I have never ordered a hamburger at Arby's, so I did and it was the biggest best hamburger I have had in years. The meat patty was over an inch thick. A must try.

We came to Arby's #06311 in Carrolton, KY and was very pleased with our service. Brittany H was our Drive Thru cashier and Mary was the manager on duty. I had a free meal "coupon" from another Arby's that I was planning to use. Unfortunately, I couldn't use it at that location, but Mary still comped my meal. Not only was the service very friendly, but our food (with a special order) was hot and correctly made! Thanks, ladies! Great job!!! We will be coming back for more!!

We stopped at this Arby's on our travels back home. This Arby's is one of the cleanest fast food restaurants I've ever been in. Employees were consistently working and did everything possible to ensure our lunch was perfect. Great job!!

Great new iced coffee available here. Was famished after being in a traffic jam(fatality in multi-car crash) so anything would have tasted good. Luckily, food was great and served quickly. Fish sandwich is back for Lent and large. Very filling

The ladies at the drive,the receipt said Shawnda, were very kind and nice. There was a young lady in training who was also really sweet. It was refreshing to see smiling faces especially with the pandemic causing so many employee shortages. I know these ladies were probably overwhelmed but they were still smiling.

They do have the meats! I got there at abouts - 1745,The place was very clean, the workers were nice and friendly. Food was made to order, done fresh and fast oh& hot too. My bagged order was correct 4 sandwiches and a mac& white cheese in a bowl.(&and pretty good too) and to go. I got home and sh!p.. No sauces( i guess ya gotta ask for it) plenty napkins in bag tho. So y'all i say " go there to eat. And ask for the sauces... LOL.

Been a while since I have been to Arby's in Carrollton. The service seems better from the last time. That I had been there (close to 3 years). Tried their Cajun fish wrap taste was great. The combo price was cheaper than I expected $11.00 and some change (Large Combo).

Quick service. Polite and Friendly staff! Our meal was great. They put a lot of roast beef on my sandwich. Store was very clean. Most of the booths were handicap accessible. Entrances were handicap accessible as well.

We had to wait a little longer than normal because of an order ahead of us in the drive thru and the Arby's employer who took our payment have us a little discount because of the inconvenience! It was a great way to change our experience into a positive one. We would definitely go back.

I do a decent amount of traveling in my car to go to various amusement parks. I often get off an exit from the highway and visit an Arby's. As I've always said in my other reviews of other arby's, Arby's is always good. I got a half pound roast beef sandwich. It's one of the best things to eat on the entire planet. I have all kinds of choices and it's always Arby's it seems.

Don't recall the town on a road trip first time eating here. Had a brisket sandwich delight. So good I found a Arby's on Preston highway in louisville ky and it was disappointingly not good at all. Should of gotten my money back that bad.

I was hungry and on highway 71N, so I pulled off at the Carrollton KY exit. Every food location drive-thru was full except Arby's. I pulled in with only 1 car in line. It took me 10 minutes to get my order. I should have gone to Taco Bell with the long line...food was hot,I was hungry and in a hurry.

Clean and fast service. Their menu does not list what is on your sandwich so you automatically get everything and have to pick off what you don't like. Kind of annoying. But the turkey sandwich was quite good.

Close to home with a variety of options. They have an app as well that offers decent deals. I think that they do a wonderful job serving people even when the staffing issues over the past few years have happened. I like that they are patient because I don't always know what I'm wanting 😊

Arby's is a little pricey, but their sandwiches are super good. I stopped by this Arby's on a little road trip. I went through the drive-thru and service was a little slow because the vehicle in front of me had a large order. I ordered a chocolate milkshake but got vanilla, but not a big deal. The turkey club was delicious.

Just popped in off of I 64 for pit stop and sandwich and a drink. If you know Arby's, then you know the food, so there's not much to see there. But the staff was very friendly, sweet, and genuine. Facility was pretty clean too. Made me feel welcome. Thanks!

