Burger was okay but the fries and drink and Oreo shake were excellent
First off this location of Jack has given me the best experience I've ever received from any other location. Their fast, friendly,and make you want to eat there with the atmosphere they provide along with their great customer service. The manager even spoke with me and instead of acting snobby she thanked me for choosing Jack. JACK OF THE YEAR! Keep it up you guys ill most definitely be returning.
Get the mini tacos they are good and theres enough for two. Most everything here is good however one exception that I feel needs mentioning are the mozzarella sticks. They suck. To be fair they were cold when I got them but they were bad enough i didnt eat them. Get anything else on the menu and you'll be happy. You should get a shake too.
Got the order right the first time. That's as rare as good pay and good workers these days.
Full confession, I have never actually had a burger from Jack-in-the-Box. However, I love their terrible tacos as well as the mini tacos. I use terrible as a compliment because the greasy and the perfect. Lol staff was always awesome. Never had my order wrong.
I just want to give a big thumbs up to the sweet woman who was working the other morning at this location. My husband and I stopped for breakfast and I was shocked to see that she was apparently working solo. The fact that she delivered our order with a smile and sweet attitude was amazing. The place across the street has plenty of people working and faster service, but I've never received my food in the same friendly way that this sweet lady did. Kudos 👏! She deserves a raise and a bonus! Btw, I don't know her name, but she had gray hair and a beautiful smile.
Had an awesome experience at the drive thru! The guy working the window (the receipt says Isreal) looked like he was having just the best time. He was friendly and seemed to really enjoy his job. Great customer service! I stopped by here at 7pm on 11-6-22.
This time of the day was incredibly awesome! Around 10pm eastern time, the young lady at location was very helpful and understanding to the customer.

My husband and I ordered a sourdough jack combo and sourdough sandwich. Our food was delicious and the man that took our order was very kind. Thank you, good service is hard to find these days. Will be back.

This is an old store. Staff was Ok, seemed lackluster. Food was ok. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and it comes on a burger bun. I would prefer a muffin.
Restaurant was clean and well lit. When we entered silvia greeted us loud and clearly and made me and my brother feel very welcome. We ordered 2 ultimate breakfast sandwich meals and they were made perfectly .she also told us about the new breakfast sticks that were avaliable for only a $1 and we had to try one . (they were good also) all the food was hot fresh and looked just like the picture on the menu and were very delicious. 😋 Silvia offered to top up our coffee as we were leaving and made sure to wish us a great rest of the day . 10/10 will be back soon . this is very good clean restaurant to eat at and the crew is top notch Especially Silvia she really made our day

A quick run through the drive-thru took just a few minutes. Got 2 orders of loaded breakfast sandwiches w/ hash browns. Food was great and service was very nice. Will go back someday.
Every single time I come here for breakfast or lunch the food and service is terrific. The customer service and fulfillment here is 99% of 100. They always get my orders right the first time. 🙏🙏🙏😍😍😍FYI most the bad reviews come from delivery orders. Of course their food is so much better served fresh and hot on premises.
I came to get dinner with my friend and was helped by Carolina. She was so nice and helpful since this was our first time here.
This location always brings the goods. When I eat here, it’s usually breakfast, sometimes lunch, and the employees are always friendly, the food always good and prepared correctly. It never takes more than 10-15 minutes, even with several in line ahead of me, and usually 5 minutes or less. Recommended.
The cook they have there at the moment ( 7:16pm). Is amazing. I thought it was a lucky streak the 1st interaction. But no, they are good. Definitely worth testing out my theory. They are well versed in cooking.
We have been going the Bedford / Harwood Rd location for many years. We go in and place a very large order to take home. Never have we had an unsatisfactory experience. It is always clean when you walk in. The team at the counter are always very friendly. And the service is quick and the food is always hot and fresh. See ya next time J-N-B !!!!
Haven't dined in and always used the drive-thro. I just love their snack options like egg rolls and the jalapeno poppers. I tried their Sriracha Bacon burger sandwich (or something like it) but was disappointed with the sandwich. The staff is excellent and attentive. Really no frills place!
Employees are sweet. I really enjoyed my visit. I went through the drive thru and asked for a cup of water for my dog. Immediately, they cheerfully added that to my order. Then several came to the window to look at my dog. Always fun to find fellow chihuahua lovers. The food was good. Meat was still hot from being cooked not reheated. Cheese was good and not plastic feeling. Bread fresh. All good signs of an excellent burger joint.
