I Freakin Love Schlotskis soo freakin much, everytime i walk into one, i smell the smells in the air and it brings back some great memories from my childhood. Love the smells and i Love the food. Schlitskis for life!!!
Always a treat with Schlotzskys. Sandwiches, good, pizzas, good and customer service...awesome! Nice and friendly staff at this location. Love their bread whether it be a sandwich or one of their great pizzas you will not be dissapointed. Check them out frequently for deals. Enjoy!

The food is good and I really like the staff at this location. They will occasionally make a mistake (we're all human) but they're great in their response. Great customer service keeps me coming back. I really enjoy their friendly staff.
The food is excellent and the staff are very nice even when they are super busy! The facility is always clean and love the wireless charging table! I've always had a great experience with this location and have never received an incorrect order! A+ to you all!

I highly recommend this location! I would say 6 months+ ago, we would have inconsistencies at this location but the past few months they have been amazing! Food is always correct, looks/tastes great! Anthony the manager is so personable and the entire staff is extremely friendly! Whatever change they made in the past few months has clearly shown and we will continue to frequently visit! :)
Had a noticeably pleasant interaction when ordering. Carrie was working behind the counter and was an absolute sweetheart. I would come back here just from her kindness alone. Wish everyone would treat each other as pleasantly as her all the time the world would be a better place! They were fast making the food as well.
There are many Saturdays we frequent this location after a Power Washing job and one thing we can always count on is seeing Matt at the window. His customer service skills are remarkable and a breath of fresh air. He has always been very professional and polite even when they are busy. Matt is the reason we continue to choose Schlotzsky’s over the competitors in the area.
Very friendly and helpful crew. They truly seem to enjoy their work and share that enthusiasm with quests. The people in the back had a great system for keeping up with orders from the drive-thru as well as those of us that walked in. My reason for this is because the sandwiches are always so stuffed full of ingredients that eating it in the car simply isn't a viable option for me. The tables and floors were very clean and the tea was fresh. Just over all a great experience.
We have felt like this place goes above and beyond for any food service establishment, let alone fast food!!! This past weekend, my family dined in and had warm, welcoming staff members ensure that we were taken care of. The food was great. They checked in on us like we were at a sit down restaurant! They went the extra mile and we are so impressed to have had such consistent exemplary service! Support this place!
I am not near the area and was hungry and stopped quickly to get something to eat. I was greeted by Anthony and he was absolutely awesome. You can tell he is a genuinely good human being and wants to send good vibes into the universe. Thank you Anthony. I was really tired after being in traffic for almost an hour but you brightened my entire evening.

We placed a Catering order online for same day, and although the order needed to be placed 24hrs prior, Anthony and his team were willing to make it happen for our Surgery Staff here at Seton Southwest Hospital (Austin). We TRULY appreciate all your hard work in the preparation of our food - everything was so delicious, and we are grateful for the way you ALL went above and beyond in your customer service!!

