My family eats here at least once per month, food is always great. Only suggestion I would give is when ordering to go they need to figure out a better way to package meals with sides as they end up mixed!

Went to Chili's in Buda, TX, am& OMG, it was above& beyond any other Chili's experience I've ever had. I ordered the guiltless Salmon, & it was perfectly crispy &moist & the sauce on it was craveable! My coworker had the sampler & gave me a mozzarella stick & it was the best cheese stick I have ever had. Staff was super friendly, service was excellent, process are appropriate and not way too high like most restaurants these days. We sat in the bar. The front of house manager was extremely accommodating& informative; we live in the DFW area. He said they got new kitchen appliances & they cook to perfection. He wasn't wrong! I would go all the time if I lived in Buda. Unfortunately, it's a ways away from Arlington so I will go again if I am ever in Buda for work. I'm the meantime, I'll crave it!

Shout out to McKenzie!!! She was our waitress! She was new and super nervous but her personality was the best. She was personable and took the time to explain the menu in detail. Sure made our experience a 1000x better. Now the food: The new mozzarella sticks did not disappoint. We had the Nashville hot flavor and they were amazing. I will definitely order again in the future! I had the ultimate Cajun chicken pasta, which was a little light in the Cajun for my personal taste but still delicious. My boyfriend had surf and turf, which was shy about 6 shrimps, but not the end of the world. McKenzie addressed it for us. We also had the triple dipper appetizer with strips, boneless wings and southwest egg rolls. That was delicious. Watermelon lemonade: 10/10 We were there on a Friday night so fit take a while for our food to come…So be patient. Everyone on staff checked in on us periodically to make sure we had what we needed. The food was good, the atmosphere is jumping! McKenzie was the real start of the show! We made sure to tip her well and her response was priceless! Go for the food and McKenzie!

I hadn't been to any Chili's for 7 years because of a bad experience in Austin. So it took a lot to get me there. Once I was there, I felt a little nervous, but my waitress was so delightful and cheerful that I opened up. I believe I got a sampler platter and tea. It was a pleasant experience. Normally, I pay begrudgingly, but not here. I felt like the cost was right for my order and the service I received. I will definitely be back in the near future! The place has always been clean everytime I've been there. So, I have no complaints in that department.

Picked the fried mozzarella for starters, did not regret it. Perfectly done, great flavor, tasty marinara sauce. They offer a huge variety of dishes, it wasn't easy picking something. Call ahead for wait times. It's first come first serve with no reservations at this time. Paper menus are available upon request instead of scanning QVC Code. Our waitress was very knowledgeable of the menu she took great care of us. I ordered a Well Done hamburger. It was delivered Medium Well. When I called our waitress attention to the mistake. She immediately took it back to have the chief fix it. When she brought my meal back to me she stayed with me until I cut my burger in half to verify it was cooked to my satisfaction. Then she compt my meal. So awesome!

Server was above the line. All servers and managers were present, getting tables in, keeping all drinks full with a new one ready, silverware added when needed, things cleared away promptly but yet they did not make you feel like they were rushing you. Just laying extra attention and on point. Food was exactly what was ordered.

I literally drive from North Austin just to come to the Buda location. It’s always clean. The staff are amazing but what led me to write this review was the server that I had tonight. She is just phenomenal. I mean she goes above and beyond to care for her customers. She’s so attentive and kept checking to see how we’re doing with our food. We didn’t have to ask for refills she saw we were getting low on our drinks and asked if we’d like to have it refilled. If you come here make sure to ask for Emily she was just amazing. She will treat you as if your family and that spoke volume to me. Emily you made my day! Keep doing the amazing job you do!

The "6oz classic sirloin with grilled avocado"was delicious. The sirloin was tender and the salad was very fresh. But I would like to have the salad dressing on the side because it was a little too sweet for me. We had dinner at the bar and the service was great. Overall it was a good experience today.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/19/2025 The food at Chili’s in Buda was absolutely delicious everything came out fast, hot, and fresh! You can tell the kitchen was on point. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the service. Our server, Da’koryon, was awesome attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. I truly believe that if I’m paying for someone services, I should expect good service and they delivered exactly that. Great food, great vibes, and top-notch hospitality. Shout out to Da’koryon and the whole team for doing an amazing job! Definitely a five-star experience all around!