JITB seems to struggle a bit, so are cutting back on things. For example, the drink machine is always missing about half of the options. Some of the staff are very friendly and polite, others won't even greet you when you walk to the counter
The new rib eye Havarti is the best fast food burger I've had in forever!! good stuff! I like that's its not dry. The cheese and wine sauce add a nice different flavor. The American version is just ok. I will not order again
2/8/23: Very good double jack and fries. I also had the loaded meat lover's breakfast burrito. All very good! Previous: Their breakfast burrito is real good, and their burgers are quite good. Fries are good but got crunchy toward the bottom of the box. Oreo shake was very good. Now, they need to get their self serve soft drink fountain back online. I also don't care for the posted 45 minute dining limit. Dining rooms shouldn't have unwelcoming posted limits.
I frequent this location over another one because they are fast friendly and the order it's always correct. The lobby is kept very clean and even when they are in the middle of a rush they still get your order out fast. I have never been asked to pull forward to wait on my meal they always give it to me right at the window and always supply the condiments needed/ wanted for the meal.
Probably don't get the burgers, they're fine but you can get better stuff. Curly fries are always great, the cluck sandwich is good, breakfast never misses, and the special menu items are usually worth getting from this location as well.
So happy it was open 24 hrs! Ordered the chili cheeseburger because we really wanted to try them and they had just enough chili for 2 burgers, which were so good. Also had hot fries, and a very nice guy at the drive thru. Very pleasant at 1:30 in the morning!
I tend to frequent this JITB in the mornings if a need a little something extra for breakfast. Using the app makes getting my food lightning quick in the Drive-Thru. The ladies that work the morning shift are always so sweet, smile, and wish me a good day. It's always a pleasant way to start the day. Leaving the establishment is easy as well as the two main roads can feed back onto the freeway in either direction with dedicated lanes.
It's Jack in the Box. Let's be honest, no one above the age of 13 has this as their favorite restaurant. But there's breakfast all day, and it's always open. It's the fast food version of Waffle House.
I have no problem with the attitude of the employees here. They are polite and do their job well. The speaker system for drive-thru is sub-par. I often can't hear the employees and many talk too fast. The quality is OK considering prices are some of the lowest.
I drink sweet tea, the tea was sour. I asked if they had another sweet tea because the was sour. The young manager said the tea was made in the morning when I asked him when was the tea made. He then said it's been about 7 hrs ago. I then said , no tea has a shelf life of 7 hrs. He replied , I will make another one. A female employee that was up front as well had very rude manners. Her attitude about the whole ordeal on the tea. Body jesters speak louder than words. She made it unpleasant experience in dinning in.
I think the service was great and the establishment was clean and nice. The food is another story. Went here after a doctor's appointment to grab a quick bite to eat and the tacos and curly fries came out very fast and warm. But the tacos had a slices of cheese in it like a burger and were so oily that it had saturated through the tortilla. Pretty sure the tacos had been sitting out for awhile. Curly fried were good but those tacos were rough. They tasted ok but presentation was a bit off-putting. Also, the coke didn't taste right. Not sure if there was something wrong with the soda machine. We went during non-lunch hours so maybe it was an off-day.
Very disappointing. I vowed a very long time ago (after the campaign where they blew up Jack-in-the-box) that I would never go back. Grandkids wanted to go, so I gave it a chance. The service was acceptable, the atmosphere was weak. The food was terrible. My chicken sandwich was overcooked and dry. My granddaughter's food was inedible, however, my grandson said his tacos were good. Regardless, spending $35+ dollars was wasted; so very not worth the price I paid. I will not go back; I was right to stay away, they have never been the same.
I used the app and had my food delivered. The courrier told me when she handed me my food, the reason the bag was all wet was bc they put my drink in it with the food yet no holder was placed inside. All the food in the munchie meal I had ordered was soaking wet as well as the bottom of the bag. Either it was an honest mistake or y'all don't care about your customers. Either way, I will be getting refunded. I am disappointed bc I was looking forward to this new item and now I don't even want to eat at your establishment anymore. Two thumbs down.
