Conner was amazing and very professional!!!!!! He got me to try the jerk turkey sandwich and wow it was soooo good! We enjoyed our wait for our food as well the view from the back seating area wa beautiful.

Standard firehouse sub location. Wait staff is always very nice / attentive. Location is clean. The manager is also the owner of this franchise location (I only know him from eating here). He is just awesome - very polite, mannerly, and seems to run a tight/efficient ship.

This particular Firehouse Subs is always clean, consistently tasty, and the staff is super friendly! Maybe I go there too much, but I’m always known by name and feel welcomed. I really enjoy having this an escape during my work day! Highly recommend!

My 2nd visit to a Fire House Sub and it was as good as the 1st time. Had a medium brisket and cheddar, which was just the right size. Filling but didn't feel stuffed. Didn't notice the first trip but they also have salads, too. I'll have to check that out next time because I will be back.

The manager is so friendly and easy to talk to as well as the employees. Best subs ever! My personal favorite is the Italian. 10/10 on everything, cleanliness, timely food service, customer service and of course the food is so good!

The Cajun chicken sandwich and the meatball sub are both fantastic and the amount of meet they put in is incomparable across any sandwich chain I have visited. The chicken is super soft and flavorful and the veggies are crisp and fresh. I wish they find a way for the sandwiches to have around 200 calories less than they have now and I will have these 3 times a week. The service is always superfast and courteous and they also have outside seating. We have a dog and that matters a lot to us so worth pointing out.

The gluten free subs here are the best gluten-free sandwich I've ever had in my entire life I have an autoimmune cant eat gluten this place is superb

Delicious. I should have ordered the largest size sandwich, but that's not their fault. Love the Italian sub. Husband loves the hot sauces. Service was quick. Ample parking, even when pulling a trailer. A bit warmer inside than I would have liked, but my order was to-go anyway so it didn't matter. Yummy.

Frequent traveler - Austin resident. I go here probably once a month. The food is great and the place is clean but they are not welcoming. Most places if you go once a month for over a year they would know you and acknowledge you. Lakeway is a small town in some ways only so many residents. They don’t seem Texan or Southern in their ways.

I used to really enjoy going here. But the quality has gone down hill over the last few months. Not sure if there's been a change in management. The last sub I got was lacking meat and was poorly constructed. Hopefully they step up their game.

Went to this location at 10:55 and the doors were locked says online supposed to open at 10:30......

We didn't have much money at the time. My wife and I were fortunate this particular week and got to go out. Firehouse is by far our favorite sandwich shop. The staff was awful; really and truly. We left feeling unwelcomed. Looking back, I can't see how we could have offended in any way. At this point I'm only to assume that they did not enjoy our presence. Disheartening.

Check your order!! Always nice to come home with part of the order missing. Paid for, of course, so there you go. Food is pretty good, at least what we got, atmosphere is like any Firehouse Sub. When I ordered through the app I specifically chose another location since I was working in our other office. I searched it by zipcode, 78613. I work 1 light away from this location on a weekly basis so I know that I selected the correct address off of Whitestone Blvd. The app sent the order to my usual firehouse all the way in Lakeway. When I called to cancel the order I was told by the manager, who answered the phone, that I could not receive a refund since I made the error and selected the wrong location and that he had to disconnect the phone because there was a very long line and if I needed to I could call back later. Before responding the manager disconnected the phone. So since I had already paid for a sub, that I of course could not eat, the other customers willing to give more money to your franchise were CLEARLY more important. I walked into the Whitestone location and asked if they could transfer the order and the cashier stated no and literally just turned around and went to the back, he did not even offer to place another order for my sub! I called the Lakeway location later that afternoon at 4 and was told the manager was not there but he would take down my number and the manager would call me back in 5 minutes from his direct #. Never received a call, never received a refund, never even received a sorry this happened just an 'oh you clearly chose the wrong location, I have to go'. NEVER again will I step foot in a Firehouse due to not one, but 2 horrible experiences in 1 day. I visit Firehouse about 2x a week and have been for a long time... I will be removing the app and I will happily take my business elsewhere. With myself working in customer service sometimes you just have to apologize and help even though it isn't YOUR fault or issue. Firehouse obviously does not understand this and can never seem to have an app that works properly in the first place since I have also had the same order placed 3x on another occasion.

I usually love firehouse but my experience was ruined when I bit into my sandwich and was met with paper inside my sandwich from this location 😷

How does this place have over 4 stars when they serve customers black, molded, wilted lettuce making the sandwich inedible? Then they had the audacity to not provide a refund when the sandwich was returned. Just stay away from this place or your lunch won’t be the only thing you lose.

Went to Firehouse as we were craving a good sandwich...but unfortunately we got there at 840pm on Friday July 2nd and we could see one of the two guys inside run to the door and lock it as we pulled up in front. Two young guys l, high-school looking age were working and they quickly turned down the lights. If they closed at 830 or 840 I understand, but the store closes at 9. Horrible they stood there looking at us staring into the windows. If this is the new hours, then update Google, if not teach your employees how to use a clock, or we will eat somewhere else. Jason's Deli was happy to receive us and fill our need for a great sandwich.

Cancelled my DoorDash order 40 minutes after receiving confirmation from the store. Gave no resolution or help of any kind. Would have been nice to receive a call from the store, perhaps an invite to come pick up my $80 order. Guess I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Tray the GM straight up REFUSES to deck brush the floors due to him “just not wanting to”. The dine in plastic trays they use do NOT get cleaned properly, as I’ve found leftover food stuck in mine multiple times, there is no assigned cleaning duties so they just don’t get done. NOBODY working the “line” changes gloves, so cross contamination runs wild there, didn’t see a single person wash their hands at all after handling garbage or touching various meats and breads, gloves are not changed or removed prior to bagging to go items so the boxes and everything else is also adding to the cross contamination. There is so many things wrong with this location that it is honestly embarrassing. Didn’t even touch on the fact that 90% of the employees don’t know anything about the menu, and they make it blatantly obvious to anybody with Food and Beverage experience that they don’t care to even try. GM will degrade his employees openly where everybody in the restaurant can hear him and the high school kids talk about how they sneak out at night and go get drunk and drive home doing this and that, I don’t want to get food made by some 17-18 year old kid still drunk from the night before (his words not mine) AND that doesn’t change gloves, wash hands or follow ANY BASIC health codes. This place is a nightmare in all aspects, avoid it.

Used rewards to order large turkey gonna lose them in jan. Said on app go in use cell phone number. Get there nope nothing even signed in. The people who work here are awsome as I eat here often. But your app isn't working. I'll choose thundercloud now. My rewards for my business work there, again employees deserve better than to deal with this.
