Better than Mc Donald's. The fries are big and not wilt like Mac's. Coupons give you great deals. Flame broiled beats getting a bun covered in grease !!!

Went to this burger King on McKinley at 10:30 am and believe me when I tell you that this morning crew was THE BEST crew ever. Food was perfect and the staff was on point. Thank you all so much I appreciate you!!!!

I stopped for breakfast after visiting Jamestown. There was a Gorgeous Redhead with Bright Blue Eyes working Drive-Thru. If you are fortunate enough to meet her, you tell me if she is not the spitting image of Lucille Ball. I should have asked her out or at least her name.
Sorry, I'm big fan of Burger King it's one of my favorite places to eat! The food always hits the spot regardless of what you order and the people who work there are always awesome! Like I always say, customer service always makes your experience great and not just okay. Also having fantastic purchase items, like food, and I believe having great customer service makes the food taste all that much better!
I've never gone to this location before and don't usually go for BK but today i needed to grab something quick and on the way. They were slammed with a drivethrough line wrapping around the building so I ran inside. The young man at the counter was friendly and smiling and everybody in the kitchen was hustling big time. They were fast, friendly and made the food right. Very impressed especially considering how hard they were working. Very positive experience, thank you!
Had some late night pregnancy cravings and stopped by the McKinley Parkway location to fulfill them. Mark (manager) and Matthew (employee) were incredibly kind, helpful, patient, and gracious when I unexpectedly had issues with my card while trying to cash out in the drive-thru. I usually get very anxious in situations like this but their kindness soothed my worries and made a positive impact on my evening. The food was prepped fresh and hot and remained as so until the situation was resolved. These gentlemen deserve as much positive recognition as possible. Thank you Matthew and Mark!
Ok but tired of sandwiches that we have to take a loan out just about looking as though they ran it over
I came here 2 days before the Impossible Burger launched. The staff let me know we can buy them early and let me order the burgers before the official launch. I waited probably about 15 minutes for my food. In these 15 minutes, I was offered a free pie on more than one occasion, an explanation of what happened (the burgers had to be made fresh to order) and the manager gave us free fries in our bag. Even though I had to wait while the burgers took longer than normal, the manager and staff made sure to apologize and let me know that they're just getting used to the new menu item. I had a very pleasant experience and I would come back here again. Thank you crew for being so nice on my Monday night snack run!
Today, 4/24/24, at 6PM food is amazing at this location. You can tell they are shorthanded but happy service, clean tables. Perfect!!!
I have always loved Burger King. Who doesn't love a Whopper? Prices are getting very high, which I don't blame them for. High-quality meat isn't cheap. This is why I also love coupons. Got a family pack for just over $20.
They made up for the horrific experience we had just a few minutes ago at the Burger King on camp rd. in Hamburg but that experience ill leave in their review section. this Burger King was fast and order was correct. my daughter even thought it was funny how the woman working the drive thru was so experienced she knew what i was asking for before I even asked. Her fast forward ways were inspiring.
The best Burger King in the area. Other Burger Kings I have gone to are not nearly as clean nor friendly. The food was great for traditional standards. This is the first time in a while that I did not regret eating at a standard American fast food restaurant. The hamburgers tasted like they were made of beef. Prior years orders had the soy taste in them that made me stop going for a long time. I don't know when they revamped the food, but let's hope it's for the long run.

We eat there ever time we're out . I always get the chicken sandwich and onion rings with a chocolate shake. My husband always gets the impossible burger with fries and a coke. It's one of the few places we can eat meat and avoid eating it. The music sucks and there's usually a lot of senior citizens there.
Burger King is a consistent staple of fast food. Always good, fries were fresh and the fountain drink was bussin.
Got the Whopper with cheese. Haven't had one in a while ,vIt was delicious. More than enough to share with my daughter. Got a small fry nice lunch very reasonably priced. We have the app so with the Walmart additional 25% off lunch was easy and inexpensive highly recommended fries were hot just enough.
Just leaving 5 stars so u or the owner see it. Had a super simple order of the whopper junior duo and a bacon king. Got 1 sandwich for the DUO and no cheese on the bacon king. 5$ for a tiny burger and 14$ for a sandwich missing a key ingredient. wouldn't suggest dining here and probably won't be comin back, workers don't know the deals they offer nor prepare your food properly and the fries had no salt.
Won a double cheeseburger from my cup, had to download and set up and account just to redeem it. Was a hassle. Other than that it was very good, very nice employees

It’s a little above average for fast food. I ordered chicken fries and the box was coated with a mucus like liquid. This has happened twice to me. Otherwise this is a very good Burger King in my experience.

