I have been here roughly a dozen times. Would happily recommend to anyone in the region. I have tried numerous establishments in the PA/ NJ/ NY area and this is the one that is consistently the most excellent. Do yourself a favor and order the chicken coconut soup (TOM KHA GAI) and the yellow curry (with some extra go) with scallops.

On a whim we stopped for lunch on a cold rainy winter day. Great choice, never had lunch but very happy we did. Food and service was perfect.

This place was on point, some of the most authentic Vietnamese/Chinese cuisine in the area!! Their Tom Go Kai soup was ridiculously good! I had to sneak some from my 5 year olds bowl when he wasn't looking. My boys loved their Ho Xio noodles so much, they even ate the broccoli and zucchini that were sautéed into them, which was a freaking Christmas miracle in itself!! Oh. And our waitress was great, and they had a gentleman refilling waters and clearing plates like an absolute boss!! This place is top notch, we most definitely will be back!

My husband noticed the new place and we ordered takeout. We both ordered something we never tried before. I ordered Mango Curry with shrimp and white rice, he ordered Pad Thai with Chicken. It was well packed we live in West Valley and it was still hot enough to eat without reheating, so it was well packed. It was all delicious, fresh, and very filling. Can't wait to try something new there again. This is my Mango Curry I did not get a picture of Hubs.

This was my first visit since Saigon Bangkok opened in Hamburg. I went for a late lunch after shopping in the Village. Excellent service, ambiance and food. I will definitely be back and also do take out since I live close by. Only suggestion for improvement would be a better patio/outdoor space with some greenery. Still feels a little like the gas station it once was when looking out .... in any case highly recommend and a great addition to the village of Hamburg restaurant scene!

Awesome Spot. Great Service. Love the choices between Thai and Vietnamese cuisine. Make sure to try the vermicelli dishes. This is one of my favorite places in Hamburg. Great service, nice atmosphere and the patio is great when it’s warm out.

This is an likely will always be my favorite restaurant. So many vegan options, very spicy food, great staff...everything is perfect. The Thai yellow curry is the most delicious dish I’ve ever tasted and I highly recommend it. Would eat it every day if I could.

Tried this restaurant for a late lunch on a Saturday. It's on the smaller side (just the right size for us) and very nice inside, with a relaxing open dining area. Wasn't very crowded, but does a pretty solid take-out business. Portions are on the large side and very filling and the prices are very reasonable.The Pad Thai and Pho are amazing! Definitely will be going back!

Wonderful food and atmosphere. My curry was rich, creamy and full of fresh vegetables. My daughters Pad Thai was lightly spiced (per request), but still very flavorful despite or request to tone down. The sweet mango curry was a delight, surprisingly sweet despite the heat of the curry. The atmosphere was bright and pleasant with attentive and kind waitstaff. Our only disappointment was that during COVID they are not serving desserts. We had our hearts set on the Coconut Sticky Rice. I would absolutely recommend Saigon Bangkok to anyone looking for great Thai food in the Buffalo area.

The best! Great fresh food, wonderful staff, nice clean restaurant and very reasonably priced. It's easy to take a date and have a drink with dinner for $50. Plus you will have leftovers for sure. Highly recommend!!

I love Vietnamese food and it is my experience that it is usually reasonably priced. Saigon Bangkok followed suit. Fresh, well prepared, and flavorful food for a low price. Amazing! Our server was congenial but professional. Food was served quickly. Overall a great experience. Will go again for sure.

Beautiful restaurant! The food is amazing! I heard they get new broth made every other day. A good Pho is fresh and slightly beefy. They only have one Pho on the menu. I would love to see more of that and the Spring rolls. Perfect spot for date night!!

Our first, but certainly NOT last, visit to Saigon Bangkok was phenomenal! Lovely decor, and knowledgeable, attentive - but never intrusive - waitstaff made for a delightful dining experience. The food was delicious, prompt, and plentiful. I cannot recommend the Sizzling Duck enough. Perfectly seared duck, delicious black pepper butter sauce, with steamed broccoli to compliment the dish made it the hit of our table.

