Avaliações de Polite Coffee Roasters Bryan
The place was really spacious and clean. I loved the atmosphere and it was a good place to study. The staffs were really kind. I couldn’t take coffee but my friends told that coffee was really good. I took some tea and it was great as well. I would like to try drip coffee another time. Recommended!
I love it when cafes actually care about the nitty-gritty of coffee, instead of just speeding through the process. This cafe roasts its own beans (yummy beans by the way), pulls delicious shots, has good service and a unique ambiance (it's in a house), and has good baked goods to accompany your drink. Highly recommend the cortado here, as it is more of an experience than a drink. A++
The baristas were so kind! I got a gingerbread iced latte and it was delicious. I had never been here before so it took me a minute to scope out where I could park and that the coffee shop was in fact inside this beautiful home but I would come back again.
The atmosphere was so nice much better than some of the other local spots I’ve visited, parking wasn’t too bad there was plenty of space though getting to the actual location was a little difficult but that’s on par for downtown Bryan. The coffee itself was so good I got an iced garden party with oat milk, and though I couldn’t tase the lavender or sage much I was happy with the taste of the espresso itself. The oat milk they used was pretty high quality as well. The music they played was great fit the vibe they were going for sure. The employees were very sweet and patient with all the people in front of me who seemed to have many questions. I will definitely be back to try some of their traditional options and other flavor combos!
Great coffee and cute place! Parking is hard to find when busy though and nobody is there to reroute people, making the lot chaotic. The baristas at the front just ask from time to time the status of finding parking instead of actually doing something about it.
BEST coffeehouse IN BRYAN. Great to be able to read the Bible over cup of coffee and see other patrons and employees doing the same. Polite is not an incidental brand name. It is deliberate and welcome. Take heed, coffeehouse owners and baristas. This place services long lines with efficiency and ease because they have more than 1 machine and can afford multiple counter attendants. The quality of the beans is there, too.
Solid matcha latte with non-dairy options. This place was packed in the middle of a Monday probably due to school stuff. Even with the parking lot being huge, we got 1 open spot for us. There’s no where to sit and with kids on their laptops, it’s not likely a seat would be available so seating is seasonal.
Hands down best coffee beans you can buy for making your own coffee at home. Me and my wife moved to round rock after living in college station for 9 years and still buy Polite coffee beans. I think we would have serious withdrawal if something ever happened to this buisness lol.
They really are Polite! The staff were super friendly and the people were too. They were more than happy to recommend drinks to me, and had a warm and friendly vibe when talking to them. The environment is unique and extremely uplifting with decorations everywhere that affirm kindness a good attitude. Im from Austin, and this really reminds me of one of those unique businesses that make a city special. Definitely coming back!
Love that I get a complimentary coffee when I purchase a bag of whole beans. Enjoyed a fresh scone today. Lila, the baker, was delightful. Looking forward to cinnamon rolls the next time we are in Bryan.
Fantastic small-town coffee roaster in a cozy historic home. All sorts of nooks and crannies to read a book or finish a report in. Nice selection of baked goods and the coffee was decent. I'd love to see a pour over and some single origins on the menu.
Coffee shops are a dime a dozen, there’s a Starbucks here, local coffee shop there, Dutch bros, dunkin, you name it. Polite coffee roasters is above the average coffee shop, I have trust that no matter what I order from here it will be good. Usually I am someone who favors making my coffee at home because I think coffee places are pricey and while Polite Roasters isn’t the cheapest option (probably McDonalds is far cheaper) it certainly isn’t the most expensive. I’d also rather spend a little more to have a quality cup of coffee. The cherry on top is their seasonal items, they change out relatively frequently and the ones I’ve tried have never disappointed. A favorite of mine was their Apple Pie coffee. I highly recommend stopping here instead of wasting $7 at Starbucks for some sugared up mid coffee. I wish there were more Polite Roasters in Texas.
Tucked inside a beautifully preserved vintage house, this coffee shop is more than just a place to grab a drink — it’s an experience. From the moment you step onto the creaky wooden floors and hear the quiet hum of conversation under high, timeworn ceilings, you feel like you’ve stepped back in time. The charm of the old architecture is matched by the warmth of the atmosphere: cozy nooks and antique furniture. Staff were friendly and genuinely seemed to enjoy the space as much as the customers did. Whether you’re a lover of coffee, vintage charm, or just want a quiet escape from the usual, this spot is well worth a visit.
My wife and I took a weekend trip to some cabins near here (about 20 min away) and during the mornings we wanted to get some coffee and pastries. We visited this place based on the reviews and pictures as the inside looked quaint. It's a very nice location and it seems to be very popular with the students in the area as it was packed with them. Made me feel old and I am only in my 30s! Reminded me of the days when I was in school and would meet up with friends to study (and get no studying done). Overall a really good location to enjoy a book , catch up with friends, or *study* for your finals. Service was fine and the coffee and pastries we ordered were very good. We ended up coming twice in a day for some late evening cravings.
I love this coffee shop because it offers different options for customers. You can sit inside to study or outside to chat with friends and enjoy a sunny day! They also have a delicious menu. I’d recommend the cappuccino with a dessert. Actually, last year they gave me a free coffee—I’m not sure why, but those kinds of things happen there!
I LOVE POLITE! The employees are extremely kind and personable. I love their cinnamon rolls and tarts, plus the honey butter on a biscuit is to die for. My FAV drink so far has been the cherry crush. HOWEVER!! The second picture depicts what I saw after I finished my drink in very few sips. Very annoying. They’ve filled it up with ice before, but this is ridiculous. I’m paying $6 for a cup of ice and a side of drink. Quite disappointed. I would recommend Polite. I LOVE this place. But that is a MAJOR flaw. I’ve never gotten a drink like this from other coffee shops that 90% of the cup is ICE. ———————— EDIT!! Polite responded and I can say that honestly they have improved. I haven’t had an issue with a ton of ice since this review was posted. Very impressed. I love this place so much. Don’t skip out on it if you have the opportunity to go!!!!
Get their pumpkin bread!! I love pumpkin bread and theirs is one of the best I’ve had. It had a great taste. I got an iced lavender latte and that also tasted great. Their lavender syrup has a very strong taste (my partner described it as “blending a whole stem of lavender into the drink”). I enjoyed it but I know some might not enjoy that strong of a lavender taste. This was also such a cute coffee shop, it’s very spacious and well-decorated.
An absolutely stunning coffee house that is a coffee store literally built into a house. It is a full immersion place with rooms and beautiful decor, and lots of indoor and outdoor seating. It is quite literally a plot of land with a house that has been converted to a coffee house - it has a yard, a gazebo, different rooms with different study spots. On top of all this, the coffee is good and there’s a unique range of choices to pick from. I would definitely recommend this a must try coffee spot in College Station-Bryan.
