Really great experience. No need to get all dolled up, casual attire is perfect. One of the best houses for casinos. Don’t get me wrong, it’s pricey as can be, but the food is worth it. Sides are additional charge, but can feed up to two people depending on the sides. Our meal was perfect, waiter and staff were awesome. Bread was delicious, and desserts even better. The Pecan Tart is so worth it! Highly recommend you stop by. Normally we go to Chimney’s in Gulfport, the The Rack House or Half Shell, but this might be our top pick for now on. My daughter loved the fact she could get her own filet for herself. Loved the experience!
We visited BR Prime for the Brunch with Santa and had an amazing time. I wish I would've taken some photos- everything was so nice. So many different food options: omelet station, carving station with prime rib and roasted pork, sushi, filets, bacon, scrambled eggs, hashbrowns, and SO much more. One room alone was filled with gorgeous (and delicious) pastries. The service was spectacular and I can't wait to get back next year! A huge thank you to Thomas for providing exceptional service!
Wonderful meal & service. Started off with bread service - the Asiago bread was my favorite. Had the filet, Mac and cheese (huge portion, feeds 2-3), and crème brûlée and it was all fantastic. The crème brûlée was the best Ive ever had. The Belgian chocolates at the end were a nice touch.
Always perfection. The best service, food options, and atmosphere. The Delmonico here has the best flavor you'll have in a ribeye, and is always prepared perfectly. The sides are large and shareable. The desserts are artfully presented and always perfect. I eat everywhere, and this place is tops.
Delicious cuisine, artfully presented, top notch service. Bartenders are attentive and engaging. Even the sides are delicious and generous(not duck fat fries). Probably the best restaurant I have been to in Biloxi. Make your reservations in advance, Reservations line leaves something to be desired. $35 bucks for kids menu is excessive.
Wow! This place is amazing. Rick and Natalie took care of us and they were so good and friendly. Very good wagu steak, potatoes, chipotle corn, Gouda mac and cheese, spinach salad, chocolate bomb and truffles, fried oysters, wedge salad, and martinis and wine. The steak just melt in your mouth like butter. The bread was so good. The cook came out and showed us how the steak gets from cow to your table. He was so nice to us. The atmosphere was so cool. Everyone was so nice and the service was great. Overall, we will be back again as usual!!!! 🥩 🍷 🥖 🥗🍫
Never disappointed!! It’s always so goood, every bit of food we tasted. The cheese bread, and bites in a spoon is the best. . Usually ordered tomahawk 40oz add crabmeat lump on the side, Caesar salad with anchovy fish. . Today I got swordfish add crab lump for the meal and lobster bisque for appetizer (they pour the soup in front of you 😱)
Very good drinks. The waiter was great. The ambiance is very nice. I had the fried pork chop with green beans and duck fat fries. My wife had the filet mignon with whipped potatoes and onion rings. It was all delicious. A bit on the expensive side though. Even for fine dining.
The Delmonico was prepared perfectly and full of flavor...added the the onion rings with the bacon remoulade, bam! Great atmosphere, priced affordably for fine dining, and really great service. Ask for Ron at the bar, he makes a mean old fashion. And the smoked jalapeno lemon drop martini is a must!
6-stars : dinner at the bar was fun and delicious! Tim will take care of you all night! Details: we could not make reservations as the place is packed however we decided to wait and see if we could get a seat at the bar. There were only two of us. Tim made us a drink and we sat in the unofficial waiting area. As people left the bar he would bring people in order to dine at the bar. Very efficient. After sipping on my Old fashion for only around five minutes we were seated at the bar. Probably just good timing as the people who arrived at the bar when it opened just finished eating. 6:30 ish was our arrival time. The service was excellent! Tim suggested a few wines and some other beverages that we enjoyed. Everything was fantastic though our favorite was the French onion soup by far. If you are a French onion soup fan like we are then you should have it when you’re there. Everything was memorable and delicious including the dry age bone in ribeye and the sea scallops appetizer. Delicious! We will be back.
This was our first time dining at this restaurant. It was a very enjoyable experience. Everything we got was cooked to perfection. We were there for our anniversary. We mentioned it when making the reservations and they suprised us with rose petals on the table, which I thought was really nice. This was a great experience. Would definitely return.