Our server Mon, was amazing. This hardworking woman serves the whole place, even if it is smaller, by herself! And the food was served hot, very prompt and all tasted amazing! We had the veggie crispy spring rolls, and as they're one of my favorite foods I'm confident in saying that theirs are top 5 in the greater 716 area. We also got the spicy coconut soup with mushrooms, 100% on point. Lastly, I was blown away by the chef's special tamarind galangal duck. Went on a limb and tried it- omg its so amazing! The tasty sauce, the wonderful spicy and flavorful profile, and the duck was cooked to perfection. Pair it with the warm sake, and we were so so so happy. Compliments to the kitchen and the staff! What a wonderful perfect meal. The only thing I can say is it gets BUSY- understandably so for such a great place w amazing food! So try to go at a less busy time. This also means it can get loud inside. And probably NOT a great place for babies, young kids, or anyone who gets overestimated easily. (Psst they offer takeout for that too!) Overall, so amazingly happy! One of my favorite places ever, for a date night, girls' lunch, they have a cute patio for better weather- so good for a patio brunch, great for gluten free and or vegan choices also. They have it ALL! We will be back. Very impressed.

First time at the Hamburg location. Went for lunch. One waitress on duty. She was outstanding. Managed all the tables and customers with a smile. Went out of her way to make sure everyone was comfortable. She deserves a medal. The food was amazing. Highly recommend the Pho. We will definitely be back.

This was my first time here...won't be my last. Waitress was very professional and really good - did not pester but was immediately available when needed. Food was excellent. Pricing was reasonable. Bathrooms were clean and usable - this can be a pet leave of mine... will be returning for other meals for sure.

My husband and I were in town for the Buffalo Bills/Dallas Cowboys game and were looking for something different to eat. We saw Saigon Bangkok and were intrigued because neither of us had ever had Thai food before. IT WAS AMAZING!!!! The food was so delicious!!!! And the service was incredible!!!! And the quality versus price was unbelievable!!!! We ordered 4 appetizers and 2 entrees and only paid $65. We will be returning before leaving town.

Had another excellent meal! Been here many times and always just as good as the first time! Wait staff is friendly and efficient and extremely helpful. The entire staff was fantastic when faced with a large group of self-entitled women demanding that other diners and tables be moved so that they could be seated immediately during peak hours. Needless to say, the staff did not give in and remained patient and professional! In the many times we've dined there we have not waited at all, for drinks or service. LOVE THIS PLACE!!!

Everything was perfect!! It was my first time having pad Thai. I had the seafood one. The service was top notch. I met friends, we had a lot of catching up to do, and probably stayed a little too long, The staff didn't seem to mind.

Ohmygosh. We were driving across country and just needed a good meal. This sweet little cafe was a haven in the storm. The wonton soup was (seriously) the best I've ever had. Great coconut soup, as well. Everything we had was 10 out of 10. If we lived in the neighborhood, I know we would be regulars. My wife and I just moved here from northern VA and are so excited to have found this place. We ordered two new dishes to us, Mango Curry with Shrimp and a Vietnamese dish with mint and pork. Both were......AMAZING! We cannot wait to try other dishes from them both known and unknown.......

I've ordered take out from here many times and the food is delicious. The vegetables and flavors are fresh and the portions are great. My family and I only had one bad experience where my mom specifically told the lady who took our order mild and she gave us extremely spicy food. But mistakes happen and this is still a great place for Thai food!

After 20+ times we have not had bad food from Saigon Bangkok once (even when I accidentally ordered the wrong thing.) But let me tell you a secret: Bun Thit Nuong. Not only is it my favorite take on my all time favorite meal, just about everyone I eat with ends up wanting MY Bun Thit Nuong! So I end up ordering it with extra pork. Unfortunately, this just means there's more for THEM to steal. After they finish MY food and I'm still hungry, I'll eat their Pad Thai, Pho, or Basil Fried Rice. And this time I even tried their Wonton Soup. All of it is excellent. I usually get to go but one time I did eat in the restaurant and the service was spectacular. Since they make everything to order they were more than willing to accommodate the dietary needs of my party. I'll keep going back for sure. Next time I'm going to ignore everyone's order and just order Bun Thit Nuong for everyone. They'll thank me later.

First time here and I got the mango pineapple chicken curry. Tastes like everything was cooked with love. The chicken is actual chicken chunks that are tender, all of the veggies were tender and had good flavor and the sauce was gooood and everything blends together. If you don't like the taste of ginger, don't get it. I do and I enjoyed this meal.

Ordered Pad Thai through their website for take-out. It was my first time here. The parking lot was full of cars parked down the side street. Food was ready at the time estimated. Easy to pickup at the front. The restaurant was loud with the din of conversations and cutlery. The place smelled great. It was packed with people waiting to be seated. I was in and out and on my way very quickly. I will order from here again. Prices are very reasonable for the portions. It was delicious.

If you have been to Bangkok, you will definitely know this has been americanized! But overall a good meal!

We order take out from here regularly and every time it's delicious! We recently were able to dine in and it was even better. I've NEVER had a bad meal, in fact every time we go/order we're making notes about what to try next. Slightly cramped for seating and a bit loud but you don't even notice after you take that first delicious bite. The Vietnamese iced coffee... wow.

