We only got steak & cheese subs, but when they were delivered they were hot and delish. Steak was tender. Peppers onions and mushroom were not overcooked. And the combination of bread steak cheese and veggies were perfect. Not to much of each. Sub roll was not mushy and was toasted. Just the way I like it. Staff seemed friendly. Ordered out only. Delivery available!!! Thanks! Tried them again yesterday. Still just as good!
Got pizza, wings and cinnamon sticks delivered. Everything was tasty. The blue devil wings are very good!!

Absolutely outdone yourself again Jonna! This personal pizza I ordered was amazing and I absolutely love the whole vibe walking in, as always the old classic’s playing and the comforting smell of fresh pizza! I love the decor it fits the music. I honestly always seem to come in at least once every other week because how much I enjoy the atmosphere and food. Everyone is so friendly there! So Thank You for providing a wonderful opportunity to eat the best pizza in the coziest town! -H

Their pizza and wings are really good, but honestly, I mostly go for their homemade ranch. It’s seriously the best ranch I’ve ever had — super fresh and full of flavor. I always end up wanting extra because I could dip everything in it. The people are always nice too, and it’s just a good little spot when you’re craving something comforting.

The pizza was ok, we had just plain cheese. The wings sauce was very good, but they were a little on the small side compared to other pizza shops o eat at. We didn’t try anything else, so not sure about the other food here. The lady who answered the phone was fantastic and very friendly. If you’re in the area give pizza plus a try!

Solid pizza, everything was ready when they told me it would be, got everything that I asked for and was impressed with the quality of food, would definitely go again!

2nd time in a row pizza order was wrong. Ordered pizza with SAUSAGE, GREEN PEPPERS & ONIONS over the phone, both times made pizza with sausage pepperoni and onions. Both orders I had the girl taking order to read order back to me to confirm. She read back exactly what I ordered but yet the pizzas made were not what ordered. When I call back to tell manager on duty Eathan the issue as simply and nicely I can, the response I received back was they can make me another pizza and I can come pick up or I can have a credit for the toppings that were not correct. I live 20 minutes away and it's not worth the time or effort for me to run back n forth. I asked for a credit in which he couldn't tell me what amount he could offer me for the mix up. Asked for a call back. Eathan states I should get a call back from either him or owner Jenna. Just want results. First time they screwed up order was over $80 and the 2nd time order over 65$. Frustrating with the customer service and product. Hopefully this can be corrected.

We went in at 545p, ordered at the counter, sat down as there is no table service, our pizza came out 45 mins later, garlic knots 55 mins later and wings came out 1 hour later. The staff was not apologetic at all. No communication at all, We were the only people in the restaurant at the time, but 2 other people came in after us and had to wait just as long for 10 wings. The service is a 0/5 stars, the atmosphere was cute but there is no table service, and the food was just ok. My son gave the wings a 3/5 starts. Pizza for us was a 3/5 stars and the garlic knots were 5/5. If you are in the area go to Avicolli's for wings and pizza. I drive 5 hours just for Avicolli wings. Save yourself the disappointment.

