I've stopped at this location a few times. Each visit the staff has been friendly and quick to serve. The inside dinning is a little small but has been clean when I've ordered. Thank you, to staff at this Arby's Location.

Super clean location friendly cashier in good food we got the meat and three bucks lots of food

I was here in the drive thru right at 10am and the young man that took our order was amazing!! Took our order and got everything correct!! Sandwiches and fries were fresh and so good also. I didn't get the young man's name but he deserves such praise.

Last week someone made a mistake on our order and we didn't discover it until we got home, so we called the restaurant to let them know. The manager told us she would take our name down so that she could replace our meal next time we came in. Tonight we went to get our meal and Anthony was at the drive through. He was great. He apologized for the mistake, although it wasn't him that made the mistake last week, and greeted us with a smile, and a friendly attitude. Thank you Anthony. We very much appreciate it. 👏🏽

Another fast food variation . Seeing as it's not a burger or taco it's pretty tasty. Menu has expanded quite a bit. Well beyond their signature burger. My only gripe is prices. To feed our family of four it's in the fifty dollar range. And that's with an entree each, a beverage and maybe fries. At least the food is consistently good.

Very tight uncomfortable seating, the customer service was not the thought of the employees however there were only two of them working and they got slammed with about 10 pickup orders all at once. They were going as fast as they could, but it still took about 15 minutes to get a two sandwich order. I will visit again hopefully on the less busy day.

Very Expensive. Brisket sandwich looked like a kid's meal but tasted good.. Old Brown lil piece of lettuce ,teeny tiny tomato,wheat bread a lil hard on turkey sandwich.Potato cakes were excellent!I guess we won't go to another Arby's for five more years.Disappointing!

Food was just okay and pretty pricey. But I think the manager needs to talk to there employees about texting when working around customers. Walked in and the cashier was texting on his phone which already sets a tone. Also took them awhile to make our food. They are not very fast at all. Unfortunately I think the days of good customer service is over and the new generation is proving it.

Pretty slow service for the drive-through. Had to park out front & wait. I've ordered the Reuben sandwich before and there was a decent amount of meat, but today there was barely any meat & got 3 bites of gristle which ruined it for me!

This Arby's outsources taking your order to a call center in Pakistan. Ordered for two people, and had to repeat my order 4 whole times. Once I drove up to the window, I learned my order was incorrectly taken. After correcting my order, I was told unprompted by the employee at the window that my order wasn't taken by an employee inside the store. It was taken by a call center located in Pakistan, which explains why my order wasn't even close to being correct. I wish I were joking. Do you know what makes people more rude in addition to being hungry? Needing to repeat their order 4 times and still not having it understood correctly. Call centers have ZERO business replacing a local interaction with a local business done in person. Aside from that, the food was okay, but I wasn't given the sauce for my French Dip sandwich, nor was I given double meat as asked (and charged) for. What little meat it did have was cut super thick and wasn't warm when I received it. All of the rest of the food was good, barring those things. I was super excited to see an Arby's that is 24 hours, those don't exist near me. The outside of the restaurant was very well-kept and clean, as was the drive-thru. It's a damn shame; if it weren't for the call center thing, I would be willing to come back to try it again.

Arby's used to be a favorite. I ordered the chicken wrap "snack" and smile fries. $13. I get the raise in pricing, off the quality is there. It wasn't wrapped, fell apart, had the largest glob of honey mustard sauce and wilted lettuce. Fries were ok

Good food everytime but man, not a place you can go on a budget! So expensive and honestly, you can get a sandwich at a sit down restaurant for about the same price. Don't even think about getting the meal, unless you've got money to spare! Was also disappointed the milkshake machine was "down" at like 2:00 in the afternoon. Still, good food, great curly fries, great roast beef sandwiches. Will be back, but not often!

Saw a special on the Arby's website for beef& cheddar sandwiches also a couple of other sandwiches on sale so we headed over to Arby's to get some food at a reasonable price. We ordered and we're told it's a hundred and thirty four dollars so we get to the window and we're told you have to order online to get the sale prices. We didn't see anywhere where it said you must order online. So buyer beware

Ordered a beef and cheddar and they had to be playing a joke on me because there was no cheddar sauce. Very lazy service and I don’t think I’ll be coming here anymore. This location is the worst Arbys I have ever had.

The roast beef sandwich was barely warm and should have been hot. Worried about food poisoning. Drive through windows are extremely dirty. Wondering how clean is the food prep area? Service person was really nice though.

I had to redo my review because personal names were used....my bad. The food is OK here and I really like the reuben sandwich. However I rarely go to this location because the franchise owner chooses not to participate in some of the advertised specials or promotions that Arby's offer due to food cost. I understand a restaurant wants to make a profit but it drags Arby's name down when they advertise and promotions aren't honored.