3 stars because the food is generally consistent with every other Schlotzskys I've ever been to, and it's usually clean. Points off for terrible service though. I feel like it's the kind of place that never gets a secret shop because there is absolutely no sense of urgency when a customer approaches the counter, no friendliness from the person taking the order, no offers of anything else, and they've had the same name up on the who-baked-your-bunz board for at least 5 months.
It's usually pretty good, but yesterday I ordered a medium deluxe sandwich and got a large one instead. I could tell that the bread was not fresh which is why I got a large instead, I'm presuming. Granted, it was 10:30 am, and their bread was probably not done yet, but still. Day old bread at a full cost, not okay.
Horrible/comical service! My husband had to knock on the window to interrupt two coworkers conversation for service. The lady with the head-set said the battery was dead. My husband asked of she was wearing it for decoration. We told her we wanted a kids cheese pizza she asked what kind of cookie we wanted and then when my husband said chocolate chip she said, "We only have oatmeal." My husband replied with, "Oatmeal it is then." She told us the price of our sandwich and cheese pizza would be $20. "Excuse me?" Then our lemonade had no syrup in it, just water. BBBAAAADDD!
Seldom answer phone during lunch to call in orders and why do they insist on putting pickles in the paper bags without making sure they don't leak???? Every time the bag rips because of this. 99% of the time the forget something in my order. I gi there every Friday to get my daughter lunch. Three out if four weeks in the month they forget at least one thing.
Hard to recommend this location -- customer service here is indifferent at best and just astoundingly slow. I would strongly avoid their drive-thru window as you're going to be looking at waiting 15-20 mins for your sandwich for what will be a mediocre and VERY expensive sandwich. Really can't recommend anything on the menu here -- discouraging as the original locations in Austin were just fantastic.
Normally a huge fan of Schlotzsky's, but the sandwich I got here on Friday the 19th, a Small Fiesta Chicken, definitely gave me food poisoning. I would like to say that it was a wild fluke, because I have never had issues with their food at any other location, and it tends to be one of my go-to's when I am on the road for lunch.
Was not pleased with the service at all. Sad to wear mask when it is no longer even a mandate, much less a law, to come into a place were your mouth has to be uncovered to eat. That lady there is way to bossy. She got all up tight because we had a bottle of opened olive oil one of the other workers gave us, saying we needed to pay for it. We would love to go back because it is so close but not if that bossy lady is working there. The poor guy workers that have to put up with her need a big pay raise!! Also, they do not have tea out for self serve and when asked for tea, my cup was only a little over half filled and I was told no refills. Bummer for the Schlotzsky's name for sure! 👽
I was having a tough morning when a routine installation turned into a fabrication job. I stopped in at Schlotzsky's to get into some air conditioning and enjoy my favorites there: Grilled Chicken Pesto Pizza and Raspberry Tea. They were somewhat busy so we sat down to enjoy the tea and wait for our order. A lady (who later claimed to be a manager) brought my partner her sandwich and told me that they had run out of pizza shells. I told her I was really frustrated about that and that and I would be looking at a significant additional wait if I ordered a sandwich to replace my missing pizza. She decided she didn’t want to deal with me and said she would just refund my part of the order and quickly left. She didn’t offer to comp a sandwich or even to rush one for me. It seems managers are so concerned about spoilage costs that they just don’t care about customer complains about being out of stock of an ingredient to make a menu item. I normally eat at this locate at least two times per month, but I vow not to eat at this location for at least three months. Schlotzsky's made my tough day worse and that’s not what you want when you go out to eat.

I showed up about 10 minutes after the estimated ready time for the food to make sure it would be done when I arrived. When I arrived, they hadn't even started with my food yet, and I ended up spending another 20 minutes there waiting for them to complete it. Upon getting back to my jobsite, I opened up the box of pizzas, and every single one of the 3 I had ordered was wrong. I opted out of Bacon online while ordering, and that must have been overlooked. All 3 were loaded with it, I eat Kosher, so this rendered me without lunch as there was simply too much to try to peel it all off. Not only this, but 1 of the 3 pizzas hadn't even been completed, and was missing several toppings. I called in 3 times to request a refund on the 3 pizzas, but no one would answer. After work was over, I took the 3 pizzas back to see if I could get compensated, and the new shift lead was extremely helpful in doing so. He apologized several times and refunded the whole amount. Thus, the 2 stars instead of 1.
I bought 3 frosted cookies and they didn't put them in my bag. I live in Canyon Lake so I couldn't drive back to get them. I tried to call but they won't answer. I'm pissed.