Big shout out to server Adrian and manager Kylie at Chili’s in Buda TX. Last night they hosted our group of 25 after a wedding rehearsal. With only a little advanced warning, they accommodated our large group extremely well. Service was on pointe, timely and efficient. Food was on par with Chili’s generally good American menu. They arranged tables so we could all sit together banquet style. I don’t know if Adrian has ever handled that large a group at once, but his efforts resulted in hot food delivered one plate after another, drinks delivered to those that wanted, and overall friendly commanding efficiency. Attention Chili’s management, take note of this young man’s capabilities. We had prearranged for appetizers to be delivered when we arrived and they were served within minutes. Menus were out and ready. This location serves many hungry travelers right off the interstate, plus the local community, and they were slammed on a Thursday night, but we were 100% taken care of. Good food, excellent service, easy to work with with only a couple of phone calls, a warm smiling face from the restaurant host that welcomed us, who even noticed and complimented my shoes!! Thank you Chili’s. Well done.

From the start a wonderful experience. I was greeted at he door by Chloe the Hostess. A warm friendly welcome and a 15 minute wait and Chloe guided me to my table. It just got better from there. My waitress Autumn was a joy of efficiency and hospitality and down rite charm. She answered my questions with knowledge and courtesy and checked in on my several times during my meal. Now I am not a fan of the little computer pay things on the tables, Autumn helped me with that as well going above and beyond service expectations. The kitchen did a great job on my food as well. It was seasoned just right and cooked perfectly. I commend every one for such outstanding service in such uncertain times in the world right now. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION FOR FRIENDS AND FAMILY!!!

Food was good but was not hot. Not cold enough to send it back because we were on our lunch break but we ordered the sirloin with the shrimp and the shrimp was not hot at all . It was about room temperature. Which was weird because the actual plate was hotter than the food. I also ordered medium and the steak was well done. It wasn't a bad visit, but it doesn't stand out as a great experience.

I recently visited Chili's Bar and Grill and had a great experience overall! The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, and the service was friendly and attentive. I ordered the Classic Bacon Burger, which was delicious—perfectly cooked with a tasty combination of flavors. The fries were crispy and seasoned well, too. The drink selection was solid, and the bartender made a great margarita. The only reason I’m not giving a full five stars is that the wait for our food was a little longer than expected, but it wasn't a huge issue, and the staff was apologetic. Overall, it was a fun, satisfying meal, and I'll definitely be back for more. Highly recommend it for a casual, enjoyable dining experience!

Buffalo boneless chicken have great taste, arrived with ranch and celery on side; however, did not come with fries as "lunch special" indicated on menu. My friend was charged the appetizer even though she asked for the 3 for $10 special (drink, appetizer, main meal). Food is great, tasty.

The Tripple Dipper is definitely my new favorite! You get to mix and match some of the best things on the menu!

As usual, the food was really good and warm. The staff was friendly. We enjoyed our visit to this location. We will comeback next time we visit Buda again.

The service was good and the Mexican bowl was pretty good. Skip the chips and dip options, I had the trio and the queso and salsa were not good. Super bland. The guacamole tasted like guacamole. The margarita was a little sweet for my taste but not bad. The bathrooms were a little messy but it was the end of the day. Overall it was all right. The prices were fair and the service was fast and friendly.

The food was delicious! I placed my order at the "To go" section. I ordered the seasoned salmon with broccoli for me and the half rack of dry rubbed ribs with broccoli, frieds, and coleslaw for my husband. My salmon was seasoned and cooked to perfection. By far the best salmon I've had at a restaurant for sure! The salmon I ordered normally has other things on it but I chose to just have the seasoning. Kudos to the chef/cook! I may even order it again tomorrow (and hopefully not be disappointed). Mu husband thoroughly enjoyed his food as well. The reason for the 4 out of 5 stars is because they brought the food to our vehicle but neglected to provide utensils or napkins. Why would you ever give anyone an order without napkins or utensils? Other than that the food experience was great.

