I've been liking Subway sandwiches lately more so than years past. Not that they were bad before, but they seem better than before. The chicken bacon ranch is my go to. Everything on it. Can't beat it. One of these days I'll grab something else. This particular Subway is clean and prompt. We usually order online and run there to pick it up. The app is cool in that it lets you know every step that's happening until it's done and ready to pick up. The staff has been friendly every time we've visited. Great service! 👍

Bought two sandwiches. The service was great, the lady making my sandwhich really committed to "add enough olives to be worried" and then "be a little more worried." But Subway has upped their prices and a footlong seems to be a flat 10 dollars, so I paid 20 for two sandwiches and was a little surprised.

My only issue was they don’t take coupons at that location. Other than that my sandwich tasted like how it was supposed too. The workers there don’t make the rules be respectful
I tried to use the online ordering app for Subway. It didn’t work. I called the restaurant to ask if it was down and she said well we don’t know. We don’t have any control over that. So I asked what do you take over the phone orders? She said well no cause people don’t like to come in and get their orders. So I said OK thank you. I ended up using the DoorDash app to place my order. When I went in to pick it up, it was wrong after all of that. And then I was question when nobody else is in the restaurant after giving my name, and stating I place an online orderrestaurant was clean service was bad and my food was incorrect after all of that.

This place is one of the worst I've been to in a long time. The owners just don't seem like they care, it's always poorly stocked and missing items. I work in an office near by, when I first started about 5 years ago people told me really bad stories. I went anyways because a lot of times it's not true. I was so very wrong. We still keep trying because they're so close, but this time was my last ever. A hair in my food. I have back length purple and brown hair, this is a short black curly one. The place was basically empty and they were missing a bunch of items like spinach, and the poor kid they had working knew next to nothing and they had him all alone. This isn't the first time they messed up our orders, from just poor quality ingredients to missing items, but a hair is too much for me. I even text their number for their survey like the receipt says, and they don't respond.

I went to this subway; I went to my car not even 2 minutes at 8:35pm. The sign said closing at 9:00pm but at 8:38pm they closed. Customer service really sucks. They said that they close at 8:30pm but have not changed the sign that says 9:00pm
I don't appreciate trying to take them up on the offer they put in my mailbox only for them to say they don't accept their own coupon. I wonder how many locations are "participating". Subway, you don't owe me or anyone else anything. But don't waste my gas or my time by false advertising. If I ran my business like this I'd be out of business.