Excellent restaurant! Best meal I had while in Biloxi. Ribeye was amazing. I liked the wine and liquor selection. I had the Pappy Van Winkle 15 year, which was also amazing. Great service. Definitely on the list for the next visit. My next visit was the Delmonico steak, which was amazing again, au gratin potato, braised mushrooms. Cheesecake for dessert. The service is always excellent. My next visit was the Delmonico and it was amazing. The macaroni and cheese was excellent. I liked the lobster bisque and the bread. I also had the Heaven Hill 18 year bourbon which was fantastic. Another visit was the Delmonico steak with braised mushrooms. The shrimp cocktail had the largest shrimp I have seen. The crab and corn chowder was delicious. The French onion soup was very good.
Amazing food & experience! From the starters to dessert, the food does not disappoint at all. Perfectly seared steaks, buttery crab cakes that melt in your mouth, tender lobster, and a wonderful dessert to wrap up an incredible meal. It doesn’t get much better than this! We selected the Fillet & South African lobster, 28 Day Aged 18oz Bone-In Ribeye, the Blue Crab Cake & Crème Brûlée for dessert. Our sides were completed with the whipped mashed potatoes & asparagus. The wine is also great, and all around just a great dining experience. Can’t wait to come back soon!
If you’re in Biloxi and you need a dinner to impress, you must try here. The escargot was creamy, the wine cream sauce lingering on the pallet. The fried chicken may sound humble at a steakhouse but the flavors burst in your mouth with the umami of the duck fat. Finally, the peach crumble was decadent, rich, addictive. We finished off every bite despite being past “full”.
Rikki was our server. He was EXCELLENT. His service was perfect. His conversation His attention. His recommendations. He knew all about the items on the menu. He was PERFECT! Dinner was superb. Ordered the Crab cake appetizer simply amazing. Lamb cops cooked and seasoned perfectly. This meal was the best I have had during my time in Biloxi.
Our favorite restaurant with our favorite server/friend Joe. I believe we would panic if Joe was not there to welcome us and pour his expertise and love into our meals. We highly recommend this restaurant. The steak is superb, as everything else. I cannot ever leave there without Joe making me a Banana Foster. The best I have ever had.
So this is our fourth time at Prime. I waited to review it for one reason I simply couldn’t believe how good it was the first three times. Tonight was no exception. We started with sesame seared tuna and baked Brie they were both exceptional and so was everything else. I included photos to accurately detail the best dining experience of our lives. The service from Joe and staff was outstanding in every way. They made average people feel exceptional for a night and capped it of with a visit from Chef Zachary who shared his culinary expertise. In my experience this kind of service doesn’t happen without real support from above so everyone should be proud. The reviewers who left low ratings live in a different world than us apparently. We live here and I gladly recommend this place without a doubt.
Since I was traveling alone, I ate at the bar. I was welcomed with a friendly smile. Both bartenders watched over me with much care! I had a Caesar Salad, 22 ounce Dry Aged Bone-In Ribeye and Duck Fat Fries. The steak was cooked to perfection and overall the meal was outstanding! I've never eaten here before, but I will be back! Great experience! Hat off to all, Great Job!
When you go to a hotel/resort and dine in their best on-property restaurant, you expect a great meal. BR Prime was no exception. What is crazy is that we enjoyed the experience so much that we went back the next night and ordered to the same, identical meal!! We started with a tea for me and a cocktail for my wife. Moving on to French onion soup with some of the assorted breads they serve- before finishing with the Delmonico ribeye and au gratin potatoes! Absolutely delicious! The second night we added their onion rings and dipping sauce and loved those as well. Portions are large and the presentation and service are second to none!
This was our first time in Biloxy and because it was going to be cold out, we just decided to make reservations here, it was meant to be. The staff and service was wonderful. Not once did we have to request refills or dishes to be removed. I ordered the 28day aged Ribeye and it was phenomenal, perfect doneness and charred at medium rare, flavored to taste. My wife had the special redfish dinner that she absolutely loved (sorry I didn’t get photo). To end the night I got the best bread pudding I have ever had, a creme brûlée topped bread pudding drizzled with caramel and homemade ice cream. The wife got the hot skillet chocolate chip cookie with a dollop of ice cream. The price is listed at $100+ because we both had 2 drinks with dinner. I will definitely return eve if not is just for dinner.
