Not normally a McD fan but when you're 'Marvin' they are pretty good. Atmosphere? I was in drive through so I take the great atmosphere with me. Great staff here, bless them.

A hard day moving, needed to chill and get food. Pop in here and have not used in a while. For a change it was very quiet which i was very pleased about. Food was very nice chicken strips and a Qpounder. Cold drink. Sat up stairs and watch the world go by, just what i needed. On the way out I got a flurry ( I'm sure they were bigger in the passed) sat in my van and enjoy every bit of it. Prefer end to my working day.

Not much you can say about a Maccy D's really. It does what it says on the can. Used the drive through, the staff were pleasant, very smiley and jolly and the food appeared quickly. Only downside is the fact that like everywhere food quality is not as good as it once was, portion sizes seem smaller and prices much higher. Good that Mc'D's are offering veggie options as well. Thank you for that. Easy to get to this MacDonalds, staight off the main road. Not much of a queue considering we got there around 8 in the morning. It was as you'd expect.

Today is the opening day of the store, and even though it seems packed at first, the restaurant is buzzing but at the same time completely organised. The staff seem to have everything under full control and the atmosphere of the restaurant remains clean and hospitable.

I was surprised by the service at Mcdonalds and I had a pleasant experience with Pat, she made it so easy and nice! I got in for a quick shake and she took me immediately with a smile, got my order correct and had my shake in less then 30 seconds. Awesome God bless this woman and please let her know that she is appreciated there!

With good parking joined with Domino's Pizza and Starbucks, McDonald's offers all you expect from the franchise. With an indoor play area for younger children and a drive through with two order points, this is everything you could ask for from a McDonalds. With two entrances and exits, driving into and out of is made easier also.

A regular McDonald’s, nothing really much to expect to be honest. Sometimes they mix up the orders but you may request a refund or replacement. Wait time is okay. About 10-15 minutes for your order. Staff is lovely, kind and caring and will help you out if you have any concerns.

Ordered on the big screens, got my number waited around 10 mins for food. My number came up and disappeared from the screen well before it was called out. Burger was hot, chips were scorching, makes a nice change for a McDonald's. No complaints. Just shame they can't consistently get the food like this.

The food was decent enough but not my style. The service was my speed of running which was faster than a normal McDonald's. There was no colouring at all, not good for atmosphere.. The Halloween decorations were 🆒 but too many fake cobwebs. The cool thing about it is Thier is a elevator.4 ⭐⭐⭐⭐. William, 8 years old.

After having problems with the App again I sought assistance from a member of staff. Amelie was very helpful in trying to resolve my issues. Once we ordered the store had no books available with the Happy Meals she went the extra mile to find a toy that my granddaughter hadn’t already got. Very good customer service.

I wanna give my review about the fast food I've eaten. I've to say that am actually impressed with the way they look. Let me make my review; 1. The chicken wraps taste good, well made. Looks like the people have taken the time to make these. Looks like no rush and well cooked. 2. The fried chips taste also good. I would say they're the best so far than the ones I've ate in high street. 3. The Oreo ice cream is also excellent. I like it and to know there are more option to select is a good start to try them all, hopefully I can taste them all. I would say that this Mc Donald is far better than the one I went in high street town. I've to say that am impressed and satisfied. For this, I would like to give 4 stars because it's the 2nd time. To merit 5 stars I must go there often but so far it is just take home. I can't give 5 stars because it's my 2nd time. So far well done guys, I'm happy I spent good money and it's not even costly honestly. I thought it was gonna be over £16 but less. I can't say much guys, just well done. Keep up! Do not worry about the negative reviews. Just focus on improving better. The ratings need to go up!

Went there at 11am on Sunday with my 2 boys. Ordered from the day menu, the food came to the table but it was cold :-( how is it possible as we were at the start of the service. Shame as it spoiled the treat. On a plus, ample car park, great outside space with playground. Lots of space inside split on 2 floors.

Food was only warm and when I walked in and stood a the counter to order the lady behind just walked off after serving the man in front. 5 or 6 people walked passed until a young girl came and asked if we needed serving. Not great especially as I have stopped using the aspects one due to the service and standards being so poor in there.

