Food was amazing as always! Service seemed like they're shorthanded but once we got service it stayed consistent. Kinda felt cramped in there but may have been the time of day.

Mariea was the best waitress ever!!! 10/10 would recommend being at her table! Her attentive and kind !!!

Food was very delicious had try it for myself wish they had meals that came with sides tho just overall the service was A+ I love how they are a team player to the guest there that drumstick with spicy honey 🍯 was yum yum and them collard green was soul food finest i am telling u

Our friends got there before we did- and they told us the waitress wasnt the nicest- We get there… No greeting , no Hi… NO NOTHING… My wife and I work hard, and we dont play when it comes to CS- we are also in the CS field. So She went a got the Manager on duty- and we got a new waitress, Skye, and She helped us tremendously! FOOD WAS 10!!!! Will not disappoint!!!! Thank you for making sure we were taken care of- Rain

Tonight was a friend of mines birthday, and we just wanted to switch up our usual 'go-to' place to eat. As per any Saturday, everywhere was going to be busy. So we expected a wait time. This place, in particular, had a 2 hour out time frame. Normally, we'd probably pass, but since we didn't have a prior reservation and our friends said it was good. We decided to wait. I can honestly say I'm glad / it was worth the wait. First impression, the music was loud. It's almost too loud, but oddly enough, you can still talk to those around you without having to scream. It was a but congested. If you're in the outside booths, chairs have to be moved at surrounding tables to get out. It can be a bit awkward, especially when all the tables are full. The bar is smack dab in the middle of the restaurant with plenty of seating. Almost every wall has a TV. So you can see pretty much any game that's on. To my knowledge, they have a good selection of alcohol but don't quote me. I'm not a big drinker. Plus, they seemed to have been out of a couple of their selections. Along with a few options for indoor seating. They also have outdoor seating with heaters available. Overall, this place is very clean. So that's always a huge plus. The place was slammed. So it was nice to see that cleanliness was still a priority. Second, everyone who worked there was kind, courtes and pleasant. The crowd was overwhelming, but everyone handled even the smallest setbacks with grace and dedication. Lastly the food was great! I'm usually a picky eater, but this place is chef's kiss. Definitely a must try one of everything kind of place lol I personally had the grilled chicken sandwich and the mashed potatoes. Both were very good. We also had the hush puppies and the dip as appetizers. Again, it's very good. Also, some must try menu items. Overall, this place is great. A must try place to add to your list.

This place is more "family style" and less "individual meal." Not to say you can't get the latter, it's just a small menu overall. The food is excellent (I had the spicy chicken dip which I SWEAR was made with chicken thighs- bonus points!) and the beer selection is decent. Service was good, but I was there at a VERY slow time, so take that with a grain of salt. I'll come back during a busier timeframe and update this review when I do.

This Fried Chicken BLT was positively perfect! And the presentation was soooo cute! The service was also top notch! Next time you’re at the Oxmoor Mall, make sure to drop in, give it a try and tell them, your favorite REALTOR® sent you! I’ll definitely be back.

We had a large group. They did a great job and designated two servers to keep us attended to. We never had any problems with food or beverage.

Skye is amazing my best friend and i got dinner and sat outside and she was so attentive so sweet and patient with us and very kind and was very willing to get her a new drink after we forgot about her allergy, definitely asking for her next time!!

Where there is a “Will” there is a way! First time here and the food was amazing! Our server was even better! Will had the best personality and best suggestions for “off menu “ ordering!

i came in last weekend while it was super busy and the hostess mia was super nice and was able to get us in faster than the original wait time we were told! i got the pimento bacon burger and would highly recommend it 10/10!

Will was our server all his recommendations were spot on and delicious. Very professional! All the food was excellent including their drinks. My wife and I will definitely be returning.

Our meal was delicious and our server, Sky, was incredible and really made our meal awesome.

