Very good place to cool down in the heat. I personally love the cherry star ice pops. They are wonderful it was my favorite as a child and now it is also my sons favorite treat as well. My husband loves the reeses flavores. So cool that they turn it upside down for you.

They're always nice and friendly. I've only had 2 issues with my orders and they were very quick to fix everything.

Wow, what a great experience I was driving through from Waco to Fort Worth and stopped to get a blizzard and I believe it is the best blizzard I have ever had in my life. The service was friendly and I’m not saying it was just a smile I mean it was friendly. And it was just an overall great experience. I wish place was like that life would be a happier place way to go, Burleson.

Went to the drive through and ordered our food love that place chicken steak, stripes, gravy, mushpotatoes, and Texas toast omg love it my mouth watering. We swing thru for ice cream on the way home regularly. My kids think it's the best DQ. I tend to agree. They have never got our order wrong, and everything always tastes like it should.

I love how friendly our DQ is in Burleson!! They are always so well-mannered and polite. The food has always been great here. Ironically, their taco meal is the best!! Of course we go here for ice cream and blizzards but that's just a given. One of the things that makes this place stand out is having an outdoor play area for the kids. I know a lot of restaurants started getting rid of their playlands and I feel like that's such a disappointing modern change. But this place has somewhere where they can play and even have coloring pages for them to color. Because they have this, I come around a lot more.

Got a family size steak finger basket two dipped cones and two drinks all for under 40 bucks. Food was very good and we even had some steak fingers left over.

Fantastic! They literally will have your food at your table before you sit down (if getting drinks). I never have to show up to an empty counter and search for someone to help. And...wait for it...THEY DON'T CONFISCATE COUPONS UNTIL THEY EXPIRE!!! Actually, my experience has been that they even let you use them the day after they expire. I hope I'm not banned for sharing this info. But, I live in SW fort Worth and drive all the way to 174 because this location has good people, good service, and good food.

This 5 star goes out to Aiden! I'm not sure if that's how their name is spelled but my second to last visit here the window worker forgot my blizzard that I was really looking forward to! I just went again tonight and similarly the window worker forgot 2 drinks I ordered! We decided to drive back this time and it was Aiden at the window! They recognized us as regulars to this specific Dq that we've gone to for years! When we told them about the last issue and similar occurrence this time, they corrected it all instantly and did so with the same sweet and respectful demeanor that they always carry when we see them!! This is my absolute favorite Dairy Queen in all of DFW!!! I go to any DQ whenever we’re near one. I LOVE this location due to their cleanliness, the staff and I have never gotten sick from eating the ice cream (yes, that happens to me at OTHER locations and other restaurants, unfortunately!)!! The only downside is the tightness of the entry of the drive thru after the order sign. But y’all are doing awesome!! Thanks a bunch!!

Would of have gave 5 star's because the food we ordered, was Texas DQ Great as usual. But the service was inattentive, to say the least. We had to ask four times to get my daughter's drink, with her meal. By the time she finally received it, we were done eating. Kudos to the manager on duty. She saved them a 3 star rating by bringing my daughter a free blizzard with her drink. 🤙

The food is generally good and fresh. My complaint is more with some employees. I had an excellent experience with the sweet young African American girl with glasses. She was very pleasant. She turned around and asked 2 other employees for help and they both seemed so put out about it. The girl seemed to help but the bigger white bald male who I assume was a manager (who obviously shouldn't be) decided he was going to argue with her. I don't know if he was joking but he wasn't doing anything the ENTIRE time I was there waiting which was only a few minutes but still, even after she asked for help he made excuses so she definitely deserves a promotion- maybe his spot since he doesn't want to work.

We visited here to grab a couple of blizzards. Dairy Queen has always been known for good ice cream products and the blizzards did not disappoint. The inside of the restaurant needs a little cleaning but other than that this is a great place for ice cream.

The staff was so kind ! We love celebrating the little things here with a cherry dipped cone and colorings. He lost his first tooth and we decided to stop by here for a tasty treat. Decent playground too!