It's a typical Burger King nothing special the only reason I go here is because it's located near other things that I like to visit such as tops the vape shop Harbor freight you know it's convenient.
The new tacos are terrible. Flavor is good, but taco shell is only 1/3 full, top of shell is way overcooked and bottom is very greasy.
The fries were hot but the whopper was cold, probably due to the fact that we had to sit behind a "Karen" in the drive thru for 10 minutes while she screamed at the cashier because her $ total was a few cents off.
Typical fast food. Typical Burger King where they couldn't care less about customer service. I don't go here often. Only if I have a craving for their onion rings.

I always have a whopper, just ketchup! I always get the taste of a great burger, but I didn't this time , wasn't spoiled, so I'm wondering if I received the new plant based whopper , if I did I didn't care for it. BUT other than that always great service and great burgers!
Their fries have never been as good as they were back when BK and McD changed them. They use a lot of fillers in their burgers, maybe even soy. I don't like soy and I am allergic to it. I have never seen a list of the ingredients so I couldn't eat it.
This place is cheap and quick for a large family looking for bite while they're out and about. By no means are they making an impression with service or quality, but when you're in a pinch and don't want to spend a lot it's not a terrible place to stop.
Typical fast food. Slow service behind the counter (waited more than 10 min). My whopper was very sloppy, ketchup and Mayo all over it. Burger was half hanging off the bun, lettuce on top of bun... Looks like not much effort was put into making it.
It's Burger King. I got breakfast so that's a huge plus, but you know what you are getting here. I went in to order. The dining area was clean and the bathrooms were clean, the staff was pleasant.
Ok...probably third time in 2 weeks getting a kids meal...they have had no boxes for the kids...and no drinks for them She asked me what we wanted..I said Apple juice...then she said we are out of it...I said chocolate milk...no out of it and white milk...really? Stopped in to the location at 20 and McKinley, via drive thru. Bacon King, Root Beer no ice, Onion Rings instead of fries. The syrup had run out of the root beer. It happens, no big deal. Parked, went in to have that corrected. The manager called back for someone to swap it. A conversation ensues between the various employees about why each can't as their back is hurt. After a few minutes of that, the manager asks Jim to swap it. Jim says okay, and proceeds to continue what he was doing, not the swap. The manager then punches out and leaves. Eventually, Jim goes back and makes the swap. The drive through person then walks over, and says it's all set. I had to request a cup, as mine had been taken. Finally having resolved the issue, I then left, with my cold onion rings.
It's best to make an online order beforehand because the drive through is hit or miss with accuracy. Make them repeat your order at the first window otherwise you'll end up with missing items. This is true across the board for Buffalo area Burger Kings.
Did drive through, told to pull forward. Order came out quickly, missing 4 sandwiches. Had to go back in. Then had to go retrieve the bags from the car so they could look for themselves. Manager made it good, but cant you tell you have 4 extra sandwiches that match my missing food.
Girl who took my order(didn't get her name) was very nice and helpful. However, even though a girl was sweeping, store was dirty. Especially the doors. They were dirty and greasy. Easy fix with spray cleaner and paper towels.
This particular location seems to take a bit more time preparing food. Not sure what that's about but, they dont often get my order wrong and I'd say at least 8/10 times the staff is friendly. As far as the 2 times that they're not the ones who are make up for it. Overall good location for the chain.
I wasn't very happy about the taste of my food. It wasn't horrible but it wasn't good either. It may have been old oil they are using. The onion rings tasted like they had been sitting there along time under the warmer. They were barely warm. Very disappointed.
The service was very good, very upbeat at the window. However, I ordered a Whopper meal, they offered cheese and I said yes in the offered bacon and I said yes. I'm not sure exactly what I got but it looks like a double whopper. Way way too much for me. I did not want that. Not only that, it was lukewarm, likewise the fries. The jalapeno poppers were hot. I also did not receive my receipt. That's the one thing that I always makes me hesitate going to any fast food place, is getting lukewarm food.
Twice I've gone here on my lunch and my work vehicle and the lobby was closed and I can't fit through the drive-thru. The time before that they forgot my sauce for my onion rings had to go back. Then they acted like I was lying to them trying to steal sauce
Longer wait but employees were kind and apologetic. Definitely a busy day at that location. However my order was wrong. Just a condiment on that I don’t like so not a big deal.
Food was cold as usual. Fries were just plain nasty. We watched a worker use one rag to wash down the seats. Trash cans ans tables in that order. The trays were greasy. Had to wash my hands and lay napkins on the table before unwrapping my cold chicken sandwich.
Went there for lunch today. Service wasn't slow but it wasn't terribly fast either. When I got the food the bread was burnt and there was sauce all over it instead of inside. Probably the worst burger king location I've gone to so far
ridiculously slow drive thru tonight. legit 20 minute wait from order to getting food. multiple cars left line because of wait. workers standing around and not even a sorry for the wait from the attendant. un organized.
My burger was cold and it had unmelted cheese on it. My girlfriend got a spicy chicken sandwich and they gave her a regular chicken sandwich. The service was good but the food quality will never have me return. Whopper melt was horrible.
Drive thru order, asked to pull ahead and they would bring it out. There was 3 other cars waiting. Those 3 cleared out and the crew asked at least 3 more cars to pull ahead to wait. I didn't mind waiting until those 3 cars that were after me received their orders before me. It wasn't what I ordered that took so long because I heard them ask people who were waiting what they ordered and one had the same thing.
Exactly the same as every other burger kind I've ever been to, except the workers seemed slightly less competent than usual. Food is sub part at best, just like every other BK. Their redeeming factor is $1.49 nuggets and their shakes are pretty good.

