Wingstop

I wanted to update my review from before. Once again this Wingstop goes above and beyond. I had an online order and did not realize until I was home that I had some chicken strips missing from the order. I called and spoke with Manager Buddy and Steven. They totally made the order right and then some. They didn't have to do that and it's nice to see such amazing customer service. Hands down best wingstop anywhere around. Keep it up Brownwood!

We visited on a Friday evening and were helped quickly. The wait was a little long but when we got our food it was great!! Customer service was fantastic! We got the 3 piece chicken tender meal and loved it. The tenders were big and there was a ton of fries. I would visit again!

They checked up on us several times to see if everything was to our satisfaction and placed great care in their customers. The food was absolutely amazing. i ordered a 6 piece and they gave me extra. the person that took my order was already nice enough so i tipped him 5 dollars, he wouldn’t take it at first but i js left it there. he said he’d use it for lunch. they’re really nice and the food is js as nice 🤍

Absolutely the best Wingstop I’ve ever been to. The Food is always fresh and delicious. The service is always above and beyond. The staff is polite, very helpful and attentive. The management should do seminars for the other restaurants in town on how to run a business. Thank you Wingstop, you have a customer for life.

They stayed open 15 minutes past clothes the night before Thanksgiving just to make sure my family and I got our food super grateful for the young gentleman who helped us out that evening we were scared the place was closed but luckily he waited for us

Have eaten at many Wintstops in Texas. The Brownwood store is the best I have found. Service is always on spot. Food is fresh and they are liberal with the sauce and spice. Always have sports on the TVs and clean bathrooms and a good seating area. The manager has always been working when we have dined here. He always ask about our needs and satisfaction. He's the same manager since they opened the doors to the place. Best store by far.

The manager there today was so sweet, I ordered delivery for lunch and forgot to make my food a meal, and when I called to see if they could add fries and take my payment over the phone he said not to worry about it and they will put the fries in there for free. The action was small but was such a kind gesture, and such a blessing, absolutely amazing service.

So I walked into Wingstop at 12:45 PM. Saw a line about seven or eight people turned around and walked right back outside. Got into my car. Turned the AC on and started ordering online. One of the employees saw me come in and leave and came outside to let me know. It would only be a few minutes if I wanted to order. I explained I was just ordering online to beat the. A few minutes later came out to confirm the order name and and let me know he would bring the order directly to my car when it was ready. It’s customer service like that that is above and beyond. Thank you so much for making my experience fabulous, Steve. I appreciate it!!

The manager there is amazing and so is his employees. He runs definitely one of the best restaurants in my opinion in Brownwood Texas beats the heck out of Buffalo wild wings in Brownwood, Texas! The food there is awesome. They have great customer service. They rarely get anything wrong and if they do, they make it right, but in my opinion, this is one of the finest and best restaurants with the best staff and Brownwood Texas.

The customer service at this location is far above anything we’ve ever experienced! Every person who entered was genuinely greeted, the server brought our food and noticed we’d need bowls to share, and got them for us, without our even asking! He came back to check on us to ensure we had no other needs. The manager came out and personally greeted and spoke with each table. The inside was spotless clean and as guest left, they quickly cleaned up the tables. Impressed is the word that comes to mind! Great job to everyone at this location, you are making an impact, and it’s a great one! Highly recommend and we’ll be back!

I ordered pick up from DoorDash. It was a bit confusing when we walked in to pick up our order and no one addressed us for a little while or said we’ll be right with you. It was a little chaotic with workers walking past we received our order that was sitting on the to go shelf. The food was pretty good. I got the mango habanero wings and the Korean barbecue the mango habanero wings could’ve had a little more sauce. The fries were pretty good (a little soggy) Overall not too bad, but staff could be more aware of Customer Service.

Ordered well done cheese fries and got non crispy fries which were soggy not from 3 cheese, 3 cups worth of fries and half a cup of cheese it seemed. No season at all either. Salt wouldn't hurt

Takeaway If you look "different" or out of the norm (the way you dress, hair, etc.) ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!! I am writing this review of my experience Sunday, July 28th at 8:121AM. I made the grave mistake of trying to eat here at the Brownwood, TX location on Saturday, July 27th at 3:12PM. The cashier who was speaking at a whisper despite being advised I couldn't her here, had to be told several time my name and my order. My food was cooked to a state of being inedible. This was a to go order that was put in a bag with no box to preserve the warmth of the food. THESE FOLK DO SEEM TO REALIZE THAT CUSTOMERS PAY YOUR BILLS .

Open until midnight! Just don't come in after 10:30 or they charge you full price for food they cooked an hour ago.

Trash, had a chicken sandwich and was not what I was expecting. The bottom bun is nothing but liquid. I wanted a chicken sandwich not chicken soup. I'd add a video but all I am able to post is photos.

I called to make an order to go. I was told "We aren't doing to go over the phone. You have to come in". I said, oh, that's weird. Before I could ask why, she hung up on me. Since that rudeness was "in your face", you just lost our business. I went somewhere else. I didn't appreciate one bit being hung up on. I didn't appreciate an explanation as to why I couldn't order to go on the phone. If this is the way you treat your customers, good riddance.
