A favorite for weekend brunch, especially given the dearth of brunch places north of the 287. Also great for lunch or dinner - good quality food at reasonable prices with friendly service.
Was crowded on Thursday night! But was still seated comfortably. Food was outstanding as usual. Go there, u won't be sorry.
Very good home made potato chips and and great burgers here. Very friendly staff. Thanks!
This is a great place to go to. The food is great service is outstanding and it is really a nice place. Stop by and check it out you will be glad you did.
Steakhouse burger and service was amazing for lunch! My server and bartender Jalissa was amazing!! I would recommend anyone to go here for a delicious meal and great atmosphere.
Brought some out-of-town friends here on Friday night. Accommodated our party of 8, no problem - atmosphere was comfortable & the steak sandwich was excellent. We will be back!
Creative menu good service wait staff isn't as informed about cocktails as I would have hoped but they're young so not they're fault. Very accommodating staff just wish the prices weren't so high...its Westchester not Manhattan...
House made potato chips and blue cheese fondue app was great. Pistachio crusted cod another winner. Fun staff and an all around go to restaurant.
Great food. Kids menu is really outstanding. Good beer selection. Friendly, smiling staff. Comfortable environment. Definite stop when we're in Briarcliff.
Really nice place with amazing food and service! The staff is so personable and kind and everything was delicious. The outdoor setup is cute too!
Nice place..good portions..good food...friendly staff.
Stopped in driving through and though it was bit tough to find the food and service were amazing! Casual space, huge menu and friendly staff. Great find!
The food is consistently good, the atmosphere is fun and inviting, and the service is excellent. It is also good for adults or kids. Great local place.
Great food, take out & curbside service. All great, plus a 20% takeout discount. Thank you Tony for helping us through this mess. Keep safe, and keep on truckin!
Awesome atmosphere for families, couples, and singles. Big fan of their lobster grilled cheese and home made chips with truffle oil. Ten ten would go again
Inside atmosphere is so calm and friendly. Awesome food and service. Going to take my wife next time. Will make time to go again.
Like the addition of a salad menu so that one isn't restricted to just bar food. Service is good. At busy times, the acoustic make conversation difficult.
Their buildable salads are amazing!! I highly recommend the lemon vinaigrette dressing. Their lavender lemon drop is also out of this world! The sticky bites are also worth ordering!!
Decided to try the place out after knowing the other locations. The atmosphere was good, food was even better and the service was the best part. Had a great server named Paula who was hustling all over the place even tho it was really busy at the time. Will definitely come back again.
Always good food and great service and any time of day or night. Both their bar staff and wait service are friendly and good at what they do. Everything is delicious, but I especially love their burgers and avocado fries. Mimosas are also delicious.
Very Accommodating! The lobster grilled cheese was not on the Brunch menu, but they made it for me upon request. It is grilled Texas size toast and a marriage between a variety of cheeses and tender lobster! I can't resist ordering this every time I go here!
I've been here several times and I will go again! Don't go too late on the weekend because it can get very busy. The lobster grilled cheese, pasta with short rib sauce and the burgers are great. I would recommend it to anyone.
Friendly service , excellent atmosphere. Best burger and build your own salad selection I've ever had. Great menu options. This is a must try!! Highly recommend.
Really enjoyed our meals here. The ahi tuna on my salad was fresh and delicious. My son devoured his burger. Would definitely recommend and will be back.
Stopped by here for lunch the other day. Ordered a diy Cobb salad (I was craving a cobb salad for some reason), and it was the BEST!! The bacon was super thick & crispy, the tomatoes were chopped (😃), the romaine was fresh and crunchy and it just hit the spot 😋 Bf ordered a grilled salmon salad with mixed greens and thoroughly enjoyed it. Their sweet potato fries were fried in TEMPURA (🤤) and were SO DELICIOUS!! There's also a great tequila & whiskey/bourbon selection if you're into that. I plan on returning to try out more of the menu.
Always a great experience. Food is great and especially enjoy Taco Tuesday. Their seasonal drinks are also delicious. Please keep up the good work !
This is a great place to go with a group, family or just an easy date. Menu is amazing and the bar selection is perfect
We love 105-ten for takeout, family dinners, date nights, and the party room for special occasions!