Came through the drive through around 9. Placed the order online and just had a pick up. The young girl just handed me the bag. No nothing. I totally understand if english is not a language that you speak or know, but the managers here should ensure the people interacting with customers can at least be friendly. Two words "Thank you" or a smile. Most likely wont be back as this one is pretty out of my way and i was just picking some one up at Texas Roadhouse.

I’d like to make it clear that my entire rating is based on the following: I went to jack in the box because I was craving bacon cheese curly fries. I got there and was told that they DONT do it any more. That they do it for the tacos, but NOT for the fries. That there is a buttons, they just DONT do it. I’m just dumbfounded. All you do is add cheese and bacon. It’s not like you’re working with raw meat. I’d understand that. But LITERALLY you just put cheese and bacon in it. I hats the whole reason I ever go to jack in the box. I guess I have ti find somewhere else to get my fries at 😭
The Taco's tasted like that had been cooked in very rancided oil. The rest of what we ordered was cold. Also the person taking the order could not understand English at all. We had to repeat order about 4 times before she understood.
Drive thru attendant was pretty rude. Food was greasier than usual. Order would’ve been messed up if I hadn’t had the presence of mind to check the order.
Ordered 2 tacos w/xtra cheese. Received one with a slice of cheese and little meat and another with nothing but a little meat. Where was the lettuce and salsa??? I only give 2 stars because the drive-thru employee made it right, but I had to re-drive-thru to get it remedied. What if I had driven further down the highway before realizing the problem? Sounds like a retraining of the cooks is in need.
So I just left the stables the young man in the drive thru rang up my order wrong and it was the wrong price when I corrected him he act like he didn’t understand what he did wrong , he finally got help and fixed but he didn’t apologize or nothing and shoved my food at me and still added pickles to my wrap I wasn’t even trying to give him a hard time just make sure my order was right. Y’all should train your employees better to respond to different situations accordingly because what I wanted to do was go in there when I realized he got my food wrong and go off on him and return energy but I didn’t he should be lucky. No one greets you when you come in. You're always waiting to get you order taken even though you're the only one in the store. The order is never fresh and you may also be missing a few items. Drive threw doesn't speak English and don't have and customer service standards.
Maybe it was a bad night or something but I ordered two chicken burritos and the chicken was burnt to a crisp in both. Clearly the chicken had been fried too long.
I've been to many Jack in the Box restaurants and they are usually pretty fast. Tonight there was one vehicle in front of us and it took 8 minutes. In the world of fast food, that is not fast! At first I thought they were closed because we were waiting for someone to take our order and I actually had to say hello to the speaker several times to get someone. When we finally get to the window, the gentleman would barely talk so I had to ask him several times to repeat what he was saying. It took about 5 minutes for me to get home and when I unwrapped my burger, it was already cold. That, plus the fact that it looked like somebody smashed it. Despite all of this, the food was good as always.
They always forget the condiments even when I remind them at the door no condiments you must recheck every single order or it's often wrong if you ask for 8 Taco sauces and two buttermilk ranches a bed it's wrong you better count it at the window and make the people wait behind you and then ask for what you asked for that's the only way to get the order right here but it's Jack in the Box what do you

I have got to stop getting drive thru in Bedford. Was missing about 1/4 of my order. I even asked the person handing me the food if this was everything. I should have checked when I was handed the food. I knew things were going to be wrong when I was handed drinks and I tried mine and it was sweet tea and I ordered unsweetened tea and the girl told me it was unsweetened tea.
It was my first time to order from there at 7:30 pm on sat 9/25/2021. I ordered the sandwich #12 they gave me totally wrong sandwich and went home. I went back to return it and get the right one so the girl give me a mother wrong one and she know that but she is lazy to do a new one and give me a burger. I opened it and told here that this is wrong again . Then she gave me another sandwich which was a chicken one . She didn’t say sorry. It’s an awful experience . I will never go there any more. They do mistakes and they give the touched sandwiches to people. No more jack in the box!! Awful awful awful!!!!!!
my family arrived at this location after an atrocious visit to the location down the road and as we sat there for five minutes before finally having someone said in a snide attitude "what are you here for?" which prompted my family to leave. today is proof that all jack in the box locations are truly terrible and they have all lost my business and I will strongly advise anyone I meet to not go to them either.
