Highly recommend the bottarga and Saltimbocca, the best I’ve ever had outside of Italy. Impeccable service and truly amazing wine list, very good suggestions. We had such a stunning time here.

Quality ingredients. Authentic Italian food. Good price. - Small family run business. - Clean and hygienic restaurant. - Fresh, high quality ingredients. - Food is seasoned and cooked well very tasty! - Unique pepperoni. - Small menu which allows all items to be cooked to a high standard. - Good beverage selection. - Digital menu keeps things cleaner! - Italian items for sale to take home. Absolutely loved this little gem whilst visiting Cambridge! If you are there for a short while, Tradizioni is a must. Book in advance if going for dinner as it gets busy.

We read online that Tradizioni were prepared and catered for coeliacs and we were not disappointed. The staff explained in detail how everything is prepared and all items on the menu are available gluten free. We had the carbona as our mains and I would have to say that it was probably the best I have had outside of Italy. Fantastic food, Fantastic staff and all very reasonably priced. We will definitely be going back again.

Great experience, very welcoming upon arrival, lovely atmosphere with a real Italian owner. Very friendly and accommodating for dietary requirements. Would come here again.

We enjoyed a wonderful evening at an incredible authentic Italian restaurant in the heart of Cambridge last night. Andrea's hospitality and friendliness made the experience even better. We'll definitely return on our next visit to Cambridge and highly recommend this place!

Tried their pesto and margherita pizza and both were delicious. Update: I went back and tried their antipasto, greek salad and spinach pizza this time. It didn't disappoint. They have renovated since the last time I went. I find the black and modern aesthetic a little bit emotionless but really clean. I guess I miss the rustic feel. Service is always wonderful.

It’s my second visit and the food is as good as the first one. We ordered Garlic Pizza as the starter, Seafood Pasta and Mamma Pasta. We were too full to order the dessert.

No visit to Cambridge is complete without a visit to Tradizioni. The pesto pasta is just fantastico. The staff are always great.

Took my old boy for a lobster big 30. Loved every second of it. Struggled a little bit eating at times but gave it his best as wor Jaye always does so proud of him ❤️

I loved it! The staff is amazing, everyone very helpfull and polite. They served me water in the beginning. The food was delicious and came really fast.

Excellent little spot. My wife and I were in Cambridge for the weekend and came across this jewel of a place. Hands down the best pasta/ pizza dish I have had in a long while and at a good price point. The service was excellent, the environment was relaxed yet vibrant and the people who work there are are extremely polite, sociable and friendly. please do yourselves a favour and visit

We had a fantastic dinner here! We ordered the seafood pasta, grilled sea bass, and a pizza — everything was absolutely delicious, fresh, and full of flavour. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place — we’ll definitely be back!

Stopped in for lunch and was really impressed with the quality of the food. There were excellent vegetarian choices and the portion was generous. I felt very welcome and, with the reduced traffic on the road, sitting outside was very pleasant.

Owner got me feeling like I’m part of the family. Respect always reciprocated, even if it isn’t- the owner always remain a professional, seen a couple people make trouble; situation handled swiftly. Food, very nice and the square pizza was definitely note worthy, even managed to squeeze in a free Sprite so no complaints from me.

Delicious lunch here with my elderly father yesterday. We had steak and sea bass accompanied with chips and grilled vegetables. Both had tiramisu for dessert and a limoncello was given on the house. Very polite and friendly service in a nice environment. Highly recommended. Thank you

If I could give the service 7 stars I would! Had a rather unpleasant experience in a nearby cocktail bar so came across the road hoping for better……and WOW we found it!! Lovely lovely staff, kind, funny and very helpful. Great atmosphere with a warm homely buzz about it - livened up by an excellent negronis and topped off by perfectly judged food made from high quality ingredients. Needless to say - we’ll come here next time without the detour!

A solid choice for dinner with friends. The menu offers good variety, and the pasta I ordered was cooked perfectly al dente. Service was friendly and relaxed.

A wonderful birthday celebration event for 12 at Tradizione. I would like to thank the owner Andrea for being such a warm and friendly host who helped to make it such a memorable and special evening. The service and staff were all excellent. The menu accommodated gluten free, vegan and vegetarian options so everyone could relax and enjoy a tasty meal at a reasonable price. We went to Tradizioni for our anniversary dinner and were made to feel very welcome. The food was great - we had some delicious pasta dishes, which came as generous portions. The staff were friendly and the manager really made the evening feel like a celebration. Grazie mille Tradizioni!

