Our food was hot and fresh. People were friendly. Place seemed cleaned not sure on the bathrooms, didn't use them.

I got a $7 box, chicken sandwich and beef and cheddar for about 16$ pretty good. I loved how they had a bunch of real houseplants in there!
They’re as good as you can expect for fast food processed roast beef material. Like all fast food…and restaurants in general… the prices went ridiculously high, while the product stayed the same.
Night shift is better than the day shift staff when it comes to making the food and customer service 👌 favorite time to go is in the evening because they always get the order right, they're fast, and have a great attitude every time we stop.
This is a decent steak house but far from top 5 kn my opinion. Service was great and our server was knowledgeable and cute! But the steaks were just ok really and the sweet potato was medicore. 4 of is ate for over $300 to include alcoholic beverages.
The restroom was disgusting. The food was fast, however the fries were undercooked, and my sandwich was over salted, and over cheesed. Most the tables weee dirty.
Manager Shauna was rude & loud. Complained about her food cost to the customer when the employee did not submit the correct order. Other staff were nice & apologetic. Customer service not a priority....food cost is.
Too pricy 36 bucks for 4 sandwiches. And a bun with meat slapped on it that looked like it had been sitting there for hours before I even bought it
We were driving through Louisville and stopped in the drive thru. This is what all 4 of our chicken strips looked like. I worked at an Arby’s for several years so I know when the chicken is old and has been sitting under the heat lamp for hours. We had to wait 5 minutes for our food, and they could have dropped fresh chicken in that time frame. I’m actually not sure what we waited on because nothing was fresh.
Girl at the counter "apologized for the wait" in words but she obviously could care less by her attitude. It was the most disengenous apology I have received in while.
The staff was in the back chatting for the first 5 minutes. Then they were rude to a lady who just wanted the food she ordered. I then had to clean off a table just so we could sit down to eat. The store was not busy but was not clean at all
Every time drive through order is wrong or you don’t get everything French dip no dip straight fries get curly fries no wonder everybody goes to McDonald’s or Wendy’s anywhere but there won’t go back this isn’t the first or even second this is happened they need to close and let Burger King come back
Charged for food, then didn’t have the food they charged me for. Bathrooms were atrocious
We chose Arby’s out of the 3-4 options at this exit because I was able to verify a bogo sandwich coupon would be accepted at this exact location on the app. However, they said they couldn’t honor it. The cashier was unsure how so she went to get the manager who applied offered zero customer service towards a solution.
Like this store, but They don't know how to make a beef and cheddar. They never put the sauce on the bottom bun. They put cheddar on the top like it's supposed to be but then they stick cheddar on the bottom. That's not a beef and cheddar and Arby's CEO should correct this. Whoever the young man is that runs the drive-thru who was working September 15th at 3:30 is an awesome employee. Respectful and always checks to see if you need sauces etc before you pull away at the drive-thru. Courteous and professional. This Arby's just doesn't know how to make a beef and cheddar properly. Just like some at McDonald's who don't know how to make a Big Mac properly
Food might have been good if it was even a little warm. Do you like chairs and floors covered in fries with little girls snickering behind the counter about being terrible customer service individuals?? I have the Arby’s for you! 15 minutes waiting at a fast food place really??? They had nothing but shoulder shrugs for why our food sat on the back counter with no employees to be found. One girl did at least pretend to work as she texted from the bathroom with a cleaning pale tossed haphazardly. I just wanted hot food. Honestly no object permanence as they talked poorly about us, the customers they thought had left, stating “yeah they waited 15 minutes but this isn’t McDonald’s?? What? It was ready that whole time? idk then not my problem, I’m not a manager.” I wanted my food to-go, they could have gotten rid of us in 2 minutes but forced us to dine in because they didn’t want to restock bags or something? Lots of made up excuses that don’t even sound real. Should shut this location down and cut their losses.
The manager Shonda was so rude. She accused me of lieing over a 1.59 slider. Said she knew she put it in there. Than they gave me two different pops and theu both were nasty (flat) and she asked me what I wanted her to do. I told her just give my money back for the large drink, which is almost $3. While O was waiting on the roast beef slider for my son. The old lady working asked shonda for helped and she literally raised her voice at her and said what do you need? The old lady said sorry for askinf for help. Ill never eat here again and neither will my family. Get rid of shonda b4 yall have to shut down.