Came in at 3;45 for a late lunch early dinner. Had a wait even at this odd time. After we were seated I joined Chili’s Rewards and got a free chips and salsa. Drank a beer while we waited. Ordered the triple dipper and the three combo fajitas. I taste a lot of chips and salsa at various Mexican food restaurants but I found this salsa exactly to my liking. Tangy, sweet, and just the right amount of spicy ness . Sort of like they added some type of lime or lemon justice to it? Anyway I liked it. Then an old Janice Joplin some came on and I was happy. Lol It took quite a while for my food to arrive. My food was really good. However, I didn’t like the corn tortillas, they were torn and got chewy as they cooked off. The fajita plate was smoking hot so be aware. Overall I would recommend.

We only went because my wife had a 15 dollar gift card. I wanted a country fried steak but It wasn't on the menu. My wife said get the ribs and I told her I had those the last time, 5 years ago, and they didn't taste like other places I ate ribs. But it is an ok place if you don't want to impress a girl/boy on your first date.

We used to eat here regularly, and the food and service were always great. We stopped going here a few years ago after having issues with poor service. We decided to give our son a special treat today and ordered online for curbside pickup. The food was fine, but I'm sorry to say the service hasn't improved since we last visited. I texted when we arrived, then waited. And waited. Then waited some more. Finally, someone came out to ask if we were waiting for an order. I confirmed that we were and gave her the information. About 15 minutes later, she came back out with our order. None of this would have been a problem if Chili's had told me upfront that it would take longer to prepare the order. If, however, they tell me it'll be ready in 28 minutes, I shouldn't have to sit in the parking lot wondering if they've lost my order.

Staff was very friendly! The appetizer trio wasn't the best the quality if the skillet queso went down. Overall the rest of the food and drinks was great!

Stopped into Chili’s for a casual night out and overall had a pretty decent time. We ordered a few drinks, they were fun and flavorful, but definitely extra sugary. If you’re looking for something sweet, they’ll hit the spot, but if you prefer a more balanced cocktail, you might want to stick to something simple. The food was okay, nothing bad, just not particularly memorable. Everything came out hot and as expected, but nothing really stood out as exceptional. What really made the visit enjoyable was the atmosphere. Sports on TV, a relaxed vibe, and just an easy place to hang out for a bit. Even with the overly sweet drinks and average food, the overall experience was still enjoyable. Would I go back? Sure, for a low-key night with drinks and a game on, it works!

So I've had chili's many times, my wife loves this place! Unfortunately this time it was pretty disappointing. First I ordered the "Ranchero chicken tacos" and a side salad with their avocado ranch dressing which is amazing.. They brought my side salad with our entrées, which salad is always before your meal, unless you order a salad as your entrée..! As you can see in the picture the salad was wilted and looked as if it was prepped the night before and sat in fridge, then was served also the dressing was thick and clumpy. Tacos were good. The appetizer and entree were not what I asked for. My kid wanted a steak well done but she got medium rare. Our waiter was polite and helpful. We got the triple platter appetizer, steak, and 2 burgers. The southwest egg rolls were the only thing we liked. Overall - We weren't happy with what we got and didn't finish our meals. Chilis used to be my favorite place to eat. I'm not sure what happened to that chain, but they need new owners.

I always order for take out & everytime I go to pick up the order I ask for extra Salsa & chips and never do I get an attitude from the staff or rudely comment you have to pay for it. They give it to me with a smile and very sweet. But, when I came to this location Buda, Tx to pick up our order there wasnt anyone around to get my paid order. I waited & waited so then when I saw my name on an order I was about to grab it a very rude staff person said dont do that. I told her Ive been waiting for a while now & my food is probably cold plus this order is also for my senior father which its getting late and his food is cold. She didnt apologize or say anything but rolled her eyes and handed me our cold food. She forgot my chips and salsa that I paid for so when she went to grab that I asked for extra chips & salsa she said you have to pay for it. I said wow even the attitude, long wait, & cold food. No thanks I walked out. Then as I'm about to drive away she walks out and is smoking a cig with a few workers just looking at me with that stank look & laughing. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN I just can't believe people like this Work in the hospitality field and yet expect people to tip them when they treat people like that & for the company to allow this behavior is appalling. The dish I ordered I was not happy and pleased with. It's like I pay $20. And I got half of the dish that I normally get. They have gone down here especially at this location