10/10 experience. Best scallops in the USA…maybe the world! Hunter is an exceptional professional who embodies everything the service industry should be and crafted a world class experience for us. We will be returning and recommending everyone to go! The check is easy to pay when the food and service is so fantastic. Well done BR Prime!
Rick, Natalie and Jeff took care of us. Coming from the service field, I was very impressed by their teamwork. I had the Sea bass. Hub had the Demonico Steak. Both dishes were full of flavor. The creamed spinach was flavorful. The Chef sent out a taste of the Crab salad on toast, it was a nice gesture and tasted good. The complementary salted caramels were a great finishing touch to our meal.
Terrific dinner from start to finish. We met our friends at the Prime bar for pre-dinner drinks and then seated at our table by the hostess. This is a well appointed, high end restaurant without being stuffy. The four of us have similar wine tastes and our first bottle was delivered right away while being attended by Rik and Natalie who took great care of us and made solid suggestions for our meal. We kept it pretty basic by selecting lobster bisque, lamb chops, the pork chop, tenderloin and the lobster with potatoes and mushrooms for sides. Everything cooked perfectly and delivered on time. At the end, we had one little lollipop lamb chop left. What a great meal and time spent with our friends - we were there for > 2 hours enjoying ourselves. Will definitely return.
Oh my, the food was really really good. The service is incredible. The only thing i would say has room for improvement was the appetizers portions are kind of small and my carrots were not as warm as would expect. But overall so good.
EVERYTHING was great. The food was magnificent. Leo was the best server I’ve ever encountered. My husband enjoyed his birthday dinner. So much we will be back in June for our anniversary.
Been here a few times and have always been impressed. Corey, I’m assuming a manager here, went out of his way to seat my family last minute when another reservation didn’t show! Little stuff like that goes a long way. Food and service is top tier.
Amazing food, amazing wait staff, beautiful atmosphere. Definitely try the lamb chops mid rare!
My friend and I ate here on Thursday and it was definitely one of the highlights of our trip. From our server Brian and his assistant Dean, to the ambiance and the food…. Everything was perfect. We had a filet, creamy mashed potatoes, and a charcuterie board. DEFINITELY eat here :) well worth it!
We always dine at BR Prime when we visit the Beau Rivage. Friends and family do as well. The food is excellent as is the presentation. The service is extraordinary. It’s on par with the finest I’ve ever experienced. I am 75. I know great service when I witness it as I lived in Europe and Asia for almost 10 years and had my favorite steak houses. Our waiter was a tall gentleman with a goatee. He’s worked at BR Prime for years. Unfortunately, I didn’t get his name. He’s a great waiter! If my description of him is adequate, please pass on to him our thanks for another wonderful dining experience.
Went dine here yesterday evening for my anniversary. Our server Allison and her assistant Dean were both amazing, very knowledgeable of the menu and answered any questions we had! They made our experience unforgettable! With that being said we did experience a situation between an older male server with glasses and our sweet assistant Dean, he was extremely rude for no reason at all and in a very loud stern tone (loud enough for multiple tables to turn to look)said “watch where you’re going dude” when the older server is the one that didn’t say on your back and ran into Dean. After Dean apologized to be polite, they were crossing paths again and Dean purposely got out of this man’s way to not have any other issues, the older server stopped and stared at Dean until Dean kindly just walked in the other direction. Me and my partner have both been in the service industry for 7+ years we know people have their differences but that’s something you don’t do in the front of house. He purposely tried to humiliate and disrespect Dean, very unprofessional. absolutely nothing wrong on the restaurants behalf!
We went for our anniversary. Mentioned our anniversary and we arrived to rose petals on our table. I wanted to try the Caviar Service and it was yummy. A better value was the crab cake. It was off the chart good omg the best ever. The martini was perfection. The food and the service was fabulous. It was pricey but well worth the quality and service. We will go back.
BR Prime was an amazing experience. It is tucked into a casino, but the ambiance was relatively quiet and calming. The food was amazing as everything we tried was masterfully cooked to our expectations. The server was spot on providing good service and recommendations. It is a bit pricey. However, it is definitely worth it for that special occasion with that special someone.
