This Wendy's is great! Brand new, clean, professional staff and they have gotten my order (which is usually a bit complicated due to 3 picky kids) correct every time! Food is always fresh and hot.

I do not eat fast food ever because it makes me very, very sick. My husband and I decided to get breakfast this morning at the Wendy's in Bohemia. First, the store was IMMACULATE! The employees were very courteous and kind and seemed genuinely happy to be working. We ordered the breakfast burrito combo. I ordered it with bacon and my husband ordered sausage. They offer a side and a drink. We both chose the seasoned potatos and orange juice. The burrito was absolutely delicious! They made it with a fried egg instead of scrambled eggs which was a nice surprise! There was ample bacon/sausage and cheese and they had some of the seasoned potatos in the burrito as well. The tortilla shell was very fresh and soft. As I indicated in my opening sentence, I usually don't tolerate fast food. This breakfast was amazing!!! I was pleasantly surprised! I ate every last morsel and enjoyed every bite!! I would definitely recommend this location because it was very clean and the employees were pleasant. The breakfast burrito was perfect and I ordered Cinnabon bites which I brought home. I will definitely come back to Wendy's for breakfast and may even try other items!!!

The Sunday crew around 3pm is amazing. I take my kid after swimming every week, and they are always so kind. We really appreciate them going the extra mile for our family. Thank you!

The Wendy's in Ronkonkoma on portion road is a newer looking location. The set up of the ordering area is different, the angle, than others I have frequented. I ordered a Cobb salad, $6 biggie bag with double stack burger, fries, 4 piece nugget n drink (barqs root beer dispensed from a machine where you press a circle of over 40 types of beverages), junior bacon cheeseburger and junior chicken sandwich. You can get sauce for the nuggets and I chose sweet n sour. They give u 2 small packs of it. Side area has paper straws, napkins. I like to take lots of napkins. Why? Enough about me. The salads are parmesan garlic, apple walnut and Cobb. Each is very tasty and has its own merits for being ordered. Separate utensils, dressing n croutons or nuts (whatever is Germaine to each given salad) is given in a plastic bag with it. $25 is a good amount to cover it all. Is that affordable? I had trouble with the app as it didn't have an ASAP option for cash but the cashier, I believe a manager was extremely helpful. 1st he told me the 2 bacon jr cheese burger deluxe would be cheaper to order as jr bacon cheese burgers and add all the stuff from the deluxe. Then showed me how to use my coupon from the app in store. Even let me take a few of the black paper straws for my cat (idk why but he loves them. No other straws paper or not, just the Wendy's black paper ones. Plays with them for hours) even though I didn't get any drinks. Fantastic fastfood experience. No notes!

My meal was fresh and my fries rivaled McDonald's..... The truth. The fries were long and tasty. I got a chicken 🌯, delicious. I had 2 bites then I saved it for breakfast since I went after 10 pm. The pineapple lemonade refreshing. Staff was very friendly.

Since this location was built, it's been the best Wendy's around. Always good food, friendly staff and quality service. Manuel and Leticia have helped me many times and are the smiling faces me and my family come to see when we're hungry. Happy to say this is our favorite Wendy's.

Big and clean Wendy's. Alot of parking space. Reason why i am rating 4 stars: when enter customers often get confused with the ordering process. While i like the new process they're trying to implement. They are also still doing it the regular way, and thats where the issue comes in. It create a line close to the door unnecessarily.

This particular location is newly constructed, and so the parking and the drive through are pretty well organized and clean. Gets real busy around lunch time. The food however is, well, as expected, fast food Wendy's!

Better than BK or MCDONALD'S. At least McDonald's gives you hot food BK is guaranteed to give you cold burgers that were made hours ago. Hoping this company goes under soon.

The food was good but seems restaurants during the pandemic are cutting corners. I got an asiago chicken sandwich and it was so flat with barley any lettuce and tomato. It was disappointing because this is a new wendy's on Vets Highway in bohemia

It's the same as every other Wendy's. Service can be slower then expected and about 80% chance of your order being correct. Avoid when school is not in session.

This Wendy's is always good. I stick with the double baconator. One thing I don't like is I feel like the size of the large chocolate frosty cups got smaller.

