Very crowded during the weekday lunch hour, but tables started opening up after 1 PM. The service was exceptionally friendly, surpassing that of full-service restaurants. This chain continues to stand as a shining example of what the food industry is capable of achieving.

Food good and fast. Love having a person in the dining room to offer refills and clean up constantly. Only one dining area so kids are everywhere and it gets loud. We thought when they built the new restaurant it would be larger. Large groups and lots of children, sometimes we just want a quiet easy fast food dinner, so we opt out of this location. Very good changes to traffic flow. Love CFA.

The new location is wonderful! The parking lot is big. The restaurant is a totally different setup and looks great. You don't see all their workers while they are preparing your order. The drive thru is well thought out and moves quickly. The customer service is top notch, as always!! And of course, I love everything they serve! Eat more chicken!!

Food was great, especially the tenders. My son never seems to like chicken tenders outside of god-awful McDonald's but he tore up his order and mine. And that lemonade....addictive. Took a minute to get the food but it was pretty busy. Definitely a good after karate quick dinner when school starts (Don't judge, 😆).

Kendyl (i hope i spelled her name right!!) is literally a girl’s girl! She was so friendly, sweet, and genuinely made my experience amazing. I was catching up with a friend over lunch, and it felt like Kendyl was just another friend hanging out with us!! Her vibe was just that warm and welcoming! She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and her kindness made such a difference!!! I’ll definitely be back because of her!!! Chick-fil-A, you’ve got a gem on your team!! ❤️❤️❤️

Stopped while running errands for our favorite Jesus chicken. We were blessed and grateful to meet our cashier Bernard. He was so personable and kind. He noticed my credit card and asked if we were a military family (which we are-Go Army!). This type of service is why we love to dine at chick-fil-A!! He brightened a rainy, dreary day. Thanks for being awesome Bernard!!

Very clean restaurant, polite host at the register taking our order. Food was made quickly and accurately, hot & delicious. I ordered the 3 piece Chicken N Strips with Waffle fries and Chick fil a sauce. Yum 😋 Store lead Matthew and server Anthony were very helpful and nice, came over to our table to interact with us about special, ask how our food was along with a couple clean and funny jokes. Also. a little bit of history about the store. My friend and I really enjoyed the conversations. Thank you, Matthew and Anthony. We will definitely be visiting this location again in the near future.

The line was so long but we order in 2 sec and the food was their. We got in the rong lane and a kind worker helped us get in to the other line i dont know what her name was but she was relly kind maybe get her promotet

As always, wonderful food! However, we did the mobile thru line and placed our order ahead of time in the app and the line didn’t go any faster than the drive thru line. In fact, I think it went slower.

We had an amazing experience at this location. Matthew went above and beyond in meeting our need's by exchanging my daughter’s toy for an ice cream cone as well as offering to throw our trash away. The staff was very friendly and the bathrooms are very clean. Overall, an excellent experience, will be returning to this location.

The food is always great! This is a newer location and I hadn’t been to it until now. I like how they had the drive thru set up because it seems more efficient. I will say the last turn after getting your food could be hard on cars that ride low. I have a truck and was in the outside lane and hit what felt like pot holes even though I know they weren’t!

Wow! Food was great. I had a few rowdy children and the staff was great! I felt like I was at a 5 star restaurant with all the service! It was a little interesting that there was 2 employees who seemed to be working the dining room providing refills and taking trays and trash... was quite helpful and inviting, just not expected

Food and service was great. Reason for the 3 star on atmosphere is only for the size of the dining area. Cleanliness and crowd was ok. Considering the amount of people in the building, our order got taken promptly but to find a table indoors was impossible. They do have tables outside. Just make sure the weather is good if they are packed cuz you'll have to sit outside to eat. Even though they did have a packed house. The manager still walked around making sure if anyone needed assistance. Great job 👏