The boss is very unprofessional. The nice young lady making my sandwich was being micromanaged even though she was being a very good worker. Also she would not get out of the workers way being rude to her and myself. She is a very nasty old Indian lady. This is not the first time she has made the experience very uncomfortable
The store manager (Indian lady) made someone who couldn't afford a sandwich feel bad. The customer had ordered 2 sandwiches and some cookies and once the total was given, she couldn't afford it so she asked the cashier if she could take off one of the sandwiches. The cashier said "no problem" and put the sandwich to the side, here comes the manager (I assume she's the manager because of her different type of shirt), and she asks the cashier why the customer didn't want it. The cashier proceeds to tell her that the customer didn't have the money to pay for it. To speed things up, it was about a 30 second to 1 minute interaction of the manager continuously telling the customer that she shouldn't be ordering things that she can't afford and that she didn't understand why she couldn't just pay for it. The customer kept apologizing stating she didn't have the money, and just ended up walking out looking super upset. I will not be returning to this Subway. No manager or employee should make someone feel bad for not being able to afford something. Terrible customer service and just honestly terrible manners.
I was here yesterday morning and I had an awful experience. This was around 10:30 am on 5/4/17 and right when I walk in the girl working glares at me. I expected a hello but nothing, just cold and full of attitude customer service. She says "what do you want" and then takes a long time making my sandwich. While she puts my sandwich in the toaster, she begins making her own personal salad. Keep in mind, there's a customer behind me!!! No hello to the woman behind me, nothing. She then pulls my sandwich out of the toaster then finishes it up and wraps it up then goes back to making her salad!!! I ask her to please ring me up and she cops another attitude almost immediately. I think she was high on something. Look I only have 30 min lunches but I still wouldn't expect this if I had all day! Sadly I won't return to this subway ever again due to this employee. She was nasty, and I have never experienced service as bad as hers before
Well this location just lost my business forever I just got a salami sandwich not impressed with the quality not only did I literally get one layer of meat and I do mean one layer like seven pieces of salami which has never happened to me before here but they didn't take very good care of making it I ordered avocado and there's skin from the avocado in my sandwich lack of quality stems from lack of leadership I'm very disappointed as this is the closest location and I enjoyed going here for years. But I will no longer be going to this location the young man that made my sandwich I was very not impressed with and there's no point in paying 11 pieces of salami nice remodel on the inside but unfortunately I don't go to your place for the inside I go for the food. Do yourself a favor and go to a different location completely you'll get better service and you'll actually get the amount of meat you're supposed to get.
I use delivery all the time, but it is this store they always forgets my second sandwich, does not reheat, do not put more paid products. The worst Subway in my entire life (I worked in such a store for 5 years, I have never seen such horror) Feel so sorry and missing normal Subway sandwiches
The absolute worst Subway in the whole nation... The guy that made my sandwich seemed like he was upset because he was making it for me. Isn't that your job if you don't like making sandwiches for people don't work there.. Another reason is why this is a horrible Subway because their tomatoes look like ketchup and it's been like that for days. I cannot get fresh tomatoes from there They do not take coupons Neither does the other subways all on Fair Oaks boulevard apparently it's the same owner Looks like I have to go out of town to get the Subway sandwich I want.
Seems to be common that people get ripped off here. I'm glad I immediately left after they said they didn't have the $7.99 meal. Also, I find it odd that residents of this area get coupons that can't even be used. It must be some weird franchise owner who doesn't want to give us the people cheap subway like it used to be.
They turned me away when they were still open for a half hour. Her name was Cheyenne and the next day she actually impersonated her manager when I said that I had a complaint. She asked why was I wasting everyone's time? Why didn't I go to another Subway there are some that stay open until ten. Like I was an idiot the restaurant closing earlier than the posted sign. They were also picking up my phone calls just to hang them up again, or picking them up to keep me on the line without saying anything. When the manager Gabby actually got on the phone she was polite and apologetic for Cheyenne (like that made a difference) but offered nothing more than to come in around 9 to talk with the owner.
First time in going to the subway at this particular location I will never go back again young man that helped us was very standoffish and acted like he didn’t want to do anything. Kept asking us what kind of meat we wanted when we clearly ordered a certain sandwich he asked us what kind of meat we wanted on it he didn’t ask us if we wanted any condiments he just basically threw our sandwiches together and they were sloppy. He had an attitude when I asked him a question. I some Indian lady came out from the back didn’t have a mask on the young man didn’t have a mask on come to think of …it he did however have gloves the Indian lady was all in the way while the young man was trying to make the sandwich had a rag it was wiping things down not by the sandwiches with other things I just was not comfortable there I was didn’t feel welcome so no going back.And when he was making our sandwiches he was just throwing stuff on the bread and got an attitude when I told him what else we wanted on the sandwich like it was a big imposition for him to put anything else on the bread so we had no condiments and no extras on our sandwiches I just wanted to get out at that point very rude.

It was already in the little dirty trash hole they throw scrap in. It had literally touched the side and inside when she decided that she wasn't going to throw it away and put it on my sandwich. I told her I didn't want that dirty piece of meat on my sandwich. And she kinda got an attitude. I didn't go there for weeks.. the last time I went my daughter was starving so I gave it another go. Another young lady was making the sandwiches so I went ahead. She had just made our sandwiches ( brittney) and I had to use the bathroom. The little older Indian lady walked out and I asked her if she could unlock the bathroom. I stood by the door for 3 minutes waiting when I heard her ask the younger lady that made it sandwiches if I had bought anything. I'm about to pour my pants now.. I told her " do you need to see my reciept?! I bought two combos!!! They finally let me in. I came out and told her she was very rude. And she said she had to make sure I wasn't a homeless person because she " didn't want those people in the bathroom". Honestly, I'm disgusted by the nastiness in her food handling and her morals. I thanked Brittany for the sandwiches and left. The woman was still trying to raise her voice to tell me how in the right she was as I was walking out the door.
