Pure CHAOS! When I got there I had to wait to find parking. When I walked up to place my order there was about 10 to 15 people scattered around the outside. Couldn't tell who was in line, who was waiting for their food or anything. When I finally got to the window to order I asked for the big family meal mild and mixed. It was 98 degrees but with humidity felt like 106!! They would call out and order and no one would answer and when they finally did every single person was missing and item or their order wasn't correct. When I finally got my order I was so frustrated and hot I just put the food in my car and drove home. I didn't get the family meal I had ordered. I got 9 pieces of mild all dark meat chicken. I live on tbe far west side of beaumont and the church's on calder is closer but I'll go to the one off 105 from now on.

The smokehouse is overcooked everytime. It's like jerky. I wait all year for thus special to only be disappointed. The staff is great however.

They don't listen to what you're ordering and give you the wrong food. Then when you let them know, they try to blame you as if you didn't know what you ordered. No compensation for the attitude either. Also, it's filthy. The food is good, but everything else....NO!

They refused to take my order threw the driver thru window made me get out to place my order in the cold and I still had to wait to place my order with no customer’s there the employees were standing around not doing anything eating and playing on phones and the lady told me don’t be mad because it’s cold because she is cold to my order was wrong very unprofessional who is the supervisor no one had gloves on are hairnets eating while fixing food is crazy very unsanitary

horrible service. ordered a doordash, it kept sending different drivers then come to find out the workers were telling people we were “scamming” because someone came and picked up the food… when we literally called up there to ask why so many different dashers had went up there and hadn’t received the food and we were talked to rudely on the phone. shit aint nothing to try to “scam” for some food when i literally paid for it..

I hate coming here dude 😂 the people are usually rude and the food was old plus I got super sick off of it, but thats on my for wanting fast food I suppose 😅

this location absolutely sucks !!! stood at the window along with about 6 other customers for almost 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged we were there. when they finally came to take our order they had nothing we tried to order !!! this place is trash

This is the worst churches in town. The chicken never taste seasoned and you can always tell it's not fresh and has been sitting out for awhile because it's always cold and tough meat. They also almost always give you the wrong order