The food was amazing, loved the burger and the calamari. This restaurant/bar’s so american, literally given me some USA vibes that you can only find in this kind of restaurants.
Great place to grab a drink and dinner or lunch. Casual. Nice inside. Chill.
This is one of my family, specifically my two sons, places to go to eat. Every time we go, we have an amazing experience. The severs are top notch and are always friendly. And this is before we even eat. The sticky bites are a must. The chips with blue cheese dipping sauce are outstanding. Between the burgers, salads, tacos, grilled cheeses AND Mac n’ cheese, there is something for everyone and none will disappoint.
105-ten burger is the best kept secret in Westchester! This place is just outstanding. Great staff, great ambiance at reasonable prices.
Early dinner with the family and top notch service. Large portion, cold beer and owner Tony is a great guy!
Diverse menu and delicious food make this a go to place whenever we're thinking about going out for a meal. Nice and attentive wait staff who keep my water glass filled and that's saying a lot. The food is usually cooked to perfection. Oddly I never expect it to be quite as good as it is and yet, it almost always amazing. Six of us went out last week and ordered six very different dishes, fish and chips, tuna tacos, lobster Mac and cheese, plain Mac and cheese, a baked fish of some sort, and a large salad and all were outstanding. On top of that were there three killer appetizers.... Homemade potato chips, fried avocado and the artichoke hearts. Simply a great restaurant. There's something here for everyone.
Excellent top notch food, especially the burgers, and superb service. You cannot go wrong with this upscale restaurant, don't let the term "bar and grill" fool you. This is a well appointed establishment with good atmosphere and wonderful burgers. The 105-Ten burger with brie, bacon jam, and aioli was delicious. The burger was tender and cooked perfectly. The sweet potato fries were unlike any I had had before. I will be back.
Austin C was a PHENOMENAL server! From the drinks to the food he guided us on what to choose and everything was delicious! The service was impeccable, our cocktails kept coming without delay and Food came out quick and hot. The ancillary service was awesome as well. We were always asked if everything was ok and never had an empty glass of water. My friend and I really enjoyed ourselves and her birthday was special because of it
Placed an order through DoorDash & the order was confirmed delivered within 30mins… to the WRONG HOUSE! I call the “dasher” who said they were on the way… then ghosted me. (DoorDash eventually refunded me) I called 105-Ten, the young lady who answered the phone was courteous & listened fully to the situation. She then put her manager on the phone, also very courteous, professional & went beyond my expectations. He had me place the order with them directly AND they would deliver it to me (they don’t deliver)! This is customer service/ satisfaction at its FINEST! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Sept 2021, the Food gets 5 Stars, but the Service only gets 2 Stars from Jason who took over for Nicoletta that night. He needed to be trained before serving customers at this restaurant. Although I felt bad for him, and I am sure they are short staffed this guy should have had a little more training. First when my friend asked for Non-Alcohol Beer, he immediately said they did not any, he didn’t even bother to check with the bar. My friend got up, went to the bar herself and ordered the Non-Alcohol Beer with no problem, so they do serve Non-Alcohol Beer. Then one of my friends order the Braised Short Ribs, and he said that would be 15 more minutes added onto the delivery - nonsense, they brought the Short Rib order out with the rest of our food. It also took him a long time to bring out our beverages, I had to get up from the table to find him in the restaurant. With all that bad service, I still gave him a 20% tip, because I felt bad for him. Management, please give the newbie Severs a little more training before allowing them to wait on tables. Now for the 5 Stars on food - we ordered the Special for the night the $20 Teriyaki Salmon Tacos (3) that was delicious - Taco was soft, and Salmon was fresh, not overpowered by the Teriyaki sauce. I would definitely get this again. My friend ordered the Braised Short Ribs, she said the was cooked perfectly, not hard to cut with the knife and the mashed potato’s were good. All and all, we will come back here because the food is delicious, and you can sit outside, plus there is plenty of parking. But call ahead on the weekends because you may not get an outside table.
I stopped in here tonight to get a bite to eat before I headed back to the city. Had & recommend the 105 burger. Worth the money and the wait. The burger was enormous plus had a great sauce and cheese. The waitress was more than pleasant.
Friendly little place with a nice ambiance. Waitresses and bartenders are friendly and informative of their menu. Food and drinks are great. I recommend you try the pretzel bites for an appetizer and a burger for your main course, Bon appetite .
