What can i say, the majority of McDonalds menu is not healthy provided you eat it daily yet the food is good and in some sense seems like it can be addicting. Regardless , prices remain very descent even though popularity remains high.
Clean, fast, and friendly. They covered my 3 main requirements I have for fast food restaurants. Extras are clean bathrooms, plenty of space for social distancing and ample parking.
The food was good, the person who helped me at the cash register was very nice. There was no crowd when i went in around 8 a.m., and the place was super clean.
Made 5 star for you to see this review. 2/5 STARS Placed an online order. They forgot an item, went in to get it and overheard snickering by the ladies about how it didnt matter what they forgot. They gave me the missing items assuming I didnt hear them acting friendly. I live only 3 minutes from this location, on the same road, and when opening the bag my fries were obviously cooked hours and hours beforehand, shouldve been tossed in the trash via their spoil timers. Every ingredient on the burgers were stacked ontop of one another, showing the lack of effort to put 4 simple ingredients together. The bacon on a burger was black charred and cut the roof of my finances mouth. The food was terrible, the under average workforce they currently have is underwhelming at best. I will not continue putting money into this place
Newer McDonald's. Family and I love how they keep clean and organized. Bald manager/supervisor seems like he runs a tight ship. One of the better McDonald's in the area. Fast service. Usually order is correct 99% of the time.
Just right off the EB 210 Azusa exit ramp. Once in a while, I drive thru to get a deluxe breakfast. or grab some fries and nuggets for the kids. Usually the wait time is pretty short. Of the many years i have been going, it was only slow one time (10mins wait). There are the usual kiosks inside aside from the 2 counters. Tables for maybe 50. Bathrooms are usually clean and well stocked. i dont recall a playplace tho. Parking enough for around 20 cars but i always get to park when i go. (12/23)
the young lady that attended me was so nice and helpful! While other McDonald employees get annoyed when you ask them for the different toy choices, she was so helpful I bought 3 happy meal toys for my kids:) thank you

Went on a picnic with my grandson and he wanted McDonald's. He got the McRib and I got the fish sandwich combos. The service was good, everyone was friendly. We enjoyed our lunch at the park. Can't really comment on the atmosphere as we went thru the drive thru, but the area was nice, clean and easy to maneuver through. Will visit again.
Went inside to order food. Building has been updated. Shares parking lot area with Hilton Home 2 suites hotel. No wait, clean inside, friendly service, fast service. I would go back again.
My family and I stopped here to grab a bit to eat. The food was fresh and delicious. The staff was friendly and nice. You do have to ask the employee to open the door for the restroom. Overall, it was nice and clean.
Manager did an outstanding job!! I had a mobile order and used the free fries deal and it didn’t go through for some reason but when I let him know he gladly reimbursed me for the fries and even got me a fresh batch since the old ones had been sitting. All this on a Friday night with a busy drive thru, thats what you call good service right there. Hats off to this dude. Wish I knew his name to shout him out.
Best McDonald's I've been to in a while
I was down the street and got a DoorDash to pick up. I decided, perfect time to order a coffee for me, an Iced Mocha! I was literally down the block, way less than 5 minutes away, so I ordered it thinking I'll have to ask them for it with the order since I am so close so they can start preparing it. Thankfully, the drink was sitting there the moment I walked in. I couldn't believe it! It was like 1 or 2 minutes! Great service!!!! And not to mention they acknowledge me right away to check on the DoorDash order. Other places say "We'll be right with you" and then walk away from you. Great service. Whoever runs this place, great job on hiring your employees.
Coffee. Hard to mess up but it finally cooled down enough to drink it after another hour in traffic.
Managers perfected customer service and timing. I ordered at the counter and she was amazing, and managed to open restrooms for customers while managing the front. I also ordered via app shortly after and the food was ready within minutes. Definitely use the app for their daily deals.

I recently visited McDonald's and had a great experience, largely thanks to an outstanding worker named Santino. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and efficient, making the visit much more enjoyable. First time in a very long time I had a great experience at any McDonald’s location. Went through the drive-thru, wasn’t ignored or forced to wait, order was taken and repeated accurately, and the young man working the window was attentive, helpful and I don’t think I was there more than 1 minute- food was hot, fresh and just great! All around impressed with this location’s morning crew. Well done, McDee’z!
McDonald's is pretty much just always McDonald's. I used the self order menu and forgot to add lettuce and tomato onto my mom's 1/4 pounder. We asked an employee if they could add in and it was taken care of, so that was appreciated!