Ordered a Chicken sandwich and it tasted like they used old oil. Also, I ordered Sweet and sour sauce for my Onion rings, was charged for it and never received it. Tried to call the store 3 times, and it rings 20+ times but no one answers. This is my last time going to this location!!!
Went to drive-thru to order my lunch before going to work. I ordered a small onion rings with my shake and double burger. Got through the line fast, parked to eat it and saw that I was given fries instead of the onion rings! Looked at receipt, they rang it up as a small fries! So I went back through the drive-thru and explained that I was given fries instead of onion rings. The young girl's voice told me to drive up to last window. Yes, I swore because I was mad they couldn't even get my order correct! The manager handed me a bag of onion rings with a mean face, never apologized for the mix up, never said anything to me at all. That shows me they don't want repeat business from a customer and I'm not going there anymore just for that reason. If they were in my shoes, you can bet that they'd be swearing too if they got the wrong food on their way to work! 😡
I can get over the fries being thrown in the bag and the tiny childs drink, but if I'm waiting 15 min for food I appreciate that it be made properly. The burger was not plain like I asked, the rings were hot but undercooked and they forgot my nuggets. I had to go back to get a new burger and get my nuggets and the nuggets were dry and old. If I'm coming back you should be putting in more effort. There was no one in line I side of out but they couldn't take the extra time to make my food right or fresh.... This has happened a few times now and I'm getting sick of it. Maybe also teach your drive thru girl how to expedite.
The food was disappointing..cold and the onion rings were cold and half the size b4. I had gotten a sheet of coupons sent to me and I won't b returning.The trash cans were overfilled and the condiment counter was a disgusting mess..same a bathroom..my friend and I were looking for a nice place to visit and eat

I went through the drive through and ordered two impossible whoppers with cheese and they game me regulars whoopers in the impossible whopper wrappers. I know they’ll swear up and down that they taste the same but I can assure you the plant based patty doesn’t leave you sweaty and feeling bloated.
I will never order from here again . Not because of the food or the service but the way I seen a Manager belittle a young worker in front of me and almost brought the girl to tears . Someone like this should not be running a franchise or seriously take a management skills course how to treat people.
The food is not the problem. Every time I go there, I am waiting for at least 10 minutes. And it's never busy when I go. I don't understand why i'm constantly waiting 10 minutes or more for 1 thing. The staff are friendly enough and a wait every now and then isn't a huge deal, but to have to wait so long every single time is too much. Please work on timing and push faster counter times.
I just went through the Burger King on McKinley and went thru the drive thru. The younger blonde girl in the window with her hair in a bun has no manners, no your welcome when we said thank you for the stuff no hello or have a nice day just didn’t speak at all. I would like management to look at this and teach their workers how to respect people because she looked miserable and bitchy and gave terrible customer service. I’ll never come back there again if there’s people like that working there. Put a smile on your faces at least!
Just had the Chicken Parm sandwich. Was so happy when I saw it was back. But this was the most disgusting sandwich I've ever had. Extremely salty. Couldn't even tell that there was any sauce on it. Won't have this one ever again. And don't recommend it to anyone.
My boyfriend and i went here to get breakfast and when we got our food(eggnormus burritos) the wraps looked like a child making his first taco at home. They put way too many hasbrowns in one so it wouldn't close and an entire egg was just outside of the wrap. And the other one was partially ripped in half with the contents spilling out and the wrapper it was in wasnt even closed. The thing is, I work in fast food, so i would understand if they were in a rush. But there were no other customers in the building or at the drive thru. It was very hard to eat but it tasted just fine.
Food was cold and 5 different staff members were just standing around and socializing or on their phones. Took 20 minutes to get my food even though there was no one before me. It was dirty inside, tables not wiped down and the beverage area was a disaster. I will not be back to this location.
Store app says drive thru is open till 12:30am. Placed order online and went to pick up at 11:55pm and was met with a very rude lady that screamed at me because they were closed and now I can’t get my order refunded.