I visited this Chick-fil-A location today and was genuinely impressed. I ordered chicken sandwich meals and mac and cheese, and everything was served hot and fresh. While we were waiting, a kind young staff member—her name might be Avery or Abery, surprised our nephew with a complimentary ice cream. His face lit up with joy, and it truly made our visit special. Avery not only brought our food promptly but also refilled our drinks with a smile whenever we asked. I also noticed another team member going above and beyond, serving other tables with warmth and respect. Despite the location being quite busy and noisy (which speaks to its popularity), the staff handled everything with grace and professionalism. I don’t usually come to this side of town, but after today’s experience, I’d highly recommend this location. The service was outstanding, and the team made us feel genuinely welcome. Kudos to the staff for making fast food feel like a five-star experience!

Nice little Chick Fil A location. Very typical, but might be considered more modern. Felt a little “nicer” than most Chick Fil A. Got a meal there but jt took awhile since I got their specialty frozen drink. So don’t get that if you’re in a rush. Otherwise, it went well. 2 check out people. Went fast enough.

I've been here many times. I have always received the best customer service. Food always come out in a timely manner. And the management and staff are very friendly. I also wanna say the young woman named Chastity is also working hard and very friendly. I always she her working, doing a good job. She helped us get our table clean this recent Thursday during the lunch period. I will definitely be coming back again.

The food was very good. One of the problem was they misspell my name and they have to keep coming out looking for me when they're inside. Other than that services good in the atmosphere was pleasant. I do recommend this place I've been back to several times.

Loving the new location of this Chick-Fil-A. Nice large efficient drive-thru and plenty of parking for a car picnic. The trees in the parking lot are wonderful! I tried the Chicken Nuggets and Fries. As always, it was hot and tasty. Glad to have a good location at 281 and 1604 in N. Woods. I go here when the Stone Oak location is too crowded.

The food is always great, the attitude and friendliness of the staff is wonderful as well, I just do not like the mobile drive-through efficiency. A lot of times cars will be parked at the front where you cannot get out and you have your food already. They need to tell these cars to move up and park on the other side of the restaurant. It’s ridiculous to have people holding up the line, and to be honest, I don’t know how you’re holding up a line in a mobile ordering line

Usually this location is very good, but today I ordered thur the drive thur and was told to pull over to wait for my food which I have no problem doing. I did wait about 10 minutes for my food. When I got home with my food, some items were missing and I had someone else’s receipt in my bag. I guess I will have to start checking to make sure I have all my food like I have to when going to McDonalds.

Everything is great except for having to remind them at drive thru every time about my kids ice cream cones. I wish I was exaggerating when I say “EVERY TIME” but I’m not. Why don’t they double check before bringing the order out so we don’t have to make the cars behind me wait because I’m waiting on 5 ice cream cones. Chic fil a please work on this. Thank you.

Have always had great service at this chick fil a, but I can NEVER scan the QR code for mobile thru. I'm not sure if there's an issue with placement (or the time of day with the sun glare) but it's super inconvenient that I have to practically yell at someone to check in. Lesson learned: always use drive thru or order inside 🤷🏻‍♀️

Service was outstanding. We had a short wait for our food and they were so apologetic and accommodating. Biscuits were fresh and so delicious. Sadly, the hadhbrowns were soft, they must have been waiting too

Just some simple mistakes was given the order while the lady with my food was trying to figure out where to take the food. Went back the kitchen. Then someone else came out with my food, and that is when I saw that I had the wrong order. It would have been nice if my food had been a little bit warmer. Then the guy at the next table ordered a breakfast bowl with no Hash Browns, and they brought him a breakfast burrito with Hash Browns. But all in all, it was ok.

The drive thru lane makes no sense. I went during the lunch hr, and there was 1 truck in front of me, no biggie, got my good quick, as always, but the truck in front was not moving. 4 more cars pulled up behind me and all got their food as well, when I asked the employee if the truck could move forward a bit, he said, "we'll get to it as soon as possible" and nothing happened. Turns out the customer was waiting for a drink, not the customer's fault, but there needs to be a better process.