I stopped here for lunch with my in-laws, who are vegetarians. They had a lot of veg options. I had a Vietnamese dish with shrimp. We all loved our food. Our server was also very nice in helping select veg options.

Always solid -- oh, that vegan Tom yum soup and yellow curry. Hearty and heavenly.

Amazing food and huge portions, but that's what every review says. What I want to add is the quality of the service. While we ate our dinner, I watched the staff offer every single person who was there to pick up takeout a glass of water while they waited if their order wasn't immediately ready. This included plastic cups of ice water to go for delivery drivers picking up people's food from doordash or another similar service. The courtesy and decency that these people showed to everyone was as amazing as the food.

I love both Vietnamese and Thai cuisine. This time, I ordered yen lo curry and grilled pork with rice and a fried egg. I’m giving this place a full five-star review — the food was absolutely delicious, especially the curry. The owner told me they make their own curry paste fresh every morning, and that’s the secret to its amazing flavor. The owner is lovely, and the server is just as nice. The server was very informative and personable and the food is consistently good. My dinner partner did not receive his selection as ordered despite the server putting in the request.

At this point this is the only decent ethnic food that I have found in this town. We ordered way too much food. It was not actually so much a problem since that just meant we had more delicious food to eat. We'll definitely be back again.

Excellent food. Service a little slow. We were a table of 5 but it took 10 mins for all of us to be served, 2 plates, 5-6 mins later 1 plate, then another 2-3 mins for the final plate. This seems odd to me especially with no explaination. But that doesn't take away the quality/creativity of the food, I will eat there again, however I will ask that we all be served at the same time, no excuses.

Love the Pad Thai!!!! Never like Thai food before because I couldn't find the perfect dish! Love this place!!! Be careful on spice level, recommend 3 unless you love the burn. Funny thing, went vegan and didn't know what to order again.....then I noticed they have vegetarian Pad Thai with Tofu!!!! Yessss, I get the heat without the meat!!!!

Not everything is authentic especially the Som Tam salad which isn't good but everything else we've eaten was very good. Atmosphere is great , servers are great. The balance of the Thai food isn't perfect and we know since my wifes Thai and is from there and I have been there as well and im a huge lover of Thai food and culture.

Great pho. I have celiac disease and asked if the satay could be prepared gluten-free. They assured me it was and even said “gluten free” as they placed it on the table. It was definitely NOT gluten free. I got super sick. The pho is Gf and never made me sick. If someone there reads this- make a note that soy sauce has gluten! People with celiac can’t have more than 10 PARTS PER MILLION of gluten, so even a crumb can throw us into a world of hurt. It sucks being celiac, but it sucks even more when people assure me that I’ll be safe and I get sick. Makes me want to just eat at home for the rest of my boring life. But the pho is great and they gave me a ton of noodles! Celiacs be warned, though. Oh, and the smell of Fabuloso used to be super strong in there, something that kept me away for a long time, but last time it was fine. So there’s that.

The food is always delicious and consistent. However, the service is terrible. We walked in for dinner tonight and the waitress loudly said “ugh another table” as we were walking to the table. It was very awkward and clear she was not interested in serving anymore despite the restaurant being open until 8pm. We walked in at 7:30pm. If they had said the kitchen was closed, we would have easily gone somewhere else. Definitely worth trying, but maybe more of a takeout spot.

The food was pretty good. The asparagus, crab & lobster soup I had was surprisingly short on flavour. We have come here several times and the food is pretty good but our biggest complaint is that the cleanser they use to wipe their tables is VERY STRONG and lingers in the air. Typically when we walk in from the parking lot, we get bashed in the nose by it. It smells like Fabuloso or some very STRONG chemical aroma. It's unfortunately kind off off-putting.

We ordered takeout online about 30 minutes before we were due to arrive because we were traveling with two small children. We knew they would have a difficult time waiting for the food to be ready, so we had planned ahead. When we arrived, we were very rudely greeted by a blonde waitress. She was exceptionally short with us, stated that we could not sit at a table, and seemed irritated by our presence as we waited at the counter for our meal. While the food was very good, the service left much to be desired. We are from out of town and stopped on our trip home. We ate our meal outside, crouched around a chair-less table in the patio area. Next time we're driving through, we'll give our business to another restaurant in the area.