We used the Drive Thru as we do 90% of the time. We tend to find the staff taking the orders to be less than 'interested' and often seem distracted by other things going on around them whilst taking our order. Probably 50% of the time we are asked to pull up because the food isn't ready and this most recent visit we were waiting for at least 10 minutes for our order. We hadn't order anything that wasn't a standard listed item (so no special requested etc). When food is handed to us, it is a case of their window being opened and the food shoved in our direction, sometimes without any dialogue from them at all. It's a shame I guess, I know it's meant to be 'Fast Food', sadly they are 'fast' to hand it out once its ready but 'slow' to actually prepared the food! This said, I would say the level of service at Elms is better than Aspects! Not sure that's a compliment though!

It’s a typical McD’s, the food is what you would expect, the decor is tired and could do with a refresh, also no table service was available, again, and the receipt printers were not working (again).

It was alright... About what you'd expect from a Mcdonalds restaurant... I did visit this one because I was on my own with 2 small children and wanted to use their order points in the upstairs seating area... But not only was the lift out of order did to vandals but they were not bringing the food up... This was an issue because now I had to go back down stairs with a 2 year old and a 5 year old to collect my food... Then carry it back up... 5 years on and I'm happy to report that this is now my go-to McD's the service is great the food is usually at a good temp and the restaurant is mostly always clean. (which compared to other restaurants is saying something) we will continue to visit here.

Nice - they've done the place up well so it looks a lot better, nice and clean and not like every other McD's out there. Food was fine, had a big tasty mac with bacon, could have done with a bit more bacon, but the burger, sauce and salad were all good - bout £7 total so good value for money - staff friendly, and they brought it to our table too which was nice

Went in for something quick to eat before going to Christmas light switch on, orded at kiosk and had table service was all fine food was few minutes 👍, we decided to sit upstairs it was hard to find a clean table and chairs not with food spilt on them, and the floors under the tables were the same under most of them, we went about 4pm on a Sunday and wasn't busy, parking was fine.

Unreliable drive-through experience, unfortunately typical of McDonald's these days: I have on multiple occasions had drive-throughs from this McDonald's and unfortunately had a real mixed bag of experiences. I've had incorrect food/drink flavours, on multiple occasions they have forgotten to provide tissues and often found myself being made to wait an unnecessary amount of time being able to see customers with larger orders making it through in less time. The restaurant itself is okay, perhaos one of the more cleaner McDonald's I've been to in my time. It's okay, but not much more than that.

No sure how else to show what I did not receive... After 14hr shift and thought I'd go home and enjoy a humble meal to find that my 3 dips including the one I paid for was not in my meal... How frustrating and it ruined my night. Even the Ketchup for the fries, I had to ask for it...Why cant you just add ketchup to every order as standard... Double check the orders before giving it out, PLEASE, I usually do it and for once I did not and this😭😭😭😭 whaaaaaaay? But really not happy with this experience, not even sure what they can do make up for it. Oh well, this is all I can do! To keep my sanity! So annoying... But life goes on!

This branch mainly seem to be focused on servicing orders for takeaway drivers (Uber etc) rather than customers in the restaurant. If the kiosks downstairs don’t have the cards for “deliver to seat”, just go upstairs and do it there. You’ll want to sit down for the long long wait.. Not hugely clean either, but again this is due to them not being bothered by the restaurant other than takeaway.

Ordered via the app to speed up the process and then stood in store for over 10 minutes waiting for the order (had a pickup to do from KFC straight after and that took around 2 minutes to come out!). The board was full of Deliveroo/JustEat orders and the restaurant had a number of their drivers/cyclists standing around with their bags on the tables waiting for their orders too. McDonald's used to be known for fast food but there was nothing fast about it and the atmosphere of the place was grim.

This is the lucky dip of Macdonald's. Choose what you want, place your order, double check it's been taken correctly because often it's not, pay and then see what you get. It's exciting, sometimes you get lucky and sometimes you get what you ordered. Whatever is in the bag will probably be cold or just above room temperature 9 times out of 10 unless you go at a busy time.

