I have gone to Bakers since I was a kid and I wanna support a local business, especially with all these corporations coming to town, but every time I come here and get a breakfast meal with a coffee, the coffee is practically water. I'm not sure if they are reusing the filters or what but you can literally see to the bottom of the cup. This isn't a one off instance, this has happened multiple times. Hate to leave comments like this for a small business but it sucks when I'm on my way to work and don't have time to turn around and ask for a new cup of coffee.

I've heard a lot about this place. But wasn't impressed. Food service was ok. Order was wrong and it was ok tasting. Probably won't go back. And this picture I am sharing is the prize for the kids meal... Christmas Stickers..

Order a Taco Burger no combo. Paid extra for extra meat, extra cheese, extra onions, extra red sauce, pickles, mustard and no tomatoe. Cost almost $9.00 bucks for what yummy fat Taco Burger. When i received it. The only thing they got right was the no tomatoe. When I should the female employee she said that is their Taco Burger with all the extra stuff. She said she can remake it but it will look the same. I took pics but I don't see anywhere to upload them.

Very disappointed. I ordered a sausage burrito which was made of 70% tortilla, 20% egg, 5% sausage and 5% cheese. It was the smallest burrito with the largest tortilla. I also ordered a chorizo and egg taco which was mostly tater tots inside. The person preparing the food need to be retrained on how to make food as to what this business advertises. Photo is of left over tortilla which I ate the majority of.

Dirty location. All tables had trash on them, workers just standing in the back with zero customers present for quite a while. Parking lot full of trash and restrooms had no paper towels or seat protectors.

Updates came back one more time to see maybe they changed no they didnt 20 plus minutes like this is ridiculous 4 people working and management hasn't done anything like why should I even order through the app I have worked in fast food and this is literally the slowest ive ever seen 2 people talking at the window and everyone taking there time no rush just kinda taking there time 1 person was just standing around Update: came back to tey again and they havent changed i ordered at 1205 and its been 25 plus minutes for 3 cars and they haven't sped up anything if anything its been slowed down like they dont seem to care about customers they dont like feedback so clearly this place has lost business i mean one car took 10 minutes they didnt move them along if they ordered alot they just keep forming a line like the employees seem to only be able to hand 1 car in line and as soon as it hits 3 it takes 25 minutes like im just done i love bakers but this place is awful then when I got up to the window they didnt have the right order This place dosent know how to move people along there allowing people who ordered alot if food to stay in the line instead of moving them to the front of the store like they are creating a line it was a 10 minute plus wait for one car update I came back and the people working decided to form a line all due to the fact they won't move people to pickup the rest of there order inside I ordered ahead and yet waited 15 minutes to just pick up my food

I want to start off by saying how much I love Bakers as I have grown up eating it all my life and so have my children. This kind of review really bothers my because I have tried many times to give this location a chance and when I do I spend $50 or more ( we have a large family) only to deal with rude customer service from the staff and food that is cold, stale and not made right. Today my family decided to have bakers so my daughter and I went through drive through and ordered over $50 in food and had asked for our frynormous to be fresh. We get told sure no problem and when we get home you can tell they took fries that had been sitting and put them back in the fryer for a few minutes just to make the appear freshly fried. Not to mention my burgers were all stale and cold too. It's such a shame they are tarnishing the Bakers name. I will have to start driving a little further to get good proper bakers food.

When I first got my order from the drive-through, I couldn’t figure out why the top of my cup looked like a straw had already been poked through it, I had to look in the soda to make sure nobody had put anything in it. Once I tasted the soda, I realized that most of the ice was already melted into it. What they had done is that they got a soda back from a different customer that probably received the wrong drink, They let the soda sit there until they could give it to another customer and it had sat there at least 10 minutes if not more. I remember the owner being super cheap, but I’ve never experienced something so gross from this place. Along with that, my fries were super cold. This place was so good when I was a kid, and now it’s garbage. Very unfortunate.

Served me a cold burger. How nasty. I’m actually shocked that the cooks thought this was acceptable to serve. Do better.

$6.24 for a burger with old cold patties, I asked if I could have one made. I was given an even colder one. I did hear the Woman that was preparing the burgers ask the manager if she should keep using the old patties, and he told her yes. I’ve been eating Bakers since I was a kid, it has Definitely gone downhill. It used to be fresh. If I wanted a burger that was being kept in a food warmer because someone cooked too many patties, I would’ve just went to McDonald’s, and over paid there instead. I don’t think it was the cooks fault. I would say it was a bad management decision. But hey on the brighter side of things there was a man there with his dog I gave the burger to the dog. I didn’t even have to worry about the dogs mouth get burned YIPPEE!!