Great system with two drive thru lanes and two pickup windows. The service was very fast and they kept up with changes, read the order back to us accurately, and had no issues with a long order. Overall great service. Only missing five star rating because the fries were unsalted (or drastically under-salted)

The store is really clean and well-kept. The staff is really nice and I enjoyed eating here. The surrounding neighborhood however is a little ghetto so watch out if you're eating here at night. Overall, the restaurant itself is a great place to get a quick bite.

This McDonald's was clean. The floors were not sticky. Your food comes out fresh and hot,the employees are nice but need more in the store there pulling the weight of others that are not there but still have a smile on there face.
Update: 11/7/2024 I don't know why, they have been shutting down the soda machine in recent days. And I have asked them to turn it on a few times, and every time a Hispanic female manager asked me "did you buy soda?" This made me feel extremely unfriendly, even hostile: who steals the soda refill? At least I don't... Great branch with fast service and friendly employees, please keep it up!
Stopped on the way 2 victorville from la...1.5hr drive turned into 4hrs, I needed a bite 2 eat to get thru the rest of the drive. And a 420 break. Food was hot, service was fast and efficient, perfect for the situation
Store in good location. Right off the freeway. The parking lot crowded and tight. They share parking with a hotel. The store is big with lots of places to sit. Clean. The staff wasn't too friendly. The store seems to be very busy.
Happy they accepted my $100 bill for payment but very disappointed cashier handed my change back In one lump sum of Bill's topped w receipt topped w small change I said "No no, you have to count back my change for both of us! She pulled back my stack of Bill's and silently counted to herself saying total and once again handed to me stacked!! I watched as she counted to herself and was correct but really you're the Cashier?? Trading needs to be improved! Also No breakfast after 10:30 am! Whaat, this is L.A.!
This is a nice McDonald's but they give me one piece of bacon instead of two like the one on cypress and Azusa gives when I get pancakes with bacon. Also, their prices for a child toy by itself is ridiculous. I buy them from the other location for my kids and they are cheaper. This location is convenient because it's right next to the 210.
The service s slow, and many times they cannot make what you order. On multiple occasions the espresso machine, or the shake machine has not been working. And if you order food, it takes an inordinate amount of time for them to prepare it. As spent a long time waiting at the 2nd window or the number 3 parking spot waiting for my food to be made. I didn't order anything extravagant, just some chicken nuggets. Don't plan on coming to this McDonald's without also planning on waiting for at least 15 minutes. The staff are nice, and it is a newer location, so I gave it three stars hoping these are just hiccups in opening a new store.
Every time I get a deluxe breakfast they never put any condiments in it only like syrup what is still expected I need salt pepper jelly butter and if they do give you better it’s one how do you know butter your muffin and your pancakes with one butter
Great service when i go there the employees are always nice but sometimes not like today i went and this lady put in my order caramel ice coffee instead of caramel Frappe and i told them and the lady told me to wait on the second window and no she never gave me my coffee it was late at night my family was tierd so i just left thanks alot McDonald’s you guys made me wait for my coffee and never did next time have a better employee for they cant mess up my order because i just gave you guys 4 dollars free
I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and a drink to go. After getting home I realized I did not have my drink, however was charged for it. In addition both of the chicken sandwiches were under par compared to the same at a different McDonald's. The chicken was not crispy and the bun was mushy? Not a good experience. I know these new chicken sandwiches can be good. Just were NOT at this location. Disappointing.
McDonald's food is McDonald's. Food is always OK. Service here and at all three locations nearby is medicore at best. I can't figure out why every time service is cold. Not just to me. But every person I see get helped. Sad.
Used to be one star, but they've been steadily improving. Food times are faster and is starting to catch its stride. Service still needs some work. Friendlier staff, and better overall cleanliness
The chicken sandwich was like cardboard. The McDouble was good. Mix and match on the 2 for $3.99 plus free large fries from the app. The value was very good but I will never again order the regular chicken sandwich.
We placed our order on the mobile app requesting that it be delivered to our table. After twenty minutes of waiting, I went to the counter to see if our food was ready. The restaurant was busy but poorly organized. Our order was being put together as I approached the counter so I took the tray when they were done. Our food was too cold to eat. I asked them to exchange the fries, which they did but we threw our burgers away. The restaurant was very clean and the workers were friendly but slow moving and possibly over staffed.
They messed up my order. I go here every once in a while and they usually don’t mess up but today they got my order completely wrong. I ordered double cheese burgers plain and I got everything in them. I’m allergic to ketchup, I didn’t want to complain so I only ate the fries. Threw the burgers away. But please double check with customers, cause on the screen and receipt said plain..