We were at this location at about 8pm. This location is usually very busy but this time we drove right up. Ordered 3 meals. We got home and found that one order was missing. I got my lemonade but there was absolutely no ice in it. I also requested chick-fil-a sauce. There was no sauce. I guess I’ll have to start checking my orders before I leave. I thought Chick-fil-a was the one place I didn’t have to worry about it.

Usually don’t have many issues with this location although on my recent order I asked for lite ice, and got a cup filled to the top with ice, real funny😐. I get fast food isnt your ideal job, but if serving 50 customers before closing pisses you off, don’t work here nor take it out on the customer, it’s not their fault chick fil a allows service pass 9:30

Came to this location for the first time. Accidentally got in mobile order line (most CFAs have two drive through lines.) Three workers were standing talking and did not acknowledge me. When the worker David finally came up to me I explained that i accidentally got in the wrong line and if he could still take my order. Mind you, no cars were even in line to place an order. He refused and told me that I had to go around. I asked why and he said that the manager told them so. I had to wait in line for over 5 mins for the cars in front of me to get their food so I can go around. Spoke to a gentleman at the window and he was very polite and offered me water while he grabbed a manager. The manager never came. Went around and reordered in the proper line. The gentleman told me that he will send the manager my way. The manager was walking around the drive thru and never came to me. More than likely will not come back to this location again.

I am a chick fil a queen!!! This location was terrible!!!! Chicken was dark dark and super DRY. The bread was crumbling and falling apart. I literally trashed it and only ate the fries. The tea was NOT fresh. The girl who took my order was nice but all employees were nice! I love Chick- fil-A but Won't be back to This location!

Mediocre food, but reasonably priced for the portion size. The person who took our order was efficient, pleasant, and very nice. Our food came quite a bit later. We were told our drinks would be out shortly. That turned into another 5 minutes. We got the wrong size fries, so the young man that brought our drink took back the medium fry, and brought a large fry instead. I found it odd that he took the fries back knowing they were going to just get thrown away. I also noticed that three other tables around us also had issues with their orders. There's no music in the lobby, so it's also a little awkward.

Great customer service but If I don't ask for the fresh batch they won't be hot...They always state they are constantly bringing up nuggets the they should be piping hot and still a lil juicy they be dried and on the crispy side so again just tell managers you will wait the 7-10 min

This is possibly the only Chick-fil-A I've gone to that has consistently gotten my order wrong or given me below expected quality food. The process to request a refund is annoying and at the end of it, they did not issue me a refund. I highly recommend going to a different location if possible.

The worst chick fil a I’ve ever been to. I ordered the number 8, she gave me a 8 piece grilled nugget instead. We got one fry with no salt /L and the other 2 (1 m,1L)with salt. All fries had no salt and all large. We then only have 1 Chick-fil-A sauce. When our order had 3 fries and tenders. We also had a rude encounter with another girl in the drive thru who rolled her eyes at us when told we can order in a lane we accidentally ordered. So thanks Abigail

I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and decided to eat inside the restaurant. It was not at all warm so I asked the manager if she could heat it and she said she had no way of doing that so she made a new sandwich, brought it to my table and it was the same as the first lukewarm at best. I will not return.

My wife and I were trying to use our free rewards and the two ladies at the front were so rude. One seemed so lost while the other was so pushy and wanted to send us off. The part that upset me most was how they didn’t ask if we wanted to dine in or take out and said “our lobby is completely full so we’re going to bag it to go”, but they didn’t tell that to the people in front or behind us. We walked to the dining room and HALF of it was literally open. Not sure what was going on. I love this location from past visits but this was by far not great. I didn’t get the names of the ladies but the receipt on one said fifi and the other had some guys name. (1/21/26 @12:26pm)

Coming from the airport, we decided to stop at Chick-fil-A on the way home. We accidentally pulled into the mobile order lane and weren’t able to back up easily since it was dark and the cones were hard to see. The girl outside, Jasmine, refused to take our order, so we had to back out which was frustrating and honestly unsafe in that situation. Once we finally got into the correct lane, Jasmine spoke so quietly that we could barely hear her. Not the usual friendly and helpful service I expect from Chick-fil-A.