I went in to wash my hands b4 ordering .. bathroom door locked so proceeded to place order when a lady came out of bathroom so I walked back that direction and stood there ... she looked at me and rudley said its for customers only...I asked ->am I not a customer? She said I had to place an order to use the bathroom... I WAS there only customer hmmmm... 😳 I left and went to Taco Bell next door and got GREAT food and AWESOME customer service.
Ordered tacos and was giving nothing but lettuce and sauce. 👎👎 I wondered why my taco felt so cold and thin. Change given back to me included 4.00 in quarters smh definitely will not visit this location again.
Always taste your drink before leaving. This location won't fix their coke machine. They give out flat strange tasting coke. This is the second time she has done this and acts like she doesn't realize it. THEY KNOW! I won't go back to this location after trying it repeatedly, with the same results. Terrible, eggs precooked, cold breakfast jack the greasiest hashbrowns and flat coke.
Do not eat here!! I ordered 12 tacos and when I got home they where wet! I tried to call and someone answered then hung up with out saying a word.I went back the next day with the wet tacos and tried to talk to a manager and there wasn't a manager in the store!? How do you run a business without a manager? With that being said I had to wait for someone to call the manager to give me a refund. All around bad service I will never go back!!
Terrible service and order is always wrong. I have very low expectations for fast food and was still shocked by how consistently and utterly this location causes problems. Avoid this location if at all possible; items and sizes are often incorrect even for replacements.
First of all yesterday was my daughter’s birthday and she wanted Jack in the box for her meal , so when we got home my little girl noticed that they put ketchup and Mayo and her food and she wanted her meal dry and her fries were cold and my son mini tacos were also cold and a mess with so much grease. So my wife went back up to the store and got out to speak with the manager and explained what had happen and he declined to fix the order and all he said was that he can switch out the bread . Which still the meat has ketchup and Mayo and by now every thing is even more cold. My wife started to get up set , the so called manager just stood there for her to leave. I want corporate to contact us right away and I want that manager fired and the drive thru guy just laughing …
I have lived off of Harwood for the last 4 years and never visited this Jack in the Box. So today, off all days, I decide to visit. I pulled in to the drive-thru around 10 PM and was told that they were not taking orders. I asked if they were closed and the lady on the mic said we are temporarily not taking orders. I asked if they were closed until tomorrow or if they might start taking orders again sometime tonight. 🙃 The lady responded saying: MA'AM WE'RE ABOUT TO BE UNDERSTAFFED IN A SEC SO WE'RE NOT TAKING ANY ORDERS...so I pulled forward because I was trapped between two cars in front of me and two cars behind me. I was stuck waiting in between those cars for 30 minutes with my car idling and I didn't get to eat....needless to say I'm never coming back.
Tried to get some food from here last night with my little sister. We live in the apartments right up the street so we walked there. Hours posted on their door said they were open till midnight for the lobby. Got there around 10:30 and the door was already locked and then the manager pulls up in her car and has a headset on for the drive through but tells us that their new staff supposedly isn't trained well enough yet. So they closed 2 hours early because their staff wasn't trained enough? But yet their drive through was open.
This has to be the worst JIB I’ve ever picked up or had it delivered. Order is always wrong. Tacos are soggy af. Always an attitude at the window even though I’m being nice. Never had a delicious taco here. For FYI JIB on Walnut Hill and Marsh in Dallas blows this one out. Maybe they should train there.
Every night between 2-8am their system is always "down" the owner should look into this. They are cutting into profit. This has happened over a dozen times to me. Your workers should have better integrity.
I had questions about the menu. I called twice and some rude lady kept hanging up on me and wouldn’t give me the time of day. I love their food but after the service I had today, I will not be ordering from this location again.
Update 8/1/2023 Still no meal and no voucher. Thanks...? Update 8.16.2023 Offered a replacement meal voucher but it has not shown up yet. UPDATE: 7/25 STILL NO CONTACT. I don't know how many ways to insult this location (and the food) to get a response. Sure, they asked, but never followed up. I haven't eaten at Jack's since Seattle 1996. That's not their fault, per se. I thought it was the e.coli burgers, but nope. It was the service. That ruined me for Jack's until Snoop decided to go off the rails. I love Snòop, so I figured I'd give it another try. Boy, Snoop, I'm disappointed. 1. How can the drive-through worker NOT know what the Snoop meal is?? She did not know what I was talking about and tried to give me a different meal. 🙃 2. How can the one thing she did get right on the screen end up being a cheeseburger and not chicken?? Yeah. Maybe next century we can try again. Still salty about it 2 weeks later.