Went thru drive thru. Peach cobbler ice cream is good. I've been there twice to get it. 2nd time got one for a friend who also enjoyed it. I've been to DQ several times before, and I was always happy. Been inside un the past and always clean.

I ordered jalitos and got home and could not believe I paid $4.00 for that. That is a kid sized container and it's only half full!!! Compare it to the ranch cup next to it!!! Should of took it back!!!

Fast and friendly service always available at this location. BEWARE the drive thru as it's got a hard 90° turn into it to place your order. Food is done quickly, orders are complete 98% of the time and as expected desserts are served cold not half melted. Parking is scarce.

The food was fairly good. I ordered a salad that came with no dressing, and wasn’t crunchy enough for my taste. It wasn’t bad per se, but not awesome either. However, I did like the place itself. The old pictures hanging on the wall showing history of DQ just captured my heart. The restroom was also clean.

I really do love this place but it's kind of becoming inconvenient to enter the restaurant parking lot later in the day. It's a busy place. The problem is that they have an employee taking drive-thru orders and it blocks entry in one entrance. While yes they have others... it's a bit of an inconvenience.

Had a bad experience with an employee. He was very rude. I talked with the manager on duty and assured me she would have a talk with the young man. He is young so he is still learning. Manager was very kind and apologetic. I had the spicy tenders basket, but could not eat the tenders. They are just not good. Not the employees fault. Just not good quality. Wee have been going to this DQ for 20+ years and will still return.

I just really love the blizzards the rest of the food is alright man . The atmosphere it's like a fast food place dude it's what you'd expect . Service is always good 👍🏽.

Every time we've visited this location, the employees are super helpful and friendly. We decided after a hard practice to treat the kiddos to a dessert 🍨. We enjoyed the cherry-dipped soft serve, chocolate brownie blizzard, and the Heath brownie sundae cup... yummy! Thank you for your kindness, which is usually a hit-n-miss at a fast-food joint. We'll be back again with a larger group, especially with family coming in town soon. 😁

Never went for the food, always dessert, which was always good. Most times they were attentive and took my order right away. Customer service and attitude was always good. There was always this one younger guy that would go above and beyond and talk to the customers and have fun while taking their orders (wish I could remember his name). My only complaint would be the playground. It was usually a mess and I never saw anyone playing because it was a bit of an eye sore and dirty from being outdoors.

Food is good (as fast food goes), albeit a bit overpriced. My main complaint is that the drive-thru has a very tight and awkward junction, and the railings have streak marks that suggest others have had worse trouble with it than I have.

Ordered 2 Hunger Busters w/ cheese, all veggies, dry and fries. Burgers did not have cheese, got mustard and the meat patties were not hot because they were pre cooked soaking in water and slapped on the grill on one side only, evidenced by grill marks on one side. Basically a concession stand burger. We will stick with our usual ice cream cones but will not be eating any meals from there again. Crew needs to pay attention and care about the customer orders.

Teach your new people to "bag" the to go orders. 1 of my steak finger basket was missing 3 fingers. Never had that happen before. The food and ice cream was good.

Usually, great service but tonight drive thru was so unprofessional, kid smacking gum while handing me, my drinks. No yes ma'am, very rude. Also, maybe invest in a new speaker for drive thru as well, it's hard for them to hear anyone's order. Edit to add, different guy walked out to hand my order to me and was super polite.

It's really a funny experience everytime I come here. I ordered food and 2 Blizzards. I was the only car in the line and another never entered the line the entire time I was waiting for my food. After getting up to the window and paying the Blizzards, frozen ice cream, were finished in about 45 seconds which was great! However, after giving me the ice creams right away I was asked to pull around and wait for my food. I figured they were making it fresh which probably was the case because the fries were crispy. But... It took 14 minutes from order to delivery. I've worked fastfood before and I know it takes around 4 minutes for fries to cook and about 6 minutes for a fresh burger to cook so I'm not sure why it took twice that long. It's not a labor shortage because there were a bunch of employees walking around in the store and zero customers. On a side note, the bun on my belt buster was stale and not very appetizing. All the other aspects of the food were good and the customer service wasn't bad, outside of the unusual wait, that's why I'm still giving a 3 star rating. Just a little feedback. If you're making ice cream with food don't give the customer the ice cream and have them wait for 14 minutes to get their food. The Blizzards were almost melted by the time I got home and ate my food.