Very unpleased with my service I received today ,when I received my order it was incorrect I told the gentleman who handed me my order that is was not what I ordered the cashier then looked at me with attitude and rudley said you did not say that when your ordered.... This is relevant, I promise! When I was in college I worked at Subway. At first, I thought that working at Subway would be cool because I loved the food. The job actually turned out to be terrible, but I learned a lesson in fast food restaurant management. Apparently, my Subway manager received a bonus that decreased with the amount of waste the store produced. I witnessed a grown man pulling used paper towels out of the trash that he felt still had some life left to them. Yup, that's a free trade secret, folks. What's this story have to do with Burger King? After a recent string of incorrect Burger King orders placed on DoorDash, I think this establishment is pulling the same DON'T YOU DARE WASTE ANYTHING OR I WON'T GET MY BONUS trick. Of course, this is just hear say, but hear me out. So, today, I ordered a chicken sandwich made to order just how I liked it. What I got was an inedible sandwich. This thing was so old and so cold you knew it had been sitting somewhere obscure far from the heat lamp. Perhaps someone made it, realized their mistake, and hid it until another similar order came in from an unsuspecting DoorDash order. I mean who's going to take it back to the store to complain, right? After all, DoorDash will eat the cost and partially refund your order. Or, perhaps the manager freaked out that waste had occurred and decided to toss it upon some unsuspecting patron for the same reasons I stated above. Now, had this been the only time this particular Burger King stiffed me with the incorrect order, I might have let it slide, but it's not. The food is consistently bad, and the orders are consistently incorrect. I wonder how big the bonus is if nobody buys from your restaurant? I definitely won't be anymore.
Waited a couple weeks and tried again. Whoever is training staff at this location needs to do better. The young girl working the drive thru window needs to be re-trained or fired. 25 minutes to service 3 cars. Ridiculous. I'm officially done.
This location is clearly scraping the bottom of the evolutionary bucket in their staff hiring....I had to leave the drive-thru and go inside b/c the child working the window was argumentative about items on the menu. Apparently she has never heard of the Rodeo King burger despite is being on their menu...Definitely will not be returning to this location if this is the type of staff who will be taking care of me.
There were 4 cars in front of me yet it took 25 mins to take my order then another 20 mins to get my order. No apology or anything, all they said was “we are really busy” lol I can see workers standing around doing nothing and I can’t speak for how many online orders, but there were 4 cars in front of me. Burger King store#11973 S-4175 McKinley pkwy Blasdell, NY 14219 I went to store 11973 this morning and ordered 2 lg hash browns & 2 apple juices but then decided I would change them into 2 breakfast meals & I also ask the guy who was professional & nice if he could add a med hash brown as well he said no problem. After I ordered I noticed the price was extremely high & I ask him about it & he said to come on around that he needed to fix the pricing, I said okay & drove on around & was greeted by the young man who took my payment. Another young man who was very professional & nice then gave me my food and as I looked in the bag I noticed I was missing my medium hash brown & I advised the young man who turned around and told the old lady that was standing there. I began to explain my order & no I was not yelling or upset there was no need to be, when going threw a drive thru things like this happen all the time. But she cut me off & screamed out at me "well that is not what I was told" she was so nasty, rude& really should not be in any industry dealing with people because she went to 150% angry all because I wanted my medium hash brown I ordered. The nice guy came from the back & told her she need to stop & that he would give me the hash brown but she was so nasty, rude in front of my children I ask for my money back. I have her name but I will not reveal it here but I have reported her to Corporate there is no way this person belong working with the public. She need to find a new career cause dealing with people is not it. She really need to pray and ask God to change her heart.
If I could give this place a ZERO I would! I witnessed an employee from this establishment drop chicken fries that someone ordered through the drive through and continue to pick them up off of the disgusting floor and serve them to the customer! I was appalled and immediately informed management!!!
I ordered 2 large fries. Paid for themand one had one in the bag. I called the location. The phone rang and rang but no one ever answered . I reached out to the corporate chat and expressed the concern when it happened on last Thursday and no one ever got back to me. I’m sorry but the food is not cheap enough for me t justFORGET about this.