Other than the chaos in the parking lot/drivethru configuration, this is a great Wendy's. They crank out lunch quickly and the restaurant used is nice and new.

Clean location, a bit disorganized. Kiosks for ordering don't allow you to login or use coupon codes. The payment system in-house has been buggy since it opened. The app and website are very buggy and prone to errors. Weird inner dining area layout. Overall, fast service, but it wasn't too busy at the time. Only 1 other person inside and 2 cars in the drive-thru.

I've never had wendys breakfast before this. Twice and I'm addicted. Love the home fries, though a nice hash brown patty would be appreciated I realize thats not on the employees. The pineapple lemonade will break my heart if it ever goes away, cant wait to try the blueberry. The shining star, the chicken honey butter biscuit. I grovel, I grovel. Load it up, that's some deliciousness. Can't wait to try the maple bacon crossiant. Pleasantly surprised.

The atmosphere is not very conducive to new customers. Hard to see where to order. If I need to place the order with the employee instead of a kiosk, there are no menus to look up at. The employee was not well versed on the kiosk to help with my order. The large order was prepared fast but they packed a double bacon burger instead of a classic chicken. The food and dining room was good. Strange to have the "bathroom" sink in the hallway.

I eat at this place at least once a week. The food is pretty solid but inconsistent similar to most fast food locations. The staff is great, and responsive when mistakes are made. The ordering machines aren’t great. There is no NFC pay (Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc) and you can’t use your Wendy’s rewards which seems senseless. Great place regardless.

Wendys, Long Island edition. This place is pretty new, or newly renovated. Despite that, I did not make a very clean impression on me. every single glass or plexi surface was either smudged or very streaky, like cleaned with a dirty cloth. The bathrooms were not amazing either. The food was standard.

I ordered the food on the Wendy’s app then went through the drive through to pick it up. I went on a Wednesday at around 4 pm. It took about fifteen to twenty minutes to get the food. It was an order for my family and they got all the orders correctly which was nice. The food was the normal Wendy’s burgers, fried and nuggets. The cashier was nice. I was able to get iced coffee instead of soda which was great.

We enjoyed the chicken nuggets, but were not impressed with the new fries.

The drive-thru and parking lot design is horrible. The few times I've been to this location people were beeping and yelling at each other because the flow of traffic causes problems for people trying to park, trying to leave the lot and especially people trying to order using the drive-thru during peak hours. However, the staff are efficient and friendly. The food is good.

Me and my son eat here because we were so hungry to get to Shirley, so we love to modern design and self order system. Customer service was not good.. I placed my order it said dine in not take out; senior lady placed it on a bag then double stack should be no onion and pickles but it was picked on there. I was right there looking at it when almost about to make same mistake but this time with onions. They didn’t asked me at all. Plus no bbq or ranch sauce, they didn’t ask us either. Customer service needs a lot of work.

This is a pretty mid wendies. Workers are jerks for no reason and they will forget your food half the time. Lines are reasonably-excessively long so it’s not even worth asking them to fix your order. And god forbid you enter this wendies between 1-3pm as you will not only be swarmed by corny high schoolers but will be forced to wait in a 20 minute line.

This Wendy's is just like any other Wendy's on long island. The atmosphere is good. The restaurant is clean. But they have long waits 75% of the time. Just last night I went inside for carry out and it took over 20 mins for 2 kids meals and a biggie bag smh. And as for the service.. if I could rate literally using the star ratings as above and beyond for specific people like uber, I definitely would! There's a manager named Catherine that works there and she is amazing she went out of her way to help me out twice already .. so thank you Catherine for just brightening my late night last minute meals lol! She deserves a raise. Like for real, for real lol!! 🥰☺️☺️

During lunchtime, service is slow. Drive-thru and parking lot is gridlocked. No parking spaces available.

I never have a problem with my orders here and the staff is good but the parking lot is one of the worse I have ever experienced. You will get stuck in it as the drive thru line backs up and blocks all of the exits.

Not well run. Used the drive up on 2 separate trips and both times there was a problem. First time they ran out of burgers and the second time the cashier charged me twice.

