This is an excellent breakfast and lunch spot I go to regularly. I usually get an omelette with hash browns, which are excellent. Add their homemade hot sauce for some special extra flavor. Their Mexican breakfast dishes are really good, too.

The scones and breakfast were delicious! Staff were friendly and knowledgeable about their offerings. We tried the Sc’affle, June’s omelette, and a breakfast sandwich. Their homemade salsa was very good and we put it on everything. I asked if they sold it so I could take some home! We got some additional scones and other goodies to go. Highly recommend!

This is the classic American breakfast, California-style (no excessive grease, healthy ingredients, lightly cooked greens, homemade salsa on the side, tea scone option). Pricing is fair, quantities are good, they don't calculate tip on the tax, the place is clean, they don't default to the largest OJ imaginable. The OJ by the way is low in acidity, suggesting that it is fresh. The breakfast omelette entrees are definitely enough for brunch if you're slightly past middle aged like me. This place will probably be a winner for our teenaged international guests this summer. The menu allows for special diets.

This is one of our very favorite breakfast spots in the East Bay. Of course the scones are amazing. We also love the blueberry pancakes and omelets. The Mexican breakfast options are delicious.

My first favorite was the Pecan honey scone, then my sister sent the crystallized ginger, and that was my new favorite. THEN my sister sent the orange scones and guess what, a new favorite. I am so lucky I have a sister in San Ramon that not only buys me the scones for special occasions, but pays to ship them to my husband and I in St Louis. Can't find a scone to beat them, and I have tried! Thank you, sister, Mary!

This is one of our very favorite breakfast spots in the East Bay. Of course the scones are amazing. We also love the blueberry pancakes and omelets. The Mexican breakfast options are delicious.

We kept driving past sconhenge and wondering if we should pop in. We are very glad we did! The staff are friendly and the food is delicious. The scone breakfast sandwich was our favorite. It was a delight to eat the usual breakfast faire encased within a sweet, crumbly scone. We will definitely be returning!

Best breakfast place in town try the simple Mexican breakfast tortillas beans and rice, eggs hot sauce get a side of bacon or side of chicken sausage. People who work there are really sweet and very efficient. They have comfortable booths for seating and will usually accommodate you outside in a table on the sidewalk if you prefer or have a pet, which I really appreciate. i’ve had a lot of their other dishes and never been disappointed. Also, the fresh baked scones you’ll want to take a bag home.❤️

The server was very kind, and they even had black coffee served non-stop without charging us, which was a nice touch. They have several kind of scone in showcase at the place and packaged scones are sold many place in Berkeley area. At this moment of time, if you would like to dine in, you need to show a vaccination ID. To go order, no problem.

This place, alternately a gun store, Creamery, a refrigerator outlet, a couple of different cafes, and a real estate office over the past eight decades, has now settled into its current identity, sconehenge Bakery & Cafe, apparently a favorite of Berkeley's elderly who populate the cafe as I speak. Putting down a very straight ahead all American breakfast, reminiscent of one a person might find at Denny's, Sam's, or one of the old school breakfast places. For under $20 if you can get in and out with a decent meal bad. The staff is really nice I'm also this is a great place to hang out for an hour while you get your car service next door at Berkeley Honda.

However, since almost everything had eggs, it's not really suitable for vegans. I wish there were vegan options too — that would’ve made me happy :) 🍀Update: Since the menu didn’t indicate that the listed dishes could be prepared in a vegan-friendly way, I didn’t think of asking at the time and didn’t want to cause any inconvenience. I’ll certainly keep this in mind for future visits, and I truly hope to see even more vegan options on the menu. Thank you very much for your thoughtful response.

June's Omelette ($16) - Omelette with chicken sausage, spinach, and mushrooms. For some reason mine was missing cheese, which the chef came over to inform me about but did not offer to give me any cheese or replace the meal, which I thought was odd. The cheese must carry the dish because I found it a bit unimpressive and bland. Hashbrowns were alright, if underseasoned. The scone was good, crumbly and already buttery on its own. Overall a little disappointed because I'd heard really great things but it was a pretty standard breakfast.

Order inside at the counter then find a seat to be served. The tuna melt was unique and very tasty would recommend! The breakfast burrito was unimpressive and expensive for the serving once meat was added. Wouldn't be returning personally but enjoyed the experience despite the noisy area and small breakfast portions. Would recommend stopping in for lunch.

Incredible the attitude from your employees. NO service at 1 pm even if it says they close 1:30 also. Rude staff