Quite possibly the worst drive-through ever. Advertised as being open 24 hours, but spends a lot of time closed (I work nights). When it is open the food is crap, you can tell they've put fries back in the fryer to reheat them as it feels like your eating twigs. Cold burgers and drinks only 3/4 full. Most of the staff either have a sh!te attitude or are incompetent and if you manage to find the main restaurant is actually open through the night, you'll probably see the duty manager sat in his car as near to the door as he can get smoking herb (it wouldn't bother me if he did it further away from the door, as then I wouldn't have to pass through the fumes to get in).

24th April 2024, stopped at order machine, waited! No service? Went to pay window! Waited? Still no service, moved to collection point! Staff walking around but had to call for attention? Was asked to reverse but by that time another customer was coming around behind me! So they have lost a customer and gained this review.

3 times in a row they've not put any sauce in for nuggets. Even when asking again at the pickup window if they put sauce in, being told yes, having nowhere to pull over to check the bag before leaving the long drive thru line and finding out at home that for the THIRD time they did not give me sauce. Whatever, it's just sauce, right. Well this time, they forgot the sauce for the fourth time, AND a whole big mac. I guess I'm just pissing my money away at this establishment. When I called, they said I would have to drive back today to get a replacement, not at my own convenience. I don't come here every day, and certainly not making a second trip in one day. As if their prices weren't bad enough already, you'll apparently be lucky to leave here with everything you've paid for.

I went to this McDonald's after some exercise at night, I got there and ordered. Not only did two of the machines not work properly when I went to pay in person it took quite some time for someone to come to the counter, when I ordered I made clear my allergies and specified what was in the meal and what I needed NOT to be in it. Me and my friend end up waiting 25 minutes just for a small meal and a drink then after I leave and get to the burger it says right on the top what I needed removed then I open it up and low and behold they didn't remove a single bloody thing. Overall service was appalling, the place was a ness and the staff were inattentive at best

Our local McDonald's. The staff are always polite and friendly. The premises themselves are new, clean and offer a lot of good features to keep the children entertained. Unfortunately it ends there..... when it comes to the food they seem to make errors with our order on a regular basis. I've had numerous orders with wrong items, the worst being when they put in a Bacon Big Mac which was not ordered. a very big issue when you don't eat bacon. I've also had a milkshake which was supposed to be strawberry but had banana nearing the end, as well as cold food. Other smaller incidents such as the wrong milkshake and the Happy Meal toy missing have occurred. As such I am reluctant to order from this branch. I'd rather wait longer and let them get my order right, rather than go home and find that it is incorrect, by then you're hungry and upset. Wrong items seem to be a common occurrence with this branch judging by other reviews left. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this branch.

Absolute terrible experience at this branch. Not the first time where they have incompetent staff members. I ordered food and was told to wait in the bay when after waiting for 15 minutes for simple fillet-o-fish meals, I was told my food was given to someone else. When I went in to retrieve my order physically after going through the drive thru, Tai the manager wasn’t even apologetic. Couldn’t care less that people wait on this food after a long day. Tai clearly has no people skills and doesn’t know how to manage the site when it gets busy as this is not the first time he has been supervising and my food has gone wrong. This place needs re-evaluating before they leak business. I’m sure the owner would be appaulled at how the customers are treated. If the situation was rectified in an appropriate way I wouldn’t have been so negative, however Tai THE MANAGER, couldn’t care less. The person who is running a franchise which is meant to have great service as well as great food couldn’t provide either today. I hope other people see this review and think twice before going here. I would give a 0 if I could.

Absolute disgrace. Never have I ordered from this place and they have sent me a complete order. Not just one thing missing it’s always a meal or two and more. They then refuse to take responsibility and pawn you off to Uber who also refuse to take responsibility. Never had any issues with any other McDonald’s apart from this one. I imagine they are intentionally doing it because no one can mess up that many orders and be that stupid. Pathetic

Placed an order via Just Eat - two items missing - rang McDonald's Elms Parc who refuse to deliver the missing items and I have to contact Just Eat for a refund. SERIOUSLY!!! Hope the driver will bring back my tip! Thought the idea of a take away was to bring the customer something to eat, but this must be a regular thing as the staff member had the spiel off pat regarding the refund. Anyway I have plenty of time to write this review as I have nothing to eat.

