Okay first off I want to say that I'm a chef and I have a small catering business so I know what food is supposed to taste like. This is my first visit to taberna and I can't complain about one single thing! This place is so amazing, my wife and I instantly fell in love with this place😍 great food and the drinks were great, our waitress emma was excellent. We will definitely be back, hopefully if time allows us we can become regulars. I want to say thank you to the whole staff that waited on us and we look forward to coming back soon! 😄😄😄😄

Thursday they had country line dancing outside. The food & drinks are actually good and decently priced.

Came in on a Saturday at 2pm, service was quick, this is a Tapas bar so the plates are not big but very shareable. Buffalo trace on the old fashions and a nice little spot for an afternoon lunch with a juke box to play some good tunes. As a local I can appreciate a spot like this 💓

Good stuff.....not too big, but good size and price to allow trying a bunch of different things. Nice bar items as well. Our server was great as well. Really helped us with some recommendations that were very tasty. (Get the avocado toast).

I took some time to look around. They offer outside patio with fireplace and inside bar seating. The parking for the spot was low-key a mission, if it's busy good luck. Parking is like a block away but not far. It's pretty cool, just don't drink and drive since the PD is on the same block as parking lol. I'd come back with my friends or for a nice meet up spot.

They are really friendly, willing to recommend a wine after learning about your preferences, have good wine/food, and allowed my dog in. I highly recommend. Also, they have an optional tip for a local non profit that supports community programs. I appreciate this, shows they care about the community around them. I recommend stopping in!

The kitchen was closed for happy hour, and they had only four beers on tap to choose from. The waitresses walk around in yoga pants because that’s the only way they can get a tip since their service is unfriendly.

I had such high hopes for this place. There was one girl behind the bar and literally 8 + groups sitting outside and she’s all on her own. She did great but it leaves so many people hanging waiting for food or service in general…. ONE GIRL. A whole back patio of people. We got drinks but left for food else where …

The food and drinks were great-ish. The waitstaff was overwhelmed because I assume they were understaffed. We are coming out of a pandemic and the establishment was essentially running at full capacity (this was not the case when I first got there). This was not our first bad experience here either. A few weeks ago, we went to grab a quick bite and we were asked to move tables because the health inspection did a drop in visit and they hadn't truly regulated where tables were placed and they didn't want to get in trouble. I truly don't feel like safety for their customers is a priority (I get it, 2020 has been a terrible year for everyone) and if you don't mind that, then go for it, but I don't think I'll be back for a while

The flatbreads are undercooked under flavored (cold burrata slapped on top a lukewarm flatbread). The shrimp tacos were flavorless. Cabbage blue cheese salad was like airplane salad. Italian sub looked good though. Service was good/normal though. Music was nice. Tables were dirty to include cigarette butts on the table.

I was ordering with my two friends who she didn't ID and she lied to us about who the manager was after I asked to speak with them and said he was the one who did the light test and it"failed". My ID is a vertical Texas which I just turned 21 in beginning of the month, clearly not fake. She gave my ID back to me as well, which is a felony to do if it is a “fake”. I have never dealt with a service so rude and disrespectful. My group of 5 girls left because of the insane behavior, faces and comments made by her.

Beware this place will rip you off. My bill is $166. I made a mistake and thought it said 196 so I put a $25 tip as well and put a total of 221 instead of this restaurant doing the right thing and acknowledging that I made a mistake they ripped me off For the extra $30 and charge me 221 I get that I made a mistake but that is the most dishonest thing of business can do so just think about when you’re drinking there drinks they charge your account they’re not aware about if they’re dirty like that, they’ll do more dirty things so just be aware that this Place is very dishonest
