One of the Best Kept Secrets in fried chicken places. If you haven't had it you are missing out. The fried and grilled chciken always always hot and fresh when I get it. The Campero beans and rice!!! So so delicious and the fried plaintain with sour cream..yummy (wish they would make it a little more crispy). This place is really good.

You guys are awsome. Stela and the cashier were awesome tonight. We came in almost at close and they were super nice and even cooked fresh food for us. We came from far and barely made it but they made our dinner and night perfect. You need more like your crew you had tonight. Starting from management all the way to your cook. Had the best smile and ready to make the food even if it was time for them to almost go home.

The ladies who run this place are very nice. They're very kind. They take good care of their customers. I've eaten here a few times in the past. I happen to be in the area so I'm treating myself to some of the delicious fried and roasted chicken.

I went here the other day with some girls from church. The young man Charles I believe, went above and beyond for us. He was kind and brought us all our food. He even cleaned up and brought us refills for our drinks. He was also very kind to his staff. I would recommend this place to anyone excellent customer service.

I took my son here for dinner the other day. I’ve never been to Pollo Campero before and was completely happy with the food. We tried the fried chicken, yucca fries and plantanos. The service was amazing, we were greeted by the Manager Charles as soon as we walked in. Him and his crew were very helpful and pleasant. Will be returning soon.

I've never tried this place before but I was at Starbucks getting lunch and decided to stop by. It was great, the food was fresh and hot. The drinks were very refreshing and the staff even cleans your table when you leave. Very nice casual dining.

The best chicken ever. Delicious rice, beans, yuca, platanos and more. The fried chicken is worthy of awards and the grilled chicken is a great gluten free alternative.

The chicken is always hot and juicy. I also like the fried plantains. I was really impressed by the beans they taste meaty and well seasoned. The chicken sandwich is flavorful and I would say challenges a lot of the fast food chicken sandwiches out there for multi herb seasoning.

After being introduced to this uniquely delicious chicken by a friend from Guatemala, I've become addicted to it -- and I'm now buying take-out whenever I have friends over. This store is convenient, clean, efficient and has a really friendly staff.

Today I visited a chicken chain that I never heard about until last night when I noticed that they served their own chicken sandwich reminiscent of Popeye’s Chicken Sandwich. I guess they are a big chain from Guatemala so naturally I was intrigued. I kind of expected an El Pollo Loco clone but was amazed at the quality of the food. I ordered the fried chicken sandwich with a side of yucca fries and out of curiosity ordered a couple pieces of their fried chicken. Amazing, Amazing, Amazing is all I can say. The chicken sandwich wasn’t as meaty as Popeye’s but the flavor was incredible. The yucca fries were similar to french fries but starchier and I finished it all off with a mango drink. Customer service was top notch I believe a woman named Yolanda helped me at least that’s what it said on the receipt she was very nice and the manager was collecting plates I didn’t get his name but he was a man in maybe his thirties or early forties and I told him how good my meal was and that I had never been there before he was very appreciative and thanked me for eating there. I will definitely come back again and order the family meal.

It's a great restaurant, food is good crispy and delicious, I highly recommend the camperitos with the traditional sauce. Service is friendly and always give you good treatment.

I always enjoy the chicken here; both fried and grilled! Always good quality and the service is constantly good. I especially enjoy the grilled chicken burrito. The Salsa Verde is my favorite. I hope they continue to expand this chain.

I don’t ever review restaurants, but I just have to leave a review for this place! I’ve been to other Pollo Camperos around the SVF but this one, by far was the best experience i’ve had at one! Amazing service. They were friendly, welcoming, and had super quick service. Also notably very clean and the food was also great! Great place to eat with the family :)

Really great fried chicken. White meat is also an option and love how crispy it is! Not too salty or greasy. The side options like yuca fries and fried plantains set this place apart from other fried chicken chains, but the beans & rice taste better than most places. Veronica was the cashier/server and she was so welcoming! Even nicer service than actual sit down restaurants.

Have never had PC until I heard people saying how good it was. Decided to order pickup via online for a two piece combo fried chicken meal with tortillas, mac n cheese, a fountain drink and 2 empanadas. The chicken was so flavorful and blows KFC out of the water. The horchata was good and slightly different from Mexican horchata. The rest of the food was absolute fire as well. This place is very underrated for chicken. Definitely returning.