My wife and I have dined at BR Prime several times, and each time has been an incredible experience. Their specials are fantastic, their wine and cocktail options are great, and the service is outstanding. It will be hard to beat this place if you are looking for somewhere for a date night or fine dining in general. Highly recommend.
The ambiance was impeccable! The bartender TIM was absolutely AMAZING and he ensured we were taken care of the entire time of our experience. He entertained and welcomed guests by greeting them by name and made sure our food and drinks were to our liking ..more than once.. lol. We will definitely visit BR PRIME again but only if TIM is there.. lol but everyone was knowledgeable and held high expertise in their skill.
Steak house was so delicious. The service was top notch. Drinks were perfect, I had the berry martini my husband had an old fashion. The steak was perfectly cooked to order. The shrimp was also delicious. Highly recommend to get reservations to this steak house while visiting Biloxi MS.
For starters the food was amazing and being there on my birthday the waiters and staff made it even more special for our first time! Thank you BR Prime we had an emaculate evening Also Tim did a very outstanding job as our waiter
We have eaten here several times now, somehow it just keeps getting better and better. We ordered the surf and turf. I mean it was perfection! Amazing to say the least. The atmosphere and service was also amazing. Ricky(Bobby) took excellent care of us on my birthday. He gave outstanding service from the moment we sat down till the moment we left. Thanks Ricky, it was a memorable birthday meal, even without the singing😉
It is our 29th wedding anniversary tomorrow and we have been celebrating our anniversary at your establishment for the past several years. My husband gets the ribeye every time. Everything is alway delicious. Leo and the other young man serving us, both were very attentive and very professional. Thank you for another perfect anniversary.
A casual date night at the Prime turn into one of the most delightful nights for us in fine dining. I'd like to Thank chef Nick for creating the most delicious vegan meal that was seasoned to perfection. He also prepared a vegan dessert of fruits purée that was chefs kiss that was hand delivered by himselt. We absolutely enjoyed the atmosphere but the chef made this experience a 10/10 with his unique spine on vegan food. We have already planned our next date night to come back which we know will indeed be another 10/10 experience.
I had a wonderful time here. The food was wonderful and the service was too. Thomas, Beth, Dean and Charlene were absolutely wonderful and I recommend getting a table and being served by them. 10/10 experience!
Phenomenal food with phenomenal customer service. Our waiter was always there without hovering, and even provided a singular rose for Valentine’s day. Spectacular restaurant!
Very good food!!! Very tasty and super good steak!!! Enjoyed the dry aged ribeye very much CONS: The severs would not bring us tap water, we asked multiple times but they kept giving us $6 FUJI water. We asked for a FUJI at first and the rest tap, and they wouldn’t.This is why they lost a star. Also sides, yeah I get everything is over priced, its a hotel restaurant inside of the casino. It’s going to be overpriced. But the fact that they charge $78 for a steak and it doesn’t come with a side but yet one ruffles potato chip small list teaspoon of olive mashed potatoes underneath it was a little disappointing. Don’t get any steak that isn’t dry aged. One of us got the filet mignon and… It tasted like hamburger meat compared to a dry aged steak. Not going to lie, dry age steak was amazing. PROS The other staff was great. Super nice. The manager helped us getting our mgm points, and helped us out! Great food!! Get the dry aged ribeye you will not be disappointed.
Most everything we've tried is pretty top notch. I personally enjoy the 3/4 of a pound King Crab offering. Some of the waiters are much better than others. Regardless, the food holds your interest enough to keep coming back. UPDATE Summer 2021: The King Crab, market price by the pound, I always order, went up in price drastically. Like try $50 more. And I was not alerted to that fact when I ordered it. And we had just been there a week or two prior. Big change. They should alert customers. The crab, on the other hand was better than usual. Our server told us that they stopped ordering Russian crab and are now getting Alaskan crab. I found that odd.
I sat at the bar and immediately taken care of. My glass of wine was quickly poured and served. My medium rare filet was cooked perfectly. I didn’t care for the seasoning but it was otherwise a high quality steak cooked to perfection. My wedge salad was good, but I’ve had better. After spending over $100 for this meal and having to flag down a bartender to bring me a steak knife, I doubt I’ll rush back here anytime soon. But then again, I often crave steak and I didn’t see many other options.
