It looks like a tiny hole in the wall from the outside, but it's very quaint inside and the pizza is amazing. It's about an hour away from where I live; whenever I'm remotely in the area, I'll always get dinner here. Every pizza I've ever ordered (garlic, pepperoni, white, sausage with veggies) has been perfect and tastes delicious. It's by far the best pizza I've ever eaten, I wish it wasn't so far away! Also, their deep-fried raspberry cheesecake rolls are sooo good.

They make the best Buffalo chicken sub around. Hubby and I can only eat a half size. Our server was awesome and very friendly. They also make a great pizza. I highly recommend this place.

We ordered for the first time today and the pizza was fantastic. It appears that we have a new pizza favorite here in Camden. We highly recommend them.

I've eaten from Pizza Plus since she opened it in 1997 and I've never had a problem with food or service! And now I've worked here for a year and a half and its the best job I've ever had! I've always said its the best pizza in town! And now I try to provide food and service like I've received since I was a little kid!!

First time ordering and it was so good everything was done perfect!! Will definitely be ordering again, the only issue was the girl screaming “ what’s their problem “ in the background when we called in to see if we missed the Delivery driver!

Last time i was here. There was an awesome chick working and everything was great. That was last year. This year. The salad was good. The wings a little over cooked and the pizza was way under cooked. They put it back in oven and the top was way too cooked but the dough did not look good. They had to cook me another one. Think they need a little more yeast in their dough. I came from Central Square to come out here cause last time it was really good. Re thinking for next time.

So I've eaten here sense I was a young kid with my dad. The in service is great and I never had a problem until we moved. We moved closer to town and suddenly there was a minimum? Not sure why but meh ok whatever. My issue comes with There's a minimum and then a almost 10$ deliver fee? Which is irritating and then the food comes. The pizza is good, little greasy but tasty none the less. The wings are meh 🫤. Could use more sauce Somtimes and less sauce other times. But I'm just confused as to why a minimum was implemented. The people that work there are amazing but the delivery is fkn atrocious. Srly. Order here if u want good food and are willing to go get it. Don't get delivery. It's not worth it.

2nd time in a row pizza order was wrong. Ordered pizza with SAUSAGE, GREEN PEPPERS & ONIONS over the phone, both times made pizza with sausage pepperoni and onions. Both orders I had the girl taking order to read order back to me to confirm. She read back exactly what I ordered but yet the pizzas made were not what ordered. When I call back to tell manager on duty Eathan the issue as simply and nicely I can, the response I received back was they can make me another pizza and I can come pick up or I can have a credit for the toppings that were not correct. I live 20 minutes away and it's not worth the time or effort for me to run back n forth. I asked for a credit in which he couldn't tell me what amount he could offer me for the mix up. Asked for a call back. Eathan states I should get a call back from either him or owner Jenna. Just want results. First time they screwed up order was over $80 and the 2nd time order over 65$. Frustrating with the customer service and product. Hopefully this can be corrected.

I ordered from this place and I had a very bad issue for absolutely no reason. I called an ordered a few subs pizza and some wings the lady that answered the phone was VERY disrespectful and rude cussing at me calling me names while she believed she was on mute, then she proceeded to give me attitude on my order, I have a family of 7 I have to get enough food to feed everyone, so I got 7 subs and a few other things and she was throwing a hissy fit bc of the order size, she also switched my breadsticks with fry’s and forgot my soda. I called back for my soda bc I payed for two litters of soda she gave me attitude and hung up the phone and 30 minutes later it showed up on my doorstep, I don’t recommend this place there service is really bad and the food is honestly not worth it I would rather eat at little Cesar’s than here….

We decided to order wings, and pizza just an hour or so ago. After my 8 year old ate 3 wings my wife realized they were undercooked. So my son already has eaten raw chicken. We call, have the chicken wings swapped out no prob. Not ten minutes later we are called by the manager, and told their return policy requires the majority of the food to be sent back, this was never explained, mind you only 3 wings ( which were eaten by my son RAW) were missing. The employee also informed us we would be required to pay for the wings if we ever wished to order again. We have ordered multiple times from this restaurant however after this ridiculousness we will take our business elsewhere.

Prices are high for no reason. Wing sauce was trash. Pizza was trash & forgot my sauce. They love to claim to not have an online menu but when you type pizza plus on google, an old one literally pops up. Maybe update it?

I feel like even one star is to good. The only good thing they have is price. The manager and the girl taking the order were both very rude. The wings are to hard to chew. My business will be going elsewhere I'm will to pay a higher price to have better quality food and service

46$ for a large pizza and 20 wings. Wouldn't be bad if the pizza wasn't so wet my finger went through the bottom of the box. Pizza about as thin as the box also. Box would probably taste better

Horrible experience the last handful of times ordering... Was hoping the first time it was just busy, but the last four times we have ordered they have given me a 45 minute wait time and order had taken anywheres from hour and ten minutes to an hour and a half, of course food cold . For the prices you would think it would be delivered in a timely manor.

