Garbage establishment. Five employees just standing around, looking at me like I'm trespassing because I expected one of them to take my order. Instead of serving a customer, they were content with waiting on me to use the kiosk to enter my own order, so that they didn't have to do anything. I won't be returning to this place again

Ordered a combo to get sweet tea to drink and they are out at 7pm. Inform the workers that they are out and their response was to get drinks on the TA side. Also, I was charged for a large drink and all they have are regulars. This is the second time I have had issues at this location in the last two weeks and it will be the last. For the kicker, the guy working in the back making the food, went to the restroom (#2) and did not wash his hands at all upon leaving the bathroom. Beyond disgusting. Corporate, you should do something before you get people sick

Love the chicken from Popeyes but the customer service is 💩 I had a simple pickup order and once it was my turn for assistance the big gentleman at the counter just turned around and completely ignored me till I had to yell just to get my order smh, I don't act that way but the fact that I had to yell was just unnecessary and I know I shouldn't have but they kept looking at me and just laughing as I stood there and that especially in a work establishment is just sad I mean if you hate your job that bad do something to better your life bro... and then my drink was flat 😒 idk if that has to do with the TA or what but yeah the experience at Popeyes and just the drinking fountains at TA were terrible just Garbage smh. And yeah I called him big cause he was the only big guy working... 🤷🏽‍♂️

If I could give them no stars, I would. My husband picked up Popeye's on the way home yesterday. Both our meals should have came with biscuits, either of them did. My shrimp tackle box should have had dipping sauce, it did not. We did not get drinks because supposedly their machine was down. We both have diarrhea since earlier this morning. All of that for almost $40. Complete waste of money! Worst experience we've ever had with a Popeye's.

Waited about 30 minutes to get to the counter, then about 20 minutes more! Just to get a 3pc tender and a 5pc tender meal! Worst Service anyone can receive! After waiting that long, all I wanted was our meal.... Very upsetting 😡 😞 😢

Customer service -1 Food -1 Charges 78$ - Received in products like 45$ because the young girl was serving the food like if I didn’t pay, treating me like trash and being rude with an old man and me. That’s place that you don’t wanna go. Don’t waste your money and integrity there.

Decent food, dirty tables and rude employees. Asked for extra sauce when I ordered food came out missing items and sauce employee insisted my combo did not come with a biscuit (despite the sign saying all combos do) and was rude and wanted me to get back in line and pay $0.49 for the extra sauces I specifically requested when I ordered. Ironic that they are worried about .49 when as I sat here eating I heard them giving away chicken.

So after waiting for food for literally 1 hour the food was horrible one big guy stuffed the mash potato bowls like it was stuffing inside a turkey on Thanksgiving day had gravy everywhere in my bag. Short manager was cool but he kept leaving to get on his phone to talk about who picking up his kid. The only person that made it a little better was the beautiful manager lady from subway that had to come from subway to help. I've never seen Popeyes so out of control.

This is beyond the worst Popeyes I have ever tried. Price is way too high for bland food. Workers missed an order and just looked at my relative as if she was lying but did eventually give the missing order that was paid for. Chicken thigh was way too small and they had no eating utensils so had to use my tenders to scoop the mashed potatoes. People are better off driving to KFC to avoid this useless and tasteless service.

PIPEYES advertise a chiquen sandwich that its the only reasonably priced item. But always they claim are out... They should take item off menu They never have it In most restaurants... so I'm not happy that they advertise something they dont have so you end-up buying a more expensive item..

just went and order two piece combo with fries .chicken was fresh .then order the new mini powder jelly pies and they just got a scoop of powder sugar like a big scoop didnt even toss them straight to the bag 1/4 of the bag like r u serious for like 4 littke pices omg noo. try calling back no answer not acceptable.