Stopped for 4 bacon double cheese burgers. Got home not a lick of bacon on any of them. So in addition to paying for bacon and not getting them when I called the store they said come back and we can give you bacon. Like that was a viable customer service solution. Oh and when i ordered via drivethru, I asked the worker if they had big king sauce. Sometimes I like that on the side. She had no idea what I was talking about. I might have tried to order a prime rib dinner she was so befuddled. My advice is to eat your food at the drive thru window just to make sure everything is right. Because we all know how difficult it is to make food at a fast food restaurant. Years and years of culinary training. Better yet dont eat this barely food at all. Why am I so angry? Because it happens so much at every place, Its maddening, who cares probably no one, maybe someone will read this and get a laugh. I feel better now!
I placed the order at the drive thru, and asked for a promotion I heard on the radio, for "buy 1 get 1 whopper". I was told that was for the whopper jr. So I ordered two whopper jrs with no tomatoes. Was told the cost of $5.44. I waited 17+ minutes behind a few other vehicles, also waiting for their meals, before getting to the window. The widow associate told me "2 whoppers, no tomatoes, that's $14.??". I said no, I ordered 2 whopper Jrs with no tomatoes. She said that'll be a minute, and I asked "is that going to be another 20 minutes?" She closed the window and took of her headset as she left the window and complained about me to her coworkers. I then waited until another employee came back to the window and I terminated the order, saying "I want to cancel my order, rather than get something with spit on it". As I have seen videos in the past of people getting tainted orders if they have an issue and send food back.
Deserves 0 stars. DO NOT USE THE MOBILE APP if you order from here. They will take your money and they will say that they didn't get your order, so you won't get any food. The employees and the manager will not help you, they will just tell you that there is nothing they can do. I do not recommend that you visit this location.
Went on 9/27 around 11:30am and manager "Jessie" or something similar I believe was absolutely rude. The kiosk took our money (the full amount) but said there was a remaining balance of $3.34. At that time the FULL payment out of came out of my bank account. The manager insisted that I paid the full amount again and then said "just fight it with ur bank. Nothing I could do". Then doubted we had enough money to pay it again. He literally wanted to see the account to prove we had enough money. Even though this whole thing was a problem with their system. I was not going to be out double the money just because of their system. He was so rude and unhelpful. I started nice and understanding but he immediately had an attitude and treated us like we were stupid. He just walked away and left us to figure it out ourselves. I fully understand that problems happen with the system but absolutely no reason to be rude with such an attitude. It's so unnecessary to treat someone that way. He could have done so much more and gone about it differently.
Johnathan the manager was cold rude completely unhelpful cost me an hour of my day and refused to remake order i never got uber support called phone was off the hook I gave my cell phone he was rude to Uber and despite them asking to remake upon speaking. With uber right afterwards, they said that the manager was unreasonable and unreceiving to his asking for the order to be remade. This was a for YOUR ! customer that had been waiting over an hour 1/2 for their order. All for it to just get canceled. I lose my entire fare, which was $40, and I spent a 1/2 an hour dealing with it on customer support all because this manager chose this to be the best resolution to not make An order they already made a small 4 item order. Congratulations jonathan burger king employee of the year 👍
If you want the wrong order or to get violently ill than this is the franchise for you. One of the worst run establishments I’ve ever been to. Stay far away from this location.
I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with no ketchup and a tall, dark haired employee had the audacity to COMPLAIN about making it, in front of me. I stared at him for a good while and he knew it too. If you got a problem, we can go to corporate. So sorry I dislike ketchup.
I attempted to use my code for a "free" sandwich. I ordered a large frozen coke for the advertised $1.00 and a small fries as per requirements. I was informed the frozen sodas were not a soft drink and could not use it to complete the requirements. COKE is a soft drink....iced OR frozen. Talk about gouging the customer. Then i tried to do the survey and the site will not allow me to complete it. Matt was rude and argumentative. Will NOT be back !
My girlfriend stopped to pick up dinner and had the misfortune to stop at BK. She said it took forever after placing the order and even after the wait the staff still couldn't be bothered to follow simple instructions. A whopper meal with fries and a diet coke and an order of nuggets. She new things were bad from the start and ended up going elsewhere for back up. Firstly the whopper wasn't made to instructions and on top of that it's ice cold, not it's been in a bag for 10 mins but feels like it's been in a fridge cold. The fries look and taste as if they were only cooked half the time. Which is a shame because BK has the best fries in the game. They poured the wrong drink and for some reason instead of 1 order of cold nuggets they put 3 orders of cold nuggets. I know things are difficult right now but are ypu seriously telling me you can hire people to listen to simple directions and execute them? My GF did say the person who took the order was polite and friendly and was doing his best for whatever that is worth. Try harder.
