiner Ranch Steakhouse! We came in for their Sunday brunch (10–3) and honestly didn’t expect it to be that good—but wow. The selection was great, and the chicken piccata was absolutely delicious. Our waiter, Zach, was super friendly and welcoming, and his recommendation for the triple chocolate cake was spot on—it was phenomenal and the perfect way to end the meal. The views of Lake Travis were breathtaking. We must’ve come on the perfect day because even though it was a bit chilly, the heaters on the deck and the cozy campfire made it feel magical. Sitting outside, enjoying great food with those views, was such a vibe. Amazing food, great service, and unbeatable scenery. We’ll definitely be back!

The prime rib was perfectly cooked and the sides—especially the lobster mac and cheese—were standout additions. Zach provided excellent service and was very attentive. f you’re looking for a memorable brunch spot with great food and an unbeatable Hill Country backdrop, this place is an easy recommendation.

So I get it. Its a piano lounge on the inside and a soft country bar outside. Got a reservation. We were 5 min early the lovely ladies at the counter said it would be 5 min. You could tell we weren't the "regulars" and probably 7-10 different groups were seated before us. We ended up being seated 50 minutes after our reservation. The ladies would be like you guys are next and a 4 top would come in and be seated before us. Table service was great. Waiter was a young man and we were sitting on the inside. Date was Sept. 25, 2025.

Amazing experience! I went on a Saturday evening to celebrate a birthday and I am beyond impressed with the quality of the food, service, and atmosphere. We were attended with such care and consideration, the hostesses had signed a HBD card for my partner and even the waiter and manager themselves (shoutout to Manuel) came by and wished my partner happy birthday! So kind and considerate. With this in mind the pacing of our dinner was impeccable- I am grateful for William and his expertise in this space as he ensured our dinner didn’t feel rushed as went through the courses. He was an amazing server and was very patient with us as we reviewed the menus and was very helpful when it came to answering clarifying questions regarding the menus. Finally his hospitality was also great! He also got us the banana bread HBD dessert with enough to share which was very kind and thoughtful. To be transparent this place is not cheap and I’m unsure if they run special promotions time to time but ultimately this was an amazing dining experience which I’m grateful for! Regarding the food, here’s my takes: 1) Crab Cakes: You get two and these are truly stuffed with crabs and remind me more of a crab pancake vs cake by how it’s a lot more crab than the “cake”, you get value out of this option but again don’t expect a very spongey texture- my recommendation is to ask for some fresh horseradish (I got this from the oyster appetizer) and add it to the cake to bring a little zest to the plate as I found it to be lacking a bit of a “kick” but still 10/10 2) Raw Oysters: Amazingly fresh, they serve it on a bed of ice which ensures freshness- they also give you 3 different sauces and a mini tobasco sauce to use and lemons as well 10/10 3) Bobby’s House Special: Absolutely fantastic, they ask you to cut the steak when it’s delivered to ensure it’s done to your liking and the shrimp are indeed jumbo, no playing around here- the crab au gratin also had a bunch of crab and delicious (I got asparagus and green beans as the side, this comes with green beans and mashed potatoes usually) 20/10 4) Lobster Mac & Cheese: Not my personal favorite due to how there’s a bit of a smokiness to the Mac and cheese and it appears a penne pasta is used, my personal rating is 6/10 but again the dish itself was amazingly done, just doesn’t match my own preferences

Seems like they lost their taste in seasoning the food in the past year or so. Services / waitress (Suzanne) was great and atmosphere was the topping! We had appetizers, main course, two deserts, wine and beer.

Let me start by saying the service was absolutely amazing I came in wear a hoodie and sweatpants Was treated very well The bread and the sides were amazing but the 10oz wagyu ny strip was surprisingly under flavored with a steak with a higher marbling score. I have had USA prime steaks that were way better and for the Wagyu price it’s was definitely underwhelming. The view was amazing. And can’t stress this enough the service was amazing

Excellent service! The food was good. Ordered medium rare, they (4 steaks) were cooked more towards rare in the center. But they took them back and took care of it immediately. The ribeyes had a little more marbling than I prefer but were still tasted great. The sides were yummy. The lighting in the restaurant could be updated. It was very dark at the table. Thank goodness the menu's lit up or we wouldn't have been able to read them. The lighting is the only thing I'd change. 4 adults, 4 steaks, 2 happytizers and drinks = $500. Special occasion so they offered a free dessert. We had a great evening.

Everything was really good and tasted amazing. The only reason for the low rating is that my steak was clearly over done. I asked for mod-rare and it came out med-well. For a fine establishment where steaks are your staple, they need to work on that. I would come back for a 2nd chance that's a fact. I know they are probably better than what I ordered.

This was our first time at Steiner Ranch Steakhouse. We made reservations for our anniversary in advance. We arrived 10 minutes early, there was several young ladies standing at the check-in counter, we were told us they would sit us shortly. They call us and proceed to sit us at a table right next to servers station that has the frosted wall, the young lady put down our anniversary card as we are being seated. There was one other table occupied right next to us. We could hear all the servers behind the frosted wall talking and dishes clanking, so that was not a good start. As soon as our server came to the table we asked if we could be moved to a different table. He so graciously moved us next to the fireplace and piano. Our waiter was great, my husbands steak was delicious. My pasta was just ok, it had way too much oil. The fried asparagus was really good. We were given a dessert in celebration of our anniversary, that was very nice! After the hiccup in the beginning, everything else was good. The view of Lake Travis and the sunset was beautiful!