Ordered on app and went through the drive thru. Given the milkshake from a meal and asked to park at the click and serve. 20 mins later, we had to ask a worker to send a manager as we were still awaiting the order. Manager comes, and says he'll find out where it is, goes off and comes back 5 minutes later with the order and no explanation as to why it's taken 25 minutes. We had to request a fresh milkshake as 20 mins in the car with the heating on had melted the first one. We had only ordered a fish finger happy meal, fries and a triple cheeseburger. I could've cooked this quicker at home and will do from now on. This is the second time it has been over 20 minutes waiting for an order. Not my idea of Fast Food.

Every time there is something missing from the order. Last two times had only 3 chicken nuggets instead of 4 in the happy meal. Bought a muffin today and it was so dry and crumbly so is certainly not fresh. Overall poor service.

If i could score this as zero then i would, i waited for 25 minutes in the drive thru waiting to be served. When i finally was served i noticed all the staff stood still having a chat, ive been inside the restaurant 3 times and everytime they've messed up the order one way or another. Custome service skills are dreadful. Could potentially be due to the fact majority of the staff are straight out of college.

Lift out of order, served cold half-portion fries which went back and replaced with slightly warmer half-portion fries.1/4 cheese Burger was barely warm and didn't even melt cheese. Probably one of the worst McDonald's franchise restaurant I've visited. Update 12.7.24: this place needs closing. Ordered mozzarella bites received chicken nuggets. Tills don’t accept promotion vouchers, tills don’t dispense receipts. No condiments. No napkins. Extremely slow service. Dirty tables.

Joke of a establishment. Took them 20 mins to make my order, requested it to be fresh and given to me cold at drive thru. And then even got the order wrong. Not going to come here anymore. Don't understand how it's so hard to chuck a couple of things in fryers that are timed anyway.

Has to be the worst franchise that I've ever been to. 3 visits over a 3 month period and service is rubbish. Table service option took forever on each occasion. Ordered desserts and waited 20 min. Went to the counter to see what was going on. The ticket was found sitting on the side. No intention to bring the items to the table.

Sunday 02.02.25 update 0:46am. Just home from McDonald's. Didn't buy anything. So desperately slow. Zero improvement from a year ago . People I saw looked so tired, and so so fed up waiting. I wasn't even acknowledged. To them I was never even there. I'm unimpressed, it's just the worst. Saturday 23rd Jan 2023. 01:20 rediculously slow, it was exactly like there was one person in the building doing everything. Really slow, I was so tired, if I knew I'd be waiting so long, I'd have gone straight home instead.

I went through the drive-thru ordered a Philly stack and was told I could have the steakhouse burger which wasn’t even out yet. So they gave me a BBQ SMOKEHOUSE BURGER instead like OOOOOOOOOOOHhhHHhh yeah that’s what I wanted is it. Phoned up telling the someone what happened. He didn’t listen to me and just told me it’s not his problem AND that I basically lied to him. So I said I could come back and explain to him I have chicken and not beef which I didn’t want chicken I wanted beef… hence the Philly stack(which I understand that was out of order) I came back and showed the guy on the phone which was the manger. And he told me he’s sorry(which I’m grateful for) and i asked if I could either swap or get my money back. He obviously went to swap for a double quarter pounder… yes a double. Plus my chips were cold and unsalted(disappointment) but orange juice is very good and so are the cheesy garlic bread bites(highly recommend)

Update:18/10/25 I ordered large fries and this arrived. Absolute joke! It would be nice if they could actually get our orders correct at some point. If you're expecting a Happy Meal with the current seasons offerings then you'll be sorely disappointed. The current season is The Grinch and we ordered a Happy Meal with a toy (24/12), we received a Despicable Me 4 box with a Halloween book. We don't order that often but it's the same each time. What an absolute joke!