Worst service to exist. I ordered a number 3 and asked for it to be fresh and I’ll wait the extra time in the fries etc.. I received my order and the fries were cold and my burger was cold and the bun was hard.
Rude people, badly run store. I gave up on getting an order in at the drive through. I stopped at the window and asked if they were pranking people by forcing them to repeat their order several times and then ringing it up wrong repeatedly, or if they just wanted to discourage orders so they'd have more slack time. The young man and another hood rat like him mocked me & thought the situation was amusing. I went on my way. A young lady near the window seemed genuinely confused, and was apologetic- I'm guessing she wasn't monitoring the order. There's a problem at this location.
Unproffessional and pacey worker. Did not inspire confidence, checked my sandwich and sure enough it had bacon which I had ordered without. Curly fries not placed in bag with care. Had them redo my order. Slow drive through experience as well. Will be avoiding this location. Jack in the Boxes have been disappointing lately, I dunno what is going on with them. Their service is like the opposite of ChickFilA.
Just went through the drive thru. I ordered the new sour dough Patty melt. When I got home there were no onions at all on my burger. The lady at the drive thru window was rude. No conversation even though I said hello and thank you when she handed me my order she just slammed the window shut and ignored me. And one of the ladies inside the store was walking around with her mask down over her chin the whole time I was waiting. My first AND last time there. How hard is it to say thank you, your welcome, have a nice day.
We love jack but recently we have been so disappointed not only on how long they take in the drive thru But recently every time we go late at night THEY HAVE BEEN CLOSE DUE TO ( short staff ) so they say but see 2,3 people as we drive by. Way to go jack if u want to keep losing money from the loyal customers u once had. Have been taking my business to McDonald’s🤷♀️
Night shift has to much time to play and talking and not making sure orders are right. Lady at the window very rude didn't ask me if I needed anything else just pushed bag out the window. This is the 2nd nights in a row and same thing will contact corporate. I work 16hrs a day and still do my job right The night before they had someone behind the counter that didn't even work there or was not clocked in I know this because they talked more then making sure my order was right Note all bad review are pointed to the night shift.
I drove through today and asked for an order of jalapeño poppers. That’s all I wanted. She finally rang up a chicken pita sandwich and I told her that’s not what I wanted. I wanted jalapeño poppers. She then added that to the order. I said I don’t want a sandwich I simply want jalapeño poppers. She asked me how many and I said seven. Then she said, do you wanna combo number seven? PITIFUL!!! not IONE car in the parking lot. Get someone who can understand English or don’t put them in the drive-through. This place has problems. Good luck getting your order correct
Got every item in our order wrong, then told us we had passed the 45 minute time limit while waiting for them to remake it. Offered a specialty boba drink which was uncooked. Not just undercooked, I think they were legitimatly unaware they needed to be cooked because they were ice cold and like solid plastic.
The behavior that this staff exhibited today was deplorable. An elderly paying customer asked to use the restroom and the female cashier told her 'hold on, I'm busy right now' and abruptly walked away. Leaving the elderly female customer (who had mobility issues) standing near the door for all of 5 minutes. It takes 1 minute to unlock a restroom, there is no reason she could not stop preparing orders to open it. When I was handed my order, I asked if she was going to unlock the restroom for the waiting patron; she rolled her eyes and said yes with an attitude. I am not sure whether to subject this form of treatment as prejudicial, controlling, or ableist, but I for sure reported her to corporate. Wrong is wrong! Sidenote: I can see from previous reviews, this is not the first instance regarding the restroom, and management failed to address the situation since it's happening again. To the company: Don't bother responding to this post, save it for the BBB.
I'm a bit older and there are a few inconveniences that come with age. One is having to go to the restroom more often. I went before I left home for an errand, but sure enough, I needed to go again before my trip was finished. I stopped at this restaurant and was informed that the restroom was only for paying customers. So, don't go to this restaurant unless you need a burger and fries, certainly not if you just need to go. The Taco Bell next door was more accommodating.