First time here and let me tell you what! If you like Chicken and Spicy, this is the place for you. If the food wasn't enough, "SKY" our server was on point. hooked us up with an appetizer because it was our first time. got our order fast and right the first time. no issues! Also I love it when your server kinda just hovers around enough to see if you need anything but not stopping and asking ever 2 min if you need anything. I like to enjoy my food with minimal interruptions but never like my glass to be empty. Sky was on it, lingering around the corner ready to pounce on an nearly empty glass of water but never know Sky is there. Ninja!! Great service Great food Thanks to all there!

The culinary experience was exceptional. Will, our server, demonstrated exceptional professionalism by providing exceptional service. His politeness, attentiveness, and overall demeanor were commendable. We eagerly anticipate returning to your establishment.

I’ve been encouraged by friends to try The Eagle for some time - finally had the opportunity to go. It exceeded my expectations by a mile! Some of the best fried chicken I’ve had in years!! Do yourself a favor and go - and cut to the chase and order Fried Chicken. It’s the foundation of a great eatery!!

Food was delicious. Chicken was well seasoned. We got the mac and cheese, green beans, house salad, and spoonbread to share. The spoonbread was our favorite! Service was great too. It’s super cold in there (at least when we went) so bring a jacket!

We've been served by Gabi twice and she is awesome! This is a restaurant where the sides really shine, especially the kale salad and the spoon bread. It is also a great place for sharing larger orders, like the family meal option!

5 Stars – Outstanding Service! I had an amazing experience thanks to our server Fila. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal. She gave great menu recommendations, kept our drinks full, and checked in at just the right times. It’s clear she truly cares about creating a great dining experience. Highly recommend—will definitely be coming back and asking for Fila.

Arrive around 5ish and didn’t have to wait for seating or service. The staff was friendly and helpful and the food was on point. Don’t 2nd guess this place!

I always order the BBQ here and love it. Tonight our server Daniel helped me decide to order the grilled cheese I have looked at every time we come in. He was right, it is possibly the best Grilled cheese I have ever had! It came with apples and Apricot jam on it, crazy but delicioso. My husband had the Chicken, what can you say? Chicken is Chicken but it is always good. Daniel was awesome, kept us in Beer and beverages without being clingy. Would definitely ask to be seated in his section again. all was good, as it always is

Loved this place. Comfort food and pleasant atmosphere. Our server was great! Food and drinks were very delicious. Would dine again. Also, walking distance to topgolf and mall.

This was our first time at The Eagle! The food was great and our server Will was amazing! We will be back, but only if Will is our server…lol

We dined at The Eagle Oxmoor for a birthday dinner. All of our food was delicious, from the draft root beer, to the appetizers,, sandwiches, and salads. Their grilled cheese is the best! Chicago, our server, provided exceptional service. She was genuinely friendly, offered great suggestions, and always appeared at just the right time. This was my first visit to the Oxmoor location- have always gone to the Highlands. Will definitely return here. An added bonus is plentiful parking.

We loved having Will as our server! He was absolutely amazing that we asked if he owned the place 😂 food was amazing and flavorful! We will be back!

Sky our server was wonderful. I’ve had them wait on us twice now and both times they were fast and attentive and made sure everything came out correctly and we always had fresh drinks and whatever we needed. They helped me have a truly enjoyable birthday lunch with my family. Will def be back—hope to get them again next time!

Such a great experience, our server Mike was awesome! He was handling the bar and table customers yet my drink never made it to half empty before he came with a refill. Really amazing! Go and ask for Mike!

The wife and I stopped in after TopGolf and they were slammed, luckily we got a table by the garage door and the bar, a little chilly but it wasn't too bad just may want to bring a sweater next time. The music was a little loud but overbearing. The chicken was good but the mac and cheese...I'll be having dreams about that. Kudos to the employees and the manager for having to deal with a monster Karen while we there. We saw her yelling and cussing at the manager but he seemed to stay calm and try to help her as best he could. He also stopped by our table and offered to buy us a couple drinks for the disturbance because she stormed by our table shouting that she should get an extra table then cussed him out again when he explained it was for another reservation and wished her merry christmas. A little show with dinner i guess.