Food for the most part is up to McDonalds standards but they never mix or add whip cream to the hot moca.
Saturday night 9pm. Fish sandwich had a glop of tartar on one side and when I went to take a bite dropped onto my lap. My friends chicken sandwich the same and pickles stacked onto one side of sandwich. Chicken was rubbery with weird taste so we were thinking it was raw.
I've started to order from another McDonald's farther. Even though this location is across the street. Somehow right when I start trusting them. Again always forgetting something. Even if I ask... they'll say "yeah everything is complete".
The McDonald's restaurant generally is good, reasonable price to order there. However the store in Azusa on Azusa st. Served my pickup cold; although I ordered online ahead and I had to wait for 5 minutes. So disappointed in this place. At McDonald's, I don't have this problem.
second time i get a coffee and at the bottom they give me all the ground coffee . literally looks like mudd.
I went to use my win instantly coupons i had got on my last visit and i was told i only can use 1 coupon which doesnt make sense because i got them all at the same time and i cant use them all at the same time. Then they shouldnt make coupons and then i got home and my order was wrong that got me more disappointed.
The service sucks . I tried to use a 20% off after spending over $15 and the guy at the window struggled then made up a lie saying it’s over $20 when it clearly said $15 . Then tried to have us spend over $20 . If your workers don’t know how to put a coupon or struggle tell them to ask about it next time .
Went there last Sunday and had to wait for my burger. I waited for 15 minutes. Too long and others were waiting too! I'm not coming back here! The one in Glendora is much better!
Awful service. All I ordered was a mcflurry, and when someone came to give my friend her food at the table he asked if I was waiting for my order still. When I said yes, he made a motion like he'd get it to me right away. When they brought my friend's food they had forgotten her drink, so she went and asked the cashier for a cup and the manager gave her a hard time about it. She also saw my drink sitting on the counter and it had apparently been sitting there. Firstly I had table service so they're suppose to bring it to your table, but secondly they didn't even call my receipt number for me to know to get it. We were pretty much done eating when they turned the lights off on us because they were closing (they close at 11 apparently, lights went off at 11:20), but didn't even have the courtesy to let us know a few minutes beforehand. There was only one other table besides mine but that's still extremely rude. Our cue to get out was just them shutting off the lights. Not sure if this is a newly opened McD's or something but honestly that's not an excuse for this kind of competence.

I get it your low on staff and can't attend the store fully so you have to cut hours. Post it. Change the hours on the door. Update the app. The store says done in open till 1100 pm. Currently not. Also currently not opening up the store for dine in either on time. At least 1 hours late
Super disappointing! They gave us a sandwich with one slice of beef while we ordered double quarter burger. When we returned it, the guy put another layer at the same bitten sandwich!!!!! So unprofessional! So, we talked to the manager, she kindly gave us another one; although the rest of our order was cold!
The prices are outrageouss for what you get i wish McD would go back to there core values fast food good service at a cheap price i woud rather dine in a sit in restaurant with these prices they more expensive than chinesse take out at this point
Came here a lot but won't be anymore they always forget something apple pie ,fries , and even my Mac sauce because they drench it so I ask for it on the side the first time it's understandable but every time it's just a hassle to drive all the way back thumbs down to this location they should get there staff together how hard is it to fill the full order ??? Will not be coming back it's just plain annoying
They either need more pm staff or just smarter ones. I got my order wrong 3 times in a row. Bk n frwrd wthn 30 min. I only went bk cuz I'm local. But I was very frustrated. And to top it off they don't give u receipts?! Who does that?
Took our 13 yr old daughter just now. (The order kiosks are a nice option.) This Dining area was a mess, All tables were dirty. Our young male cashier was bothered by our multiple cash/card transactions. The male manager in the blue button down expediting food was not happy to be there. The only happy people were the women workers. Oh and we witnessed a male transient hop on top of the self serve soft drink COUNTERTOP as he charged his cell phone from a top outlet behind the ice maker. Wow. Just wow.
This location is probably the worst out of your whole franchise I have no choice because of the distance and time I have for lunch but 8 out of 10 times that I come here My order is usually wrong apparently reading isn't a requirement to work at McDonald's I don't understand how hard it is to read a screen and put an order in a bag You say unsweetened tea you get sweet which isn't very smart or safe to give to a person that's a diabetic You ask for hot mustard you get honey mustard made numerous complaints to management and nothing has been done so I guess you can't blame just the employees if the management is just as clueless as your employees I guess this is the results that will continue to happen.