Horribly understaffed, I felt bad for some of those workers. Customer service was severely lacking. The worker taking my order immediately had an attitude. I checked my bag at the window & was missing over half my order. Asked for the rest of my food & was handed some more bags. Then as we started to drive away, I realized was still missing an item. Had to circle back around & go back through the drive thru to get the rest of my order. Drove home & realized all the the buns are burned, no cheese or bacon on my sandwich & had the wrong kind of fries. Will not be returning anytime soon.
I went in today to get some breakfast sandwiches. There were two people in the dining room. 3 cars in the drive through. Stood there for several minutes. I was never even looked at. So I left. Given how they were acting, you will probably get better service at the drive through. I did not tempt fate by getting in the drive through. Too many other restaurants to go to.
I don’t know who’s in shift at this Jack in the box at 7:20pm on Nov 16, 2024. It took almost exactly 40 min to get my food. After I get my food I was still missing my chicken nuggets. The service is horrible who ever was working the main counter, I went inside and I didn’t get acknowledged until I said something about my chicken nuggets, the nuggets were sitting there the whole time.
Not my first bad experience here but definitely the worst had to wait 5 minutes for a person to take my order with no one in line or waiting then i pull up to an empty window leave already ahead checked my bag wrong fry easy fix i reverse politly said I had the wrong fry asked for the correct fry she says no I order that and closes the window and walks away they need to find people who understand work happenes late at night and not hate every minute of it. Love the food hate the service wount be coming back to this location again
Wow, ordered online to go pick up our order 10am. Get there and store is closed...so we went through the long line to get to the window and greated with an attitude from the lady. Why are people just so rude... my husband thought it was under his(small mistake) she waves him off saying I don't what to tell you...as if she wanted us to just drive off. Showed her the order from our phone and she said I dunno I'm confused... we asked her to try my name and low and behold she found it. She got her food and tossed it on the counter and handed it with an attitude. Please check your stores and manage better. It's not just this store with a problem. It's all surrounding ones that have issues.
The order was completely wrong. First, I asked for a hamburger. They say there are no hamburgers on menu. Surely, you can make a hamburger leaving off the cheese. I wait a few minutes before I pick up my order even though the receipt clearly says hamburger they give me a cheese burger that I can't eat because I am allergic to cheese. They could have checked it, but that I guess will be my last time coming here since I was only able to eat the fries.
Ordered through Uber eats and waited an hour for it to get here (partly on driver). The order was wrong/missing ingredients/missing items, shake wasn’t even mixed you could see the separation in the cream…gross man…got an extra drink than I ordered but doesn’t matter they both taste like flat Coke Zero when that’s not even the drink ordered so OK..forgot my pregnant wife’s fries and sent her an expired looking side salad with no dressing or utensils but hey y’all gave us a stinky slice of cheesecake we didn’t order to make up for it, the sandwiches were also wet messes. I’m not a picky eater and have had Jack in the box plenty through the years but this was just a rushed sloppy mess poor quality control, lost a couple of customers never again y’all are the Applebees of fast food.
Every time I go here the employees are just playing on their phone, they ignore the drive through line, they ignore you when you go inside and they ALWAYS get my order wrong. It takes forever and it's always horrible service. Tonight i watched 3 others cars give up on the drive through because nobody was answering the speaker, so I went inside and the only person there who could take orders was ducked behind the counter on his phone. When I asked if it was broken he just said "no what do you want" Edit: went again tonight. Me and the five cars behind me had to wait 10 minutes to even get our order taken and the guy at the window was extremely rude in the process. This is the worst location I've ever been to.
I'm sitting in line at Jack in The box after not being able to place my order at this location and I'm also trapped and can't leave because his car ahead of me. Person ahead and he's been waiting on their order apparently for a good 7 minutes now at least because that's how long I've been sitting here waiting to leave the parking lot. I'm pretty sure there's only one or two people working the entire store in there so you have somebody running the register running the takeout window and running the grill all at the same time. Very disappointed in Jack in the box I would love to discuss this with somebody further you can send me an email or hit me up and I'd be happy to complain more
Went into Jack this evening and the young lady at the window is nice but I had ordered large ice Carmel ice coffee and she gave me a different flavor and than I told her that she made a mistake and she took it to fix it and once again she messed up and gave me a chocolate flavored and closed the window . At least the tacos were ok they were cold but good. No manager . And the young lady never game me my receipt.