Got a triple dipper with Nashville hot. Worst mistake of my life. Didn't taste good at all. Sauce tasted like it was just oil with unground spices. Walked in and the host asked how many my party was (party of 2), then told me it was about a 5 minute wait. Didn't ask for my name or anything. A little bit later, about 8 other people walked in (4 parties of 2, without an online check in) and were asked their name, and were served first. My server was really nice, a little bit of time between visits, but I understand as it was busy that night. In total, I waited about 45 minutes to get food that didn't taste good at all and made me gag thinking about the next day. Saw an older gentleman get brought out of the restaurant on a stretcher (probably had some Nashville hot sauce). Overall, I don't want to go to chilis ever again.

I love Chilis so this review is only regarding this location. I’ve eaten out of convenience at this Chilis twice now. The first time was okay, this second time was not good. I always order the big mouth bites but this time it was just a regular burger and bun cut in half, not even into fourths with the individual buns. It also didn’t have the usual toppings that come on the sliders. Very weird that someone thought it would be okay to serve it that way. For the fajitas, it tasted like the griddle top wasn’t cleaned because you could taste variations of other things cooked on the beef fajitas. I’m giving 2 stars because our server was nice and attentive and the soda tasted fresh but the food itself needs work. I didn’t want to complain to our server as I just wanted to eat and leave. I’ve also worked in a restaurant and know that not much can be done about it anyway, or you’re the table that the servers talk bad about for the rest of the night. I love Chilis and know that the food isn’t going to be a Michelin star meal but it’s still a meal that people are paying for and want to enjoy eating. I think some retraining of the kitchen staff would be beneficial.

Terrible take out services at this location. Have ordered several times some big and small orders. Each time something is wrong and there's an added wait at some point. A lady was in there and our food directly behind her. Once I got home I noticed they got one of the orders completely wrong with the sticker for the correct order taped on top. I went back because their automated phone hung up. I waited in there for over 15 minutes as no one was at the curbside. The bartender was busy taking orders so I waited. Finally someone walked by and said "oh yeah I think I saw the correct food" took the container I brought back and just dumped out what was wrong replacing it with the cold food that had been sitting there. The convenience of ordering to go at this location is no longer worth the hassle.

We used to love Chili's, but the service and food quality have gone downhill. I ordered bone in wings. When my plate arrived, the waitress said, "I don't know why they gave you all flats, but I like all flats. My response to her was, "But I don't. I like the combination of flats and drumsticks. The waitress said, "Do you really want me to take the plate back?" I said yes, please. We never saw her, again. Until we needed the check is when we received refills. My kids' quesadilla had little to no cheese, and our food was cold . Not at all what this place used to be about.

I couldn't tell you how the food was because I left after waiting 45 minutes for a hamburger and fries. I watched several people come in after me get their food. Maybe it was because I was dining alone.

Horrible to-go experience. Waited an hour for my food only for it to be sitting on the counter for 40min. No text/call or anything. Is been a year since I've ate here, and now I remember why I avoid it like the plague.

Well golly.. we went in and waited for an hour an hour and 15 minutes to be exact and our salads didn't even come out. It's like the entire staff disappeared and ran to the back to run around in circles or something. Jeez this isn't even the first time we've had a bad experience at this location this is actually our 4th. They messed up my order and also took a long time the previous times. Not this long but longer than needed. We left this time and will not be back.. we had our two young kids with us that needed food. Its late. Good night.

Ok y’all need to check the freshness of your chicken or shrimp. I ate the Ultimate Cajun pasta yesterday and was up all night having food poisoning and diarrhea!!!. Now I have a hemorrhoid the size of nickel!I! It was the only thing I ate yesterday. I’m still sick with stomach cramps and now have a fever. Missed work today too. Thanks for the poisoning and the butt pain!!! Now I know how women feel when they have period cramps!