We had a large $300 catering order and this store intentionally wouldn't answer us after they made it. They messed up the entire order and then just pretended like we didn't exist. I will absolutely be reporting this place to corporate in the hopes the pathetic example of leadership here is removed.
Unsure how this location is still available on food apps or even have a website that says open when they’re not. They are never open during their hours stated on their website. I’ve come to this location several times hoping to get food instead of going thru traffic towards downtown Buda and it’s hit or miss. Some days open but most days not. Gave up trying to eat here because of how unreliable they are, I’ll go elsewhere.
I've been eating schlotzsky's since they open their first restaurant here in Austin Texas. I always get the original chips and the broccoli cheese soup. This was the only bad meal I've ever had from a schlotzsky's in Austin or North Carolina. There is no meat on the sandwiches and way too much mustard and cheese. My wife sandwich no meat and too much cheese and the bread was not cooked all the way. The owner should do something about this restaurant. Do you not eat at this restaurant in Buda. You will be very disappointed if you do
We submitted a large online order at 11:51 scheduled to be picked up at 12:45. We showed up to get our order at 12:50 and they hadn’t even started it yet. They said they didn’t know they had an online order 🙄 They were apologetic and got the order out at 1:00. Didn’t offer to comp anything though.
Waited in line for 27 minutes, watching people that have already ordered behind me leave, and watching the drive through cashier guy smoking his electronic cigarette in front of me just in the inside of the window! He wasn’t even trying to hide it! Then he gets on the food line… no gloves, touching food, and my order was wrong. Had I not already paid and in a rush since I’ve been there for so long, I would have asked for a refund and went somewhere else. I called management and the response was I’m trying the best I can and I’ll talk to the guy at the window. I felt sorry for the woman, honestly.
Awful experience. I ordered an angus beef and cheese sandwich with no pickles and no mustard. My sandwich had pickles and mustard. I ordered two cups of soup, never got those and had to drive all the way back to get them. My husband ordered a turkey, bacon smoke cheesy sandwich and that’s not at all what he got. The wait was atrocious and the young lady who took our order obviously didn’t care to take our order correctly. Never will I go to this location again. Seems to be a common experience for all in this neighborhood since we heard from my in-laws that they never go to that location due to them ALWAYS messing up the order.
Terrible customer service. While in the drive through we had a question about the overpriced receipt and the attitude of the guy in the window was bad, when we asked for the manager, oh boy! She was worse. She had a very aggressive attitude and was blaming us for not asking for the price before ordering (the menu had a different price listed). They are deceptive. Beware everyone, judging by their behavior, they might be the kind of people who spit in your sandwiches. We’re not coming back.
I’m sorry, but I worked for the Schlotzskys on Brodie so I know how crazy it can get but this location I will never be visiting again. The drive thru speaker was on the fritz and I could barely hear the girl. So I pulled around and finished my order, which wasn’t a big issue. This location doesn’t have rain shields so my car got soaked. The staff was okay in attitude but I was trained much better. I was given my food to find that I was missing my kids cookie, milk, and bag of chips I paid for. So I had to park and walk threw the rain to go inside. Once I entered, no one was there to greet me, so I waited about 20sec, still nothing. I had to ring a cow bell before anyone noticed me. The gentleman that greeted me did try and make it up to me by giving my an extra cookie and bag of chips which is standard for mistakes. At that point I knew I wouldn’t be back. When I got home, the food was okay, but the bread and pizza dough didn’t taste freshly made that day, which is supposed to be standard. I almost want to work there just to fix this place.
Worst food ever - I ordered a turkey sandwich, but they were out of turkey which is hard to believe..so I ordered the roast beef sandwich...completely dry and tasted old. The vegetarian sandwich my daughter had was just as bad and tasteless. Do not recommend eating there.
The first time I came here, I ordered a sandwich without mayo in the drive thru. I was told that sandwich comes with mustard, not mayo. Perfect! Got my sandwich & headed down the road. Opened it - it had mayo. Checked the ticket - didn't say mayo. But by then I was too far to go back so I chalked it up to a weird mistake. How did I get a sandwich with mayo that doesn't even normally come with mayo after specialty ordering no mayo? Tonight I pulled in the drive thru @ 8:55p. After trying to get someone on the intercom twice, a very bored sounding young lady informed me they were closed. I thought you close at 9 I said. She admitted they do but they've put everything away & are cleaning. I told her there was another car behind me so they could be losing 2 sales. She didn't respond. She just stopped talking to me. No apology. No anything. She. Just. Stopped. Talking. I'll probably not be back even tho it's close to my house. I mean, I'm not the bad guy for trying to spend my money with you during your posted open hours. Does that deserve ghosting?