Had not been to Arby’s for many years but we stopped in Carrollton KY while travelling on I-71 from Louisville to Cinci. I had the double-stacked reuben with curly fries. The sandwich was great, one of the better reubens I have had and I eat them frequently. I meant to order it easy on the 1,000 island but forgot. Fortunately they did not drench it and it was just right. Good balance between the corned beef, kraut, dressing and rye bread. I think Arby’s has moved to the top of my list for the occasional fast food stop. Service was fine. The fries were warm but not hot.

In the past they've gotten my order wrong MANY times, but decided to try going through the drive again. I waited a little longer than expected to place my order. At the window I sat for quite awhile, surprised they didn't pull me forward for the others behind me. The drive through cashier seemed somewhat lost, wandering around. She finally noticed my order had actually been ready and just sitting. My fries ended up being cold but for once I was pleased my sandwich was exactly how I ordered it. So they are definitely improving!

Place is typically very nice. However, within the few months, every time I've ordered food, it's always been cold. It's not a good deal when your receipt is nearly $20.00 for a combo meal.

This is a decent steak house but far from top 5 kn my opinion. Service was great and our server was knowledgeable and cute! But the steaks were just ok really and the sweet potato was medicore. 4 of is ate for over $300 to include alcoholic beverages.

Eileen was wonderful. I can see why she earned March 2021 employee of the month. Buff Chick was disappointing. Too little lettuce and way too much sauce. One chicken breast does not need an entire gallon of Frank’s. Curly fries on point as always. That said who goes to Arby’s and gets crinkle fries? Serial killers I assume.

I get the same thing all over the state. The roast beef was less amount than elsewhere. Only 2 people working One fixing sandwich other one doing the rest. Looked like 2 where out side on break? Lady in back said my food and another family's was ready. But the one up front working was taking another big family order. No one else seamed to be able to get my fries and the other family's in a bag. Had to wait on the lady taking the orders to do that. No napkins, ketchup,or Arby's sauce out front,containers was empty.

It has been many years since I had stopped at an Arby's, I used to love their regular Arby's sandwiches but my classic Arby's did not have their special sauce on it, the cheese I had allover, but the curly fries were good, service was really good and so was the atmosphere. Sorry, I won't be stopping at an Arby's anytime in the future.

It was okay. Fries were old and warm at best. Roast beef and cheddar didn't seem to have much flavor I used extra Arby's on it. Staff was friendly , that's a plus.

I love coming here. I only go once in awhile. The only reason gave it 3 stars is because every time we do go it's at least a 20 to 30 min wait to get our food and we usually go around 5-7 at night. But the food is always hot and made right so not complaining

Whenever I get something other than their classic menu items I'm usually disappointed, and this was no exception-- the new Boneless Buffalo Wings were just okay, not very meaty and were so soaked in sauce it started leaking through the box. Crinkle Fries were decent. The one new item I ever liked (Mac n' Cheese) has been discontinued. I do like this particular Arby's location, though--service is fast and courteous.

Roast beef use to better. Now it seems to have a rubbery texture to it. Instead of a moist meaty feel. I think they are using part soy or something. Taste is even different. Service is even getting to where the employees treat you like your bothering them by ordering. Probably won't be eating Arby's again. Everytime I give in and try it. It's even worse than the previous time. Do not recommend any location they are all the same.

The GM took our order from drive through and got very defensive over an item she didn't even know was on her menu. She most definitely needs to be retrained. She literally had an attitude because she thought we was yelling but she kept asking us to repeat what we were saying.

I ordered a plain chicken sandwich but i received a fully dressed sandwich with a gallon of mayo on it. A year later and another bad experience. The girl taking our order at the drive thru didn't seem to know what she was doing. She ended up charging us for food we didn't order , didn't give us a receipt. After we paid she asked , is there a problem? My wife said yeah we haven't gotten our food yet. So I went in and asked to talk to the manager , she was rude , wasn't listening to anything I was saying , didn't offer to refund the overcharge. She asked for my receipt that we never got. She was raising her voice at me. I finally said I'm going to call corporate and she said good luck because we aren't a corporate store. There are several other reviews here with comments about this store being rude

Business was slow, they had plenty of staff, yet nearly every table was dirty. Fries were awful, like the leavings you would pour out of the bottom of the bag. Hard with no substance. The sandwiches were skimpy. Selected dine in, but everything was bagged up. Condiment wells were dry, employees smoking and socializing instead of tending to anything. I can't imagine how stressed they were with no business and at least six employees on the clock. I felt sorry for the older employee that seemed to have some work ethic that the others seemed to be taking advantage of.