I asked for a refund after seeing a live roach dancing. Place is dirty and the grease trail out the Togo is gross

Ordered To Go online from this location on New Years Eve and the food we got was absolutely horrible quality. I ordered a 10oz steak medium well and I got the smallest piece of meat you could imagine and it was way over cooked. They refused to answer the phone so I had to drive back over and the girl working told me her manager Chad said that the refund the supposedly gave me would be returned within 5-7 business days which I’ve worked in food service and it never takes that long. Horrible customer service so please don’t waste you time ordering To Go from here unless you want to waste your money.

My husband went to pick up our food up and waited an hour in the online pick up never received a message that our food was ready when he messaged that he was there to pick up our food was cold by then he went in to get a replacement ice cream for our molten cake since it had melted while sitting there and he said the servers looked him up and down like he was stupid for even asking for a replacement. I am very disappointed, to an extreme and of all days valentines day chilis do better!!!

Placed an order to go of beef fajitas and got sick stomach cramps and direa the whole night and the next day. Must have been old or expired meat. Had to miss a day of work. Won't eat there again.

I did an online order and I got the pick 2 fajitas. I got 2 steak and an added serving of steak. When you see the picture, it shows what appears to be about 2 12oz give or take servings of meat. I got an added +$7 serving and it was less than what was even in the image. I was like oh, I will get some more for my lunch tomorrow. Psych. The way they set up their sides for to go is even skimpy. Not enough for 3 tacos, much less 4. Absolutely trash that they are advertising a quantity like that and it isnt even close to whats shown.

SERVICE ZERO STARS Server had her backs turned the whole time to avoid helping us. Manager was rude as well, rolled his eyes when I raised my hand to get his attention. My dad is a really good tipper, so they should treat people better instead of judging. Service going down hill … I see why horrible management & service.

We eat at Chili's a lot but I have no words for the one in Buda, Texas. I never complain and HATE doing it, but OMG! We were sat at a table with a big dirty, wet towel under it. I ordered coffee and there were a ton of coffee grounds all over the outside of the cup and floating in it. We went to the bathroom and it was absolutely disgusting! I will save the description, it's too awful. We got more coffee... more coffee grounds and it's just hot water. We are now sitting here looking at dirty wet towels left all over the place and the restaurant is DIRTY!! The pic taken here was what we were made to stare at our whole dining experience. WE WANT TO LEAVE! We received our food, it was fine, just okay but we had to eat while 4 employees stood at the next table by us and conversated the whole time. THEY WERE COMPLAINING ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS!! We heard the whole thing! (This is why the restaurant is dirty, I guess). We hated eating with employees standing over us. I think it's safe to say, we will not be coming back or let our friends come back.

There was 3 of us and 2 of us ordered the Chicken crispers combo and one ordered the brisket quesadilla combo that was very greasy we ordered the queso with the meat in it when they bring the chips got that right away then we ordered the white queso never got that until our meal got to the table we will never eat that again just put it that way. Service was poor

Food was good but the service was terrible. Took 20 minutes just to get asked for our drinks. Didn’t get my drink until my food came out, and no refills.

I came in to pickup an order and saw a bag sitting already ready. I told BEA the name on my order and then I proceeded to stand there for over 20 minutes assuming my food wasn’t ready just for her to hand me the bag that had been SITTING THERE THE ENTIRE 20 mins and then for her to say she didn’t know. I SHOWED HER MY PHONE WITH THE NAME. I’m trying to work and this took excessive time that I am not getting paid extra for and now my customers food is cold. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Not to mention I saw 5 other people standing there that not one employee helped the whole time I waited. Don’t waste your time coming to this awful restaurant. And if you do I would avoid letting BEA help you as she likely will pretend to acknowledge you and then do nothing even though your food is ready in the back getting cold.

Crispers were cold and chewy fries were mid and the servers were more concerned with hanging in the back corner of restaurant near restroom. Do not recommend

For my to-go order, I got the Cajun shrimp pasta with added chicken and a kids chicken tender plate with fries. I hardly had any penne pasta which bummed me out, but my biggest issue was the kids plate. The chicken looked like 3 pieces of bitten chicken nuggets with hardly any fries. And the additional side, corn on the cob, tasted mushy and disgusting. Aside from the drinks, this order was gross. Tried calling, but no answer. So disappointed!