This location is just randomly closed. We ordered on the app and paid middle of the afternoon on a Saturday. Went to pick it up and the store is closed and locked. It took weeks for me to finally get ahold of corporate to get my money back for the food we never received. I called this store every day for a week and never once did someone pick up. Horrible customer service. And with all of the inconvenience to us of driving to pickup the order, emailing multiple times, calling every day, sitting on hold, not once did we receive even an “I’m sorry that happened”. In the end we did get our money back but they treated me like i was the problem. Just so frustrated and we won’t ever order or eat at this location again.
Upon arrival, nobody answered the call box. I said "hello?", and a rude voice came through telling me to wait. I ordered a minute later, and then the guy at the window still had an attitude. When I got home, the soup I had ordered was completely wrong. (I had ordered the broccoli and cheese, but was given potato), and the avocado flat bread didn't even have avocado! Will not be going back.
The service is SO slow through the drive thru that it's painful! Initially, I thought it was slow when the store first opened because they were working some of the kinks out from being a new store. I barely ever go there because the service is so slow in the drive thru. 1+ years later, it's still remarkably slow. I waited for 15 minutes today to get a grilled chicken salad and there was only 1 car in front of me. Not a fan...
So I went yesterday, it was empty, no one else but me in the drive through, and maybe 3 people inside. Order a medium sandwichh and chips. They ended up taking 20 minutes to make this sandwich from when I ordered. 2 cars behind me pull out and asked me what was going on. I was like I'm not quite sure. They drove off and then I got my food shortly after that. I let the lady know. Didn't care, then as I drove away all I saw in my bag was my sandwich. Lol what. Turned around for a bag of chips. You guys suck serious balls.
I seldom write reviews. However, it has become sort of a joke between my wife and I on how this Schlotskys remains in business. Their hours of operation are very unreliable. Today I stopped by the drive thru at 11:45 am and a sign was posted saying they would open at 12:15 pm. They really need to update their hours of operation and warn customers to call first to see if they are even open. I suspect they won't remain in business much longer anyways, so it's probably moot.
I specifically went out of my way to go to Schlotzskys today to replace a Sweet Tea that got wasted accidentally a few days ago. Unfortunately, I decided to visit a different location today(this one). I got my tea and was waiting on my food when I noticed that my tea tasted funny and was definitely not sweet. The lady brought my food to the window, and I brought her attention to it, "Let me see what I can do. " And apparently all she could do was let the original guy know, and he immediately just filled up another cup from the same tea urn. Idk why he thought that would magically fix the issue, especially since no one inside decided to try it themselves to see if they could notice the funny taste. Severely disappointed in this Schlotzskys location and will not be returning. And just to clarify, "funny taste" was a nice way of saying it tasted like mildew. I would hope they clean their equipment better than that.
Any other Schlotzkys is fine with me. This place is just goofy. I walked in to order a sandwich and they said only the drive thru was open. They let me order the sandwich inside but I had to get in the car and drive around to the window to pick it up and pay for it, hmm. Ordered a small original, received a medium, so that was a plus. The sandwich was fine. Somebody's elevator doesn't go to the top over there for whatever reason. The guy at the window was friendly. Manager, not really. From a fan of Schlotzkys since before time...1974. Drive 1 block further and get an amazing sandwich at the deli next to Shaggy Dog and Beijing Bistro. Proof Liquor and Deli. Spend not much more.

This has to be the worst experience ever! I’m not one to write negative reviews lightly, but the attitude of the female working there tonight was abhorrent. Not only was she the rudest person I’ve encountered in a long time, she turned out to be the least competent person to be in her position since she could not get the order correct. When trying to call the store several times once I got home, the number rang, seemed to connect, and then disconnected each time. Anyone familiar with management there?

I asked if I could sub sausage for pepperoni she said there will be an extra charge. The other employees always said that was okay to submit for meat. So I just canceled the order. She then told the other employee that I was being rude. Well I saw it as the other way around. Maybe the customer is not always right, but she could have least been nice about it.
Nobody at the front of the counter, and when I rung the bell nobody came out until I rung a second time and the staff who came out didn't even help me was just plain rude and called me an idiot