I ordered a double big mac meal with strawberry milkshake, when it arrived not only was it cold, but it wasn't a double big mac, it was a regular big mac, the chips were half full and the milkshake only just over half full. If it wasn't for the fact that I had be be out of the house in 20 minutes I would have called to complain. I won't be ordering from them again

Easily one of the worst Mcdonalds I've been too. I work in the estate and go to this McDonald's a few times and every time there is something disappointing. 8 times out of 10 the order received is wrong but even if its right there a barely any fries in the pouch or the burger is absolutely soaked through with sauce (literally seeping through the wrapping). But that's only if you get through the intercom on the drive-through because if you're unfortunate enough to go on the left intercom, you'll get ignored for quite a while. Also, the communication through the intercom is usually "yes what would you want?". If you make it to the window after payment you'll be asked to either wait in a parking bay or at the second service window for a while as it takes 10-15 mins to bring a coffee or a single cheeseburger (far too many multiple times this has happened). If you attempt to go inside you'll be staring at your order on the opposite side of the counter for the same duration or until you ask the staff to hand it to you.

Very disappointed with the costumer service and food today! We waited for our order for 40min. When we received our breakfast it was cold so must have been sitting there for all that time. All Just Eat delivery people were prioritised ….. No apology from any workers

Shocking, ordered food through the McDonalds app - their driver marks it as being delivered when it hasn’t been, called up to see what was going on to be told it is completely separate to them and essentially not their issue. Couldn’t/wouldn’t provide details of their driver, whilst they did offer to make the offer FOC if it could be collected - it isn’t much help as I ordered for delivery for a reason

Definitely he worst McDonald's in Bedford. Slow service, inconsistent, sometimes open, sometimes not. Sometimes open, yet not serving the advertised menu or sometimes not serving food at all. If you go there at night there is a good chance you won't even be able to order anything, even though they're "open". Just a few of the experiences I've had: "Sorry we can't take orders at the moment" "sorry we're only selling drinks at the moment" "sorry we're doing a software update" Or sometimes they just leave you sitting there at the intercom until you get frustrated and leave. Also they're constantly getting orders wrong! Missing items, wrong size portions, wrong order altogether. It's far below the standard I expect from McDonald's. This restaurant really needs to be looked into and these issues addressed. It's the newest McDonald's restaurant in Bedford, but by far the worst. *edit* Once again (4.21) "sorry sir we don't sell meat at this time"... Come on guys!!!

Dreadful service. This place gets steadily worst. Order on the app to “save time”. You end up waiting at the drive through to tell them your code then wait for ever to drive through to receive cold coffees because they have been sitting there. Had to drive back to return them- no apologies just handed them back by an unfriendly female “manager”.

This McDonald's is definitely the worst in Bedford. Poor service, rude people and the longest wait I've ever been to. This isn't "fast food" but "slow food", not to mention that if they reverse the order, there are always items missing.

Wait inside over 15 min. And clearly see drive thru take priority . I can see all people including me feel forgoten. After that I still see my order at the bottom . So need ask for refund. Never come back there.

Wrong order given at drive through stroppy woman at window said if you want what you ordered will be 10 pound more I said yes went to give card ,she said no machine need cash obviously couldn't be bothered, customer service is not in their vocabulary, what happenedto customer is always right !

Not the first time they have forgotten to put something in but not usually a big deal. Still very close by so went through the drive-through again. Dutifully handed over the bag and receipt to be met with 'We'll do it for you this time but you should come back quicker'..... Wait WHAT, how about your staff put the correct order in the first time.

Decided to park and go inside rather than queue for the drive-through, which was a mistake. Waited nearly 20 minutes for a small order. Others in front of me had to cancel theirs because they couldn't wait any longer. Food was fine, but disappointed to wait so long for fast food with no obvious reason why, other than drive through customers get priority.

