Came in around 9pm. Sat down and the yelling from the manager to her employees made our meal completely unenjoyable. The complete lack of professionalism was ridiculous.

Incompetent people work here!. I order the simplest items; with no substitutes and they always seem to make it wrong! Every. Single. Time.

We stopped for lunch on our way home from a weekend trip. We used the drive thru, what a big mistake. We ordered and sat in line for no lie 5 minutes. After we received our food we parked in the lot. My wife and I both got the burgers. We each took a bite and remarked they were the worst burgers we've ever had. The buns were dry. The meat was paper thin and super dry. They had to be sitting for a long time. We threw the burgers out and stopped at another place. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

This is the worse McDonald's around. Prices are almost double the McDonald's one town over. Orders constantly screwed up, and attitudes on a regular from the employees. Orders made cold and served while the customer waits for "fresh food". Sandwiches made without major key ingredients like a steak egg and cheese coming out without a egg on it. Told to go to Dunkin for my sandwich and after contacting management and the owners of the location, nothing ever changes. And don't even try to pay for your breakfast with a $100 bill or they'll deny you and say they still have their morning draw and can't break a $100. Go to Catskill McDonald's instead of Cairo. Foods always hot and nearly half the price, and a much better environment. Wish I could give the Cairo location a less then 1* rating

Waited 15 minutes for my mobile order the fries weren’t done nor were they warm and left half my order out do not recommend

So decided to give this location a try. Big mistake. The food tasted old and overly greasy my Big Mac and fries were barely warm, and the whole meal just felt off. Within a couple of hours both my partner and I felt really sick to our stomachs and paid the price in the bathroom. Definitely not what I expected

Not one to complain and typically will let it go when the order is messed up and just ask for it to be remade but to be given dirty looks by the girl who made the order wrong in the first place after she re makes the food is not only unprofessional but down right rude.

Was left sitting at the drive-thru for 3 min. Finally, someone came said "be with you in a min." Sat, no 1 else there for about 7. Min. Some1 pulled up in the other lane and got their order taken right away while I was ignored. I'll just go to bk down the st from now on.

I started eating a Mc chicken tasted off. After a few bites opened the sandwich to find rotten lettuce. Also my fries were very very under filled, like half full.

Hair on my boyfriends burger .. yuck . Cold fries, and quarter pounders. I read the other reviews before coming but gave it a chance.. manager doesn’t seem to mind giving old food seeings she’s the one who served me.

I can understand having a Spanish menu if we were in a Southern state, but we are in a Northern State and yet have Spanish, what about the French Canadians.... playing out an agenda....