It was bad all around except the manager on duty tried to fix things that she knew about. The sweet tea I ordered was very unsweet. She fixed that and brought it and my order to me. Pretty good at the moment. My beef and cheddar had very little cheese and no beef and cheddar sauce. I was extremely disappointed but was already on the interstate when I found out.

The last four times I was there they had no roast beef. I asked for fish and it was very good so I ordered that again and they were out and told me it would not be back until next year. I tried calling them and they never answer the phone. I have tried several times to call them. I really do like Arby's but you need to get better management in the store. I usually do the drive-thru and I go at least once a week.

We went thru drive thru and ordered fish strips and crinkle fries. We also ordered a classic roast beef and French dip sandwich. The fish and fries were not good at all. We threw them away. The roast beef was good according to my son. We had not eaten here in months due to previous experiences but decided to give it another try. I don’t think we will be back anytime soon.

We were driving through Louisville and stopped in the drive thru. This is what all 4 of our chicken strips looked like. I worked at an Arby’s for several years so I know when the chicken is old and has been sitting under the heat lamp for hours. We had to wait 5 minutes for our food, and they could have dropped fresh chicken in that time frame. I’m actually not sure what we waited on because nothing was fresh.

We were handed $30 worth of food in one small bag at the drive-thru, which promptly wripped once int the car sending chicken tenders and curly fries all over the car. The worker said "sorry.", then shut the window. Oh well, on the $18 worth of food in the floorboard. I finally got her to come back and give me a 2 new bags for the items that were saved. Lesson learned, steer clear of this Arby's.

This has to have been the WORST Arby's that I've even eaten in. The cashier couldn't figure out the change I was due, the bill was $21.57 and I gave her $22. When I told her $.43, she handed me $.33. The service was slow, the food was cold and missing some, and the restaurant was in desperate need of cleaning. It is definitely a location I won't stop at again!

Terribly disappointing. I typically hit arbys when I am on the road for their good food and clean restaurants. Not this location. Bathroom was disgusting, to the point I just skipped using the restroom entirely. Ordered a Reuben meal, tasted like an old leather boot and the medium fry was half full / old fries. Avoid this location if possible .

Absolutely the worst service in the town! Not only do they take 30 minutes to get your food. After the young staff get done playing around and cutting up you get the wrong food and even its cold !! By far not even free food would be worth it good luck to everyone else

Waited 30 minutes just for them to get my order wrong. When I went back in to correct it, they looked at me, as though, it was my fault that they didn't give me what was typed on the receipt. Horrible customer service. Also, needs to be reclassified to a "slow" food restaurant rather than fast food.

330 pm. Asked for 2 cherry turnovers and a drink. Was told she already made 2 batches today and wasn't going to make any more cherry turnovers. Ordered advertised cookies. Was so hot could barley touch and it was falling apart in package. Asked for cookies not hot, called me a bad name.

No Roast Beef and No Customer Service. My family and I were at this location on Sunday, September 27, 2020, early afternoon. We were told there was no roast beef but we could order anything else. How could you be out of the number one thing Arby's is known for on their menu.? We left and went next door to Taco Bell for lunch. I came back for turnovers for the family. You can only order at the drive thru so I waited with four other cars for about 10 minutes. The first driver tried to get the attention of a worker so he could place an order. There did not seem to have any employees at the drive-thru window. The employees only realized there were customers waiting for service when they came out of the back door of the restaurant for a smoking break. This Arby's certainly has broken processes in place. It looks like there needs to be new processes plus management and employee training instituted.

Reopen your lobby! Three times now I’ve left and went next door because I wanted to sit down and enjoy my meal. I know there are issues finding employees, but your competitors figured it out and so can you. You’re not saving money; you’re losing customers.