Honestly, I wasn’t going to write this, but I’ve been in customer service 30+ years. I’m currently a quality analyst, evaluating and coaching people on their customer service performance. It would go against my principles not to say something. First, I want to make it clear that this post is not about the food. Their food is superior at Pizza Plus! My family has been ordering from them for years, trying much of what’s on the menu, and so far we’ve had absolutely no complaints! I will say that the staff have always been friendly, whether on the phone or in person. However, conversing with the owner is a completely different story. I had a negative experience with her before. She was rude to me on the phone. Knowing that we all have our bad days, I didn’t make a big deal about it, so I didn’t say anything. As always, the food was excellent! Fast forward to roughly 2 weeks ago. I phoned in an order for delivery. The gentleman that took my order was very respectful and courteous. After I gave him my order, he asked if I could hold so he could get the total amount. This is the point where things went downhill. After a minute or 2 the owner picks up and in a loud and frustrated manner she says “yeah, can I help you? I was caught off guard and said that I was just holding for my total. She then proceeded to say “well, you’re gonna have to wait, I’m short staffed, it’s hot in here and I’m trying to keep up.” Then proceeds to put me on hold before I could respond. I couldn’t believe the manner in which she was talking to me. So when she returned I told her that I was going to make it very easy, and then asked her to cancel my order. She asked me why, and I told her that it was the way she was talking to me and treating me. She then got defensive and again stated how hot it was(she said 100 degrees)and that she’s short staffed. Now I get that it’s hot and it really sucks cooking in the heat. But that is no excuse for treating a customer poorly and making them feel like they inconvenienced you by ordering food on a hot night. I can relate, on 4th of July, I was stuck behind a big blackstone grill ALL day in the sun, cooking in extreme heat. I was exhausted, sweating and on edge. But I didn’t express those frustrations onto my guests because that would be uninviting and rude. THAT is how I felt during this call. I tried to empathize with her using the Blackstone grill example. However, the only words I got out were “I get it”. She interrupted and said “No! You don’t get it”. And proceeded to list all of her frustrations again. It was clear that I was getting nowhere with her, so I told her ( while she is still talking about her problems) to please cancel my order and hung up. Again, I debated on whether or not to post this. But I’m really hoping that the owner reads this, takes this to heart and understands that I’ve been a long time customer, ordering at least once a week(sometimes multiple times weekly). But sadly(because I really like their food) I will not be ordering from them any longer, solely based on the way I was treated. I have no ill will towards her or Pizza Plus. The food here is really fantastic. I mainly order out, but when I go in, the atmosphere is good. However, in my opinion (and I know I’m not alone), frustration, exhaustion, heat, and mental state all are valid reasons to feel that those emotions, almost to the point of exploding. The key is to find a coping mechanism to help deal with these moments, rather than taking them out on your customers. After all, most people will choose superior customer service with a mediocre product over a superior product with mediocre service. Thank you.
Ordered pizza party pack and three orders of 10 count cheese sticks for delivery. I received the food then instantly called them to let them know they gave me three orders of cheese bread instead of cheese sticks. I just wanted my cheese sticks.( mozzarella sticks)( they told me it was my fault because what they call cheese sticks is actually cheese bread even though I asked for a 10 count and not 6 count) The told me that I made a mistake but I was charged for cheese sticks. Even if I was mistaken, I was short an order of cheese bread because one came with the party pack. So for $100.35 & tipped $10 to the driver. I got garbage pizza with almost no cheese, the bread sticks tasted like they were made with toilet water. I called and received trash customer service from two employees and when I spoke with a third employee, they said they would return my call the next day to address the situation. They never called… I will never eat here again. I recommend that you do not either.

Called the order in which they said would be a 20 minute wait. Since we were in the area waiting I went in about 7 minutes after I called. I planned on paying for the food and then heading across to the drug store real quick. When I walked in I was greeted by a man who asked me if it was pick up or delivery. I said pick up .. just a cheese pizza and he walked in the back. With the open kitchen setting I heard the employees complaining that I had JUST called in the order and complaining.. I stood there at the counter a little while longer as the complaining continued and waited for someone to come to the counter again so I could just cancel the order all together. Had someone asked me .. I was just letting them know I am in the area.. heading across the street but will be back! I wanted to pay for the pizza so I could send my daughter in to grab it. After standing there a little while longer I just left and decided to take my business else where. Employees should be mindful of their surroundings especially in an open kitchen setting and understand customers can hear what your saying. Very very tacky on their part. Maybe some training in good customer service is warranted to make customers feel welcome! I did try to call back several times after I left so I could express my concern and was put on hold several times. Very disappointing.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: I cant tell you how upset I am right now. I have five kids and we order all the time and spend lots of money here. About three or four days ago we ordered two pizza subs and some other items. Both subs were completely wrong. We later found out that they didnt even take the order correctly. Horrible customer service. HUGE shame.