Terrible experience. This location does not align with the standard of other locations. This time they completely left out a kids meal so I had to go back and get another one. They said it would be ready when I got there, it was not ready. So now my meal at home is cold and my kid is disappointed and hungry. All I got for it was a free chicken biscuit. Wow.

Slowest chic fila I’ve ever been to, and the parking lot is straight up dangerous. The mobile order line was 3 times as long and people continually cut the line. 30 minutes just to pick up and order - ridiculous

Lunch line was insane. Went into the line not realizing it was mobile order until it was too late to switch lanes. Tried to order mobile myself but the app was having issues. Showed the lady at the window who said, sorry but u can’t take your order and stated I needed to get back into the line.

I asked Scott what the Cobb salad had on it and he said he didn’t know & to tell him what I didn’t want on it…told him that’s why I was asking so I know!! Had to send it back & waited 20mins & never got my salad!!! Had to go inside & get it myself!!! Need to train these kids better & they need to learn some manners!!! If they hate their job then they don’t need to be working there!!!

I picked up an order for 5 that included two salads, but when I got home, I found that they had forgotten the salad dressing and condiments. While I can live without condiments, it sucks to eat a salad without dressing. I get it, mistakes happen, so I called to request a refund. Instead of a refund, I received a reward for a free cookie or brownie. How does that make up for two $10 salads? I called back, nearly a week has gone by now, and no one has responded.

I waited a while for this store to open since I work in this area at times, I go in order a large waffle fry to go, I leave drive down the road park and I start to eat my fries. Only a few fries on top were big and fresh, everything almost half of the large box was tidbits of broken up pieces of fries. It looks like looking at little dots. How am I supposed to dip little dots in my sauce. What a disappointment for a brand new restaurant, why would you serve little tiny pieces of broken fries not even enough to dip to somebody. I will not be going back to this restaurant, because to me that was rude it was like emptying out the tray to some customer that is leaving. Now I can’t be rude about the cashier. She was extremely nice.

My family and and visit this location often even though there's a location closer to us this location usually have great customer service and they always make sure our meals are prepared exactly the way we want them but unfortunately my visit today was not a pleasant one the lady at the register which was FeFe is rude and she didn't get my order correct because she wasn't listening I had a drive and wanted my food drop fresh which is something we ask for every time we visit which was not done because FeFe never told the kitchen if she didn't want to be at work she could have called out giving people the correct order the way they order is important it keeps them returning

What’s the point of mobile ordering if I’m 6th in line and I get my food before the people before me and can’t leave anyways. Need to work on how that how system works cause it’s not efficient at all.

With how busy this location gets the restaurant inside is really really small the parking lot you can’t even park because the traffic going to the lines is ridiculous. They’re not fast enough at all whatsoever. I ordered an online mobile order didn’t end up going through the line because it was really long figured that I’d go inside and let them know. I’m inside instead of wasting my gas so went inside took about 10 minutes to get my order so what was the point in ordering a mobile order then if it’s not gonna be ready at the time of arrival plus my chicken nuggets weren’t even in the bag stupid me. I should have checked my order before I left, but I failed to do that but either way my chicken nuggets were not in my bag every time I go to this place it takes forever to get the food to get a refill on my drink even ordering the smallest thing. An ice cream cone takes five minutes. We will not go back to this location.

