Had really high expectations for this place and it met that bar easily. Right off the bat, love the atmosphere. Service was super friendly, polite, and attentive. Everything was delicious from the appetizers, to drinks, to main dishes, and dessert. Had a late lunch there and it was empty, so it was nice to have the place to ourselves. The soup dumplings are good! Thin and flavorful wrap with savory broth. Love the Tai Chi fried rice! Intense smoky wok hay flavor with rich, umami duck. Exactly how a good fried rice should be. Drinks were interesting, fun, and creative. I can't wait to bring friends and family to try this place out! So happy we finally tried this place; the highlight of my day.

Beautiful Christmas Eve dinner. We've been wanting to try this restaurant, so when my sister's family who was hosting all got sick and had to suddenly cancel XMas Eve at her place, we booked dinner here. The decor is beautiful, Sexy Retro. The service was warm and excellent. The food was phenomenal! The Peking Duck (ate before we got a photo) sauce and flavors were AMAZING! And the Duck entree blew away the famous duck Eleven Madison Park used to be famous for before they went vegetarian/vegan. This Duck entree was perfect!!!! Every single flavor was spot on! It was a great evening, and on a holiday, that isn't always the case at a restaurant. We can't wait to return, although I feel I'll want to order the Peking Duck and Duck entree again! I also appreciated the attention to details of their tall thin stemmed wine glasses, and beautiful thin swirled detailed water glasses. Thank you for a lovely Christmas Eve. Cheers!

Great food, great ambiance, such a beautiful and interesting fusion between french and chinese cuisine. The black truffle beef udon was especially delicious. The beef was tender and the soup was flavorful. The branzino was a little spicy, but the fish was well cooked and soft. We also got the char siu puff pastries that were crispy and delicious. Overall a great experience with great service!

⭐️4.5 - Very impressive dining experience! The food was incredibly unique and delicious. My best friend and I shared three smaller dishes and one entree which was the perfect amount of food. A must try! We came here for lunch and ordered the dim sum. The special highlights were the truffle soup dumplings and sticky rice shumai. The non alcoholic mocktails are fantastic- especially the lime passionfruit one. Oh and the egg custard dessert was delicious. They have a kids menu with hand cut French fries and a nice portion of fried rice that my 5 year old picky eater nephew happily ate.

I tried Le Fluer in Park Slope and was really impressed with their Chinese–French fusion dishes. The flavors were creative yet balanced, with each plate showing off both elegance and comfort. The food presentation was beautiful, and everything tasted fresh and thoughtfully prepared. The restaurant has a warm, modern atmosphere that makes it a great spot for a date night or a nice dinner with friends. Service was friendly and attentive, which made the experience even better. It’s not easy to pull off fusion cuisine, but Le Fluer does it in a way that feels natural and delicious. I’d definitely return to try more of their menu.

The cocktails were fantastic and you can really taste the quality in the food. The flavors and presentation had a fun, unique twist that stood out. The ambiance was great as well. We ordered the Tai Chi Fried Rice, Peking Duck Bao, and Abalone in Szechuan oil. Overall, I was really impressed with this place and will be returning

A friend and I went in with no expectations. It happened to be restaurant week so we both decided to go that route. 4 courses w/ wine pairings for starters and main for $60/pp. (Never seen that on a restaurant wk menu before!) Service was outstanding - we sat at the bar and Madison was a GEM! She walked us through the menu and made perfect suggestions. Presentation of the plates was gorgeous and everything tasted insanely fresh. I also had the Monet Garden martini which was a great take on a dirty martini. 100% will be back!

Great all around. Food was incredible! This is the duck and the Scallop crudo, but we also did the seafood noodle and ate it before we could take a picture! Service was 10/10 too thank you for a great meal!

✨ We celebrated my husband’s birthday at Le Fleur Rouge and it was truly memorable. From the kind, attentive service to the beautifully crafted dishes, everything made the night special. The aesthetic of the space is stunning — it reminded me of In the Mood for Love with its romantic, cinematic atmosphere. Every flavor was spot-on, layered and delightful, leaving us already planning our next visit to try more of the menu. A gem worth revisiting again and again. 🌹🍷

Fusion of French and Chinese cuisine, with seasonal menu items and cozy ambiance. From the hostess to the servers, everyone is extremely nice and even gave us a free dessert at the end. Tried the most popular dishes including the shrimp toast, tea infused duck, tai chi fried rice and scallop crudo. All of the dishes tasted decadent, the shrimp toast was crispy and fragrant. The brine on the tea infused duck is so crispy that it blends perfectly well with the duck which was moist and cooked medium rare. Tai chi fried rice tasted similar to rice dishes I’ve tried in mainland China, the scallop crudo is sweet and sour yet super refreshing. Would definitely return in the future and should be going viral for the amount of care they put into their menu as well as customers.

We visited Le Fleur Rouge last weekend, a newly opened spot in the neighborhood of Park Slope that blends French and Chinese cuisine in the most elegant way. The chef, with a background in 3-star Michelin kitchens, brings serious skill to every dish—everything we tried was absolutely delicious Our top favorite was the Tea Smoked Duck—perfectly tender and juicy with a beautifully crisp skin. We also loved the Tai Chi Fried Rice, which features two distinct flavors of fried rice on one plate, both rich and satisfying. If you’re looking for a romantic night out, check them out on Wednesday or Thursday evenings when they host live jazz—a perfect backdrop for date night.

Had a truly pleasant weeknight dinner here. The service is so kind and helpful, congrats on the opening! What stood out first was the ambiance and decoration, and then the food: scallion oil noodles had the perfect texture, and the pork buns were delicious! We will come back for more soon. Great selection of wines and also want to try their drinks out next time! Price is great for quality!