My first visit and it was a huge hit!! Food and drinks were both outstanding. Brussels sprouts appetizer was so delicious and our entrees did not disappoint! Great atmosphere and vibe! Special shout out to Chantel who is an amazing server! She answered questions, always had a smile on her face and also helped me find my wallet, which I had misplaced in the bathroom. Above and getting in every way! Loved this place!!
The CertaPro Painters team celebrating a great year of painting in our community at 105-TEN. We had a great lunch. Tony, the owner, was a gratuitous host - his team did a great job serving our large group. Food was fantastic and quite reasonably priced. Try the pretzel bites appetizer and artichokes appetizer ❤️. For a small or large group - 105-Ten is a winner.
This past weekend we celebrated my daughters first birthday in the event space at 105-Ten. From the moment I met Wendy and Tony and saw the gorgeous party room I knew it would be a perfect place to celebrate her birthday. Wendy was so easy to work with....From planning the menu to being there the day of the party and making sure everything went perfectly. The food was amazing, the service top notch and all in a beautiful atmosphere. We had about 75 guests and everyone was raving about the food and service. Thank you Tony and Wendy (and Katie our bartender and waitress) for making Lilys first birthday a perfect and memorable event for our family!
The food was wonderful and the atmosphere was great. Edison was very friendly but it was kind of weird when he tried to lather me in mayonnaise and told me to "throw it back" if i wanted to hear the specials. he said he was a "triumphant sea dog" and I was a "newgen" so I'd have to listen to him, he then jumped on the table and yelled "I have fort control!" before throwing my hot soup at me and screaming "venom ball".
I recently had a party at the event space and it exceeded my expectations. The room is a great space for any party or function and the food was delicious. Wendy and her staff were beyond amazing and accommodating. I highly recommend the event space as well as the restaurant.
Meal was great. I got a grilled chicken sandwich and it was great. Fries are even better. Staff and server was excellent. Worth the visit.
105-ten has always been a favorite local spot of mine, so I was thrilled to have my baby shower in their new event space! My honeybee-inspired shower was an absolute hit, and guests raved about the space and the food!! Wendy, our coordinator, made the process simple and easy; she was willing to accommodate our requests and was quick to respond. Highly recommend both the restaurant *and* their event space! Thank you for making our celebration such a special day!
I highly recommend 105-Ten Bar & Grill! Really good food, good service and great party space for events and more.. Awesome steak sandwich and the best carrot cake ever!! The custom salads and toppings are on point!!! The Blackened grilled chicken was so good!!! Great spot to watch sports as well!!
Really nice location, good atmosphere and spacing. I visited 105-Ten for brunch on a Saturday. They offer bottomless mimosas, bloody Mary's and 1 other drink I can't remember. With a party of 8 we ordered a medley of items off of the menu. Appetizers - Buffalo Chicken bites (spicy), tempura shrimp (sweet and spicy), crab cakes... all are delicious. Main course - steak and eggs, crab cake Benedict, steakhouse burger and quesadilla omelet... Most items were delicious. The handcuff fries are not shoesting, but still good. The homefries were cold, we mentioned it and were given a second batch which were just as cold. Anyone who ordered a burger or steak requested it be cooked medium and all were prepared well done. Had they been prepared to the requested temperature those dishes would have been excellent, since they weren't they were ok. Drinks were well made (good amount of alcohol). The sparkling pomegranate was ok, it needed something that I can't place my finger on. Maybe something to make it a little sweeter. Overall our experience here was good. The staff was courteous, accommodating and professional. I will definitely be returning to try a few other items on the menu.
One of the best hamburgers I've ever had, excellent fries and a very good blueberry blonde ale.
We went for brunch and was very good. Although when I requested a channel for watching a game they said yes but they forgot about even though nobody was interested in the show was on.
Food is good but expensive and definitely not bar food..Except for a few appetizers and burgers this is a restaurant type menu. Restaurant is a little off the main road and Navi was off finding it.
Early afternoon this past Sunday we watched the Knicks game in the middle of Sunday football 🏈 bartenders and atmosphere was super cool
Good food, great service. Typical sports bar atmosphere although not too masculine. Definitely will be back.