It was horrible. The girl at the second window was rude! I asked if I could add 6 cookies to my order and she told me "NO YOU HAVE TO GO BACK THROUGH THE LINE " Um excuse me but there is a huge line and I have to work too! Not going back to this mcdonald's.
Holy cow. This place screws up off orders more than any other MacDonald's I've been to. If the people operating the drive thru can't handle more than one order at a time then they need to be taken off drive thru. This has gotten worse since they installed the two lane drive thru. It's faster on paper but when you have one person operating both lanes how much faster is it really?
My recent visit to this McDonald's was disappointing, and it's likely my last time eating here. The employees seemed unprofessional, but I can't entirely blame them; it points more towards poor management. The overall food and service were subpar. I decided to try the McRib, expecting a nostalgic taste from my childhood, but it was horrendous. Either my taste buds have changed drastically, or the quality has declined significantly. Surprisingly, even the rib sandwich in an MRE (Meal, Ready-to-Eat) was more palatable than what I received. The bad service was a major factor in this negative review, and unfortunately, it wasn't a surprise. I believe the owner and management need to take a closer look at the issues plaguing this location. There's a definite need for improvement in both food quality and service.
I do not want to order with the app. Stop asking. Stop being greedy and raising prices and saying its due to the new labor wages. Your food isnt good enough to cost me 30$ or more. Your kids meals have trash toys. Try a book. Its at least compostable.
This Mc donales is so bad with their customer service from the drive thru to the lobby. I come here because it’s closer to home. I just want it to be aware that I know your having a bad day and your short staffed but sometimes just a sorry for the wait I’ll be right with you is good enough. No acknowledgment what so ever and attitude. Throwing receipts I do doordash also and every time I come to pick up an order there is no acknowledgment. Slow down and look up see if anyone needs help. Management is the worse. For the employees who are working just as hard but take time to see there customers and say hi or they will be right with them. I thank you sometimes we just need that.
I was using the McDonald’s app and I told them if they can remove an item from order, therefore one of the cashiers proceeded to call me broke while the two managers stood there and watched her say it . I believe that if you choose to work in the food industry customer services should be a priority. She’s young and may still live with her parents so she hasn’t lived in the real world where we have to pay for bills and other expenses.

Should have looked at all the terrible reviews before going there.Saw on T v they had spicy chicken sandwich for $2.50.So went on Friday to get a tea.Then I remembered the fish sandwiches were $2.50 .Then I saw a sign about the spicy chicken sandwich for $2.50.So ordered the fish sandwiches and two chicken sandwiches from the sign .When I got home I realized they charged me regular price for the chicken sandwiches.I called the store and she said no they are not on sell.I told her I was looking at the sign when I ordered.Them I called corporate .She called the store and said know it is not on sale.So I guess I read the sign that said $2.50 for the nuggets and sandwich was my imagination.Over a $5.87 dollar difference they prefer to loose a customer.So be it then
So first time I went here was last week. My daughter ordered a nugget meal. I checked the bag. But when I saw the sauces I assumed the chicken nuggets we're in the bag. I saw the box but it was mostly covered with napkins. Okay cool she got her food. We came home. As she's taking her food out of the bag. There's no chicken nuggets it's a Big Mac. It was late so I didn't feel.like getting back in my car. So today I gave them the benefit of the doubt,. My daughter was a nugget meal again. The guy was really nice. He looked a little lost. But nice. So he had asked what we ordered,. I told him. First off they we're so damn slow. From the time we ordered from the time we got to the window. So I confirmed our order. He gives us the food. Yet I'm missing a few items. I tell him. He looks confused,. And gets one of the items. And again I have to remind him of the other item. He says oh okay. And gets it. So this time we got our complete order but it took a total of 25 minutes. I rather just drive to the mc Donald's on Alosta . I will never come here again.
I dont know what i was expecting getting a steak item at mcdonalds but it was far worse than expected. The steak and egg biscuit was the item I ordered and the steak looked more artifical than a school lunch. There was a rancid smell coming from the steak and I didn't dare take a bite. Would not recommend.
