Entendo as críticas realizadas ao estabelecimento mas é preciso planejar uma viagem, ou seja, algumas pessoas declaram o fim do mundo sem necessidade - quase fomos ao buffet e desistimos da reserva. Fizemos a reserva três dias antes do jantar em baixa temporada e fomos recebidos muito bem pelo Javier, excelente atendimento - em espanhol e inglês. Não espero um jantar caríssimo e de alta excelência em um resort que custa o mesmo preço que custaria somente o jantar por todo o dia. Peça o Sirloin e não se arrependerá - estava macio, bem temperado e no ponto em que pedi. Purê de batatas estava delicioso, os aspargos como acompanhamento não estava no menu mas fizeram uma excessão. O steak não era grande e não perguntei se poderia repetir o prato sem valor adicional no all inclusive, mas creio que sim. Não pediria o tartar de atum de novo, não era fresco e não estava bem limpo. A sopa de cebola estava ok. Os pães estavam macios e bem temperados. A apresentação dos pratos estavam bonitas. Não pedimos sobremesa porque tivemos que ir embora mais cedo. Havia um saxofonista ao vivo tocando e caminhando entre as mesas. Sim, a casa demora um tempo para trazer seus pedidos e te dar a atenção necessária, mas você está de férias em um resort all inclusive - aproveite sem drama!

The food took a while to come with almost no people in the restaurant. Our waiter was very friendly and accommodating. The portion sizes were questionable but the food was delicious.

We went here 2 years ago and it was great. However, on our most recent trip, we were disappointed to find the change in quality. We ordered 2 quesadillas, with chips and quacamole. The chips were stale with no salt. The guac was a small bit in the corner. The quesadillas looked pretty but were also bland. We went a second time to see if it was a fluke. The second time, the service was horrendous. We came in and waited about 10 minutes without a hello, and so we left. Tdlr IF you can get service, you'll be disappointed by the food being bland and cheap.

Es demasiado tardado el servicio, casi una hora para las entradas, el postre nunca llegó, y mejor me fui. Muy rica la comida, pero los tiempos pedimos.

Essen nicht so gut. Die Kollegen hatten teils abartig schlechtes Poulet, die Sauce war grausig. Von der Karte streichen und etwas anderes anbieten! Lichter flackern und geben Kopfschmerzen, falls jemand Epilepsie hat ein No-Go! Wir haben um 20 Uhr reserviert für 6 Personen. Wir warten 2 Stunden auf den Hauptgang und für das Dessert immer noch (Ist jetzt 22:40 Uhr). Dringendes Verbesserungspotential! Kellner war das einzig positive und stehts freundlich. Hat aber auch mehrmals Wein vergessen zu bringen. Nach erneuter nachfrage zum dritten Mal, kommt die Antwort "Sorry, meine Leute trinken nicht so viel Wein". Das Bier ist nun gekommen. P.s.: Was für komische Musik läuft hier? Würde hier etwas entspanteres nehmen, Jazz würde gut passen?... Update: 2 Stunden und 50 Minuten bis zum Dessert. Hatten nur Vorspeisen und Hauptgang. Keine Sonderwünsche. Das Dessert mit den Nutella Keksen nicht gut, Crepe war zu süss mit Zucker vergraben.

No fue una buena experiencia. Se tardaron 40 minutos en traer los platos fuertes después de las entradas y la carne al vacío estuvo muy dura y no en el término que se pidió.

Would’ve loved to give this place 5 stars because the service and food was great. But once I stood up, turns out someone had put their chewing gum on the seat. Now I got mint chewing gum stuck on the ass of my fresh khakis.

Got very bad food poisoning from this place. Took 30 minutes just to get our drinks to the table and when our food was served half of it was cold.

The steakhouse is part of the resort’s all-inclusive restaurants, and most of the food that’s included — like the salmon and desserts — was actually very good. However, the one meal we paid extra for, the “special” tomahawk steak (about $100), was a huge letdown. It was mostly fat with very little meat, and it was served in pieces instead of as the full tomahawk cut shown on the menu. For something presented as the restaurant’s signature dish and the only item not included in the all-inclusive menu, it was absolutely not worth it.

I’ve been sitting here at the restaurant at Hotel Emporio for about bet an hour. And there has still been no main dish served. I am genuinely annoyed because it took well over 30 mins to just get appetizers. Currently still sitting here. Waiting.

El servicio es muy lento, la comida no toda está buena para familias de más de 5 personas les dan una carta con lo que van a comer, no es a la carta.

Péssimo atendimento. A comida além de demorar horas, veio fria, o cerdo impossibilidade de cortar, pois estava extremamente seco e no final para pagar outra dificuldade. O pior restaurante que já fui na minha vida.

All is great and all but the most important part, food quality is below average, didn’t seem fresh at all, had to throw up middle of night. We took sea bass and Fettuccine pasta. Food outside in town is way better and more importantly know that you will be asked to tip even when food is not great.

The team there is very nice but I have a question about the sirloin and the juicy steak, are they made from reproduced meat?

The restaurant was empty and we walked in and requested a table for two. The lady said there were no tables and we could not reserve for the rest of the evening. No one told us we had to reserve a table to eat there when booking hotel

I had the most strange meat ever. I ordered a steak (beef filet from Argentina according to the waiter), however, what I got tasted like ham, it must have been some reproduced meat. For sure it wasn’t a real steak. The consistency was very strange. It was not declared on the menu….should have asked for a refund…