I've been here a few times but this time we celebrated a big birthday along with a party of 10 friends since we were staying at the casino for a few days. This is a modern, elegant steakhouse with great drinks and amazing food! The steaks are dry aged prime and seafood was super fresh. The chocolate souffle' was off the chain!!!
Service was exceptional. We made reservation and got seated right away when we arrived. Located conveniently inside of Beau Rivage. The view is amazing. The wine selection is great. We got Halibut for the special that night and it was a bit on the salty side for me, I dont think the salt was evenly distributed thoroughly so I would have a chunk of fish with just salt grains in my mouth. The Kobe A5 was made to perfection. Literally melts in your mouth. Beef tartae was decent, we've had better. We also got onion rings and sauteed mushrooms as our side dishes and mushrooms were very good. Blue Fin Tuna and the filet were also parts of our order and the meat quality was good. We enjoyed dinner overall. Great experience. Hiep was our server and he was attentive. Coming back next time we're in town.
4.5 stars. First the chef complimented us with a ceviche hors d'oeuvre which was amazing. If I didn't already order the tomahawk I would have ordered a plate full of these ceviche on a cucumber. I ordered the pork belly appetizer and she went with the charcuterie. For our entrees I ordered the tomahawk steak and she ordered the halibut special. The waiter noticed while I was cutting the steak that it was a bit past medium rare as I had asked. Without even asking he went to the manager and asked for a discount for my meal ($50). That wasn't necessary but greatly appreciated his initiative. The manager did come over and apologize for the streak being medium versus medium rare. My non-proper self came out when he asked how our waiter was doing "he's doing great my glass hasn't been empty and I drink a shit ton of pop". I wish I would have remembered his name to truly give him the praise he truly deserves. The waiter was attentive and my glass was never even past halfway empty. The only reason I didn't give him a five-star was because my $145 steak was a bit overdone and the broccoli that came with a halibut was very salty. We would recommend this location to others in a heart beat but it's definitely not cheap. The service is impeccable. Before my comps and the $50 discount our meal was a total of $271. Look at the pics if you want to make yourself hungry. 6:45 MGM VIP Reservation on 9-28-24.
BP Prime at Beau Rivage truly lives up to its reputation. The atmosphere is refined and undeniably elegant, making every moment feel special. My Delmonico steak arrived flawlessly cooked to medium-well—perfectly tender and packed with flavor. For a seamless experience, I highly recommend making a reservation; it’s worth it to skip the wait and dive right into an elevated dining experience.
Visited Beau Rivage and had dinner at this establishment which is conveniently located on the casino level. We were immediately seated and the entire staff was top notch! The atmosphere is high end, yet relaxed, not stuffy at all. We ordered the Strip and the king crab legs special. The Strip wasn’t necessarily tender nor seasoned well BUT the crab was perfect. They actually serve it table side. The portions are great and the drinks were tasty. They also have a vast array of wines, perfect for wine lovers. Prices were comparable to other fine dining steakhouses. Definitely worth a visit… could’ve been an off night on the steak 😂
I dined here for my mom’s birthday dinner. The server seemed a bit off but other than that, we enjoyed the meal. The Wedge and Caesar salads were both good. We didn’t want steak so both ordered the Whole Pan Dover Sole which was really good! They deboned them at the table so that was cool to watch. For sides, we shared the Au Gratin Potatoes (yummy) and Creamed Spinach which wasn’t really good. Since it was my mom’s birthday, they brought her the cutest box of macarons with a candle. That really made her feel special. Overall it was a good experience. However the vibe was strange…maybe because it’s located in a casino?
A lovely dinner but a little too pricey to be worth it. Spinach salad was nice but lobster bisque was only average. Dinner rolls were delicious. Steaks were good but on the small side. Sautéed mushrooms were okay. Grilled asparagus with hollandaise sauce was tasty. Pot du crème was very rich. Needed sea salt or something to break it up. Service was ok.
The service here is amazing!!! We got the chiefs plate, 2 filets, Mac n cheese and whipped potatoes. Everything was amazing but the steak lacked seasoning. It was cooked perfectly but it was bland. The Mac n cheese was some of the best I’ve ever had. Our server was excellent.