Few fried chicken places give me great surprises. Fortunately this is one of them. I think this is the best fried chicken I have ever eaten in my life. fresh, juicy and crispy. KFC and others have no idea!!! I can say that there is no other equal in flavor. The grilled option is fantastic too. I highly recommend it. This location is very clean and the staff is very friendly.

First time visit, picked up a very large order to go. The staff was polite and helpful, even helped carry the order to my car. We received exactly what we ordered and everything tasted great. I will be ordering again!

Traditional Guatemalan style chicken. It tastes good but the Pollo Campero in Guatemala tastes better. The traditional orchata (milk-coconut drink) was superb but sweet. There are options for kids not unwilling to try traditional plates like chicken fingers (competitor). The chicken was fresh and extra hot. I'm from Puerto Rico but I have being in Guatemala a few times. I know their culture.

The chicken is amazing, although at times it can be very dry. But that's only on occasion.The biggest downfall to this place is all the time and a great deal. They run out of chicken breasts. And normally, there's a ten to fifteen minute wait for the breasts. It seems to be a problem there for years.Then running out of that particular item all the time. Other than that, it was a very enjoyable meal. If anything that's really bad and almost unedible is the tortillas. They usually are very dough, like wet and overmoist, which makes for a bit of A. gross taste to them.

Chicken just came out and was surprisingly juicy and super tasty!🌟Loved the seasonings, and crunch. The sauce (think Chick-fil-A) cheapened the flavor, just eat the chicken alone, it’s that good. The yucca fries were GARBAGE though😒 Pretty lame since when Whole Foods had them in their hot food section and they’d sit there for hours - those were still infinitely better than these chalky, bad-tasting deep fried powdery sticks. Ew. Place was busy, but a 14 min wait for breast meat is simply poor management. They kindly gave me an extra drumstick for the wait - senior staff was super nice.

I ordered the Campero Bowl which was very good. The combination of flavors were a nice break from burgers and fries.** update 11/23 I tried the spicy chicken sandwich and fries. The spicy sauce has a mild kick but is also a little sweet. This is not my favorite spicy chicken. In general I don't care for sweet flavors combined with meat. Many people do, so if you do you may really enjoy the flavor combination. The fries were crisp and hot. Overall another good experience and I will be back to try something new.

My first here and loved it. Looked much better than any KFCs or Popeyes in the neighborhood. Very clean, specious, and well organized . Customer service was also great. Offers us free drinks as a first timer--- it was very nice of the lady. Food was good. They offer both grilled and fried chickens. It was freah. Plenty of parking available. Many side items. There are free bees for the customers ordering online for the first time. I certainly look forward to going back to this place again.

3 Star for not giving the original survey 🧾 receipt ,, they have done it 3x . this time i ask them they got mad so this time i decided to post it so the main company of camperos sees it.

I gave 3 stars due to overpriced spicy chicken burgers! The size of burger buns looks more like a slider size! Just spicy chicken burger/sandwich alone costs $9+ without any sides or drinks! Although, the chicken meat is kind of thick with its own sauce. I would not come and visit anytime soon.

Good place to eat.. but they try to up sell you in a sneaky way. They always calim to be out medium size drink cups. but sell you a large instead .. it's been years of them doing this.. ask for medium size cup price

Food not cooked all the way through. This location needs to hire people that care for their job and want to make a difference. They need nice and smiling cashier's that enjoy their job and make the customer feel Welcomed. This location needs to hire a whole new team that will make a difference in improving Customer Service.

Great food. Painfully slow prep. 3 visits this past month. Typical order 1 hour ahead of pickup. Never ready as I watch staff slowly move from one task yo the next. Twice, my order was ready but sat there as they checked it 3 or 4 times. Once, they forgot an item. No direct phone number, only an 800 number hotline. Music is so intrusive, a screaming singer singing Pollo Campero over and over. No one ever answers nor do you get an indication that you've made the correct selection. Never recovered funds or forgotten food. TL;DR Order well ahead of time and plan for a 10 to 15 minute delay. Also check for all food. Other than that, its fine.

Almost over charged by cashier. Order was wrong..had to go back and tell them. I know once food has left the kitchen area and customer returns the food, it must be thrown away. This manager didn't do this. However I think she place it back in heat area.