This Arby's was super slow and pretty dingy/disgusting when I visited. My food took way longer than expected to get out, it was only a roast beef sandwich and fries.... The tables were pretty disgusting, I had to pretty much scrub it down before sitting to eat. The restrooms were no better. The entire place could use a good scrubbing.

To start, the employees stand right outside of the door and smoke. If this would have been happening when I went in, and not when I exited after eating, I would have never went in. Food wasn't great. Bathrooms were disgusting and gross. Wouldn't recommend this place, no matter how hungry you are. Not happy that I made the mistake of going here.

We stopped at this location on a road trip and the women in the drive thru was so incredibly rude! She cut us off as we were ordering, told us “No! It’s out” for the drink we ordered and continued to be rude. It was so bad that we decided to just drive away. We were bummed because we were so looking forward to a beef n cheddar!!

Manager was outside when we got there laughing with two of the crew on smoke break. As we got ready to go in manager was loudly using the f word to employees laughing. Sorry but to my wife and me that is crude, ignorant and unnecessary. If we had other choices at that exit we would have left. This was in Carrolton KY.

First they only made half our order. Then after we waited for the rest to be made they gave us someone else's order instead of ours. We didn't find out until we got home. On time to go back. Jalapeños in everything. My daughter could only eat fries.

I have ordered through the drive thru twice at the Carrollton, KY Arby's and both times food was missing or completely wrong. The first experience I had they forgot my fries and sauce. This time (on 8-25-19) they forgot my fries again and messed up a whole order up. Would never recommend going there again.

Ordered through the drive through and I had to pull up and wait for them to bring my order out. They said there's an extra order of fries for my wait. Drove 20 miles home to find out 3 of my sandwiches were not in the bag

One star due to my good being cold, I should have turned around when I felt the fries were cold but I just figured it’s just close to closing so I figured maybe a few fries were cold, nah even the sandwich was cold the chicken patty was not even warm anymore really disappointed.

Horrible service, horrible food quality. I wish there were 0 stars. Staff was rude and unfriendly. The manager yelled a the cashier for leaving the counter to get some condiments out of the cooler for a customer while she sat in the office and had a line of waiting customers. Fries were cold. Sandwiches were slapped together in a mess in the boxes. Jalapeno poppers were cold and soggy. Employees were yelling back and forth at each other. Stay away from here. Worst Arby's I have ever seen.

We got ignored when we came in. The staff was visibly confused and frustrated. Staff was cursing. When we finally got waited on (5min), it took a very long time to get our food (9min). We only had 2 combo meals. Do NOT go to this location until something changes.

I ordered the 2 for $6 traditional gyros. I asked at the drive through to verify my order. They assured me I ordered the traditonal. Got my drink and then they handed me my bag. As I drove off I could smell the roast beef. I never order their roast beef sandwiches because the meat smells like vomit. I looked at my receipt as I pulled on to the freeway. Gyros RB. What a waste of my damn time!

This place is a joke. It should be closed immediately until you can get some competent employees. I was the only person in the store. Ordered a turkey gyro meal, 2 ham and cheese sliders and drinks. First they didn't have any of the sliders. (Really?). 5 other parties got their meals plus 4 at the drive thru and I had to go ask for mine. When I got my food, no fries. Had to wait for them to cook. UNACCEPTABLE.

I walked into an empty restaurant around 6:30. One would think the service would be swift and the food would be fresh. No. After a few loud "Hellos," an associate filling the heat lamp with pre-made sandwiches summoned a disinterested associate to take my order. I got the gyro combo. This particular Arby's being out of curly fries at dinner time is just a microcosm of the experience. It's honestly the worst one that I've wasted my money on. One would think that the few customers they actually get would equate good, hot food for their customers. No. The Arby's in Carrollton is awful, and the tumbleweeds blowing across the parking lot is an indication that others share the same sentiment.

Came to the Arby’s drive in and it was a nightmare experience I had to shout to the woman can hear us and she was very rude. So we get up to get our order. She said you’ll have to pull up to the front and wait so we waited and then they brought our sandwiches out not our drinks and I had to go back in And ask for so the girl brings them over to the counter and slams them on the counter and says nothing and walks away. And the other girls look at me and said we’re sorry. I asked what the name of the girl was that was so rude and they said Emmie my ticket number was DT396. It took several tries to get the order correct and you were out of the turnovers on top of that, not stopping at this Arby’s again.