High end steakhouse located in Beau Rivage, Ms. Steaks were done to prefection. Some of the sides were not. Ordered Onion Rings (I know) expecting the best. They were very greasy, meaning cooked at lower temp allowing oil to steap into the rings. Ordered starter of mussels, instructed wait staff that it would be shared amongst the table. No spoon to collect broth. No plates for starters, we did have bread plates which we used. Dining area very well.lit, hence lacked atmosphere. In addition, for prices, maybe there should be a little bit more separation to allow for privacy. I state this only because a dinner for four costs roughly $120 a person. We spent over $600 for dinner for four to include wine. For that I would expect a little more. Overall it was an enjoyable meal based on company. The little things I rate lower would be tolerated at a lower end steakhouse, but based on $$$$ rate I expect higher.
It's an open dining room and you can also see into the kitchen from the dining area. Was a bit disappointed with the Maine lobster bisque...it had more of a gravy/roux type flavor than a traditional creamy flavor. The halibut special topped with crab meat was good. The salmon and Quinoa were cooked to perfection. Service was a little slow but not enough for it to be a big deal. The Mac n cheese was very good as well....we were so full we did not order dessert! Best restaurant at the Beau!
I thought that BR Prime would be the best option for my birthday dinner, as I have been before and alway left feeling wow’d. Last night left me feeling unimpressed, honestly. The portions were TINY for the price, the prices were astronomical, and the tastes were underwhelming. Sorry, but when I’m spending $350+ for a nice dinner for 2 people, I want to leave feeling like I am extremely satisfied. Our waiter was friendly and attentive though. Next time, I’ll just go to Stalla. Food as a whole is better, steak is better, and prices are fair for a nice casino dinner.
I am writing to commend the outstanding service provided by your bartenders, Tim, Ronnie, and Hanna, during my recent visits to your establishment. On both occasions, their professionalism and attentiveness significantly enhanced my dining experience. The first visit was so impressive that it prompted a second, and the service remained consistently exceptional. Tim, Ronnie, and Hanna were attentive, ensuring our drinks were promptly refilled and taking the time to explain the food menu in detail, which helped us make informed choices, including the delicious filets we ordered. Their warm and engaging demeanor created a welcoming atmosphere, earning them a well-deserved five-star rating for their service. While the front desk host service was less satisfactory, resulting in a missed reservation time and a two-star rating, this led us to spend more time at the bar—a fortunate turn of events given the exceptional care provided by your bartenders. Thank you for employing such a talented team. I look forward to future visits and highly recommend Tim, Ronnie, and Hanna for their exemplary service.
Overall not the worst experience but will not be going back. The restaurant is busy I don't mean a lot of people but there are just as many employees as customers, the volume is louder than the casino. A complete turn off to having a nice fine dining experience. The service was good no issues with that aspect. The food, after $400 I would of expected better quality. Waguy tartar, not worth getting, nothing yo it and the potato chips ruin anything it should have. Scallops, if you're going to venture to the restaurant they were great but the corn salsa does not compliment the dish. Beet salad was by far the best thing I had, if you don't like beets then this won't change your opinion but the dish is perfectly balanced. Salmon was good nothing special. Dolmonico steak we got medium rare, too tough and under seasoned. Au gratin, is extremely salty and brussel sprouts are over cooked with no flavor.
I was just going to not say anything at all, and not give a review. But, I kept thinking about how expensive our meal was. My wife and I had dinner. Her steak was very good. Unfortunately, I ordered the Cowboy Ribeye, and my steak was not very good. My steak was over cooked (even given the fact that a ribeye should be cooked to at least “medium” to melt the fat) and overpowered by the mix of corn, bbq sauce, etc. it was served with. We both agreed that our side dish of brussel sprouts tasted strange and were kind of soggy instead of crispy. On the positive side, we did receive very good service. Bottom line is that I was hoping to be wowed and ended up being disappointed. If I were to go again, I would stick with one of the “mainstream” steaks.