Skye was our server during my boyfriend’s dad’s birthday lunch. hands down best service i have ever received. as someone who has been in the food and service industry since i was 15, i know what good service looks like. Skye went above and beyond for us and made us feel appreciated during our visit. 10/10 service! as our first visit here we were pleasantly surprised with how quick the food came out, great the service was, and how peaceful the atmosphere felt. Will be back!!

First time, everything was fantastic! And our servers Julia and Savannah were awesome! Definitely be back. I've eaten fine Southern Cuisine from New Orleans to Fort Myers...

My husband and I visited the Eagle Oxmoor for the first time last night and it was so delicious we’ve debating going again tonight! Our server, Will, was so kind and attentive. He gave great recommendations on the menu and made sure we felt welcome and taken care of. The Mac and cheese is a must! The best meal I’ve had in a very long time. You won’t regret dining here.

Went with family and were pleasantly surprised at how good the food was. The riskier options for us were better than the safe bets. Chicken sandwich was fantastic, hushpuppies and collards were awesome, while the standard pieces of chicken and mac were just ok. Wish the regular chicken, mac, and spoon bread were hotter when they came out.

My husband and I tried new location at oxmoor. I got 1/4 chicken and husband got chicken sandwich. We ordered a few sides couldn’t just pick one. We had sweet potato casserole, spoon bread and macaroni and cheese. Everything tasted great. Chicken was juicy and tender. Would definitely go again. It is a little expensive since you pay for sides separately but a nice meal

Service was surprisingly attentive. Daniel was on top of things. We had a fried chicken sandwiche with fries, fried chicken BLT with sweet potatoes. Portions were generous, and food was flavorful. Decent happy hour food and drink offerings

We stopped for dinner on a Thursday night. They were busy. The food was decent. Service was good.

Our server was Sky and they were great. We had a table of 10 and Sky was on it, when someone needed something Sky was always right there. The food was good, my wife got the chicken blt. It was better than my burger. But I'm not a fan of pimento cheese so asked to have it held, so maybe that's why it wasn't as good as my wife's. One complaint would be the bar drinks were pretty weak. But all in all a good experience we would go back.

First time ordering here. I work in this mall. I was very impressed with the food overall but the chicken in the salad was little square chunks so it seemed not freshly cut

Service was great, nice atmosphere for our large group. As for the food, their chicken is AMAZING but the side were just ok.

The service was horrible. The was 13 of us in the party . The waitresses wasn’t very knowledgeable with taking care of us . Never refilled drinks . Food order was all mess up . Had repeat numbers of times to get what wanted. Lord and behold when it came time to get tickets . That was the biggest mess I have experience at restaurants.. instead having each on their own ticket but there was tickets with one drink on it , I bet there was 20 different tickets. They try to over charge on some tickets . This wasn’t a cheap meal for all . They didn’t deserve the tip that was automatic add to each tickets . Had to make them start all over on tickets . My daughter and her family tickets and food were so screwed up . Her bill was $160 !!! She had repeated herself several times just to get her ticket right . For these prices these days there should not be an issue or so screwed up . I will be contacting the manager there . Will not be going back or recommend this place

Went here for the first time and let the waiter know that as well. He was very friendly. He explained the sides were pricy but said they were big portions, enough to share. They bring out our food with the tinest portions of sides and we had 3 people. We all ate like birds with such small portions and the food was bad in our opinion. $79 for 3 people to eat like we were on rations lol. The sides brought out were on a tiny, shallow, 6-7 inch skillet. I wish I would have took pics to show you all. Overpowering sour cream flavor in the macaroni and cheese, weird super "herby" flavored mashed potatoes. The chicken and biscuits were good, however. The waiter didnt even ask if we liked our food and now I know why. He probably already knew the answer. Do not recommend at all. Don't let the reviews deceive you like they did me!