It would be nice if you could make sure that the order is all correct. My husband ordered and was charged for a bacon cheeseburger combo, he got a plain cheeseburger with only lettuce and mayo, he wanted mustard on it and I tasted the fries you could've at least cooked them all the way also. I'd like for him to at least get a redo combo please.

Been going to this location for 7 years. Never issues, food is always great! Always order the same thing for the family. For the past 2 consecutive times within 10 days order has been wrong, not getting what I ordered and paid for. Don't feel that I want to dig through every item ordered to make sure it is what I for. Seems I am shorted about $6-$7 dollars each time. I understand mistakes every now and then, but consistently in a short period. Unfortunately, it's going to be hard to go back.

I did not come here as a customer I came here to pick up a Door Dash order. The first young lady that acknowledged me was nice and I told here I was there for a Door Dash order, she advised it would be a couple of minutes. As I am waiting I here a lady in the back, I assume a manager going on and on. She was saying things like "I'm only one person." The other workers seemed afraid to let her know what they needed because she was so snappy. The young lady let her know twice that the Door Dash order was here. She told her to give her a minute she was working on it. When it was ready, she slammed the box on the window counter and said loudly "their is your Door Dash order," The young lady was working on another order so the loud lady decided to bag it up. As she handed it to me and I took my picture of the receipt. I softly asked (because I dont talk loud), how much were the ice cream cakes? My grandson's birthday is next week so I was wondering. She said "what?" I asked again a little louder, then she said it depends on the size you want. So, I said ok. Then she said either $29.99 or $39.99, they are all the same price at this location. She was so harsh that I can't recall which price. The store itself was nice, clean, and in order but the working conditions seemed tense. If she was having a bad day, she should have not worked.

Unfortunately, won't be returning to order food. The customer service was good, but the food was not. I had to pull up and wait for my food to be done and it took FOREVER. To their credit I received a BOGO blizzard card. I figured waiting for fresh food was probably a good thing, but I was wrong. My steak fingers were definitely NOT fresh and quite frankly weren't even warm. I ended up throwing everything away because it just didn't taste right.

Waaaaay over priced compared to other dairy queens ive been to in my life. Ordered 2 thinks and its almost 30 bucks. Never again will i come to this location. Way too greedy here!!!!! Red Robin is cheaper. Staff was nice.

Very nasty & disrespectful. We grew up loving Dairy Queen. Traveling all over the US, and stopping at several locations along the way is nice. So we love visiting the Burleson, TX location. The guy was so disrespectful. I was a little confused about what I wanted & my sister had to change our order. When we got to the window he had left off her order. He became a little upset, so we knew he had done it on purpose. The young lady at the window was kind, she didn't charge my Sister. If you don't feel like serving, go home. I may not visit that location again.

I got my order wrong twice in a row. Both times I went, I asked for no cheese, but they put it on there anyway. Blizzard was good, though, so I’ll give them that.

When I visit my mother she often wants me to pick her up some chicken n' dumplings, so sometimes I'll get a steak finger basket and eat with her. Three of the last four times over the last seven or eight months, my steak fingers seemed like they had been cooked and sitting around for hours before I ate them. Gross. I'll still go back to get food for my mom, but I won't be ordering anything for myself. The fries are also pretty terrible. They used to be good. Edit - things would be better now, but the last two steak finger baskets I got, the steak fingers were full of gristle. Disgusting. Maybe half of each steak finger was edible. The first time might have been a fluke. The second time, though? Weeks apart? Done with this place.

Wow! Normally, this is a great place to drive through and get food. Today was different. The girl didn’t even acknowledge me. Didn’t even say thank you not one word besides the price and just handed me my items without even smiling. Hell sometimes I don’t wanna smile either but you have to if you work in the service industry, you could at least said thank you lady! This happened February 11 around 12:45 PM

The girl was very nice but NOTHING was right and the girl handing them things out the window was NOT friendly. I had to go thru twice to get my full order and the $5 icecream was not even filled to top. Just over all annoying experience.