The food was well prepared and the ingredients tasted great. The spring rolls were a very good appetizer. The server was very helpful, but I was very disappointed he bothered to even take my order asking how spicy I wanted my food. I asked for it extra spicy, or five stars, and it came out bland. Like, one or two stars at most places I go to. I double checked with the waiter that it was extra spicy, and apparently that's just as hot as it's made. I get that it's a suburban location, but if someone asks for extra hot please just make the food at least kind of spicy. If I wanted to add my own hot sauce I'd ask for it mild and plan to add my own hot sauce. The food and service are good, but there's room for improvement. Next time I'm in Hamburg I'll give them another chance, because I love Pad See Ew and maybe I just need to be more emphatic that I really want some heat in my food.

4 of us went for lunch. Not very busy at that time but we waited an extended time to get beverages. Took even longer to get appetizers not too mention entrees. Was nearly 35 minutes to get appetizers. The spring rolls were good. We were excited to try this restaurant, however not in any hurry (like the service) to return anytime soon. However, the food was very good.

I am a big fan of Green Curry! I usually order that at most Thai restaurants or the Larb/Lop. So I know what is good Green Curry. I am also 1/2 Laotian so I know Asian Cuisine. I was displeased with the 1st waitress. She was kinda unpleasant. The Curry lacked flavor. The spice stood out too much! From spice level 1-4 I ordered 3, which seemed more like a 4. The chicken was dry and tasted old as i ordered the Chicken Green Curry. Again, being near Buffalo, another restaurant unpleasant. I am not from New York, but I am in the area for work as I was last year all summer. Another reminder how the food here in Western New York just needs a lot of help!

I’m from California and we had fantastic Thai and Vietnamese restaurants. The atmosphere, wait staff and prices are great. Food- meh. Very bland, under seasoned. I got pad Thai and it was just noodles soaked in fish sauce. All of the wonderful fresh bright flavors of the dish were missing. The chicken satay was pretty good, chicken very bland but the peanut sauce saved the dish. I had high hopes but won’t be going back.

Ordered takeout on 2/21. When I got home I realized they only gave me the broth for the pho. They did not include noodles and veg. I live 30 mins away so I didn’t return to fix their mistake. First time I was here.I'll certainly be back.My brother reminded us ,this used to be a mobil gas station!Dont let that scare you away.I think its a different building anyhow.The only reason i didnt give a higher atmostphere rating.It was pretty busy .Thats a matter of preference.But ,yes they do good business.Pad Thai was great...

Went here with my boyfriend and it was horrible. Our waiter changed three different times and at least 5 different times they kept coming up to us asking if we have a waiter yet. The tall guy who served us was incredibly awkward and rude. The food was very dry and I had to walk up to the front to get our check. Absolutely awful customer service don’t waste your money here.

Don't go to Saigon Bangkok if you are Asian!!! The server lady was very rude to my child and I. We were waiting for 20 minutes to get our order taken where she took orders of other tables that came after us. I went to the counter to ask her and let know that we were waiting for a long time. Sha said she would come right away to take order. Then she purposely walked pass our table to take the order of two white people who came way after us. We were very upset and stormed out. I called the restaurant to ask for a manager but the same server answered the phone I told her that we were very disappointed and upset the way she treated us, she didn't apologize and hung up on me. This is unexceptionable behavior, no human being should be treated like this. She looked down on us and this very upsetting my child as she never has experienced anything like this. Stop Hate. I strongly encourage everyone to not give them any business, stop supporting this kind behavior!

" Fraudulent business practices " So .., this place is scamming people out of their money and manipulating their menu prices to unsuspecting customers.... The facts are this my party 3 went for dinner the bill came and what jumped out at me was the 12oz beer bottles were $5.50 which wqs in line with most upscale restaurants.. when the bill came all of the beers we ordered were priced at $7 each .... What ? I brought it to the attention of a younger skinny with long haired woman who said she was in charge , sadly her response was immediately to argumentative and combative and to "promise me that I was mistaken " when I showed her in " back and white ". On the menu, whay the price was 5.50 ! She immediately turned her back on me and started to stock more items at the bar., Our younger server then said he would adust the price for me , as I was walking away I over heard her tell the kid " throw that menu away now !! ". No apologies... just a vey bad experience.., a very nasty rude ignorant young woman who could not care less about the customers... BTW. When I went back to my table and looked at the rest ofvthe items on the bill compared to our menu, I had at the table , I noticed all of the items were higher... to the tune of 28-30 percent higher ... I wasn't ready to be abused any further so I let it slide... never will I enter this establishment again and will tell everyone I know to do the same , unless you want to be ripped off and abused for it ....

They mess my order up everytime lately. Waitress doesn't write down the order. I can be the only person there and its still wrong. Must be even more wrong when its busy. Spend a lot of money here to not even get what you ordered