Sat in, burgers well cold. Fries were red hot ... ? Food looked like it had been stepped on and thrown together by a 5 year old. Note to self . Don't bother going to McDonald's again . Waste of time and money like all the McDonald's round the country

Possibly the worst McDonalds in the history of the country. Cold, slow and incorrect order…. Now while this isn’t a news flash for a McDonald’s restaurant, the alarming fact was that my order consisted of a happy meal, 6 nuggets and 5 chicken selects… how can you get that wrong?? 😂😂😂 I had to return TWICE after waiting almost 20minutes in the drive through for cold incorrect food. Avoid this McDonald’s like a plague. I would rather eat a scabby dead horse wedged between two bits of year old mouldy bread HOWEVER!!!! If you want a giggle one night and to see how USELESS a single individual can be, then come here just for the observation. The ONLY saving grace of this place is the very helpful and patient manager. (Young blonde lady with glasses). But even she was in disbelief of the going’s on. Truly embarrassing, to the point of sad 🤢 🍔

Shocking waited in the drive through for our breakfast. Then they came to ask me what i ordered??????? How hard is it to microwave some pancakes. Thank god i checked it as had to go back in to get the syrup and knife and fork............. Just hope the milk is in date before i add it to my tea. Pancakes cold wife's order wrong......well....manager ran and hid. Shocking service

Came for a quick breakfast on Saturday before a 2 hour drive Got basically thrown the bag of food by a miserable staff member and straight away they slammed the window shut, by the time I opened the bag (still at the window) there were no napkins. For 2 breakfast wraps 😅 So I waited a couple minutes and she didn't come back. So I quickly went into the store itself to pick up a few napkins. 5 minutes of waiting and getting ignored when there were about 4 members of staff walking past me dragging there feet not actually doing anything I finally got some napkins by I assume the manager because she was wearing a different top compared to everyone else Manager: can I help? Me: can I have some napkins please, I got a drive thru and no napkins *hands me napkins looking annoyed* Me: um thanks Manager: we haven't got many napkins ...... I didn't even bother responding cos I was in a hurry but alright its not my fault there's apparently a shortage of napkins even though you just randomly gave me 10 🤣 I work in hospitality so I know it can be tough but get a different job if you all hate it there so much Got into my car, breakfast wrap was thrown together so good thing I had napkins cos it fell apart as soon as I opened it. I had to rewrap it. Service by all staff was rubbish, apart from the guy that took our order at the drive thru. Food was good considering they may as well have just thrown it in the bag and gave me a fork. Think ill avoid this one now & cheer up loves

Ditch water is the only way to describe the hot chocolates we purchased this morning through the drive through. Like they ran out of hot chocolate and just putting a sprinkle of powder... even gave it a stir and was the same...absolutely horrid.

Awful. Sat at the drive-through order point for five minutes, then another car comes along to the other order point I’ll get their. order taken straight away. When I go to the window, the staff just walked off with no explanation or apology. Wouldn’t bother coming here again.

Wait over 25 minutes for food inside, whilst staff prioritised food delivery orders. You don't have to wait when using the drive through so why wait if you go inside? Tables were dirty but there was plenty of staff. Won't be going back.

To McDonald’s UK Customer Care, I am submitting a formal complaint regarding a highly distressing and unacceptable incident that occurred at McDonald’s Goldington Road, Bedford, involving the on-duty manager Troy (male, wearing glasses). On the date of the incident, I placed a standard order which included a Chicken Big Mac. I was instead served a Beef Big Mac, which I am unable to consume for religious reasons. This represents a serious service failure. I immediately returned the item and politely requested the correct burger. Manager Troy took the burger and instructed staff to prepare a replacement. I then waited in excess of 10 minutes. When the food was returned to me, I was handed a full meal rather than the single replacement burger and was asked whether I wanted drinks. I clearly declined, as I had already received my drinks earlier and had no intention whatsoever of taking any item that I had not paid for. Within moments, Troy approached my table in an aggressive and accusatory manner, falsely accused me and my colleagues of stealing food, and ordered us to leave the premises immediately. I attempted to calmly explain the situation, but he refused to allow me to speak, continued repeating the allegation, and raised his voice. This confrontation took place in full view of other customers, resulting in significant embarrassment, distress, and reputational harm. This accusation was entirely false, reckless, and without evidence. The sequence of events is fully verifiable via CCTV and audio recordings, which will clearly demonstrate that: • I requested only a replacement for an incorrectly served item • I explicitly declined additional drinks • I did not attempt to take any food dishonestly Being publicly accused of theft by a manager, without investigation or justification, constitutes serious misconduct. Furthermore, the initial error involved serving food that violated my religious requirements, and the subsequent treatment demonstrated a complete lack of sensitivity, professionalism, and managerial competence. This incident raises concerns of: • False accusation and defamation • Harassment and intimidation • Public humiliation • Failure to handle a religious dietary requirement appropriately • Gross failure of managerial conduct and training I consider this matter extremely serious and expect it to be treated accordingly. I am requesting: 1. A full internal investigation, including review of CCTV and staff statements 2. A written response addressing the conduct of the manager involved 3. Confirmation of what actions will be taken to prevent similar incidents 4. Appropriate remedial action and compensation for the distress caused I am retaining this correspondence and am prepared to escalate this matter further should it not be handled appropriately. I expect a substantive response.