The food was good... Well, at least the food we actually wanted. For example, one of the things we asked for was 1 plain KIDS hamburger. When we got it, there were 2 burgers, with onions, pickles, and cheese! On a kids burger! We specifically asked for no toppings! This is a common problem with most Wendy's near us. The other star is because of the food. It tasted good. Also the frosty looked like mayo in a cup??? Another thing is that the crossroad to get to the main entrance was right in front of the drive-through, where a wall blocks your view of the on-coming cars.

I ate in at this location and for some reason the workers still elected to smash my burger completely flat before giving it to me. Multiple workers stand around and talk while a manager sits in the lobby to do work for some reason. The lobby has dirty tables and the drink machine looks like it hasn't been touched since open in the morning. It is unfortunate how far Wendy's has fallen. Oh and the fries were lukewarm upon recieving my food. Lovely.

Manager will cut you off while your speaking to get you in and out faster and the line moving. Instead of saying have a great day she also yelled in my face next in line. Trying to upsell you every dollar they can and at times you have multiple associates trying to talk to you all at the same time to upsell. I also asked for napkins and was told napkins are out in all the bags… no napkins.

This place is terrible. I’m leaving this review as a delivery driver. The staff is clueless and the service is terrible. Every single time I’ve come to this location to pick up an order the order isn’t started until I arrive. The staff has no idea a delivery order even came in. Absolutely terrible.

Today March 26, 2021 is the second consecutive day in the morning I pass to but breakfast. Yesterday I was told they had technical difficulties and today I was not even attended by anyone. I stopped for about 1-2 minutes at the mic/speaker where you order and nobody attended me (it was 6:45am) and when I left I saw there was 4 crew members already there. Very disappointed that I missed breakfast 2 times in a row.

Open for a while, and getting WORSE instead of better. The order counter isn't even staffed! You have to use a touch-screen? With Covid? DISGUSTING as well as dangerous.

Long wait in drive thru, order taker easily frustrated, fries were cold, order taker sighs heavily feigning politeness after being corrected for mistake and asked to change item size.

Sent me the wrong order on Uber eats, right receipt wrong order. Simple task failed.

Have tried to go to this location multiple times since its near my work. However, Everytime the food has been disappointing. I have gone to this location about a dozen times or more after they opened. It seems as the they don't care. I know it's fast food but still when I pay for a service I expect it to be good. Definitely avoid this location.

Just got home and realized they didn't give me my chili with my taco salad and right before I left Wendy's. I realize they shorted me to four piece nuggets but I didn't realize they shorted me chili too!! this is all the time every time I go to this Wendy's!! You have a bunch of kids working there that don't know what they're doing!!! This is Ridiculous!!!

I checked online and it says they’re open until 1am, but at 11:15pm, all the lights were off and it looked closed, but I pull around and the girl says they can’t take any orders for 15 or so minutes so their system can reboot. Note to self- NOT the go-to late night spot. I went to McDonald’s.

Most of them dont wear gloves. They definitely don't wear hairnets because I found a blonde hair in my food. Most of the time, the orders come out correct.

The self serve kiosk said 'on break, visit the counter'. Waited 20 minutes at the counter and the lady kept saying I'll be right there. The last time it took 20+ minutes to process the order. I didn't have 45-60 minutes to wait just to get my food so I left. Nothing 'fast' about their food. A wasted trip.

No longer can I get any food at Wendy’s now because even the taco salad unavoidably contains milk and now even their salsa has been replaced with some BS creamy wannabe. This is not what I asked for.

Got an ubereats order and they sent a rotten burger that smelled so off I refused to eat it. 2 pieces of bacon on a baconater can’t be right either. The chicken in the other meal was so old it was yellow and crusted. Threw it all out. Disgusting, 50$ for 2 combos and the only edible thing were the HOT fries? Delivered still hot … not the drivers fault the meals were inedible

I ordered a Dave's combo and I ordered in. I noticed I didn't have a drink plus I didn't know where the ketchup was so I asked one of them and this girl pointed to it as if I was a regular customer. So as I went to get it I noticed it wasn't any ketchup cups and alot of NATS were flying around because of the trash can being there with the condiments. I mentioned that and was ignored and I had to reach and get my own cup.I asked to speak with manager and all she could do is laugh as if I was a joke. No apologies whatsoever..

