I’ve been to several Feng Cha locations and I’m impressed by the quality and experience they deliver every single time. Whether it’s a new spot or a familiar one, the standard of their drinks never disappoints. On my recent visit, I ordered Crème Brûlée Dirty Boba, and as always, it was perfect. I also highly recommend the Kiwi Basil Green Tea and Summer Melon, both are wonderfully refreshing options, perfect for any time of year. The ambiance here makes it great spot to chill or catch up with friends. Feng Cha is a must-visit for any milk tea enthusiast!

I’m so happy to have discovered this tea place after the closure of Yumcha. The tea is fresh, with a strong and intense flavor, and it still tastes good the next day or two.

Friendly, helpful staff. Clean bathrooms. They actually had boba ready right when the store opened. They were playing some sick bops on the speakers. Only complaint is that they don't open until 11, and this Houston heat has me needing a beverage way before that.

This area has a ton of boba tea shops but we decided to try this one. Parking can get limited depending on the time you go. We went at night after 8 pm and it wasn’t too bad. I love that this location stays open late to like 11 pm Sun-Thurs and 12 am Fri-Sat. Prices were economical. We ordered the creme brulee dirty boba and Oreo cheese milk tea. Both were delicious. Extra ingredients we added were fresh. Service was fast and friendly. Staff was pleasant.

I got the strawberry breeze with half sugar and boba, i am very satisfied. The employees are very nice, they work fast with excellent service. The big brown teddy bear in the corner of the room is a plus for comfort. Love the lighting and atmosphere, thank you!!!

Love this boba spot since their milk foam is amazing!! The Dirty boba is a must try!! I love that you can customize the sweetness level according to your preferences. The tapioca pearls were cooked to perfection and they weren’t hard nor overly chewy!!Their fruit drinks are also very tasty. I’ll have to come back to try their desserts!! The staff was very friendly and we got our orders pretty fast!!

The #91 Jasmine Tea w/Chinese milk foam is LEGIT. The Jasmine really comes through. It's probably an addictive but I don't care. It knocked me on my butt it was so good. I took off 1 star because the lady was almost done making mine (literally just had to glue the lid on) but she stopped to take the order of a group of 3 that came in (only people in line) which took 6 minutes as they were indecisive. I was on a time crunch so that was irritating.

3.5 stars bumping it up to a 4 because the customer service and place was amazing. i came here during christmas with my bf and i got the strawberry overload and i unfortunately didn’t like the favor. i felt super bad for having them make another drink which my bf recommended was the kiwi green tea. it was good but not the best fruit tea i’ve had. however, the place was super nice and they had board games to play. i would be back to try their other drink series.

Nice place and less crowded than other places. The foam they have for the matcha and creme brulee dirty boba is very nice with the right amount of salt and sweetness. However their drink could have a little more flavor of tea though. It was too subtle in all the drinks I got.

Store is very nice and clean and staff is very friendly. I ordered their signature drink - dirty boba which I was aware of many reviews saying that it was really sweet compared to other places. Even though I adjusted sugar level but it was still too sweet to me. I had to wait until ice was melted to drink. But cheese foam was really tasty. If I have a chance to come back, I think I’ll try their fruit drinks instead of milk tea.

Terrible place. These guys suck. They’re so rude when it came to closing that they just started blasting music really loudly to the point where it made everyone uncomfortable instead of politely reminding everyone of closing time. You can pay me to go here and I wouldn’t ever go back. If I did, I would go with a megaphone and do the same thing to them.

Drinks are good, but baristas didn’t make sure that the seal was on correctly. Unfortunately resulted in a spill on my shoe when I grabbed the drink.

I couldn't believe the kind of treatment that I got this evening from your female worker at the cash register when I was simply trying to ensure the 25% sugar level of my order, because: (1) diabetes runs in my family (occasional indulgence is okay, but we still have to be very careful); and (2) I could swear that the male worker (who was calmer and more patient) initially said something to the effect of "we start at 50%," which really threw me off since I read a review specifically about this place being able to make drinks with a 25% sugar level. Then the said female worker next to the male worker, doing nothing except listening to us, started laughing in front of me. How disrespectful! Is that proper customer service? Later on, I realized that two drinks out of three didn't have boba. I said to the same female worker that I was pretty sure I said that I wanted boba. She then said, "he did ask you if you wanted any toppings." I didn't equate boba with a "topping," so it was my fault for not knowing that. In my mind, not being familiar with your menu, normal toppings are like sprinkles, syrups, and additional milk foams. Nonetheless, was that kind of talking back really necessary if you understand and aim for great customer service? What happens to simply apologizing for any misunderstanding without shaming your customers? When so many people have been laid off and college graduates are having difficulties finding jobs, can't you hire people with higher EQ and better customer service skills? As far as the drinks, all three of us felt they tasted like diluted milk instead of that creamy milk tea with the distinct fragrance and quality from the type of tea used. By the way, their opinion of the drinks was not at all biased or affected by my earlier encounter with that female worker, because they had no idea as I didn't tell them. Quite a disappointing experience. I thought the Feng Cha chain was better than that. I definitely won't be bringing my family back to this location.