Beautiful place, my partner’s favourite! We’ve become regular diners here, and they always deliver! Great portion size for the price, well made, and nicely atmospheric as a modern dining experience. Matteo, our waiter, was perfectly attentive and personable, would definitely recommend to anyone.

What a gem! Such lovely staff, could not do enough to make our night special. The food was delicious and really decent portions. I typically avoid Italian restaurants due to the lack of vegan options, but there are so many options here! And all innovative and exciting. I will absolutely be returning.

My Gluten sensitive husband and I had a lovely meal here, curated with great care and sensitivity by Andrea. The perfect wine was chosen, a made to order pizza arrived and we were left to enjoy our meal surrounded by beautiful artwork adorning the walls. This place doesn't seem like a business. Its where Andrea does what he loves best - creating and serving lovely food in a warm and welcoming haven.

I have been back with my family after a long time. What a place it has become! Tasteful decor, candlelights and friendly service. We ate a very abundant ravioli with lobster which was amazing! We also had the T-Bone steak cooked to perfection and chocolate fondant to die for. The owner, Andrea,helped us choosing a delicious white wine which matched the lobster beautifully. The food was great, the service attentive and discreet all for a more than reasonable price. Thai independent restaurant is a gem in the Mill Road area. Highly recommended

We used to celebrate special occasions with friends at Tradizione’s previous location, and it was always a highlight. Andrea and his team create such a genuine, welcoming atmosphere that we always felt like family. The Mill Road location is fantastic, and the menu is delicious. Highly recommended for both solo meals and small groups.

Wonderful restaurant! We had dinner at Tradizioni and the food was delicious and incredibly well presented. The portions were generous too! The atmosphere was cosy and welcoming, and the staff were very attentive and friendly. A special thank you to José, who served us and gifted us with his wit and top menu suggestions! Will definitely return to this Italian gem in Cambridge.

Fantastic find. Struggled to find an authentic Italian but so happy we found this place. Food was absolutely brilliant, and the service was great too, our waiter was fab. He was very friendly and hospitable as well as being very attentive. (sorry can’t remember his name). Can recommend the Andrea pizza and the carbonara, made the proper authentic way!

We had a great dinner experience at Tradizioni. Andrea serves his food with passion and authencity. He ensured our food are of high quality and fresh. We enjoyed our dinner and engaging with Andrea. We would come to dine here in our next visit to Cambridge.

(Ordered for Takeaway from JustEat) Vegan Options? Yes! TL;DR - Last Paragraph Being vegan, my usual go-to are the Vegan Pesto Pizza (with Cherry Tomatoes & Mushrooms) and Vegan Mix Pizza (with Courgette, Olives, Mushrooms, Aubergine), both are vegan [Half for £8.00, Whole for £14.00]. I love their sweet and tangy tomato base sauce. The vegetable toppings are always fresh, sweet and well-seasoned. The vegan pesto adds a refreshing peppery taste to the pizza. Their pizza dough is not as thin based as what I usually prefer, but the thickness of the dough is just right with the chewy and fluffy quality it has to it. Something about their dough – that to me is like a mix between focaccia (which they do as well!) and pizza dough quality – which I like. Although, the last time I ordered it for takeaway – it was a bit too oily… not too sure it was olive oil drizzled on after it was baked or if it’s from the dough itself. Still, fresh and generous toppings. Their pastas are alright, nothing to shout about (and a bit overpriced in my opinion) especially if you are just ordering the vegan options (tomato based). Once, I also ordered the Bruschetta [£4 for 4 slices] variety, thankfully their service is great as usual as they gave me 4 vegan options (I ordered via JustEat). All 4 options were delicious! Generously topped with fesh tomatoes, rich mushroom, hummus and tasty artichokes respectively. All in all, I frequent at Trattoria (mostly Takeaway, never dined in before) and definitely recommend Trattoria for tasty and cheap pizza (and focaccia!) that is substantial and generous with fresh toppings.

The waitress was lovely and had some nice wine here a few weeks back. But food wise this was not for me, I found everything to be really average tasting, to my mind it tasted the same as a tesco/coop etc supermarket pasta. Carbonara is made with cream, so if that floats you boat, try it. Not for me though. I'd recommend Maurizio just down the road for good Italian food.

Not the best, pasta was overcooked, they put cheese on a vegan dish, and generally the vibe was pretty sombre -waitress was very pleasant, seemed like she eas new but she srved us well with a smile and was extremely apologetic about the cheese, although obviously it wasnt her fault in any way.

Don’t order from here ! We ordered pizza and was cold and did not taste good at all , Lasagna was miserable, please see the picture and judge yourself