Absolute worse experience I have had with Chik- fil-a. I will NEVER spend my money with chick-fil-a again! When you pay for a meal and ( chick fil a is not cheap), you are expecting the whole meal. I ordered the number 5, they forgot my fries and no big deal I called back asking if I can get my fries on a next visit. Stephanie the manager said for me to hold, she gets back on the phone to tell me she reviewed the camera and saw the fries went in the bag. Instead of apologizing and fixing the issues she reiterates to me that she reviewed the cameras and saw the fries were put in the bag. She stated she could not give me money back or comp me some fries for the next visit. As a mother and family of five we have spent a lot of money with chick fil a, but to be called a liar and not have my problem resolved in a professional matter, I will never return to chick fil a again. You can go to Wendy's, dairy queen, sonic and provide the same issue, small problem and they will resolve it without calling the customer a liar. I am so flabbergasted by how I was treated by a chick fil a manager, I've never had this situation happen before but it will be my last. My job does a lot of business with Chick- fil- a for our lunch meetings, that will be changing moving forward. I work in the medical field and will share my experience with my peers, this is unacceptable and again I am appalled that, that was a manager response and resolution. WORSE EXPERIENCE WITH CHICK- FIL-A AND MY LAST.

Walked in to get a refill and I’ve Never had a Bad experience at a Chik Fil A. The gentleman that was in lobby with his hand gesture give me the cup what you drinking, sweet t light ice. Brought back out, and he said Your Welcome. Never Never I’ve had that bad experience in a Chik Fil A. I’m Like Wow!

I really don’t like leaving bad reviews but this evening was the 3rd strike. On Tuesday morning I got two butter biscuits and two egg sandwiches for my husband but I only got one sandwich for him. Thursday afternoon I got a southwestern salad but it was the wrong order and it said a different name. I also ordered a spicy sandwich for my husband and again wrong order. I work in the food industry and I completely understand when it’s busy but come on 3 times within the same week this is my final straw and I don’t think we are coming back to this location again

Had an issue with my order on 4/22 and just received a call today 5/7 that they reviewed the footage and I received all my food. I asked to see the footage because I don’t take kindly to being called a liar and she said she’d review it and call me back. My order was 6 meals, the 8 count nugget being one of the cheaper meals and I am insulted I was being called a liar. Only to get a call back from said manager apologizing because she was not aware I ordered 2 eight count meals and thought it was just the one she watched on “video” being bagged. Over two weeks later for a call, was called a liar & a coupon will be added to my account. What a joke of a location for the Chick-fil-a standard we’ve all grown to expect. Juan Garza should not be an owner/operator if he is ok with managers like the one I had to deal with today.

I placed a mobile order at 10:25 for breakfast. It went through I ordered two breakfast meals and I come to the front Of the drive-through lane Nobody is talking to me At 10:40 they tell me they have no more breakfast. The best they could do was give me my drinks and 1 parfait With one sandwich they had left. The sandwich I had ordered was supposed to come with cheese. They said they couldn't help me. I was supposed to have hashbrowns. They said they couldn't help me and I say well y'all are serving lunch now like I'm hungry? and the man just looks at me. I paid $23 for an orange juice, a coffee, a parfait and a sandwich that was incorrect nice job guys

This is probably the worst service I've ever had at a chic fil a. The lady at the front didn't know how to redeem the rewards on my app.. I ended up paying because it was taking too long for her to figure out. Then the order came out missing the fries and drinks. Turns out she didn't ring it up right. I went up to the front and the manager came out and didn't do anything except ring me up for what was missing. Please train your staff properly, I've never had an experience like I did at this location. Maybe the girl was new I'm not sure but either way, my time is more valuable than sitting around waiting for a reward. The convenience is just not there for me.

Haven't been to chick fil a in over a couple of years. I decided to finally give in to a little craving. It's been so long I didn't realize there was two lines one for mobile orders and another to place orders. I accidentally went into the wrong lane. The kind gentleman by the intercom said oh don't worry its ok. They can take your order at the window. Then I thought "this is why I used to come often ". I get to the window and someone else tells me I have to download the app and place an order or drive all the way back around..... I just wanted an ice cream cone lol. This is why I wont care to come back.

