Il Flora (Seoul Tang and Noodle) is a popular spot in The Source Mall food court, known for authentic Korean soups and dishes like Galbi Tang and spicy pork. While many praise the taste and generous portions, some have experienced inconsistent service and cleanliness issues during peak hours.
Tip: Visit during off-peak hours to avoid crowds and potential cleanliness issues. The restaurant is located inside The Source Mall food court.
First time visiting The Source and the menu of this fast food restaurant in the 3rd floor food court immediately caught my eye. I ordered the steak tartare and it was one of the best things I ate during my short visit here. It’s a large bowl of seasoned julienned beef that is eaten over rice and bean sprouts. It comes with a small container of Kimchee and a seasoning sauce. There’s also a bowl of soup (miso?) on the side. The soup is a little bland but the steak tartare is absolutely full of flavor and delicious. If I lived here and could come to The Source regularly, I’d order this all the time! Service was quick. I was given a pager when I ordered but my food was ready in less than 3 mins. Restaurant is in a food court so the atmosphere is casual and energetic. Just find a place to sit and enjoy the delicious food.
Had their Galbi Tang and Yuk Gae Jang for the first time and I must say, it was beyond my expectations. I loved that it comes in the heated ddukbaegi to keep the soup warm till the last sip and the flavors. Plus, the new employee was so kind. I’d definitely come back again.
Authentic Korean Taste , Food Serving size was beyond my expectation,we got what we paid for . Must try.
The spicy hotpot bowl tastes delicious in every bite, especially the both. Love it!!
Salmon and soy sauce: It's a bit overpriced, but it's so delicious!! I will order again. There were so many types of food that I had a hard time choosing. I’ll try another food next time!

I was a little hesitant to try this place because of some of the other reviews, but I was craving seolleongtang so I decided to go for it. I was really pleasantly surprised! There was a good amount of brisket and glass noodles in the soup, the rice was fluffy and sticky, and it came with two types of kimchi. It also came with plenty of salt and pepper to season to taste (which is how you’re supposed to eat seollongtang, maybe some people don’t know that..? It’s bland until you season it yourself). Anyway, I can only speak from my experience eating here and it was great. The worker at the register was very nice and helpful and the food was ready quickly. I’d give the food itself 4 stars because I’ve had better tasting seolleongtang from other places, but it was still really good and exactly what I wanted.
I tried several dishes here. I got dumpling last time and I loved kimchi dumpling. Also I loved their mala dishes with lots of veggies. Cashier ladies was nice and kind. Whenever I crave some soup, this place is one of places where I always visit.
I probably come here at least twice a month. usually order Beef Rib Soup (Galbi Tang) and Stir fried spicy pork rice bowl. Dishes are very clean and customer service is good. Today I ordered Bulgogi Musubi as well and they are pretty good too. It's my to-go place whenever I come to THE SOURCE. I wanna try Hot Pot Soup noodle someday as I heard it's really good too, but scared haha.
This place is inside of Food courts on the very top floor of the Source Mall. Easy access, easy parking, fast service, what else do you need from the food court? Lol Of course, their food is very good, too! My favorite is their dumplings; Kimchi and pork. If you want to taste both but you are alone, get the combo! It comes in 3 pieces each flavor. If you are the person who doesn't like the dumplings skins, this is one for you 👍 OMG!! I miss it already!
Seoul Tang and Noodle has got me going to the Source Mall, which I really just don't do! Hah. It's super delicious, go give it a try authentic Korean, worth a trip to the Source Mall Food Court. We like the food court - you can get brilliant dumplings there along with a really delicious broth soup.
Pro: +Hot, delicious noodle soups at a reasonable price. Plenty of space in the food court. Convenient parking. Cons: -Would be nice if it came with banchan. Final thoughts: On a cold day, very satisfying for the price.
Today I had stir fried spicy pork. If you love spicy rice dishes then this you should definitely get this. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the food came out quickly.
Been here a lot of times and never disappointed me! It only took 5-10 minutes to get my order and whoever works here was really kind and nice to me especially cashiee Alum😊 They were pretty much all friendly and smiling the whole time! Definitely coming back!!😍