First off let’s start by saying how fast I got my order! As soon as I drive up at the pay window my food ready. I mean ion wanna wait too long for fast food but Uhmm can it be cooked to order? Secondly I asked for a number two burger with mayo and all the veggies and only got meat and bread and some bacon that wasn’t even cooked all the way. NEVER AGAIN !!

I ordered a number 1 with onion rings and said I got a number one with french fries I ordered a large unsweet tea with two sweet and lows I got a large unsweet tea no Sweet overall very bad experience all the food was cold and the tomatoes looked like they were sitting our since yesterday. I'm giving you a rating of one only because there is nothing lower.

Was rushed through my drive thru order. Checked my order before I left. It was missing food. When I went in I was not happy with service received from Robert the shift leader on duty. When I called store to ask for a district manager phone number was told there was not one and to call store manager in the morning. Two nights in a row my order was wrong!!

Can't really say I dined in since I didn't finish my food. Left and took a 35$ loss and got real food. McDonald's taste better! They playground was dirty and falling apart. So I couldn't let my kids play which is why I went in the first place. The cook forgot my cheese then I got it he put my whole burger in the microwave to melt the cheese! I didn't ask for that. Ever microwave lettuce?? It was HORRIBLE. Took my boys to the bathroom and the floor was covered in urine!! I will never go to another DQ again.

We ordered through the drive through with 5 car ahead of us. It literally took us 15 minutes to get to the window to pick up our two blizzard’s which by this time was more melted than a thin milkshake. Upon complaining to the girl at the window she stay there was nothing she could do about it.

It has been brought to my attention that some of the employees are spitting in my milkshakes. I actually witnessed the young man taking orders at drive thru getting rebuked for not passing on the spit order. I can give more details if there is any interest in resolving this matter. Love the product, can't deal with the hate. I was told on this forum by someone from DQ to contact the manager of that particular store. I did. It was pretty obvious that the manager I talked to was aware of what had been going on and was in agreement that this conduct was acceptable. I was told she knew about it as do many other local fast food managers. She never called me back as she said she would. From my research and talking to people the practice of spitting in food is a regular practice in the fast food industry.

I had lunch today at Dairy Queen on Wilshire...their Tacos are OUTSTANDING!! sooo much meat and fillings that you end up with Taco salad when you finish your tacos. I had not been to Dairy Queen for years. I will not be a stranger. They have Taco Tuesday also at a special price. Their burgers are really good too. I will be going back..for sure. Great Lunch today! I found MY FAVORITE HAMBURGER at Dairy Queen..the All American with all the goodies!! Also..they wear masks..it's clean and Dine In is open with social distancing. Due to a manager named Christine at the Burleson, TX location, I am rufusd services from using legitimate, legal coupons that had no expiration date. I have had no problems with any other staff except for this one person, but I am very disappointed to encounter such a rude individual that refuses services due to personal feelings about these coupons. Many friends, family and kiddos have also used these coupons. Each time they were used while she was there, they were scoffed at and were always presented with a unsavory comment.

The men’s bathroom doesn’t lock and I accidentally walked into someone doing their business! I didn’t check the girls bathroom but I wouldn’t recommend anyone using them until they fix it!

Last night, My mother went to this establishment to get my sister and I some ice cream. After purchasing them, my sister's ice cream had a nut in it while the ice cream was an only chocolate flavored treat. She later on got a severe allergic reaction which almost costed us a trip to the hospital. Definetly cross contamination and they should check on what they put in their food!

They always extra here, group of white ladies and teens, if you ask for anything extra, it’s almost like they purposely dont do it and have an attitude. Just drive to Alvaredo if you want hassle free dining/fast food. Been like this for last 3 years, lord forbid you ask for extra onions, get home and have no onions. Eat here 4 times a week, never had my order right. Drive further for peace of mind. The culture at this store sucks. They always stare and snicker behind the glass. Tired of this store.

