The service is as phenomenal as the bagels!! Adorable little bagel place. One of the best Egg Everything bagels I’ve ever had. The atmosphere is lovely and made for a great morning. We had the Veggie Nagle and the special.

service is a little slow but the quality of the product and service is why, it’s a bustling and quaint location amongst a bunch of cool little shoppes and the selection/ prices are all great. the bagels are super soft and not too chewy, tuna salad was well seasoned and overall loved this place. they also gave my friend a free gift just cause they inquired if certain things were for sale- love this place!!!

Bagels at this place are always fresh, large, and satisfying. I usually get two meals out of one because I can't finish it all at once. The atmosphere is chill, with cool music playing and a welcoming vibe.

I ordered brunch from this place through Uber Eats and got a classic nagke - the New York style lox bagel sandwich. I swapped the plain cream cheese for jalapeño cream cheese, and the sandwich came with lox, onion, capers, and tomato on an everything bagel. It was pretty good overall — not the best I’ve ever had in NYC, but definitely a solid, decent option with good-quality lox. I also ordered two slices of babka, which were quite thin for the price. The taste was okay, just not particularly memorable. Overall, a decent spot for a bagel or sweet treat, though nothing exceptional.

I don’t get the hate for this place. It’s typical no frills BK bagel shop. The bagel sandwiches are on point (I’m here for the tomato jam) and while the bagels themselves aren’t world class, they’ll do the trick when you have a craving. They’re brewing Partners coffee for anyone who cares.

The bagels were delicious, but their thickness overpowered the cream cheese, which melted too quickly. A bit more cream cheese would have created a better balance of flavors and texture.

Pretty mid bagel for NYC. Everything bagel was more like a nothing bagel but the sausage egg and cheese inside was good. Good coffee too.

Delicious bagels and interesting flavor combinations but the cream cheese is almost satire-level-skimpy. Compare this actual blue velvet to the press photo. Where’s that big dollop of blueberry CC!? Ended up going to another place and ordering a side of CC for this thing. $11 for two slices of bacon on a bagel, smh.

The bagels are delicious but the guys who work there are blatantly rude. And they’ll make you wait a really long time just to order so if you are still curious, place a pick up order so you don’t have to deal with the staff.

My bagel had egg shell scattered throughout it. I tried to call to figure out a solution. However, It wouldn't have been worth it. Truthfully, I never come to Nagel’s because it’s not the best bagel in (I don’t think) anyone’s opinion, but it is closer to my home than the better places (Miss Bagel is the best. go there. it’s incredible. Greenberg's Bagels is also better than this). However, today’s visit particularly sucked. Other than the bad bagels, and the eggshell surprise, the customer service from the counter attendant at 11:30am was vile. Perhaps he could use some training!

I can’t give an honest review of the food because it seems that this establishment doesn’t serve any. Every item I tried to order they were out of. You’re a bagel spot. How do you only have blueberry and gluten-free bagels? Just close.

This place is gentrification embodied and a generally poorly run business. Me looking at the menu: I’d like some jalapeño cheddar bagels. Polite employee: we don’t make those anymore. Me: okay I’ll take a pumpernickel bagel. Them: sorry we’re sold out. Me: what are those? Them: Everything pumpernickel. Me: okay I’ll have that with the lox and chive cream cheese Them: we don’t make that anymore. Me: okay I’ll have one of those with a BLT Them: we are out of lettuce Me: okay a BAT Them: we are out of avocado After figuring out what was available I waited 15 minutes for a bagel. 40 years of ordering bagels in NYC and never in my life have I had an experience as ridiculous as this one. Then I get my bagel and it’s a tiny half size bagel. Reduce your prices by 50%, stock your kitchen properly, buy a second toaster, and reduce the volume of online ordering you accept because it completely diminishes the only positive thing going for this place: the nice vibe your employees have. Smiling while they sadly inform people they don’t have anything available on a Saturday morning at 10am.
