Customer service was outstanding! Pizza was delicious! Online ordering not so good. I ordered a pizza online at 11:00 a.m. for it to be ready at 6:45 p.m. when I showed up at 6:46 p.m. to get pizza the order was not ready and did not receive my pizza until almost 8:35 p.m. Overall this is not a major deal if it's just a one-time deal however it needs to be brought to the intention so that it can be addressed properly and be handled accordingly to wait staff and the employees there are excellent however something was wrong that day hope it's not every day but I would never find out because I would never be coming back. This is a very fine establishment and I'm sure they'll do great without me however I hope they get this situation together quickly....

Great pizza place. We got a pizza and stromboli. Besides the minor hick up in the kitchen, which they made right, food was awesome. Topped nicely and crispy crust. The steomboli was filled generously. Their marinara is sweeter and seasoned with herbs which balance the sweetness out.

Ordered a 16” pepperoni pizza extra sauce and a 14” cauliflower pepperoni. 16” was decent. Should be more pepperoni for $25.50. I did not notice extra sauce but it was on the receipt. Cauliflower ended up being a 10” pizza for $18.50! They also charge credit card fees. This charge should not be passed to the guest without their knowledge. It really looks bad for a business nowadays. Prices do not match their website. See below. Average pizza overpriced. Probably wont order again. There are too many good pizza places around with better product and more reasonable prices.

I have eaten here twice and both times were disappointing. I only came back a second time to give it another shot. The food is ok at best. Definitely not worth the hype some people have with this place and definitely not worth the price. Our service was also disappointing. We never ask for much and didn’t when we were there but our waitress barely spoke to us or looked at us, then threw forks onto our table and walked away. She was nice and pleasant when she did actually talk. It seems like the whole place is being ran by high school kids without any adults present. The tables and utensils look gross, like they’ve hardly been cleaned. The whole place looks kind of dirty overall. I will not be back after the last experience we had there. I don’t want to pay 30 dollars for a pizza that tastes and looks like it cost $3 to make.

Everything was really good except the bill. I think $27.50 for a medium all the way pizza is a little high. It was good but not that good. Wings weren't bad, but again, maybe a little overpriced with the store bought blue cheese. Let me know if I'm wrong.

Despite specifying extra sauce, pepperoni, cheese, and requesting extra crispiness each time, the pizza place consistently fell short of meeting these expectations. The $30 spent did not translate into the desired customization, and the manager's rudeness only compounded the overall dissatisfaction with the experience.

This is the worst pizza I have ever had in my life. Like how can you mess up a marinara sauce? There was no acidity at all, it was more sweet than anything. It had the wetness of sauce but the only flavor was that there was something wrong. The cheese was mid. The sausage was its only saving grace and only because it overpowered all other flavors, and even then the size of the sausage was too large in comparison to the size of the slices. I’ve never had a bite of pizza that I had to force myself to swallow because it was so bad. If you like your taste buds and want to enjoy life do not eat here. My partner also got diarrhea after eating here.

TLDR; After waiting for almost 4 hours I have no food and no customer service. Placed my order at 7:15 was told that it would take approx. 1-1.5 hours for delivery. Told them that was fine and finished placing the order. At 9:40 I decided to call and see what the status of my order was and I was assured that our food was on the way to us and should be delivered shortly. I told the lady on the phone thank you and assured her that it was no big deal I get that delays happen. At 10:15 I STILL did not have my order so I called back to see what was going on and was told that my food had just been taken out to be delivered about 15 minutes ago... I thought that was strange since I was told 40 minutes prior that it was already out for delivery but I didn't make a big deal out of it and told her okay no worries again. At 10:45 I STILL did not have my order so I called back yet again and was informed that the delivery person was just leaving with my food now. this being the third time I had to call about my order I questioned whether my food had actually been taken by the delivery person and questioned why I had been told three times now that my food was on it's way and had been taken by a driver at three separate times. At 10:55 I get called by Tiberio's and they ask what my apartment number is and tell me the driver is outside. Great, I tell them my apartment number and tell them I am walking out now. When I get outside I see the driver and holler at him asking if he is looking for my apartment number and he does not even look my direction while walking to another building. So, I stand out on the sidewalk waiting for him to come back out from the other end of our building. When he comes out I holler to him again asking if he is looking for my apartment number, there is no way that he could not have seen me as I was standing in the light and waving my hand in the air to him, he proceeds to go to his car and drive away. At 11:00 I watched my delivery driver "attempt" to deliver my order from 3 hours and 45 minutes ago drive away. I attempted to call Tiberio's but conveniently they close at 11:00 and all I got was the message that they are closed and to call back when they are open. Red Baron will tase a whole lot better than nothing I guess.

I very much debated posting anything. I ordered for delivery. Delivery took approximately an hour, which seems to be the average for a Friday night no matter where you in Lancaster. Delivery driver was super nice. He was the highlight of this experience. When my order was delivered everything seemed fine. Top of the pizza looked good. Go to take a bite, instant taste of charcoal. Look at the bottom and... see the photos. I am floored this was sent out the to a customer. The crust was so hard from how burnt it was, my teeth couldn't go through it. There is no way whoever cut this pizza did not know it was burnt. I paid $18 for a medium (12"), 1.5 topping pizza. That pizza was cut into 16 pieces. 1 of those 16 pieces was light enough to be eaten. That means I paid $18 to be able to eat 6% of a pizza.

I ordered 45 dollars with of food from this pizza place Delivered mind you , took 1 hour and 10 minutes.. I called back in to just let them know about our First experience with them,, The Manager was very unwilling to hear me out , just kept saying did I take a picture and bring the food back in,,, They do not like to give Free food away!!! Well first off I ordered a large pizza with the whole thing with extra cheese, and extra sauce. With 1/2 being extra pepperoni and on the other half, with sausage.. The pizza was dry !!! I could see the little bit of cheese and crust between those so called extra pepperonis!!! Very dry and over cooked! Our cheese bread was as hard as a brick bat!! And our potato skins were so dry and over cooked also, and I paid for an extra sour cream,, which I did not get!!! So I was not asking for any free hand outs , just thought they would like to know, so they can improve the Food situations and there well now since I called there ,, you might say How To Run A Business!! Being nice and willingness to understand your Customers!! Complaints and expectations!! Telling me to take a picture and bring the food back in,, when it was a Delivery Run !!! This Tiberios will Never meet up to the original Tiberios that we all knew , before This Tiberios bought them!!! I will Never buy anything from this establishment ever again!!! I will not speak highly of this establishment…