Food was great but the waitress was distracted. For a party of four she took 2 drink orders then left the table! Totally ignored the others in our party.
Great food and great service. Wouldn't recommended getting delivery as the food was soggy by the time it came, but if you are looking for a good place to stay and eat this is a must have.
The food was good but our waitress was the best she was so attentive and we had a great time.
Had a wonderful brunch on mother's day, the service and food were on point for probably one of the biggest days of the year. The chorizo bake is delicious.
4 stars on the food, which was fresh, modern fare, slightly overpriced, although not as much as some of the other B&Gs in the area. BUT, unfortunately, the waitstaff brought me the wrong order, which they corrected, and allowed us to take the wrong order home, rather than throwing it in the garbage. That was much appreciated. However, I was charged for the wrong order, and not the one I ate, which was almost half the price. Humm? I didn't say anything to the staff, or give a lesser rating, but diner beware.
The food is on point but customer service is slipping. Tables and chairs are dirty and sticky. My salad was wilted and seemed old or was left in under the heat lamp. Other wise the main course was great and the drinks proper!
The food was good and they had great cocktails. There's not much to complain about, except I made reservations and they overbooked. I couldn't get my seats inside, that can be a good and bad thing I guess.
great burgers, but a little crowded and loud. More of a good bar spot than restaurant, though all crowds come here and always crowded. Reservations recommended.
I took my mom out to lunch there because we were both craving burgers. She got the build your own one and I got the namesake one and let me tell you, they are the best burgers. They're huge. They cook them exactly how you ask them to cook them. The fries are good too. Haven't tried anything else on the menu, but I will definitely be back.
2 thumbs up for 105-ten Bar & Grill. We had a reservation and was seated immediately. Our server was friendly & the food was tasty. One con; the spinach was too salty. Otherwise, it was a very good experience.
Great ambiance! Place is gorgeous. A little crowded between seating but manageable. Plates show great presentation. Good size bar. Beer selection a little mediocre. Burgers are ehhh ok. Not the best. Everything else is great. Our server maria was great!
We decided to swing by here after a quick hike. We had our pup with us and thankfully they let us at their tables outside and even brought him water. I ordered the tuna tacos which I was really excited for, but fell a little flat with flavor. My boyfriend got the chicken sandwich and he loved the fries. We were also happy that they had a revolving craft beer selection.
I had the margarita flatbread and my mom and dad had the Mediterranean flatbread and the mini steak quesadillas! All were absolutely delicious!!! My flatbread was so good!!! For dessert we had the Almond Cake. Oh my Lanta that was to die for. It was light and airy while the cake was moist and filled with flavor. The nuts on top were perfection!! I usually don’t like nuts on or in my baked goods, but this was amazing.
Went to this restaurant for my dad's birthday. The service was excellent. I loved the lobster grilled cheese! The peanut butter cheesecake was a little too big for me but great for sharing. It was fun to order different things and try what we like. Left with very full bellies. Noise was a little on the load side bc there was a game on but the is apart of the atmosphere being created.
Decent food, went on a Saturday afternoon, seemed to be short staffed, our server was really making an effort but she seemed to be the only one there and therefore was overwhelmed. Not her fault, at all. Management, ifbthere was anyone, should have stepped in to help.
This is a burger place. The burgers are good, but the short ribs were dry and the steak was over seasoned.
Place was decent food was alright, but they struggled to get my order right and when I asked for a new one without some food that I didn’t order on it they just ripped it off and ignored my alergy
Looks like a nice place. Havent ate here yet . I will let you know. Had a great time with friends. Great food nice bartenders . I recomend that you go there.
Came here to watch Yankees game 7. Service was very attentive & the atmosphere was pretty chill. Food wasn't great. Fried avocado? Not for me. The little fried chicken pieces app was something you could find at KFC :( For my entree had open face steak sandwich piled high with onions and blue cheese on top of Texas Toast. I asked for medium rare and it was more medium....didn't ask to change it because the steak quality was super average anyway it prob wouldn't have made a huge difference. Did enjoy the beers.
We stopped in for dinner, it was fairly busy but they did seem to accommodate our party of six very well. The service was pretty good, the food was better. only thing I really think of that was slightly annoying was we explained in the very beginning that the check was going to be three people on one bill, three people on the other bill. When she brought the initial bill to the table it was all on one bill they had to take a back and then when it came back every single person got a bill with things on it that they didn't order. It took us a minute to work it out, and we ended up just giving all the money to one person, and that person paid. Other than that, it was a pretty good experience overall.
