Went there for lunch 😋. I haven't been there in over 2 years. The chicken 🐔was just as delicious as I remember. I had the 3 piece meal original recipe chicken and mashed potatoes with gravy and a biscuit. And a small drink. The employees were so friendly the cashier gave me a senior discount. That was very nice of him. I think I will be going back for dinner in a couple of days 😋. Thank You KFC 🍗😊 your chicken is so delicious I just love it. I would give you more stars 🌟if I could. Food is like any other KFC, but the customer service is phenomenal, I never expected such an amazing service at a fast place like this, staff where very friendly, engaging, fast and clean. Specially Ron he was the guy in the front, he was the best over there and energy made the other staff and customers smiling. 100 thumps up for Ron.

I can’t remember the last time I had Kentucky fried chicken. Pops and I stopped in for a bite after another long day. My first impression after looking at the overall review status was.... hmmm maybe we should go someplace else. But alas we were in the driveway so what the heck. My second impression after stepping in was..... wow very nice place inside. All new and up to date with all the amenities. The inside was also well kept. The menu board was nice and easy to navigate. The lady behind the counter was super sweet. I ordered the spicy “2 small chicken sammy deal ( comes with a drink, thick potato wedges “so good” a 2 slightly bigger than slider Sammy’s with pickles. Everything was very good. I deducted 1 star cuz our table could have been a little cleaner (being super picky) other wise, in my opinion (in the fast food category) this place is solidly into the 4 star area. I am really not sure why the low star count. All I got to say is if you guys reviewed them on what I experienced today, you are way off the mark. Overall for fast food... good service, good food and a clean establishment.

Ridiculously slow service. This place has gone down hill. Took 20 min for two K box meals. And I wasn't even waiting for food to cook. There were 2 orders ahead. When I left they were 7 orders to be filled. Will not be coming back.

They most of the time don't have enough food prepared & therefore always end up having to wait for them to make more or opt for another item & hope they have enough of that made. Crew is slow & not to skilled at customer service.

Clean, good size restruant. Low on staff. I waited close to 15 minutes for a meal (fries, zinger and a coke). I won't be returning.

The place was very dirty, the tables were dirty, the chicken was cold, I ordered some nuggets and they were a little old, I informed the cashier and they didn't solve it. It's a place where I will never return.

I used the KFC App to order prior to Superbowl. Got there and had a clerk with a blase attitude that the app canceled my order and "it happens all the time". It was no big deal to him and he clearly didn't care. It took a couple of minutes to convince him that I still needed my order to be filled. Waited around while they finally got my order together. Good food, poor service.

Place is dirty again and this time it stinks bad inside, floors always dirty, no tissue in the bathrooms, no silverware at the counter, tables and floors dirty and employees eating in the back while you wait at the counter. Ask if you want anything with out washing thier hands. . Thier in need of good management staff

So disappointed poor customer service, under staffed, very slow at every thing they are doing. Waited 10 minutes from the to take my oder with no acknowledgement that I was waiting that would be with me soon. Waited 45 minutes for my food 6 other people waiting too. Not super busy just very slow. Non apologetic.

A hilariously terrible experience. Waited in line 10 min to order and another 10 min for the food on booth seats that looked like tigers were using as a scratching post. After my name was called, I discovered that was all they got right. The order was completely different and as I attempted to explain to the manager what I ordered (the "Tenders Meal") he responded by saying "Yeah, the Big Box." Let me check...yep those are definitely different words. Even pointing to the Tenders Meal on their menu wasn't enough to convince them that it existed. It was similar to talking to people who don't believe we landed on the moon. But at least those folks can't hold your dinner hostage.

Holy smokes! In 50 years of going to KFC I have never had chicken this bad. It was like it had been sitting under the heat lamps all day. It was terrible lol. However on a positive note the hush puppies were good & the beverage was good lol.

Waited over an hour for my order that wasn't even READY! Asked for a refund and they looked clueless about what they were doing. This is by far the WORST KFC place I've been to. They need better staff or better yet TRAIN YOUR STAFF.

This place was closed by health department multiple times this month due to vermin infestation. If you are health sensitive, be wary.

They were closed super early yesterday (7/8) with no explanation. I went there at 4pm and they were already closed. Disappointing.

Don't go here close to closing this store constantly locks the door early because the staff don't want to stay open and start shutting down early. I just went in 1.5 hours before they were close and tried to order 3 different types of chicken; normal sticks, tenders and popcorn however after every time I asked the cashier waited a couple of seconds then replied with oo sorry we are out. This store is not busy enough to be out of their main items. What is really going on is the staff is too lazy to open a new bag and dirty up the frier that will have to clean again before closing. I find it extremely unacceptable

Awful experiences. About a week ago, one of the shift supervisors mishandled my order. I remained calm but she became rude and verbal when I questioned my order. Soon after, I received call from Manager, David. Nice guy. Offered complimentary meal if I give them another try. This afternoon I dropped by and received the complimentary portion and purchased some additional items. I took the order to my table. Fish had no batter, overcooked and multiple hairs in my fries. I threw the entire order in the trash. Staff apparently sabotaged my order to get back at me. I will not be returning. Very unprofessional and unsanitary. I should have never returned but have always enjoyed LJS in Texas and thought I would give them a second opportunity. My mistake. As a hospital nurse administrator, I strive to provide excellent service and care to my patients. When I fail to meet this goal and receive a complaint, I strive to make it right. I have one opportunity to do so. In this case, their one opportunity extended by the manage was very poorly handled. I will not return again.

This was the worst KFC ever I live locally and have been coming here just because it's close and it has always been slow but tonight I waited over 20 min and watched 1person work the cash register And go back prepare the orders why 4 other employees stood at the office door talking and laughing. I was so upset by the time my order git to me and they had no tarter sauce for the fish I ordered for myself and my family that I asked for my money back and told them what I thought about my experience and that they lost a local cosumer . The manager Maria did not seem to care or try and make it right at all. This staff out of all the restaurants I have been to needs to be replaced badly!! I never am one to complain Believe it or not this is probably the second time in my life ,but I had to say something..

I went and try to get original chicken, it was about 8:45 and the lady in charge said she didn't have any more. She said the kitchen was closed and said she only had crispy and grilled. So we went to the location on bascom and naglee and the lady in charge was very friendly and said if we want to wait she would cook some fresh since she didn't have any original.

Horrible customer service. Very dirty too. I wanted to eat in, but left and eat in my car instead. All the tables and seat were dirty (floor too). When I asked the woman behind the counter if they were going to clean the tables, she made a bad gesture, then I asked another person, and he told me the the tables were clean. I replied: No they are not. He didn’t like that and also did a bad face to mee. Todo bad

When handing me my order, she did not offer any sauces, nor did she inform me about the available options. When I returned to the counter to request some and asked what varieties they had, she responded rudely by simply pointing at the screen, without providing any explanation. Additionally, I noticed that I was not given any utensils, napkins, or plates, items which in your establishment are provided only by the staff. When I went back to ask for them, the cashier again responded disrespectfully, telling me that “those things need to be requested,” as if I were doing something wrong by asking. I would also like to highlight a particularly inappropriate situation: I observed some employees eating chicken in front of customers, holding it only with a napkin, and then immediately attending to other customers without any proper hygiene or sanitary protocol. This behavior is unacceptable, unprofessional, and poses a potential health risk. The time I mentioned should allow you to review the security cameras if you wish to verify what occurred. I believe these incidents reflect a serious lack of training, hygiene, and professionalism, especially considering the price of the products.