So the meal was terrible the steak fingers were cold and the toast was bread. Also, the soda was not properly carbonated and there was more carbonation then soda. Honestly they didn't fix the coke and the Dr. Pepper. The only enjoyable thing was the sundae. Never coming again.

This happened 6/4/24 around 615 pm. Drive thru order was wrong. The crew at the window was clearly irritated but agreed to remake it. The manager brought out the new burgers, but one of them had NO meat. When brought to the managers attention, she laughed. She then took it to the kitchen window and had a giggle filled conversation with the girl on the grill. Even when the manager brought me the burger, she was less than apologetic. She laughed some more, handed me 2 coupons for mini blizzards and said "sorry but we are training tonight for a new store". My original plan was to purchase a regular size blizzard. I went to Freddy's for a sundae. Also, that is where I will be going for my next burger.

Not sure what happened to this DQ. We are regular blizzard purchasers. All four blizzards were apathetic at best. Typically blizzards are brought out and presented in an upside fashion this didn’t happen and three of the four had whip cream on them. Since when did whip cream accompany a blizzard? No one asked us if we wanted whip cream when we placed our order. That being said when asked why it wasn’t mixed all the way and if I could get a little more strawberry and chocolate to mix in the vanilla, I was informed by the 18 yo manager she made it according to the company standard. If this is the new standard then we won’t be back. All 4 of the blizzards were poorly mixed with vanilla ice cream on the bottom 1/2 of the cup and the amount of toppings was slim pickings. The atmosphere seemed tense as the two workers at the front were polite to use when we ordered. There were no paper towels in the men’s restroom.

The food was not cooked and you don't order and your food gets to the table before you even get your drinks! The younger staff don't care for the customer's, you need to cook your food before serving it. Would not recommend this place because you could get very sick from uncooked food.

My husband went to order a meal. The first hamburger had cheese and tomatoes. No problem went inside to correct. Back in car realizes there is no bacon. Employee is what now? Fixes and gives bag back with an attitude. First ever experience here of terrible customer service.

Management is EXTREMELY unprofessional. The kids pretty much runs the establishment. Trying to speak with a manager is next to impossible. Quality of the food could be better if the kids making it wasn't so disrespectful and clueless to what their customers actually wants. As nasty as the store be I wouldn't eat from here anymore anyways. It's the things the public don't see that keeps them coming back. If they only knew just how nasty and roach infested this place is, trust me they wouldn't be in business at all.

I don’t expect high-quality food from a fast food place but this is probably the worst I’ve ever seen fast food.. don’t get me started on the smell! 🤮 By the way, that’s supposed to be a chicken sandwich. I called the location and they told me that I would need to drive up there after I’ve already paid Uber fees to have this delivered. Should be 0 stars on everything. First off i ordered same thing ive ordered for years.. chicken basket no fries extra toast ( sub fries for extra toast). The young man said we don't substitute. I said fine no fries extra toast. I don't want fries. Well, I pay they pull me over saying waiting on food. ( well that's a lie) after 8-10 mins its finally brought to the car. The girl said " You were mean to the guy taking your order, and hes new and in training". I said how was i to know that and I don't think I was mean. I said fine don't sub just don't put fries in there and give me extra toast. Its never been a issue for years.. this again kept saying how "mean" I was. Like geez get a grip. I wasn't mean she took it that way. Now we got home with food ( remember waited 8-10 minutes. Expected fresh food. NOPE. Not even hot. Look dehydrated and old. So my opinion is they pulled me over just so this girl could come out and tell me how mean and rude I was. Look her little girl I have 25 yrs in customer service andnu never talk to customers like that for no reason. Yall need mature people to handle issues not teenagers.

Went in, couldn't understand the guy at the counter. He talked so fast; not sure if he needs to be an auctioneer or what. Food was bland. I get it is fast food. But it was literally thrown together (falling apart burger) missing item from order due to being too rushed. Had to go back 3 times for fixes. Not coming back to this location!
