Order on grubhub a lot. We first ordered because the kids love tonkatsu ramen but lately I have become completely obsessed with the Tibetan Then-Thuk soup. I think it has magical properties, if I’m sick or it’s cold out, I must have it
We got take-out and it was delicious! We ordered the Tonkatsu Ramen and the House Noodle Soup. Chock full of nutritious toppings and the broth is so well flavored and seasoned! One of our top restaurants in the neighborhood.
This is our spot to go to! The food is always consistent. I usually get the Dan Dan ramen with a miso egg and it’s always delicious! Nyima the server was kind attentive and just wonderful!
The ambitious was so good clean, cozy and and well organized. The food was delicious 🤤 10/10 we ordered cucumber salads for the appetizer it was amazingly yummy with extremly flavorful and we ordered for main dish dandan ramen and shio ramen it was so tasty as well and the service was good definitely would like to visit again 😋😋😋
11/7/25 dinner break. Laksa Curry was good. One person working the room. Hot green tea was scalding hot! Way too hot for a drink. 12/2/23 back for dinner break. I had the Momo Ramen and it was good. I like that it came with 3 soup dumplings. Hot green tea still $1 :) New menu, since last time i was there. 12/18 update: Dan Dan Ramen... I didn't realize I had that the last time, lol. I need to read my reviews more ;) Also split the shrimp dumplings my friend, they were good too! 10/24/21: finally back. I had the Dan Dan Ramen, $12.00 and very good. Still good service. Prices on Google Maps are incorrect, almost everything is more except hot tea, still $1.+ Free refills. 12/15/19: Then-Thuk noodles- good and spicy hot! 12/3/18: back again, still good. Upgraded to 5 stars for consistency. Nice small place. Good Ramen. Prices are ok. Nice to have $1 hot tea w/free refills. Friendly staff and free Wi-Fi. I'll be back for the soup dumplings. 4/1: back for soup dumplings, nice & on the large side, nothing extra ordinary but would get again. Back again 4/2... E1 and seaweed salad... Another good lunch! 2/13/18 D1 & soup dumplings (over cooked) But edible....
I’m not typically a huge fan of ramen, but that changed after a trip to Japan where I had a completely different experience with the dish. So, when my friend—who is obsessed with this ramen spot and orders from them weekly—insisted on taking me, I was hesitant. But wow, am I glad I went! From the first sip of the pork broth, the flavors were spot on. The depth of the broth was rich, savory, and absolutely delicious. My friend ordered the dan dan ramen, which was just as amazing but in a totally unique way. I’ve also heard the soup dumplings are incredible, so I’ll definitely be back for those.
We came here for an early dinner. I was pleasantly surprised to learn it serves Tibetan food. I think the food items do carry Tibetan styles, and the Tibetan boys are very friendly. I enjoyed the Kimchi Ramen and some pork-chive fried dumplings while my wife enjoyed the plum wine and the momo bum and a bowl of wanton soup (different than what you would get in a normal Chinese restaurant). Soon after we sat down, the place became packed. I wanted to try some other items such as scallion pancake and stir friend udon, but couldn't really make room for them. Will stop by again!
The food alone is great value! I took advantage of the lunch special, and although I was a bit underwhelmed with the small appetizer (I had the pork gyoza, only 3 pieces but great tasting), the soups do not disappoint. Most soups are between $11-14, which is a bargain considering the are. The place itself has seen better days, as the leather seats were worn and it was dark inside, but it’s solid if you’re getting a quick bite alone, with a friend/coworker, or taking to go.
Let’s canoodle With some @officialmomoramen take out! Ordered the tonkonsu ramen (first three pictures - pork broth, tonkonsu noodle, cashu pork, fish cake, mushrooms, egg, scallion) and the miso kimchi ramen with chicken (4th picture and video - miso vegetable broth, bean sprouts, menma, corn, kimchi, scallions)! Both were great orders with the broths on the side ready to be poured.
This is a nice cozy restaurant to grab a bowl of ramen. Indoor seating is pretty limited but it wasn’t crowded when we got there on a Sunday afternoon. There’s also a few tables outside in an enclosed area on the street. We ordered 2 Sapporo beers and got the Tonkontsu Ramen and Tonkotsu Miso which were both pretty good (and tasted pretty similar). There’s also a spicy powder on the table to add to taste. If you’re looking for a place to have a quick sit down ramen bowl, I’d recommend giving this place a try.
Great and flavorful ramen! They have indoor dining, and the staff are all protected with masks and gloves and wipe everything down. Parking is a bit hard to find as usual for this neighborhood but you've got street and metered so whichever you get lucky with. The portions are decent for the price. The broth was tasty, and the noodles were okay. I've had better but it's not terrible. I'd recommend checking them out.
The momo ramen was quite interesting—never had anything like it before, it’s like a blend of ramen/curry noodles with beef momos, I like that dish. However we also got the sweet and sour noodle soup—really did not like the flavors for this one… the sourness made it taste like the food went bad, would not recommend that that dish.
It was pouring outside and I was naturally craving ramen or some form of noodles and soup. Momo Ramen was open (around 3) while everywhere else was closed for dinner. It was a good find, easy and fast. The vegetarian ramen was a bit salty for me (I rarely use salt to season) but my friend loved her pork ramen and said it was tasty. Go here for no frills ramen, but don't expect to be mind blown, at least for the vegetarian options.