I have to say this is the only wendys I have went to that was horrifying service First all my cc wouldn't swipe and Noone was around to help just talking with one another. Then I ordered a taco salad and asked for an additional cup of cheese that I would pay for. The manager told me that he couldn't give it to me because then his inventory would be off and yada yada! Are you kidding me ? Lol what ?! Wendys is awesome but this location is a no go .

Visit made on Tuesday, March 25th at about 5:07pm. My pregnant wife and I decided to go to Wendy’s for a post-work treat since we had heard about the thin mint frosty and the amount of rudeness and disrespect the drive thru guy displayed when my wife and I was INSANE. We were taking a bit of time to look at the menu and he seemed extremely impatient for no reason (there were no cars behind us when we pulled up) and was condescending as hell when I asked about the thin mint frosty. One of the girls in there shot us a really dirty look when we were waiting at the window for our food. Not to mention our burgers looked so sloppily put together and they placed the fries in our bag upside down. It’s like they decided to be petty about everything for no reason. I don’t understand why they decided to take their crappy day out on us but we will not be returning to this Wendy’s ever again.

Ordered the fish sandwich and it was inedible. It must have been reheated so many times that it was dried out, took one bite and it went straight into the trash. I didn’t ask for my receipt so there is no way to notify corporate through their current system. This was the worst food I have been served.

This was the worst Wendy’s I ever been to Pulled up to the drive through and waited 10 minutes not even a response from the speaker hoping they would say, I quote sorry for the wait or I will be right with you When I pulled up to the drive through window and I asked why I waited so long to be served I received Not a sorry or even an excuse from the staff saying they were shorted staffed. No what I did receive was an attitude from one of the sales associate saying that if I don’t leave he going to call the cops on me. The sales associate eyes were so wide like he even wanted to fight me for asking these kind of questions I believe the Wendy’s in Bohemia really needs To retrain there Sales associate and teach them what the true meaning of customer service is.

This is well and truly the WORST Wendy's you could possibly choose to visit. They CONSISTENTLY forget items in orders, and frequently don't have orders ready in time, even when ordering through the app 30+ minutes in advance. On top of all this, many of the workers handling food are not wearing gloves - it's absolutely disgusting. The entire place and experience is a marvel of both inefficiency and repulsion - to create such a horror requires a level of stupidity that is hard to comprehend even exists. If the goal was to give the customer the absolute worst fast food experience possible, you have SUCCEEDED, Wendy's Bohemia! Seriously, there are a million better options around - a brand new Burger King 2 miles away on the north side of Sunrise, McDonald's on the south side of Sunrise just a little further - go literally ANYWHERE other than this Wendy's. This Wendy's sucks. Suuuuuuuuucks. It's the worst, I am telling you undeniable truth. Don't give them a cent.

Always horrible service! Never polite. Always rushed in the drive through! And they never get the order right!!!! It's not like I ask for anything crazy! I always ask for a hamburger and I emphasize no cheese because my kid can't have it and they still put it on. Even just today I ordered 3 meals and one of the 3 is missing it's sandwich!!! Only reason I go here is because it's literally down my block! How about you pride yourself in quality and not quantity! Sick of being rushed to just get an incomplete meal!

This the best place for ruin your morning & breakfast. I normally use drive through for my order, every time employees mashup my simple order specifically on Sunday morning. I ordered egg and cheese muffin which comes with seasoning butter, and guess what there’s no butter and plain muffin with egg not even warm enough. Today I went inside the restaurant to place order and see how they make it instead of drive through. The employee started making my order since I ordered on kiosk. I placed egg and cheese muffin and large seasoned potato chips. On of the employee had gloves on and touching every where and than started making muffin since he forgot to read whole order, while I was talking to other employee. Employee forgot to put butter and I ask other employee that muffin comes with butter right ? That’s what says in menu. Guess what, instead of butter that employee put sweet jelly spread. What a joke. Rather than focusing on customer order they’re focused on talking with each other. I suggest don’t waste your time and money here and go to other Wendy’s location. I guess manager or the owner needs to hire qualified employees.
