Nice shop, older lady that works there really tries hard to get things right and is friendly. I tried the new Dippers, and they have a good flavor but are not worth the price. Big square of flatbread with about an inch of food on one edge, rolled very tightly. By the time you remove the access bread, there is one round of bread around the filling. Improvements need to be made to this menu item for sure.

i got a bad experience going to this subway. they didn’t help me with my online order. i order 30 minute earlier and when i arrived they didn’t told nothing. i had to get the line to get my food done. also i got late for my flight because i had to waiting too long for it.

I didn’t realize they closed at 9, showed up 15 minutes before close last night. The workers were cleaning and getting ready to close. The girl working greeted me friendly and made my sandwich. I know most places would give attitude being so close to closing, but this one did not. Good job!

Today is my first day going to this location. I will be coming back to this location for sure. The staff were very nice and friendly, the ingredients were fresh and everything tasted good. I just felt like I fit in better.

Wife and I came across this location after having given up on the others in Bastrop due to their poor service and lack of options. This location outdid itself the others on every level but the best part of our visits is "Wade". He is always the first to help customers, move product, give a recommendation, make friendly conversation, problem solve and take over when other employees are lacking at their jobs and provide an AWESOME atmosphere on top of 5 star customer service! We look forward to seeing him every time we go in, subway finally made a great decision and hired a fantastic employee!

Today is my first day going to this location. I will be coming back to this location for sure. The staff were very nice and friendly, the ingredients were fresh and everything tasted good. I just felt like I fit in better.

Says it opens at 8 no it doesn't. I was trying to grab lunch before I head out of town for a day trip. But instead I'm sitting here waiting for the store to open sign says open online days open employee are inside front door is locked However waiting here for 15 min vs 45 min at whataburger .. needless to sat update your actual working hours it is simple UPDATE: I wait to get inside to order a roast beef sandwich only to be told they don't have ready an he still needs to sĺice it Isn't this why they pre prep in the morning ??? Thank you for wasting my time

11/14 at 3:30 i decided I wanted some subway so I jollied on into the restaurant unfortunately, my energy was not matched because the lady who was training the new employee was awfully rude. Telling him how incorrect he is in front of customers making the whole atmosphere uncomfortable not only was I uncomfortable, but the customer behind me was uncomfortable, making a comment about how rude and disrespectful she is too this poor boy. Old lady that was there today please put kindness into consideration when talking to other people including co-workers. :)

I worked food service for decades. I am all for hiring the handicapped. S. L. O. W. There was a huge line before me of one woman with one sandwich. Two workers are on duty at the counter. Still my sandwich took twenty three minutes from order to delivery. No onions, no tomatoes, and the stingiest sprinkle of oil and vinegar. I would have to put on my own black pepper I was told. Completely ignored my request for oatmeal cookies, but was having to tell her three times to not toast my sandwich. I finally was gonna pay, then had to remind her I only got one, not two foot long cookies. They are killer by the way. Overall, I'm not sure id go back to this subway. It was three in the afternoon, was glad it wasn't lunch or supper time. Twenty five bucks, one double meat, two bags chips, a bottle of soda and a foot long cookie.... Dang, I could have had Southside.....

Subway sandwiches are pretty consistent. This location never has tea and soda machine rarely works. I have no idea why, but they never put mobile orders on the mobile order rack and they don't update the sandwich status.

Hello, I would like to start by saying that last night my husband and I after 2 years of not going into a Subway I was never greeted and the first thing that was asked to us was " Are you here to pickup?" Did you order online" for a minute I was lost and said No then I was asked "What kind of bread" about 3 times to this I didn't even have a moment to even ask my husband what kind of bread he would like. I saw on the menu there was some type of special that said $6.99 but didn't understand and I asked about the special deal, and was told "Well if you read it clear I would understand what it said. This happened in less then 3 minutes. I was in there to buy 4 sandwiches and at the end I walked out with only 1 and a half. The costumer service received was awful and reminded me why it took me so long to go back. We paid over 19 dollar's for some food that at the end it wasn't what we wanted after being treated like crap by the employee.

Well, tonight is the third time in a many weeks that we've been told they're out of rotisserie chicken because they have to "stretch it to the next day." What's the different between running out for a little while for three days, instead of just being or for a full day at the end of the week...? But, tonight, when I was told they're out, I asked if they had the steak instead... The blue-haired lady rolled her eyes when she answered they did, then said, "But Asked what bread, not what meat." NOPE! You don't get to have an attitude for me inquiring whether you have something when you JUST told me you're "stretching" meats for other days. I know my $24 a day isn't much on the grand scheme of things... But if the owners don't figure something out at this restaurant, I promise I won't be the only person taking their business across the street to Schlotzsky's instead.

There are 2 older ladies that are working in here must have been having a bad day. I went in to order and the first thing the first lady does is take a phone call while trying to take my order. Then when she was done throwing my sandwich in the oven she went to the back. The second lady refused to give me extra onions saying that subway tells her to limit the amount of vegetables I could have. The sandwich didn't have many to start with. I told her I didn't want any more vegetables that I would buy them from HEB and she proceeded to exhale deeply on my sandwich before cutting uneven. The only nice employee there was the only who rang me up. A nice black girl I'm sorry I didn't get her name.