I had the worst experience at McDonald's the the manager a young man with the curly mustache I did not get his name Friday the 28th he was so beyond rude to me for transaction I had made two transactions and I did not have a receipt because when they asked if i wanted one i had said no its fine. ( i go everyday) and they did not give me my fillet sandwich I had to drive twice through the window ( because i had my autistic grandson in the car and then I went in person by that time I was very upset he said I had not ordered that. that I had ordered a chicken . all I did was give him my card they charged me I showed him my phone from my bank showed him the 2 transactions and then he went back and said I had ordered a chicken sandwich and for me to go get it from the car..I didn't have the chicken sandwich nor the fish by that time I told him my fries were already cold he said I had to go back in my car and go bring him the fries so that he can give me fresh ones and he also said that for this time he would trade me the sandwich I would have to pay the difference the thing was that he didn't give me any sandwich , i go every single day to buy fries for my grandson right after school I mean what customer service is that he's a manager he accused me of screaming to him. I did raise my voice because he just kept accusing instead of just giving me my order. It's like like I asked for a whole meal.. not one sorry came out of him. I really want to speak to someone above him.. there was no need for any of this.. gladly, i will drive 2 -3 miles to the next McDonald's
They like to be lazy & they try to hide that they’re just lazy, putting the orders for the smallest amt of money on the back burner or they just clear them altogether WITHOUT EVEN SERVING THEM TO THEIR PAYING CUSTOMERS! They gotta be reminded several times & by the time you get your order, it’s gotten cold/has already started to melt. (I wouldn’t be surprised if this review isn’t taken seriously bcuz I didn’t pay over ten bux)
Don't have ur restroom closed at 3 when people come to eat
It's been 4 occasions that I've ordered around 4 am through the McDonald's app and when I arrive they say the menu has changed. I tried ordering something else and they always have an excuse, whether they're not taking credit cards or cash 🫤it doesn't matter whether is breakfast or lunch menu they always have an excuse not to get me my ordered items😤 they sound halfway asleep. Check cameras!
Manager working right now is very rude. Was yelling at employees across the lobby in front of customers. I went to the front to order and was not helped though several people that worked there made eye contact but just I go red me. The manager then started to walk out towards the lobby and I said excuse me and she just continued to walk past annoyed and ignored me to yell at another employee . Also she has them lock the lobby with customers inside with no explanation which was odd. I ended up leaving without ordering because everyone was rude and ignored my attempts to wait to order or get anyone’s attention for over 5 minutes with no an acknowledgment and all the yelling was chaotic. It’s Mother’s Day and I have 4 kids and to be treated so poorly was wild
Horrible experience here!!! The kids here dont pay attention to the customers and left us waiting 20min for just drinks and I still had to back up in the drive thru to the middle window to get their attention to give me my drinks.
Check your food before leaving I ordered a 10 piece for my daughter and when she opened it the box was dirty and 2 nuggets were bitten. Disgusting

I have never felt so disrespected at a McDonald’s as I have at this location. This is the second negative experience I’ve had here, and it seems like they simply do not care. I placed a mobile order for a smoothie early in the morning, but when I arrived, the restaurant was closed. I waited in Spot 1 for about 20 minutes even though I could see staff inside. No one informed me that the store wasn’t open, and when I got out of my car to knock, no one responded. A woman was mopping, and the manager was in the back—this is the same woman involved in both of my bad experiences. Because the store didn’t communicate with me, I lost my money. I tried calling the hotline for help, but the wait time was over an hour, and no one ever answered. This manager clearly needs additional training. She could have come to the door, issued a refund, or simply turned off mobile ordering so customers wouldn’t place orders when the location wasn’t open. This situation was completely avoidable and shows poor customer service.
The food and customer service went down hill at this location. After I addressed the issue, the guy can care less, but can't expect anything with minimum wage. Terrible customer service here on top of not great food quality, the average is at least make it warm and add the right order, nope. It is best to cook from home or buy frozen at the super market and do it yourself, probably be 10 times better and cheaper minus the hassle. After this trip, I am doing that now, Lesson learned. :)
It's mc Donald's you know what you get food wise but as far as the service it's ok except every now and then you get rushed out of the drive thru with out being able to ask for condiments and that's not cool but otherwise it's a good location. Other times they will make it very sloppy and piss you off like the order I just placed today that looked messy on purpose.
Ordered table service & server did not deliver, but kept calling my name! Poor training! Table number was on my receipt! Went here yesterday January 21st 2023 ordered two fish sandwiches one of them was part of a combo but both of them were customized with extra pickle extra tartar sauce add lettuce add tomato extra cheese one came with only extra tartar sauce the other came with all the extras but no cheese. I took the one back in to get the extra stuff put on it that I paid for The guy handed it over to the cook told him what it needed I waited about 5 minutes and handed me a bag I got home and it was my same fish sandwich with nothing on it but extra tartar sauce! A must have some really dense employees working there!