I ordered over $65 worth of food from the place they got here forgot my two liter of soda...which was not the biggest issue all 3 fish frys that were ordered made the 3 that ate it sick.... When I called to speak to someone reguarding the issue THE OWNER CLAIMED THAT I WAS BASICALLY LYING AND BECAME RUDE ON THE PHONE ! SMH I HAVE ORDERED FROM HERE MULTIPLE TIMES .. NEVER A ISSUE BUT THIS TIME WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER !!

Honestly, I wasn’t going to write this, but I’ve been in customer service 30+ years. I’m currently a quality analyst, evaluating and coaching people on their customer service performance. It would go against my principles not to say something. First, I want to make it clear that this post is not about the food. Their food is superior at Pizza Plus! My family has been ordering from them for years, trying much of what’s on the menu, and so far we’ve had absolutely no complaints! I will say that the staff have always been friendly, whether on the phone or in person. However, conversing with the owner is a completely different story. I had a negative experience with her before. She was rude to me on the phone. Knowing that we all have our bad days, I didn’t make a big deal about it, so I didn’t say anything. As always, the food was excellent! Fast forward to roughly 2 weeks ago. I phoned in an order for delivery. The gentleman that took my order was very respectful and courteous. After I gave him my order, he asked if I could hold so he could get the total amount. This is the point where things went downhill. After a minute or 2 the owner picks up and in a loud and frustrated manner she says “yeah, can I help you? I was caught off guard and said that I was just holding for my total. She then proceeded to say “well, you’re gonna have to wait, I’m short staffed, it’s hot in here and I’m trying to keep up.” Then proceeds to put me on hold before I could respond. I couldn’t believe the manner in which she was talking to me. So when she returned I told her that I was going to make it very easy, and then asked her to cancel my order. She asked me why, and I told her that it was the way she was talking to me and treating me. She then got defensive and again stated how hot it was(she said 100 degrees)and that she’s short staffed. Now I get that it’s hot and it really sucks cooking in the heat. But that is no excuse for treating a customer poorly and making them feel like they inconvenienced you by ordering food on a hot night. I can relate, on 4th of July, I was stuck behind a big blackstone grill ALL day in the sun, cooking in extreme heat. I was exhausted, sweating and on edge. But I didn’t express those frustrations onto my guests because that would be uninviting and rude. THAT is how I felt during this call. I tried to empathize with her using the Blackstone grill example. However, the only words I got out were “I get it”. She interrupted and said “No! You don’t get it”. And proceeded to list all of her frustrations again. It was clear that I was getting nowhere with her, so I told her ( while she is still talking about her problems) to please cancel my order and hung up. Again, I debated on whether or not to post this. But I’m really hoping that the owner reads this, takes this to heart and understands that I’ve been a long time customer, ordering at least once a week(sometimes multiple times weekly). But sadly(because I really like their food) I will not be ordering from them any longer, solely based on the way I was treated. I have no ill will towards her or Pizza Plus. The food here is really fantastic. I mainly order out, but when I go in, the atmosphere is good. However, in my opinion (and I know I’m not alone), frustration, exhaustion, heat, and mental state all are valid reasons to feel that those emotions, almost to the point of exploding. The key is to find a coping mechanism to help deal with these moments, rather than taking them out on your customers. After all, most people will choose superior customer service with a mediocre product over a superior product with mediocre service. Thank you.

Ordered pizza party pack and three orders of 10 count cheese sticks for delivery. I received the food then instantly called them to let them know they gave me three orders of cheese bread instead of cheese sticks. I just wanted my cheese sticks.( mozzarella sticks)( they told me it was my fault because what they call cheese sticks is actually cheese bread even though I asked for a 10 count and not 6 count) The told me that I made a mistake but I was charged for cheese sticks. Even if I was mistaken, I was short an order of cheese bread because one came with the party pack. So for $100.35 & tipped $10 to the driver. I got garbage pizza with almost no cheese, the bread sticks tasted like they were made with toilet water. I called and received trash customer service from two employees and when I spoke with a third employee, they said they would return my call the next day to address the situation. They never called… I will never eat here again. I recommend that you do not either.