Le Fleur Rouge is a stunning gem in Brooklyn that masterfully blends French and Chinese cuisine with a distinct Shanghainese influence. From the moment you walk in, the beautiful interior sets the tone with a modern inviting elegance. Cocktails here are not just drinks. They are experiences with clean and balanced perfection both in taste and presentation. Pair em up with their friendly and knowledgeable staffs for great recommendations! Start with the fresh oysters that pushes beyond boundaries. Indulge in shrimp toast crowned with caviar. Let that seared Hokkaido scallops melt in your mouth. That crispy spicy chicken brings the heat in all the right ways minus the bones. Don’t miss the Tai-Chi fried rice which is a harmonious blend of two distinct flavors. For anyone curious about modern Chinese cuisine, Le Fleur Rouge is a must visit!

It’s not a cheap restaurant but the food is really special. We went for brunch on a Saturday and the restaurant was basically empty. I had the shrimp French toast, the cucumber salad, the Yin Yang rice and the duck hash. Forgive me for referring to the dish names vaguely. The French toast was the real stand out. Having something sweet and fishy and warm and crunchy was so novel. Somehow it all worked. The staff were very kind and professional, and the ambiance was interesting. I hope to visit for one of the jazz nights!

This restaurant offers a mix of Shanghai, Sichuan, and French cuisine. There were four adults and one child in our group, and we ordered quite a few dishes. The portions were on the smaller side, but the presentation was beautiful. The flavors matched the price point, though nothing really stood out as exceptional. The service was excellent — the staff were very friendly and attentive. Overall, the food was decent but not particularly memorable.

Dined here for restaurant week there was great food and service. I think the drinks were outstanding as well. Only thing I was disappointed at was the restaurant week portion for the tea smoked duck when you compare that to the dish my partner had it feels like you get nothing and it’s not worth it. I think that people should be told It’s a smaller portion cause a tiny slab of meat left me pretty hungry. I really don’t think it should be on the restaurant week menu because of the reduction of the portion. I highly recommend this place for restaurant week outside of this. It was $60 per person, and it even came with a wine pairing which I found amazing.

Total rating: 3.75 stars The service and atmosphere here were both top-notch; the servers spoke Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, and they were both friendly and receptive. The aesthetics were on the dimmer side, but provided an elegant and welcoming atmosphere. The food was half great and half not that good. So let's start with the must-get: The tea infused duck, tai chi fried rice, and seafood crispy noodle were all amazing; the duck was perfectly medium rare and paired beautifully with the sauce where it was both tender and moist; the tai chi fried rice had such an amazing aroma with great wok breath (wok hay) which provided a nice and smoky flavor which if I were to recommend one thing, this would be it; and finally the seafood crispy noodle (not the udon) was creamy, savory, and provided a fun textured contrast between its sauciness and the crispiness of the noodle! These three are the ones our group enjoyed the most and would definitely get again! The not so great were the Steak Au Poivre, Black Truffle Beef Noodle, and the Spicy Wings, both were overcooked and tough to the bite. Some pieces of the wings were okay, but some were so hard we could barely chew it, which suggests it may have been fried for too long. The steak was the most underwhelming and most expensive; the cut of the meat was tough and chewy, and although the charred broccoli was phenomenal, the main star of the show was by far the worse American wagyu we ever had. The truffle beef noodle was heavy on the black pepper, which overpowered the truffle, which was extremely mild. We mentioned these to the server and although no remedy was offered, we still hope they would take our input to heart and continue to improve, for Le Fleur Rouge has so much potential and can easily be one of the best Chinese-French fusion restaurants in all of NYC! Their cocktails were amazing as well, especially the Oldie which our friend would not stop raving about! It was indeed very good with a smoky and fragrant aftertaste. Overall we had a pretty decent time with their amazing service and comfortable aesthetics. For big parties, they also include an automatic 22% tip on the bill, which is a bit high since most places usually adds 20%, but no big deal since they were really nice, it just kinda shocked us a bit. The portions are definitely on the smaller side and the price on the higher end, but if they can tweak everything we mentioned, I have no doubt Le Fleur Rouge can definitely become an extremely popular and successful Chinese-French fusion restaurant! Thank you for reading and best of luck! (:

I went in for Restaurant Week. The food was delicious, portions were small but I’m assuming that was just because it was Restaurant Week and I did the prefix. My big issues were the flubs in service. My cocktail took almost 15 minutes to come, the server forgot that I got wine pairings with my courses- I had to ask, and the food took a while to come out. A WHILE. but when it did come out it was delicious and so were the cocktails and wines.

I had high hopes for this place, especially given its fancy decor and the idea of French-Chinese fusion cuisine. Unfortunately, it didn’t live up to the hype—or the price tag. We spent $100 on a few Chinese takeout-style dishes served in tiny French portions. The seafood with eggs was almost inedible due to how salty the eggs were. The King Pao chicken was far from authentic—it didn’t resemble anything close to the real dish. And don’t even get me started on the fact that none of the dishes came with rice. Why is that not a standard? The lunch menu wasn’t anything special either. It’s not a "special lunch menu" as you’d expect at most places; the prices were way too high for the portion sizes and quality. The Mapo tofu was okay, but it wasn’t enough to make up for the rest of the meal. It felt like an overpriced, underwhelming experience—especially when you consider that the cook (who was Chinese but probably never been to France) clearly didn’t understand the essence of fusion cuisine. For the price, I expected something far better. Would not recommend this place if you’re looking for either authentic Chinese food or a genuine French dining experience.