Pretty yummy pub food. Service was a great. On another occasion a friend and I were turned away on a Thursday night around 9:15-9:30p which was a bummer. They were about to prep staff dinner which I would have enjoyed trying. They were willing to serve drinks though. This is a hard review to write since we had a pretty good experience for lunch, but a less than desirable one for a late dinner on a week night.
Meh. Just unmemorable. Other dinners said burgers & salads were good.- also the creme brulee. Prices push it it a TINY bit but whatevs.
My Girlfriend and I had a great time last night. The food is great and so is the service. I rated the restaurant 3 starts because eventhough we had a great time our initial arrival was not very pleasant due to the male host, he was very rude, he didn't provide any help/info, he didn't offer any attention whatsoever. I think it is very important to have happy/helpful host staff because that is the difference between staying or leaving.
I really want to give this place 5. The bartender was great, the servers were nice, the atmosphere was solid, but the food had a few technical issues I can't overlook. I ordered my burger medium, it came out well done. No biggie, I can eat that. But it was also under seasoned. I honestly think the cook forgot to. And the fries... Man I get it, fresh cut shoestring fries are great. These are in n out style single fry fries. Which means they get soft and soggy fast because they aren't blanched. No problem, eat them fast! I tried that, which leads to my actual issue. The plating. It's served on this tiny wood cutting board (go, bacteria!) With barely enough space to hold the food. I made a huge mess, was eating mushrooms off the bar just to not waste them. And ew, btw. And those easily soggy fries? Served in a big metal cup with no ventilation. Presentation wise it's OK, but execution? The top fries steam the bottom ones. You can't get crispy fries at the bottom even after the 3 minutes I took to eat them. It's basic thermodynamics. This place needs fry baskets and I'd have poured them on my plate to prevent it... IF I HAD ONE. Great beef though. Well cooked mushrooms and onions on the steakhouse burger. Just... season more, and give me a plate please. The presentation harms the food, that's culinary 101 of things not to do. Damn good drinks though. The bloody Mary alone is worth a visit. Take my 3 as a technical critique of the food, but this place is still worth a look. Just maybe avoid the fries or ask for a plate.
It is a lovely environment, but the foods lack in both flavor and finesse given the price point. The food we received were stodgy and lacks any kind of texture. It is just over-dreached in cheese and sauces. The burgers could not even be picked because it fell apartment instantly. This place is such a big disappointment. It might be good for drinks, but I would avoid the foods.
Ordered quesadillas to go. Got home, no salsa and no sour cream in the bag. Poor takeout service.
This place must have been great when it first opened. The food seemed like it was going to taste incredible but alas: bland. I was wary when the food came super fast…never a good sign. That means things were pre-made. that didn’t need to be. And please use salt. Everything was super bland. We asked for salt and we kept pouring it on the food to get some kind of flavor out of it all. Sad because we were looking for something fun but it ended up being bland as hell and the fried eggplant was clearly fried twice. Bacon jam sliders were terrible. How was that bacon jam?? Looked like smashed spam. The burger was pretty raw on one half and medium on the other. How the hell do you accomplish that?! Come on. The prices were insane for the area. $20 for a salad?? This isn’t Manhattan, kids. The service was great though. Too bad the food was not. The cooks in the back were playing around so no wonder the food suffered.
Nothing special at all food or decor-wise, but our waitress was lovely and when I sent back my entre, she didn't even flinch. Just told me she took it off the bill and would be happy to get me anything else instead at no charge. That's impressive. But I declined. The younger folks with us seemed to enjoy what they ordered. And the Bloody Marys we're tasty.
As one of my past favorite places to eat in Westchester County NY, I have been extremely disappointed recently. Portion sizes have decreased, prices have risen, and quality has declined. I have visited this restaurant, 105-Ten Bar & Grill, more times than I can remember for takeout, dine-in, and delivery. I hope changes/improvements are made ASAP so upon my next visit, my experience is more pleasant (as it always has been). Tony, get on this.