Stopped in because we were camping in the area and thought we would bring back some pizza for everyone. Checked the reviews and this seemed like a good spot. Called the order in which they said would be a 20 minute wait. Since we were in the area waiting I went in about 7 minutes after I called. I planned on paying for the food and then heading across to the drug store real quick. When I walked in I was greeted by a man who asked me if it was pick up or delivery. I said pick up .. just a cheese pizza and he walked in the back. With the open kitchen setting I heard the employees complaining that I had JUST called in the order and complaining.. I stood there at the counter a little while longer as the complaining continued and waited for someone to come to the counter again so I could just cancel the order all together. Had someone asked me .. I was just letting them know I am in the area.. heading across the street but will be back! I wanted to pay for the pizza so I could send my daughter in to grab it. After standing there a little while longer I just left and decided to take my business else where. Employees should be mindful of their surroundings especially in an open kitchen setting and understand customers can hear what your saying. Very very tacky on their part. Maybe some training in good customer service is warranted to make customers feel welcome! I did try to call back several times after I left so I could express my concern and was put on hold several times. Very disappointing.

After a minute or 2 the owner picks up and in a loud and frustrated manner she says “yeah, can I help you? I was caught off guard and said that I was just holding for my total. She then proceeded to say “well, you’re gonna have to wait, I’m short staffed, it’s hot in here and I’m trying to keep up.” Then proceeds to put me on hold before I could respond. I couldn’t believe the manner in which she was talking to me. So when she returned I told her that I was going to make it very easy, and then asked her to cancel my order. She asked me why, and I told her that it was the way she was talking to me and treating me. She then got defensive and again stated how hot it was(she said 100 degrees)and that she’s short staffed. Now I get that it’s hot and it really sucks cooking in the heat. But that is no excuse for treating a customer poorly and making them feel like they inconvenienced you by ordering food on a hot night. I can relate, on 4th of July, I was stuck behind a big blackstone grill ALL day in the sun, cooking in extreme heat. I was exhausted, sweating and on edge. But I didn’t express those frustrations onto my guests because that would be uninviting and rude. THAT is how I felt during this call. I tried to empathize with her using the Blackstone grill example. However, the only words I got out were “I get it”. She interrupted and said “No! You don’t get it”. And proceeded to list all of her frustrations again. It was clear that I was getting nowhere with her, so I told her ( while she is still talking about her problems) to please cancel my order and hung up. Again, I debated on whether or not to post this. But I’m really hoping that the owner reads this, takes this to heart and understands that I’ve been a long time customer, ordering at least once a week(sometimes multiple times weekly). But sadly(because I really like their food) I will not be ordering from them any longer, solely based on the way I was treated. I have no ill will towards her or Pizza Plus. The food here is really fantastic. I mainly order out, but when I go in, the atmosphere is good. However, in my opinion (and I know I’m not alone), frustration, exhaustion, heat, and mental state all are valid reasons to feel that those emotions, almost to the point of exploding. The key is to find a coping mechanism to help deal with these moments, rather than taking them out on your customers. After all, most people will choose superior customer service with a mediocre product over a superior product with mediocre service. Thank you.

Ordered pizza party pack and three orders of 10 count cheese sticks for delivery. I received the food then instantly called them to let them know they gave me three orders of cheese bread instead of cheese sticks. I just wanted my cheese sticks.( mozzarella sticks)( they told me it was my fault because what they call cheese sticks is actually cheese bread even though I asked for a 10 count and not 6 count) The told me that I made a mistake but I was charged for cheese sticks. Even if I was mistaken, I was short an order of cheese bread because one came with the party pack. So for $100.35 & tipped $10 to the driver. I got garbage pizza with almost no cheese, the bread sticks tasted like they were made with toilet water. I called and received trash customer service from two employees and when I spoke with a third employee, they said they would return my call the next day to address the situation. They never called… I will never eat here again. I recommend that you do not either.

Stopped in because we were camping in the area and thought we would bring back some pizza for everyone. Checked the reviews and this seemed like a good spot. Called the order in which they said would be a 20 minute wait. Since we were in the area waiting I went in about 7 minutes after I called. I planned on paying for the food and then heading across to the drug store real quick. When I walked in I was greeted by a man who asked me if it was pick up or delivery. I said pick up .. just a cheese pizza and he walked in the back. With the open kitchen setting I heard the employees complaining that I had JUST called in the order and complaining.. I stood there at the counter a little while longer as the complaining continued and waited for someone to come to the counter again so I could just cancel the order all together. Had someone asked me .. I was just letting them know I am in the area.. heading across the street but will be back! I wanted to pay for the pizza so I could send my daughter in to grab it. After standing there a little while longer I just left and decided to take my business else where. Employees should be mindful of their surroundings especially in an open kitchen setting and understand customers can hear what your saying. Very very tacky on their part. Maybe some training in good customer service is warranted to make customers feel welcome! I did try to call back several times after I left so I could express my concern and was put on hold several times. Very disappointing.