Ordered through the drive-thru. V******* (according to my receipt) was extremely rude. I mentioned I couldn't get my app to let me log in so I could get the $1 sliders and not only did she refuse to offer any solution, she then said, I "can't" do anything about the pricing. There is no button for that. There is a button and it's called a discount button, but I digress. And there is a person who could solve the problem if her company didn't give her the authority, (which is more correct than saying she can't, for sure) it's called a manager. But can't is an utterly disgusting word and is used in my opinion to basically mean, I won't or I'm lazy. Take your pick with this one. My food was cold. And the fish sandwich has been changed to subpar. Also, this location doesn't put red ranch on their beef and cheddar sandwiches. Which since they don't, means it is not a beef and cheddar, it's an aggravating cost-saving measure. If a customer doesn't want the red ranch, I can assure you they will ask for no red ranch. I did not order curly fries, however half my order of fries was curly. There is absolutely no reason for me to ever go back to this Arby's location and I can assure you I will not make that mistake again. Save your time and pick literally any other restaurant in Carrollton. And to note, this is my second visit in two weeks. This is their typical attitude and food quality from my limited experience. Also don't tell me to use your link to report the problem like you have with other complaints. It can't be copied or clicked on. This is already more time than I wanted to spend on this experience.

Got to the drive through and was told "it will be faster if you come in", it was not. We waited 30 minutes inside after ordering for some dried out meat, watered down soda, and their excuse was they had to make fresh fries when others in the drive thru had theirs before us. I guess all 5 workers needed to hold hands to make those fries, wasn't a rush hour, maybe 4 other customers. Won't be back.

Every time drive through order is wrong or you don’t get everything French dip no dip straight fries get curly fries no wonder everybody goes to McDonald’s or Wendy’s anywhere but there won’t go back this isn’t the first or even second this is happened they need to close and let Burger King come back

We chose Arby’s out of the 3-4 options at this exit because I was able to verify a bogo sandwich coupon would be accepted at this exact location on the app. However, they said they couldn’t honor it. The cashier was unsure how so she went to get the manager who applied offered zero customer service towards a solution.

Like this store, but They don't know how to make a beef and cheddar. They never put the sauce on the bottom bun. They put cheddar on the top like it's supposed to be but then they stick cheddar on the bottom. That's not a beef and cheddar and Arby's CEO should correct this. Whoever the young man is that runs the drive-thru who was working September 15th at 3:30 is an awesome employee. Respectful and always checks to see if you need sauces etc before you pull away at the drive-thru. Courteous and professional. This Arby's just doesn't know how to make a beef and cheddar properly. Just like some at McDonald's who don't know how to make a Big Mac properly

Food might have been good if it was even a little warm. Do you like chairs and floors covered in fries with little girls snickering behind the counter about being terrible customer service individuals?? I have the Arby’s for you! 15 minutes waiting at a fast food place really??? They had nothing but shoulder shrugs for why our food sat on the back counter with no employees to be found. One girl did at least pretend to work as she texted from the bathroom with a cleaning pale tossed haphazardly. I just wanted hot food. Honestly no object permanence as they talked poorly about us, the customers they thought had left, stating “yeah they waited 15 minutes but this isn’t McDonald’s?? What? It was ready that whole time? idk then not my problem, I’m not a manager.” I wanted my food to-go, they could have gotten rid of us in 2 minutes but forced us to dine in because they didn’t want to restock bags or something? Lots of made up excuses that don’t even sound real. Should shut this location down and cut their losses.

The manager Shonda was so rude. She accused me of lieing over a 1.59 slider. Said she knew she put it in there. Than they gave me two different pops and theu both were nasty (flat) and she asked me what I wanted her to do. I told her just give my money back for the large drink, which is almost $3. While O was waiting on the roast beef slider for my son. The old lady working asked shonda for helped and she literally raised her voice at her and said what do you need? The old lady said sorry for askinf for help. Ill never eat here again and neither will my family. Get rid of shonda b4 yall have to shut down.
