Awesome brewery with great beers and food selection. Highly recommend stopping on your way to yosemite
Just a quick stop in to say "Hello" and have some delicious craft beer at Around the Horn! Super chill place with great food (we recommend the Cuban sandwich) and beers. This is a must stop for us whenever we go to Yosemite.
Worth the short drive up the historic road to hang with the locals and try new and exciting offerings on tap. I always get the sampler so I can try combinations I would have never imagined. Staff is patient and knowledgeable with those like me who only beer on a whim.
We stopped here on our way back from Yosemite. We were just an hour shy of a Christmas movie night! They have lots of casual and fun events. The menu is small, but good. We both had tasters if different beers that were the perfect size for a mid drive stop.
This is a must visit on your way too and from Yosemite. The food and beer are top notch. Highlights included the chicken confit tacos (a crazy delicious weekend special), and beer float with their Tip Top Lollipop brew. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. Really enjoyed the outdoor seating and was impressed with the safety measures they've implemented to keep guests and staff safe. I picked up a few crowlers to take home to tide me over until my next visit!
Really nice place to stop and have some good in house brews before hitting Yosemite. Good vibes! They even have some board games that you can use. Would recommend!
Stopped in on the start of a wine tour around California and absolutely loved the beer selection. Great experimental beers for the adventurous type and high quality basic beers for if you just want a cold one. Also enjoyed the food and appreciated that there were several vegetarian options for my fiance. Also got a Crowler for later in our camping trip, easier to travel with than a growler! Great vibe and chill people!
Stopped by for lunch on our way out of Yosemite. As a Korean, the Kimchi Grilled Cheese was a pleasant surprise. It wasn't "kimchi" but legitimate kimchi; my mother-in-law, after taking a bite, mentioned how she felt a bit better after finally having some kimchi after a couple of days without it. Overall had a great, quick lunch and made the remainder of our trip back home a bit more pleasant. edit: I did add bacon and jalapenos to the Kimchi Grilled Cheese.
I’m sworn to secrecy so you didn’t hear this from me but…it appears that Rip from the award winning television series Yellowstone hangs out here on Sundays. Only one way to know for sure. There was also a Buzz Lightyear holding a photo of a cat. I can’t explain it, but I like it. P.S. the pesto sandwich was good. Beer too. ++ vegan options.
Went on a Camping trip to groveland and on our way back we stopped at this cute brewing company for a quick lunch and drinks. We ordered the sampler and tried their light/speciality beers. The kimchi grilled cheese and tomato basil flatbread was so fresh. Loved their beer garden on the backside.
What a cute place. A nice windy drive to Groveland that lands upon a little restaurant snuggled in the pines. There was a good variety of beer and the meals were great. I recommend the ham sliders. Oh so good.

Fun little brewery that's definitely worth a stop when you're in town. Good selection of their own beers plus some local cider and NA drinks. Had a lot of fun playing some of the games with my group, and it seems like they do a lot of events, so I'll have to come back.
Amazing beers for all sorts of persnickety patrons (and an in house seltzer for the lower carb folks). And for a sweet fix they also have beer slushies (summer) and fruit beers. Kid friendly. Sandwiches, pretzels, hotdogs, ice cream. Great staff. Didn't throw me out when I said I prefer wine. Bingo night and trivia night are great too: though trying to get my child to bingo on an ampersand shape in four directions was a bit challenging.
Super cozy spot. Would be a lot of fun to stop by for a pint, we were there for a ticketed event. I knew being up in the foothills the price point for snacks would be high....$12.5 for a loaded hit dog seemed a bit extreme even in that situation. I will say it was fresh and removed me off a Costco dog. Glad they had a cider option. Start was SUPER friendly and one of the biggest reasons I would opt to go back!
Perfectly situated for a stop on the way to Yosemite for ‘refreshments’. Great mix of tourists and locals and the beers are absolutely top notch. Sit inside for vibe or outside for fresh air, it’s all good.
A great brewery on the gateway to Yosemite. Cans perfect for hiking, crowlers available, and great pints. For the locals you can join the point club and have a beautiful blown glass pint plus bonuses for your birthday etc.

Nice place for beers but very less food options. The beer garden has good vibes. The beer flight has 4 3oz drinks. Very unique craft beer selection. The slushie is their new craft and it is good. Pretzels are a great combination for the beers. We tried all but number 6 and number 8 and Tip top and Hetch Hetchy Haze were the favorites.

Grate selection of beer and friendly staff. The pretzels were good, but the Cuban sandwich was kind of mid, so I'd recommend the pretzels instead.
A brewery that makes has plenty of GF options. Cherry pomegranate hard seltzer was lovely with my bratwurst on a GF bun. There were canned cider options, but I really enjoyed the seltzer they make in house. Beer options ranged from basic to wild and hot dog options were tasty. I think daytime visits would be better in winter because you can sit outside.

Great place for lunch coming out of Yosemite. Small patio protruding out of the store front but worked great for the dog. Delicious bite to eat and we were on our way.
Nice atmosphere and beer selection. Has good potential. Food leaves much to be desired. Had a ‘Cuban’ which included bacon - which was a first for me. Can’t go wrong with bacon except for when the bacon isn’t cooked.

How did this place get so many 5 stars? (it must not be for the food, or they are all friend's reviews??) 1st off ... the guy that sat, served and cooked our food was really nice .. But, The Food: (basically hot dogs on the menu) .. we all had the bratwurst dogs. Basically tasted like you showed up at your college buddies apartment the day after a rager and he made you some lunch with what he had in the fridge (and the stove was broken). Shriveled and cold brat, with a 'cheese' sauce & other toppings ... all at below room temp. There is really no other way to say it, other than it was awful, especially given that we were all really hungry. Maybe it's different at night, or if we ate it during the rager?