Got the order wrong, I had to go back to the location . They informed me they didn't have what I order so they took it upon themselves to replace it with another order or they could of refund my money back, the lady didn't know any English which it was fine cause I know English and Spanish, but the fact she didn't understand English why was she taking orders at the drive thru? So yes very bad experience
Placed an online order. Pre paid, when I get there the woman in the drive through tells me they didn't receive any online orders. I politely asked for the address to confirm I was at the right location. She refused to give me the address a couple of times which I found strange. I pull up to the window only for her to say. We don't have any online order for you it's not our problem. Disrespectful. I said mam I paid for my food it's a problem. She refused to help in anyway until she realized the clock was ticking on the drive through wait time. This is my last trip to Jack in the box.
First and LAST time going here after 8pm. The curly fries they served me were burnt and as hard as rocks completely inedible. The burger they gave me was also dry but the buns were soggy like they had been sitting in water it was absolutely disgusting the dog wouldn't even eat the thing. It was an absolute waste of money. the staff was rude condescending and completely incompetent for absolutely no reason
Ordering late night seems to be an issue. We ordered two orders of Egg Rolls, a #4 large with regular fries and 6 orders of tacos. Got back to our hotel and only got half of order and curly fries. We called several times and no answer. Not surprised when your drive through is trash. Do not recommend eating here. Unless you want to pay and not get the food you ordered.
On 9-11-2025 @12:08 Am Drive Thru order of three crispy egg rolls and a curly fry , I get home and it Freaking nasty Churros! I do not knw how "EGGROLLS & CHURROS " even sound the same ... So I go back and the Hispanic mama says to me " ZESSSS I MESS UP " How in the hell can you work at a American fast food and NOT SPEAK ENGLISH? None of them speak English ! I am so over this location ! And then does not provide me with a receipt . Jack you have to do better ! Honestly I wanted to slap her in her face face , with the smerk on her face when I came back thru ! Lost this repeat custo for life!!!!!!!
I just wanted a burger and fry at 2 am. The guy that took my order ring me up for the wrong order. I order a double combo on the bonus jack and total came to 11.36. I still paid it then he going tell me to wait and got the manager and she told me that i had 50 cent left to pay for when I know I had more… I still transfer money over and she told me decline. I left and went close to home where I went to another jack in the box and try to order the same meal which came to 7.36 and when I check my bank app I saw that this location took the money off…. I drove back to ask for food or my money back and that rude manager didn’t give neither…I need corporate…I will never order from here again. Also not to be rude put someone in the drive thru that knows English and not just going be pressing buttons on a cash register!!!!!!! Update 12/12/25 Online order this time. Food cold and missing a burger. Came through at 5:03am. Called twice no answer….not coming here again.
If I could give it a half star I would !! Drive into town after 11pm (website says they’re open until 4am with no specifics) in a box truck. I placed a to go order. I arrived to find the lobby was closed. I walked over to the drive thru window to ask the worker what he suggested I do, as they already took my money. I was screamed at from across the parking lot from the “admin” ( who I just witnessed walk into the store, get her own food, then walk out) that I “can’t walk in the drive thru” I explained my situation and she said “ I don’t care; I’m admin and I’m telling you that you need to plan ahead next time.” 0/10 would NOT recommend!!!!!!!
I ordered a munchie meal through DoorDash… and when the dasher arrived the lady named Lou told the driver that they already made it and they won’t make it again I said ok let me contact customer support they tried having them remake it and they refused so I called and asked what’s going on and the same lady mumbled something and hung up… I tried calling again because I didn’t hear her and she picked up the phone and hung up everytime I tried calling this is super un professional and as someone who went to sdsu with the owner of the company jack in the box I’m extremely disappointed and will be contacting corporate and making a complaint and make sure to drop names to make sure you are help accountable
2025-03-13, This has to be one of the worst Jack in the Boxs i have ever been to. I specifically requested my tacos to be extra crispy. The woman could barely understand English. She took my order and said nothing to the cook. I had to remind you, and she told him. The cook said, "I already made some, and pointed to a bag in the counter.... She explained to him "crispy." The tacos that came out were barely cooked and were nasty... i ended up throwing at least 4 of the 6 of them away, as they were inedible. Customer service, attention to detail and order accuracy is key. Look, if you don't want to be there, then leave, don't take your frustration out on people and their food. I do not recommend this place, not in the slightest.