Worst steak I have ever had at premium steak house. Good service great crab cakes, fish and sides. Pretty shocking
We have dined there many times. It was a special occasion my wife wanted crab legs ,although outrages price we got them .They were so strong they tasted old . She did not want to hurt my feelings and tell me and me the same. That night we both got sick . Ruined our trip and we canceled our reservation the next night there. 400 plus dollar meal that was bad. Luv this place but will be a while before we return,
The sea bass was disappointing, and overall, I felt the food was overpriced for the quality and flavor. While the service was attentive, it was surprising that they didn’t have the gin listed on the cocktail menu.
The reason for the two star review is the pricing. I can get the same experience in many other restaurants for half the price. Catch 110 across the street 7 ounce fillet with a side $37. Old fashion $13. BR prime 8 ounce fillet $68 side $12. Old fashion $15. I was OK with paying $60 for a fillet but then they raise it to $68. That’s just ridiculous.
Took a break from gambling. Got a table quickly. Ordered steak, baked potato & sweet tea. About 15 minutes later, food arrived. Baked potato fine. The steak literally was burnt with crispy black outside. I used a knife and scraped some burnt off. Waiter returned and I showed him the issue. He suggested replacement. Great. Another 15 minutes and steak was correct. I ate the baked potato while waiting on steak. Ate the about half of the steak. Waiter said he could box it to go. Rooms have frig but no warming possibility. For the money and considering they are a steak house, not what I expected. I did not ask for a comp but definitely should have. Ironically it did not show up on C/C for about a week. I actually thought they might have comped it. My mistake.
Our sever and co server were great. The shrimp cocktail was horrible, I have not had a worse shrimp cocktail anywhere Bread was good Steak was okay, got the bone in ribeye and it just was nothing special. One person in our group said the lobster was good. The cooker desert was the highlight. Wine list was good, old fashion was ok but how does a steakhouse not have a big ice cube. Putting regular ice in an old fashion is pathetic. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend based on price. Not sure if they just had an off night or what
My Buddy and I ate at the bar. We both wanted a beer to start. The bartender brings the two bottles sets them down and leaves. Didn’t ask if we wanted a glass, much less a cold one. He comes back to take our order. We order and I request a wine by glass menu, which he provides. I finished my beer and placed it near the well. He did not return to me to ask if I wanted another beer or a glass of wine until I was halfway through my tough steak. Normally I prefer to eat at the bar because the service is normally quicker and the bartenders more attentive. Terrible experience and I will not return!
Unfortunately having to edit my review again to add that this is the worst service we’ve ever received. We gave this restaurant a second chance and they were even worse this time and I believe it was intentional WATCH OUT I’ve had to edit my review from 5 stars to 1 because the food has gone downhill so bad. The hostess was miserable and lied to us. Our food was awful we sent it back, the manager (Corey Boykin) didn’t seem to care at all so I’m not sure why he came around and asked, and our meal was still $260! Please see photos of our “medium” (not medium rare even!) $74 steak. I see they have an add out for a chef and I can tell why, but the customers shouldn’t have to suffer?
Our Delmonico steaks we’re so dry and tasteless, we were so disappointed, especially after hearing such nice reviews on this place. Lobster bisque was tasty as well as my oysters. My husband did like his cheese cake. Service was humm what service! All in all a huge disappointment with one huge bill!
I wish you’d reach out to me. I left my phone number in this review on your webpage Tonight I ordered the halibut and I waited 45 minutes for you to bring it out, and it was hard as a rock. The waitress assistant, a tall blonde lady explained that two others went back at the same time so she stayed it wasn’t just me. I then ordered a steak Which they decided to rush out in minutes, completely burnt on both sides and cold in the middle. I tried to eat it. I just couldn’t chew through it and decided to spit it out and call her back over. At this point, she couldn’t even look me in the face. She just picked up the plate and left. Then your manager came out and stated to me that he was sorry that the food was so bad and that he had told her that there was nothing else that I wanted them to do so he asked me to leave. I explained to him that the fish was hard as a rock and said underneath the heat light for probably 45 minutes in the state was burned just to get something on the plate. He didn’t care to listen to anything I said, even after I explained, she never asked to make it right. I’ve eaten here over 50 times and every once in a while you get terrible service and tonight was that night. Sadly, the restaurant was 75 to 80% empty and I can see why. Either you have fired your good chefs or your staff is just decided they don’t care. But it’s the manager that should’ve made it right or attempted to. Today is September 24 and my dinner was at 5:45. I left at 7:00PM with no food. I make these reservations months in advance and it’s a shame that I’m served such terrible food and you dismissed me like I’m a piece of garbage. I’ve never been treated like this anywhere. Your manager and chef should be ashamed of themselves for serving such crap
Very bad seating arrangements. Everyone is withing arm reach of other tables. It's loud and cramped. Host was rude. He told us they were booked for the night then I mentioned google showed reservations available so he agreed to seat us. Waitress seemed annoyed that we were there and kept 🙄 rolling her eyes as she talked. My halibut was good my wife's steak and lobster were over cooked.. felt like eating on a cruise ship but cost $400
Food was good but terrible service. We come here 4 times a year. We arrived at 9:10 and sat at the bar and ordered a drink. The bartender told us that we needed to order because the kitchen as closing in 10 min. Hours posted for closing at 10 on google. When we questioned the hours she reiterated that the kitchen was closing and we needed to order. We quickly ordered and food came out very fast and we felt like we were being pushed out the door. We expect far better from a high end restaurant like this when we are spending $150-$200 per person. We even spoke with the manager a an he just gave us lip service and really didn’t care about our feedback.