Definitely very tasty and authentic, I may not be one to speak because I'm not Korean but my wife knows what she's talking about. Price-wise it is a bit higher than other Korean soup restaurants but the quality itself is worth the money.
Beef bone soup had a nice broth and good pieces of brisket meat. The kimchi and pickled radish are not as crunchy as some places as they’ve been in vinegar for a while (so they’ve softened)

Ok, WTH did I eat? Ordered beef bone broth and it basically tasted like hot dish water. Even the meat had no taste whatsoever. Needed lots of salt to give any flavor, but then I should've just had Campbell's soup. Absolutely yucky.
Disappointing Experience at Seoul Tang and Noodle My recent visit to Seoul Tang and Noodle was marred by poor customer service and disappointing food quality. Customer Service Upon arrival, we were informed that the kimchi dumplings we had ordered were no longer available. Instead of offering a solution politely, the staff member was abrupt and did not express any apology for the inconvenience caused. This lack of consideration and professionalism was disheartening and left a negative impression from the start. Also, For Management- Don't have a Kiosk if you're not even going to let customers know you no longer have certain items on the menu. You literally are money hungry and want customers to pay and then at the end you give us something we didn't even order and force us. Your customer service is so poor, the korean lady didn't even want to give us our money back. Food Quality I opted for the Pork Seundad Gukbab soup, hoping for a delicious and authentic experience. However, the soup did not meet expectations; it lacked the flavors I had enjoyed in similar dishes elsewhere. The overall taste was below average, and based on this experience, I would not recommend it to others seeking quality Korean cuisine. Additional Concerns Adding to the disappointment, we encountered confusion regarding our water bottle order. Instead of clear instructions or assistance, we were directed to find the water ourselves in the fridge, which was not a welcoming experience for customers. Conclusion My visit to Seoul Tang and Noodle left much to be desired. The combination of rude service, subpar food quality, and lack of proper customer assistance ensures that I will not be returning. I had anticipated enjoying a satisfying meal with pleasant service, but unfortunately, this experience did not meet expectations.
Food was good. We have been coming here good number of times and the quality is consistent. However it gets so busy during busy lunch hours and they don't clean the plate return rack it gets so full. Just had one lady push the plate which splattered the stacked bowls on the floor causing kimchi sauce to ruin my wife's clothes, shoes(limited edition), bag and so forth. The rack is built with no rear guide on which something like this was somewhat inevitable. I asked the owner to check into it and all he said was it's not their fault. A set up that can induce people to make that kinds of mistakes, that I believe IS the store's liability. They should really look into changing the rack system or it's more problems just waiting to happen. What a pleasant lunch that turned into a nightmare. Won't be coming back.
I've been here a long time ago and I've been back for the first time in years and it's the worst. The rice was not cooked at all, so it was hard enough to chew. I ate only soup without rice. Even though it was a Korean dish that cost about $20, the side dish was only kimchi and it was so tasteless and dried that I couldn't eat it. The kalguksu I ordered for my child is spicier and saltier than Yukgaejang. A young Hispanic man working as a cashier doesn't know how to answer questions about Korean foods, only pointing at the menu and asking what i wants. My family ruined Saturday dinner with the worst food ever. I am very curious who the chef is. How do you make food like this and get paid for it? I never ever come back again. Please don't do business like this. Making money isn't easy. If you want to make money from your customers, be honest with your foods.
I dont want to come back again.. A lady with glasses and short hair (the cashier) is very rude. I asked for spicy radish side (usually free extras) and she was very rude, gave me a glare, and tossed it to me. If they dont serve it, then they should mention it or say no! what is her problem? I dont want to use my money on a place with horrible service.

I asked the lady at the counter if I can use the Kiosks, and I ordered. I waited about 30 minutes, and check the status of my order. Kitchen crew didn't know there is an order. My order was neglected.