Rude hostess, she didn’t greet us or say goodbye. Very unwelcoming. The overall atmosphere was odd and the food was disappointing.. my chicken was extremely rubbery and some pieces didn’t look fully cooked through. The lemon salmon was tasteless... not a hint of lemon just salt and pepper flavor. Wouldn’t recommend.
The food here has gotten worse. We come often for events but each time the quality isn’t as good as the last. They also have no real gluten free options/substitutes. They claim the kitchen is too small to carry gluten free buns, such as ridiculous excuse.
The staff at this restaurant is very friendly and attentive and the decor is very nice. Unfortunately, the food is abysmal. I ordered the tuna tacos and both the slaw and the relish were drenched in vinegar. There was no other seasoning besides plain mayonnaise- which does not complement ahi tuna. My husband ordered a burger medium rare and it was past well done, he described it as “mealy and flavorless.”
The food is extremely overpriced for what you're getting. Their grilled artichoke hearts tasted like they came out of a can and you get five for fifteen dollars. If I'm paying that much for artichoke hearts I'd expect them to be fresh. Their burgers are bland and unseasoned, and the buns they use are very dry. There was also a strange flavor I couldn't place, kind of like the musky moldy smell you get from a dirty sink sponge but less obvious. It was like an underlying hint of something off, so I really hope I don't find myself sick from the food by tomorrow. Anyway, it was not even remotely a good meal. Neither I or my dining companion finished our meals and we both went in there without having eaten anything all day. It's not because they have large portions. The portions were neither too big or too small. If the food had been tasty we'd have been able to easily finish our food. The waitress was pleasant but I'd personally rather have bad service and good food rather than bad food and good service. Will not return.
Mediocre food, horrible service. The hostesses are so sweet, but thats where it ends. There is a man who ive seen there, perhaps a manager or agm? Incredibly rude. No people skills. Ive given this place several chances. There are too many good restaurants in Briarcliff, trust me, go somewhere else!
I went here last night 1/10/23 with a group of 5. Service was okay but the restaurant changed my tip and charged me $30.00 more that what I signed on my receipt! I tried calling with no answer I am now filing a complaint and have also contacted my bank! Do not go here!
Stay away from this place!!!!!!They violated several health codes and will be reported. My boyfriend and I loved going to 105 ten! We have eaten there at least a dozen times. We never had a bad meal or bad service until last night, September 16,2016 around 7:30 pm. The restaurant was packed so we sat at the bar and ordered a couple of drinks and then we ordered our appetizer and meal. The drinks and appetizer were served promptly, but the problem didn't begin until they tried to serve us dinner. We sat at that bar and watched the food that we ordered get served to one couple twice, they ate part of it and sent it back, then when it was served to them again they sent it back. I knew that was our food and that someone made a mistake. The server also tried to serve the food to someone else at the bar because no one knew what they were doing. Finally they figured out it was ours and placed it in front of us 20 minutes later. Now I know the restaurant business inside in out and even a child could've seen that my salmon was cut open and a part of it was eaten. Even the couple to our right noticed it. Now my boyfriends burger was freshly cooked but my salmon wasn't. Then when I pointed it out and refused to eat it, the server tried to convince me I was wrong even when the bartender acknowledged that the salmon looked liked it was tampered with. At this point we just wanted our check until some guy in charge confronted us the bar as if we did something wrong. Where was the owner? At the line expediting food, he saw our meal go back to the line three times and still thought it was acceptable to serve. So to sum it up, although the front of the house looks good the back of the house is a mess and I'm sure this wasn't the first time that they did this.
This had to be the worst service experience I’ve ever received. It started with my server spilling a drink on me. Then taking her time getting our food and refills. We were the first customers there and there was no one else in the restaurant. She came to bring our drinks shaking like she was under the influence. It was outrageous! She took twenty minutes to collect our payment and then when she received less than what she thought was her deserved tip, she approached my table to question it. She received a twenty dollar tip and expected a forty dollar tip to match the bills 20 percent recommendation. Not only did she not deserve the 20 dollar tip, she deserved to lose her position at this establishment. Claiming that she had never received a tip as the one she received and she was openly outraged by it. The food and drinks were delicious, but the service was terrible! It’s unfortunate to see that the chefs efforts are waisted on such servers as this one. Then to make things worse, after calling to speak to a manager, there was no one available to speak to. My company and I WILL NOT be returning to this establishment as we will be taking our business elsewhere, where we can be served by servers who are capable of doing their jobs efficiently.