Absolutely useless staff. Restaurant is always temporarily closed at midnight. Staff don't know their own products and give wrong condiments or none at all. I was asked recently to drive to the next window and wait for my food. I was the only car in the drive through and the order was a 1x 1/4 pounder. The place is just a joke honestly. Ironic given their mascot is a clown. Old Ronald would be turning in his McGrave at the sight of this place

Ordered through Just eat! Waiting 45mins for delivery when I asked the driver he said he had been waiting there for 20mins. Ordered a 9 nugget medium meal for son, 6 nuggets, no drink and no bbq sauce. Chips cold. Burger cold. Child had been on a school trip so this was an easy and quick fix( thought it would be). Dont know why i order, as always disappointed as is cold or something missing. Have requested refund. Would like a response Elm Parc. Thanks

Phone App did not work, which meant the food order went to the drive through collection instead of at the inside counter. Manager informed me I had to go outside, get back in my car and drive around to the drive through to collect?? I Asked if it could just be carried about two meters to the inside counter ( to save all the faffing about) Manager refused and had the worst customer service skills. My Partner was sitting upstairs and spoke to another staff member who then told them and children we couldn’t sit in the upstairs area any more as it was now 8pm. I drove around to the drive through and at the window asked them to place it on the counter, two meters behind them, as I could not put the food order in my car. I drove around, parked up and went to the counter where the manager didn’t acknowledge me and put the order on the counter and walked off. Worst customer service ever. No discretion. No problem solving skills. Ridiculous!

Got to drive through 1 sitting there for ages and then somebody else drives through to number 2 where they get served straight away. Rubbish customers service and you need to employ older staff that actually care about customers at the drive through. Ended up driving off no order placed

Today as usual our weekly treat, we ordered worth 30 quid but unfortunately, the burgers were cold and the chips are hard and dry. It’s horrible tastes of foods. It tastes like not a fresh cook meat and chips. Even the hot chocolate just tastes water. We thought we have to speak out coz it always happens every week. It has to stopped! Can the management do something please. If it is not delayed for the foods to be served, there’s always missing on the orders and it is not hot too. The waiting for the foods is far too long, the hot drinks become cold when the foods arrive. Majority of the staffs are not friendly as well. I think they forgot the value of a good costumer service. They lack the passion and care for their job and costumer. What’s going on McDonald’s.??Please please do something… thank you

Bacon was inedible with hard rubberised edges I could not bite through - which has left a strong lasting impression. How it is even possible to turn bacon into hard plastic. Black coffee is like dish water and white coffee even worse. Often you have to wait in a bay for food even when it is not busy. Worst McDonalds I've ever been to and that's a shame because it's in a very convenient location.

Slow slow service over 20 minute wait early in morning at 6am staff chatting like they have all the time in the world only 2 orders on screen and one was just coffee. Third time they have been slow in morning. Will not be returning. Can't wait that long when you have a busy day ahead.

I rarely write negative reviews but this place just deserves one. 3 out of 4 ordering touch screens out of order. Table service not possible - no number tags. You have to therefore wait in a crowd of delivery guys swarming the place half of which ignore the indoor mask mandate. Dodgy individuals hanging outside. I did not get a tray despite selecting the eat in option. All in all not a pleasant experience, fast in fast out, will not return. To be fair the place is clean and staff nice, but the other issues ruin it.