Ordered a medium rare steak and was served a well done steak, one of the side dishes was cold. Other than that, it was average. Well done = like it was cooked in a microwave a third time.
Ordered a filet mignon and when i bit into it it tasted like it came straight from refrigerator. The waiter never asked if something was wrong with it. I should have said something right then but i was with my daughters in laws and didn’t want to make a scene. I had two bites and could not eat it.
Worst steak I’ve had. Stale bread. Small portions. The waiter was not honest and was clearly just trained to say certain things. The steak had no taste, no juice, just “pretty”. I doubt they used a grain of salt or even butter to cook it. The “shareable” portions were laughable small and the “fresh” bread was hard and had a light moldy smell to it-the farthest thing from fresh. Maybe it’s a casino thing for steakhouses that they won’t hire an actual chef? The staff in back looked pretty rough but I only thought that after tasting the food. Leave the casino if you want a nice meal or read the reviews from before they decided to microwave the steaks (I assume) and go here. I should note we ordered three filets and they were all terrible. The delmonico and creamed corn were good. The potatoes, filets(all three), lobster bisque (tasted old), crab appetizer, and bread were all just terrible.
The food was mediocre at best, for the price, I was expecting an amazing meal. I ordered the Delmonico, Worst steak I have ever had, I ordered medium rare, I received a tough, medium well, dry, under seasoned steak. Very disappointing all around. The Caesar salad was drenched in dressing, the duck fat fries were not edible, too thin and over cooked as well, even the table bread was cold and flavorless. My comment s about the food went completely ignored by the server. Our table of 6 spent over $1000 on food that I would never recommend to anyone. They couldn't even make a decent Mac and cheese! I tried a bit of everyone's food on the table, just to see if I made the wrong choice, but everything was just awful quality. We all talked about how much better Ruth Chris was and promised never to make this mistake again. It's a shame because it was my mother's birthday and we were all so disappointed in the food. The French onion soup was ok, and my brother liked his wagyu steak. I expected much better food and service from this place. Huge let down.
This was our 1st visit. Unfortunately, it will be our last. We frequent steakhouses all over the world so I think we have the ability to assess one that will he fair. Keep in mind it was our experience. Yours may be different. Bottom line...it was really bad..I left hungry and so disappointed. Took 20 minutes after being seated to get a drink. We had a waiter who had alot of table side desserts, so we didnt get a lot from him. In instead we had another guy trying to bring things to his ⁶ý⁶ as they came out. W⁶⁶e ordered charbroid oysters for appetizer..when they they were cold and covered in parmigian cheese, and the garlic butter was served with the sauce to put on it on the side. It was cold and gross. I tried to eat 2. Next we ordered bone in river to split, a ceasar salad, Brussels sprouts. Never got the salad sprouts ha no seasoning and were very hard. We had duck fries that loked like they were the scraps left in a basket..aà I was done after that. The bill was 240.00..absolutely ridiculous. Here's the tip ..if u dont serve an ordered entre at all u dont get a tip..thats just not acceptable...bad food and bad service . Hungry going in hungry going out. And put some seasoning on your food for God's sake.