If incould give it no stars I would. But the lady with the blue hair is really rude and needs to be replaced. I second time in a week with her attitude I would never be back to that location.

Waited in line for 15 min and the 2 people who's sandwiches were already started finally got there's , I estimated I'd get my food in appr 2 hrs at their current speed and left , multiple other people were also just leaving . Owner needs to hire some faster people or else make gourmet sandwiches because current food , wait time combo is gonna tank the business

I usually don't talk about my negative experience at some places, but after today I just had to. My boyfriend and I went to get something to eat over here after work, and there was a line. No problem, we are fine waiting. The older Hispanic lady was screaming at the cashier. The entire time she was having a fit saying he wasn't helping when he was literally doing his job. She was yelling at him in front of everyone, telling him that he wasn't doing his job, so what does she do? Stepped aside for like 5 minutes, pulls him away from whatever he's doing, and the line stops moving for like 10 minutes because she just had to tell the manager that he wasn't doing anything. She was embarrassing this poor kid the entire time. Everyone in line just kept looking at each other like wow this lady needs to chill. She said she needed help, and every time he would try to help her, she would just yell at him and criticize him that he was doing it wrong. I felt really bad for him, he looked very sweet and was being super nice to us. He was doing his best to remain professional while she was yelling at him. That lady is far from professional. It is a sandwich job, it is not that stressful. Just move the line on and move on with your life

Horrible service, bad management, unclean. Every time I order food here for pickup they're out of almost A LOT of what is to offer, and when I arrive they forget some toppings or to let me know the cookies I ordered were gone instead of letting me know over the phone. Additionally, today (03/28/2021 I experienced the same thing as usual, but this time the guy behind the counter was not wearing a mask OR gloves while preparing people's food. We're in a pandemic, and even if he had his shots CDC recommends to still use masks. To note, even IF we were not even in a pandemic, FDA food regulations require protective wear (AKA gloves) to be used when handling or preparing food for consumption in a business. The fact he was taking money, handling food, and touching surfaces without wearing gloves is unsanitary. I ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich, but it was cold and comprised of mostly if not all ranch. There was nothing buffalo sauce related about it. Just regular chopped chicken thrown between bread and smothered in ranch. There were toppings I requested that were missing. I would have asked for a refund, but this store manager refuses to do refunds with online payments from my previous experience I had fall of last year and had to argue to get my money back. Place also looks grungy, and seems they don't clean the lobby a lot from the leftovers stains from people eating previously or the floor having bits of food laying around. After today, I can't justify ever spending money here. The subway down by Buckee's may be owned by the same person, but at least it has better service.

This location needs some polishing on their service. Always out of stock of certain chips and staff is not motivated. I need to add to by previous feedback. I recently decided to give them another try hoping that they had rotated their employees. They did! However, they were worst the the previous ones. I was helped by a young lady with no customer service skills that responded like we were making her work on something she did not want. She then proceeded to struggle to slice the bread open and subsequently dropped the bread knife. She did pick it up and dipped it in a bucket of water "to clean" it and continued with sandwich making. She placed the ham on the crease of the bread (no biggie but I would think that they are "educated" on making a sandwich during training). The veggies were handled by a young gentleman that seemed to have his mind in something else other than work. He overstuffed the sandwich with veggies. I purchased the combo and at check out they tell me that they are out of napkins. When I went to get my drink the ice kept on getting stuck for which the employees handed the customers a spoon to poke the machine for ice. After several people complained about the ice, the kid comes over and realizes that it is out of ice. He brings a bag of ice out from the back and proceeds to slam it on the floor with intent of breaking up the ice cubes. He keeps on doing this for at least 5 minutes. Needless to say the floor was not the cleanest (it's where everyone stands when pouring their drink)! I guess my good sense of humor allowed me to get a good laugh at everything. It's just a shame that this subway is horrible given the location in. I threw my sandwich and drink away before even tasting anything. The best part of my meal were the Hot Cheetos! So if you do go to this subway skip the sandwich and dig in to their chips, they're delicious! (Sarcasm).

No sweet tea, they were not gonna bother to make any. The old man touched money and was about to make my sandwich. When I asked him to change gloves he gave me an attitude. When I asked for more onions he said he had no more in the back bc he was being lazy. I asked for more lettuce and he didn’t, he just rolled his eyes. He slammed the spinach in my sandwich, literally hulk SLAMMED. You ain’t the hulk bro. He was rude and did our order completely wrong! Last time I came he touched his nose with the glove and then tried to handle my sandwich. I cancelled my order and went somewhere else. He needs to be let go.

This place is a joke. Never gets order correct. Second time in the last couple months I've ordered a toasted chicken sub for it to not only be not toasted, but ice cold chicken. Ordered a chicken teriyaki with extra lettuce, extra tomato, extra onions. Barely a sprinkle of lettuce 3 tomatoes and if there are any onions I can't see them. Worst subway I've been to since I've moved to Texas.

I feel like if she’s not happy with her job than she shouldn’t work in that department. She was rude period. Rude to her employees as well. Really ruins the atmosphere and everything.

Omg went to this locations a few days ago and order a sandwich and wonted onions and bell peppers omg can you be any more stingy with the damn vegetables like the lady put 6 pieces of bell peppers and 4 pieces of onions.