Every time I come here I never get a receipt where I get a breakdown of what I am being charged for. Good food but starting to question their business. I come here pretty often and I noticed they only give me a receipt that shows a total the amount I agree to pay. But never give me a receipt of the breakdown of what was charged and since I don’t have that receipt how can I do a survey. As a business they should have good practice to give a consumer their original receipt. I ask my self why aren’t they giving me the original receipt what is it that they are not showing me and what exactly am I getting charged for. If I go back and it continues I will contact the better business offices.

Ordered a chicken sandwich, and when I flipped it over halfway through eating I saw that they had sneakily used a moldy bottom bun, hoping I would not see it. Sickening.

It was the worse chicken I ever had , they just fried the pieces with no flavor, and then it was bloody. I threw it away never will go back and spend quite a bit of expensive compared to kfc chicken. Somebody brought me pollo campestre from el salvador and that us a winner pollo campero is trash

Sorry to say I don't like the chicken or the smell when they're cooking it around the town I work near. The smell of them cooking the chicken makes me and my husband nauseous. Tried the chicken more than 10 years ago and hated it. and it tastes like they marinate it in dish liquid soap. Me and my husband vow never to never eat there again.

Changed my rating. Went there yesterday. Order the food which was kind of greasy. Was asked if I wanted to answer a survey. The waitress or worker then proceeded to grab my receipt and she herself answered the questions! This is unbeknownst to me intil I asked for the survey she asked me to do. No longer a fan!

Trash location they only help you if you’re from El Salvador. Stood in line not one smile and not one person to help me get food. Not hello. No acknowledgment and no help. The supervisor with the employees.

Terrible. Was charged for a large combo without being asked if I wanted it. $8 chicken burrito with maybe a pinch of chicken in it. Customer service is not what it should be. I don't usually write negative reviews but this was too much. Don't recommend and I won't be back. Do better.

I ordered my food 30 minutes before I came to pick it up when I arrived the male manager with glasses told me they were having some issues with the tickets printer so they never got order so I ended up waiting for 15 minutes more for my order so Cause of that I was late for work but all that I guess it was ok but the manager never went the extra mile to made me feel better nop he didn’t apologize or said sorry nothing extra or anything so it’s ok I am never coming back here you can keep your chicken and I will get my money and my business somewhere else bye

I never write reviews, but the food was absolutely horrible. Fried chicken is simple to make, but something about the chicken seasoning tasted foul. It was inedible and i had to throw it away. The bread roll was okay but basic seems store bought and a tiny bit old. The rice was disgusting as well, inedible, plastic-y and like minute rice. The food here is not cheap so i’m highly dissatisfied with the quality of food. I hate to write this review, but i spent money on food and it was just inedible. Never coming back.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I am genuinely stunned by what I experienced at this Pollo Campero and I feel obligated to warn anyone considering eating here. I went in to pick up chicken for my kids. As soon as I got into my car a horrifying sour rotten smell filled the entire vehicle. I have never smelled anything like that coming from chicken in my life and it immediately made me worry about what I was just going to bring home to my kids. Before calling the restaurant I even took a small bite of one piece of chicken to understand what was going on. The piece I tasted was strangely wet in a way that did not feel right especially considering I had bought the meal less than twenty minutes before. Shocked and confused I pulled over and called the restaurant immediately. I explained the smell and the wet texture to Leslie the manager. Instead of concern care or basic professionalism she told me that everything I described was normal. Anyone who has eaten properly prepared chicken knows nothing about what I experienced was normal and hearing a manager dismiss it so casually was alarming. After a long back and forth she finally agreed to refund my meal. What happened next was the part that truly disturbed me. When I returned the chicken I watched her place the foul smelling pieces back on the counter as if they were fine to give to another customer. Even the piece I had taken a bite from was placed right back out in the open. I told her that this felt incredibly unsafe especially because my own family could have eaten it and she still showed no concern at all. She simply ended the conversation and told me we were done. I left feeling sick not just from the smell and the bite I had taken but from the complete disregard for customer safety. I went to this restaurant specifically to support a Central American owned business out of pride and connection and instead I walked away heartbroken and honestly scared for whoever might receive that same chicken next. Based on my experience I would strongly caution anyone from eating here. No customer should ever be treated this way and no family should ever have to question the safety of the food they bring home.

Empanadas are some weird fried and goo centered concoction. I feel I'll after eating it. Would not recommend them. Haven't had the chicken but I don't think I'll be going back there.
