In general, Burger king gets a mostly undeserved bad rap. Generally the food here is about in par with what youd expect compared to other similar fast food places. Beyond that I find the prices and online deals to be better than that of similar establishments. Their breakfast croissant is also generally better than Jack in the Box and more filling than an Egg McMuffin from McDonalds.

Decent BK ate here a few times. Something got me enough to write this review. Why are there no offers today? Other BKs are doing offers yet this one isn’t today. This franchise will no longer be on my radar for food unless they bring back some incentive to get food from this location.

Wasn't sure why I paid for a Halloween whopper when given a normal whopper. Daughter was really looking forward to it, it was a 15 minute drive back and I didn't have the energy after a long night of Halloween events

BK is usually a hit with us, but this time was a swing and a miss! BBQ brisket sandwich is seriously disappointing. A scoop of what resembles brisket and paste was in the center of the burger and the only place you taste the BBQ. Pass on it. Do better BK.

Nothing special about the whoppers I got. They were... OK... Whoppers used to be better. But I appreciated that the gal up front yelled my name really loudly.

Updated 01/21/2026. Not much better The drive through wasn't taking order from second car in the drive until the first one drove away from the pick up window. One car at the order kiosk ahead of me and it still took 8 minutes to get to pick up. It was cold so I asked to have it remade. I pulled around so others wouldn't be stuck behind me like I've been stuck before. 2 weeks in a row the drive through has been very slow. 15 minutes to move through 5 cars. Today I have been trapped for 22 minutes. They won't move a car around to the front so everyone waits.

I got the spongebob meal and first I didn't get half of the meal I got the fries, the whooper, and the cheese bites but not the drink or pie. the pie makes sense but if they didn't have the cold foam for the drink they could have given me the drink without the foam and I didn't get the box with it until I asked. Also the crew seemed rude when I asked for the box they pretty much threw the empty box at me. Suggested to stay away from this burger King at all costs

Stopped here with my mom to get the kids some food. When the "manager" or whoever came to help the employee print another copy as the paper jammed.. this "Manager" who wouldn't give her name was extremely rude. Slammed the windows open. Pretty much threw the receipt at my mom, said THERE YA GO and then slammed the windows shut and walked off. Her customer service is HORRIBLE. She has red or dark pink and black hair... at least today. On top of that the fries and chicken fries were barely warm. This location could just do better...

I was only the third car in line and I sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes before I just left. Don’t come here if you’re on a lunch break or generally don’t have time to wait for “fast food” here.

Saw 6 people working in the back, still took way too long to get old staged food. I feel bad that I fed this to my children. Computers off in play area, and no chalk for chalk board. I'm sure this is because they dont actually want you to stay. The employees have terrible attitudes, you can tell they hate their lives. The prices are insane, and the quality is not there to back it up. Needs new management and the management needs to clean house.

My husband and I came through the drive through and sat there for an uncomfortably long amount of time trying to be patient thinking the workers were just busy only to realize the speaker in the drive through wasn’t working. We figured this out because after a good minute sitting there we finally heard a voice come through the speaker saying “can I help you find something” and we replied “no sorry, no one has asked to take our order yet so we were just waiting.” The worker then replied “well I’ve asked like 3 times” with an attitude and we responded letting her know “the speaker must not be working because it wasn’t coming through on our end” and the employee had the nerve to say “the speaker is fine, its been working all day” like we are idiots. She then proceeded to have an attitude at the window as well like we were the problem because it couldn’t possible be that the speaker simply wasn’t working and we genuinely didn’t hear her. I never got her name but she was young and had shorter blue hair. I’ve never been blamed by an establishment for their malfunctioning equipment let alone be treated poorly by a staff member for something out of my control like that. It was overall a really disappointing experience, I won’t be going to this Burger King again.

If I could give zero i would. There is no reason for anyone of your employees to be snappy over the phone due to the services not provided. No one told us you were out of the pie and we got charged for it anyway. And then when we called you guys on it you were rude. Then upon getting into my car i realized the 12 piece I ordered for my child had only 7 chicken fingers in it. Like you guys do realize that we as parents work really hard for our money and with the economy the way it is you guys should absolutely be telling people we are out of this is it ok to sub for that (you didn’t we had to go get the pie from you ) and also not providing all my food is a breech of contract meaning I can report you to the state attorney general. All I wanted was for you to uphold the order. Your manager called my husband crazy on the phone and that is also not ok. When working any type of customer service especially food you are to be professional when having an issue. I also work in the food industry and I do not get to talk to people with disrespect. I’ve called and reported this issue along with all of your names to your regional manager. I really hope they come and give you guys a thorough lesson on how to treat your customers

Place myorder and patiently waited. There was roughly six people staring like they were lost and did not know what to do throughout the kitchen area. The manager comes up and tells the girl at the cashier register to stop taking orders as they are locked and you do not know where they're at. The second person in our group had to wait excessive amounts of time to place their order and took quite a while to receive. This is the second visit to this location and both times have had the same outcomes, no leadership, employees that are confused and do not know what they are doing or don't have the proper training.

Ordered mozzarella sticks on the app, waited in line for over a half an hour just to be told when I got to the window that they were out of mozzarella sticks but had cheesy tots for a substitute. 8 cheesy tots are worth $1.50 less than my order so no it's not ok you should probably offer something of equal or greater value when you run out of something. Also the cheesy tots were cold so I went back in and got a said I wanted a large fry instead which is at least the same price as my original order.

10:15am ordered French toast meal. Was served 2-3 times cooked FT. Was hard as a rock. Hashbrowns hard and cold. When I looked back at the cook, he was mean eying me. I returned the food to the manager " who brought me the food to begin with " and she simply said would you like him to re-cook your order? I said that's what he already did!!!! The tea was ok 👍

One would not expect quality from a burger king but I decided to order since I was in a hurry. The fries I received were from a day ago. You know that stale day old taste that fries have after they sit out? Yeah that's the one. The sandwich was warm but you can tell the fries were from last night( I ordered in the morning) honestly can get someone sick like that. Its just lazy and disgusting

That extra money was not in our budget to spend, so a coupon is useless to us!! If I could rate zero stars, I absolutely would. BEYOND PISSED OFF!!! 🤬
