It's unacceptable that when you order the same amount of food and request an extra plate (even at an extra cost) to separate my son's dessert from mine, they tell you it's not possible to provide an extra plate to separate them on the spot. I think they should be more empathetic about this.

At first glance, it looks very good. The hot and sour chicken tasted burnt, the rice was extremely dry, and the drumsticks were the only things I could approve of. If the employees' cooking skills improved, and their work ethic increased, this place would be a 10/10 because the price is very competitive and the portions are generous. But as others have mentioned, I can confirm that they give you a to-go order without asking, and on top of that, they use tiny plastic cutlery. Also, an employee was eating at the table in front of us while on her phone, and I don't know what she was writing on it, but she had it blasting, showing no consideration for those around her.

I stopped by to buy an order of rice to stave off my hunger. The girl didn't ask if I wanted to eat it there; she just served it to go. It was like they didn't want me there. They didn't offer any sauces, and I even had to ask for a utensil. A truly unpleasant and brief visit. Don't waste your time or money.

They cook better in prison than the food they serve here. The food was freezing cold, the spaghetti tasted awful, and the chicken with vegetables was terrible. The only decent thing was the rice.

Good morning yesterday Sunday I went with my family to the Plaza Cancun mall and we went to the food court we no longer had many obsessions to eat and decided to go to the golden dragon since we have gone several times to eat the Chinese food from that place because besides being tasty they give very good portions when you buy one or two dishes, well that was at the beginning but the girls who serve have seen us in the prayers that we have gone to buy they no longer serve us like the previous times they give us the plates without a tray and they now give very little of the portions and today I did tell the girl who served us that that was very little for being two dishes since we have gone the previous times and we know that they give a very good portion for two people what yesterday and the previous time was not the same since they see us and recognize us they serve us as if we were asking for the food for free and besides they give us much less than what they gave us the previous times, I got closer and asked the girl why she was giving very little which completely ignored me and continued serving people, the first times they were very attentive but these last times we have gone they serve us the same, and to my disappointment there is no manager to go to to give our opinion, complaint or solve these inconveniences that is why I dare to mention them through this medium and for which we will not buy again in that place because although the food is tasty, the attention, the service and the portions of food are not worth the price we paid.

We used to love buying Chinese food here because it was good quality, but a few weeks ago we were very disappointed. The food was clearly reheated and quickly developed a spoiled taste. The boneless chicken was the same; it was more flour than chicken and tasted just as rancid. We decided to give it another chance and ordered takeout, but we definitely won't be buying from here again. They added something like black olives to the chicken, or I have no idea what it is, but it gave the chicken and vegetables a terrible taste. They'd never put that in the food before. And on top of that, my spring roll came out with something greasy and black that tasted awful! I suppose it was burnt oil, but honestly, it was a terrible experience. We hope they improve the quality of their food, but we will never buy Chinese food here again.

Terrible service and rude treatment; it's like they're doing you a favor. I ordered my food to go because they were picking me up, and I wanted to start eating in the restaurant. The girl literally kicked me out and told me I couldn't eat there, even though a minute before, someone sat down and she let them eat. She was annoyed that I ordered takeout and ate there.

Terrible service, they dropped the spoon they were serving the rice with and picked it up and put it back on the rice, the food was tasteless, they didn't honor the water refill promotion if you buy to go, the portions are small compared to the price, it's a terrible Chinese food place to eat.