We ate here with a group of friends. It was a Tuesday night and the restaurant wasn't busy and we were seated at an outside table right away. Our waitperson, JJ, was on top of everything and very punctual and astute to our needs. I had the chicken fried elk and my wife had the salmon florentine. The elk was very good, with a deep, meaty, rich taste. The portion was quite large. Side dishes were mashed potatoes and green beans. Neither side dish was up to par with the entree. Beans were bland and a bit undercooked and the mashed potatoes might have just as well come from a mix. My wife's salmon was very good. She said the shrimp on top were also very tasty. The cheesy rice as a side was good, but the green beans were bland and under cooked. Our meal was expensive, but very good, however, I'm not too sure that we would repeat the experience.

When you’re paying a lot for a meal at a steakhouse, you expect the service to match the quality of the food. While the food was good, the service was quite poor especially for a more upscale restaurant. We had a reservation and were not seated until 20 minutes past our reservation time. This is despite having several open tables all around us. We placed our order, and waited, waited, waited while watching other larger tables seated after us receive their food. Not what you’re expecting when you spend over $100 per person on food and wine for a birthday dinner. The food was good and steak was well-prepared. However, the poor service overshadowed the experience. Just not a great evening and it didn’t seem like the staff cared one bit. Again, good food but would recommend going somewhere else.

Steiner Ranch Steakhouse (Austin, TX) — Review I typically avoid leaving negative feedback, but I felt it was important to offer constructive criticism based on my recent visit to Steiner Ranch Steakhouse for an evening graduation celebration. Our group was moderately sized and had a reservation. Ambiance: The restaurant is beautiful both inside and out. Located in the Steiner Ranch neighborhood, it offers stunning sunset and Lake Austin views. The interior is intimate, featuring multiple dining rooms with a mildly formal, rustic Texas steakhouse atmosphere. Outdoor seating is also available. Food: The menu offers a solid variety, including steaks, seafood, and other classic options. While taste is subjective, several members of my multi-ethnic group found the entrées to be fairly moderate, with nothing particularly standing out. The appetizers, however, were more memorable flavor-wise. Desserts were excellent—both the chocolate cake and bread pudding were moist and outstanding. One downside was that despite detailed discussion about steak temperatures, a couple of steaks arrived overcooked. Service: The hostess, bartenders, and management were professional. Our server, William, was knowledgeable but at times came across as sarcastic and disengaged, which impacted the overall experience. Service overall felt below expectations for a fine-dining establishment. Multiple guests had to repeatedly request water refills, despite the restaurant not being consistently busy. Nearby tables were assisted by both a server and a server assistant, while our section appeared under-supported. Given the limited number of tables, more attentive water and table checks would have been appreciated. Overall: Steiner Ranch Steakhouse offers a beautiful setting and strong desserts, but inconsistencies in food execution and service diminished what should have been a memorable celebration. With improved attentiveness and consistency, the experience could better match the restaurant’s reputation.

This place is beautiful, but the food is not fantastic. We really wanted to love this place the veiws were breathtaking. But so many in our table returned their meat it was embarrassing. The drinks were just ok, and the deserts were mid at best. We would not come back unfortunately. Perry's steakhouse is 10 levels better for the price.

I had high expectations for this place considering the location and the reviews. Honestly, this place is just okay at best. The best part about this place is the outside and their live music. I asked for a gimlet style raspberry martini and they brought a very strange concoction out that tasted like cough medicine. I then asked for a French 75 and it was the worst one I’ve ever had in my life. I’m not sure if their bartenders need some sort of additional training but these are rather simple cocktails that should be made easily with good talent at a high end restaurant. Some of the bartenders/staff/hostesses are a bit rude which is interesting in a customer service oriented restaurant. Some of their staff are really nice though. It’s a bit frustrating that customer service changes depending on which staff member you get. It would be nice to have consistency across the board. We ordered an appetizer and asked for something spicy on the side and instead they threw some ridiculously spicy concoction all over the entire plate making it almost inedible. We planned to order entrees but after the appetizer (we didn’t sent it back) we left and headed to a different place nearby with exceptional cocktails and food. I live 5 minutes away from this place so I really hope to give this place a second chance and have a better experience. So far, I’m really not impressed.

Highly overrated, I'm embarrassed I took my sister and husband here as first place to eat in Austin. Our food was average, I've had better steaks at Texas Roadhouse:

Pros: -The view is spectacular. -The $125 steak carved tableside was great. -The scalloped potatoes were delicious. -The bread (especially the cheesy biscuits) were tasty. Cons: -The quail came out raw (see photo). -The $79 scallops had turned. Every piece we cut open smelled like ammonia (some stronger than others). For a restaurant of this caliber at this price point, this is beyond ridiculous. It made everyone gag. -My kid ordered a cheeseburger dry, which means no sauce anywhere else we order, but here they gave him a plain burger with no cheese, then gave him cold shredded cheese on the side. Nowhere does dry mean no cheese when you order a cheeseburger (I even confirmed with chatgpt). -Manager was not knowledgeable on OpenTable reward system. I had earned $80 worth of credit from OpenTable that I wanted to use there and booked accordingly, but they had no idea what I was talking about. After repeating myself for a few rounds, I gave up. Yes, they offered to remake both items, but our faith was already gone after biting into raw poultry and ammonia-scented scallops. They took the items off the bill and said sorry, but the experience was ruined. It was an extra special dinner with relatives from out of town where we were planning a proposal. Due to all the food issues, we didn't even get dessert, which was when the proposal was supposed to happen. We just paid and left.