Burgers were extremely buttery and not good - the bun was swimming in butter. The fries were good but the sweet potato fries tasted burnt and overly fried. Server could have been nicer
Sat down to dinner and first ordered a Mt. Gay rum and coke. The bartender was out of it and gave me a substitute WITHOUT telling me he didn't have it. He served it up, and I immediately could taste it wasn't what I ordered. I politely brought it up to the bar (BECAUSE THE WAITRESS WAS NOWHERE TO BE FOUND) and stated "This isn't Mt. Gay rum." He then told me he was out of it. Shouldn't he have explained this BEFORE i drank the drink? He now becomes nasty. Still being polite, I explained I would go to the local liquor store and buy a bottle if he would reimburse me. He very rudely agreed. THE CUSTOMER HAD TO LEAVE THE RESTAURANT TO BUY A BOTTLE OF WHAT SHE WAS DRINKING BECAUSE HE WAS OUT OF IT AND TRIED POURING ME A SUBSTITUTE WITHOUT TELLING ME AND WAS COMPLETELY RUDE AND NASTY!!! Now the dinner fiasco. I ordered a Cesar salad. We all know a Cesar salad is made with Romaine lettuce...Right? I got Iceberg!! with NO dressing whatsoever!!! Need I say more?? Unpleasant employees and TERRIBLE food! GO ELSEWHERE!!
If I could give it a below 1 star I would. I come from the city to celebrate my sister birthday here with a 200 dollar cake. Not only does half the cake goes “missing” while being cut out back. The “manager” says he will deduct 100 dollars for the inconvenience. Of course I must look stupid and cant do math. 20% gratuity on a $585 bill is not the same as $356. Never going back and thank you for really being dishonest 2x. At least I hope your staff enjoyed my cake.
Second time I’ve order food from them, first time was not good, and now, two years later, I gave it another try. First food is overpriced for the size they give you. Second, they sent me a BURNT STEAK! It was supposed to have a handful of sides and it wasn’t what they offered. It tastes awful and it wasn’t edible - because it is a burnt piece of meat.
Over 55? - Prepare to feel unwelcome. As a senior and frequent visitor to 105 Ten, I've observed a concerning trend regarding the seating of elderly patrons by the hostess. Despite a nearly empty restaurant today (please see the attached photo), my 71-year-old dining companion and I were once again led to a table near the restrooms and kitchen service area in the rear of the restaurant. The table lacked place settings or chairs, prompting a request to be seated at any of the empty, already set tables we passed on our way in. Upon questioning the hostess about this recurring pattern that I had noticed, she remained silent and refused to speak. Seeking clarification, I asked a nearby waiter the same question, only to receive a dismissive response about the table now being set for us which in no way addressed my concern. Unsatisfied, I requested to speak to a manager. Instead of a manager, a bartender approached, claiming no management was on duty but offering to address any concerns. When asked about the choice of seating, the bartender justified it by citing the restaurant's sports bar atmosphere on a supposedly busy day. Despite pointing out the emptiness of the restaurant (again see photo), this excuse from the bartender persisted. I insisted on speaking to a manager, considering the bartender's response insufficient. A call from a remote "manager" followed, who avoided addressing the pattern of seating elderly customers in the back. Frustratingly, he became hostile, refusing to explain the preference for such seating and insisting that the table near the bathroom and kitchen was his best seat in the house. His demeanor escalated to hostility, dismissing my concerns and asserting his authority over the establishment. I question how a man who as he declared has worked in the industry for 28 years, would come to consider the table in front of the restroom doors and within reaching distance to the kitchen serving station to be the "best table in the house". If you look at the photo, the table frequently relegated to senior diners is BEHIND all the tables visible in the attached photo. Would you call that the best table in the house? For those still reading, it appears that 105 Ten consistently seats elderly patrons at the back in an effort to maintain an image of a "hip" sports bar, relegating individuals with grey hair, mobility aids, or assistance needs to a less visible position in the restaurant. Sadly seniors are not welcome at 105 Ten. Based on the amount of people dining there today, it doesn't look like other clientele are satisfied with 105 Ten as well.