Very disappointed.. went through the drive through to buy dinner for the fam on the way home…although I received great service placing my order, when I got all the way home I realized they completely forgot my wife’s entree. Not par for the course tried to call to rectify issue and automated service hung up.

Never seen a mobile drive through line before. But it doubled the regular line. Cause thats what chick fil a needs. Longer lines. I'll be buying lunch elsewhere from now on.

This CFA always messes up my orders. It’s a slow Monday, I don’t understand how my Cobb salad wasn’t how I asked for it. I said, grilled chicken, light Italian. I got fried chicken, light balsamic. The guy who took my order, Hunter, was also super unfriendly. Not the type of service you expect from CFA. I don’t even know why I keep coming to this restaurant. The operator, Juan, has a lot more to do in terms of training his staff. Nothing but lousy service. This specific restaurant shouldn’t even be part of this franchise. CFA has high standards, something Juan doesn’t have for his own restaurant.

They never fill the fries to the top. You expect to get a full box of fries, but they never fulfill their promise. Take a look at what they advertise as opposed to what they sale you.

I’ve been ordering online since 2023 and I’ve never had an experience where they made me wait at Mobile Thru Check in for at least 20 minutes only to find out something went wrong with my order. None of the employees went to check on me, or explained what a happened with the transaction instead they made me wait when there’s not even a busy line at drive through. The service here in this location absolutely sucks, no compensation whatsoever and my card was already pending, showing that I had ordered online and they didn’t apologize for the inconvenience.

They consistently will mess up your order. I go here often and every other or third order they will forget to put an item i ordered. CFA used to be known for its quality control but not anymore, at least not this location.

Zero seating inside available. It’s 12:45, and even though there’s a cool breeze it’s blue skies and sunny out. The worker angrily told us the outdoor seating was closed after we had already sat out there and made us come in . We then left because there was no seating available inside and our party was happy sitting outside however this worker offered no solution when we asked about seating. Please evaluate your workers conduct as your establishment is a restaurant and a business

I just left the drive-through and was very disappointed by the service. We were stuck in line for almost 18 minutes due to one vehicle holding up the entire drive-through, with no option to exit. The staff was unfriendly, and there was no apology or effort made to address or accommodate the inconvenience. This level of service and professionalism is not what I expect from Chick-fil-A.

Really inadequate location for busy hours. Gave us wilted lettuce on sandwich. Mixed the gluten free meal in with everybody else’s gluten containing items. Parking lot is horrible. You can get stuck because of the people waiting for the drive through if you park in the wrong place.

I come here multiple times a week and literally at least every other time they get something wrong or forget to give an item, dressing, sauce, etc. Chick fil a used to be known for its quality and service but not anymore. At least not this location. I think it happens more often in the evening than in the morning

Traffic funneled me into their drive-thru, which turned out to be their “mobile” line. They literally would not take my order, telling me I had to drive around again, even though NO ONE WAS IN LINE! I tried to drive around, but because people were waiting for their food I had to wait 10 minutes! I left. Chik fil A has PERMANENTLY lost the business of my ENTIRE family forever. Worthless fools. I highly recommend you NEVER go to Chik fil A!

First of all this location NEVER gets a simple order right, second, we had our order delivered. I clicked on chick fil a delivery and it automatically takes me to door dash. It prompted me to this location because the Stone Oak Evans location was unfortunately not an option. We didn't get any sauces that we ordered. I called back to speak to the manager and she kept directing me to door dash but door dash didn't put the food in the bag, so how is it the poor drivers fault? The driver shouldn't be held accountable to do their job when it was the employees responsibility. Absolutely no resolution from the Manager. Maybe their Manager should train with the Stone Oak location and learn better customer service.