I wish I could share pictures of the mess we received. The mayo was all over the place, the lettuce was old and wilted. Fries were over cooked. No ice in our drinks!!! I did send pictures to the corporate office.

This Arby's cannot get a damn thing right. Wring food, incorrect portions, no cheese on things that are to have it on it, no sauces and staff that have no concept of doing anything right. I hope this location closes and we get a good fast food restaurant that takes pride in what they do

The staff wasn't that friendly. They mostly stood around talking to one another. The chicken ranch sandwich was awful The chicken strips on it were burnt..I've never seen tenders so dry before. The turkey sandwich was also dry & our curly fries were cold as if they sat for awhile. I ended up not eating However my brother had the Arby's melt and he ended up sick on the toilet for hours. Pls forgive me for being graphic. I was very disappointed, because I was excited to see there is an Arby's in the area. I'd recommend someone from management to take a closer look & train them properly or better supervision. I'd like to revisit in the future in hopes of a better experience. Reason for 1⭐️ is because I couldn't write a review without it. Yes, it's that bad.

We ordered 2 large fish and 2 small fish sandwiches. Got home to find out that there were no fish filets in buns, just tomato and cheese! We live too far to return them. Money wasted.Thanks Arby's !!

Pay attention to the customer, stop pinching pennies the dollars will not come if you do senior managers get with it ! This is not a hardware store! My first Arby's was Denver 1972 delicious what has happened ?

First I have to say I am shocked to see good reviews. Tonight was the 4th time I’ve eaten here and every time the food has been cold. I just don’t get it. I will say this, food poisoning is most commonly spread in ready to eat foods that are held in the danger zone. It’s a matter of time. I think they need a visit from the health dept to check compliance. At first I thought maybe they were struggling with staffing but it’s consistently the same.

Only 2 staff were working and the wait was exceptionally long. I only ordered a turkey sandwich (which was great). However, I waited 10 minutes for it, despite there only being 2 customers ahead of me. The women's bathroom was out of order. The men's bathroom was disgusting and had no paper towels.

Freaking blaring mexican music in the kitchen and hip hop blaring in the dining area! Before you appollogize, you at this store need to make changes! Floors dirty and overpriced, Arby's roast beef classic was cold! My sister got sick immediately in bathroom. Won't be back!

I did a mobile order and once I got home to Beaumont realized it was completely wrong. I tried to contact restaurant and no one answered, e mailed and same response.

They had every customer pull into the parking lot to wait for their food instead of just having them wait in the drive thru lane like a normal fast food restaurant. Poor guy spent all his time running back and forth from the restaurant to the cars. Also, the quality falls pretty short of those prices. I’ll pass.

Bug crawling across the floor of a nearly empty Arby's while I waited for a forgotten order while the manager begged his crew to finish a drive through order. When I finally received my order due to the manager trying his best, the ketchup pump was broken and the fries were clearly the end of the basket. Sad experience--felt like I wasted my money

Just went through drive thru and the order is completely wrong. I ordered a French dip meal. But when I got home I realized the receipt said it was a turkey Swiss meal, but they actually gave me a turkey bacon ranch meal. The fries were reheated. I know this because I worked in fast food for my first job and know what reheated fries look and taste like.

I went to try these new steak bites and I was so disappointed. I got a 5 PC and when I opened it I was stocked with what I received. I will never buy this again they are not even not that great.I will be posting a pic of what I received on this review.

I love sauce, but this was even too much for me. The tomatoes were also soggy from the amount of sauce. I took the 3 or 4 nuggets out, wiped off the gobs of extra sauce and ate them. I was expecting a spicy chicken sandwich patty not smothered nuggets. I am not a picky person but this was appallingly bad.

I never had roast beef from arbys that was hard crunchy shredded and dark like this . I wasted time gas and money and risked being sick after I asked if my order can be made fresh and I’d be happy to wait longer if I need to. No one was in line when I got there . I’d be very careful after seeing this on getting sick!!!

That dollar amount is not a lot but looking at what you receive for that it seems pricey (a few chicken strips=$5, French fries=$5 and a large drink=$2.50). Seems like a bad value to me. I was initially very happy to hear that an Arby's was coming to the area. I've been here a few times and every time there is a long wait for the food. This last time in the drive-thru, we were asked to park in front while they prepared our drinks (something about the machine needed changing). Okay, I get that things take time to do but we sat out in front for almost 20 minutes. In that time, multiple cars came and went through the drive-thru as did many people inside. I honestly think that they forgot about us and only realized it after that long. This place is just managed poorly. Don't think I will eat here again.
