We have dined at Gordon Ramsay Steak several times, and it has always been excellent. This weekend, however, the experience stood out well above our previous visits. We chose to dine here twice during our stay. On our first evening, my wife enjoyed the wagyu filet while I had the sea bass. On our second visit, I ordered the bone-in ribeye with the blue cheese crust, and my wife selected the wagyu ribeye prepared Oscar-style. Every dish was exceptional. The steaks were cooked to a perfect medium, full of flavor, and the blue cheese crust was outstanding. The food consistently met—and exceeded—the high standard we have come to expect. What truly elevated this visit was the level of service. It was some of the best service we have experienced in a long time. The entire team operated with precision and professionalism, creating the feel of a well-coordinated, finely tuned dining room. Our servers, Carleen on the first night and Christina on the second, were both attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely excellent. A special mention goes to Amethyst, whose support throughout the restaurant was remarkable. She moved seamlessly from table to table, ensuring glasses were never empty and every detail was attended to. Her presence added a level of polish that is rarely seen. Executive Chef Juan also deserves recognition for leading both the kitchen and service team so effectively. From the warm greeting upon arrival to the gracious farewell, every interaction reflected excellence. This was a truly memorable dining experience, defined not only by outstanding food, but by exceptional service from start to finish.

It was an experience for sure. A surprise for my son's birthday, he had no idea where we were going. It was very hard to find once we got on the property. We parked in the wrong garage and had to find the other one. Once we got in the building, there were no signs on where to go. We were about 15 minutes late but they still let us in. The service is impeccable. The food is amazing. The prices reflect that it is Gordon Ramsay. There were 5 of us and we all got different dishes. We had the shrimp, the fish, the beef wellington, and the porterhouse. My son had the long island iced tea and I had an old fashioned . They were delicious. We also had the truffle fries and Mac and cheese. Both yummy.

We have dined at Gordon Ramsay Steak several times before, and it has always been very good. This weekend, however, was on an entirely different level. We ate here twice during our stay. The first night, my wife ordered the Wagyu filet and I had the sea bass. The second night, I had the bone-in ribeye with the blue cheese crust, and my wife chose the Wagyu ribeye Oscar style. As always, the food was outstanding. The steaks were cooked to a perfect medium, the flavor was exceptional, and the blue cheese crust was especially memorable. What truly set this visit apart, though, was the service. It has been a long time since we have experienced service at this level. Both nights ran like a fine-tuned, well-oiled machine. Our server the first night, Carleen, and our server the second night, Christina, were both excellent—professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. We were especially impressed by Amathyst, who supported the floor throughout the restaurant. Her attention to detail was remarkable. Glasses were never left unfilled, tables were kept immaculate, and her presence elevated an already outstanding service team. The executive chef on duty, Juan, was also exceptional. He clearly set the tone, driving both the food and the service seamlessly. Even the greeting upon arrival and the farewell on the way out reflected a team that takes great pride in what they do. We didn’t just have a good dinner—we had an outstanding and memorable experience, one that reflects an exceptional management team. Well done. We very much look forward to our next visit.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our experience at Steak was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we sat down, our servers Beth and London went above and beyond. They took their time to walk us through the menu and answered every question with patience and warmth. It felt like we had known them forever—they made us feel right at home. The wine they suggested was perfect, and the food was truly out of this world. This was our very first visit, but it certainly won’t be our last. I brought my parents along, and they were absolutely over the moon about the entire experience. If you haven’t been to Steak yet, you’re missing out. Do yourself a favor and come—you’ll love it!

Nov. 29, 2025 Absolutely Amazing Service!!! A party of 4 for mine and my best friend’s birthday, this place gave us the special treatment. Not only was it mouth watering yummy food, our exceptional service wasn’t just at our table with our wonderful server Christina, it started at the door with the warmest of greetings from Kenneth and George! Every employee we came in contact with had a smile and a hello! This not only shows how wonderful your staff is, but also the manger that runs the restaurant! Thank you so much for a fantastic night!!!

From the moment we checked in, the staff made us feel like we were their priority. The service was excellent. Beth and Nicholas went above and beyond to make us feel special. The staff could speak to the menu perfectly. The food was served at perfect temperature and the presentation was beautiful. The taste far exceeded our expectations.

I specifically came here to try the famous beef Wellington. There’s a lot of hype around this specific dish and I can say it was definitely worth it. I thought the beef Wellington was one of the best foods I have ever tried. They had a special four course tasting menu. All of the dishes were good but the beef Wellington clearly took the #1 spot.

We are a Gordon Ramsey fan family. We watch all of his shows. Our 15 yr old daughter Victoria is HUGE fan! She was so excited when we shared we’d be taking her to his Elizabeth Indiana restaurant. However, the morning before we were set to go, we called the Casino to make certain children were permitted at this restaurant. We were told 21 and up, even for Gordon’s restaurant. We broke the news to Victoria. We told her we would go somewhere else. We couldn’t leave her out. She insisted we go and made plans with her friends to go to the mall; encouraged us to go and bring her back beef Wellington. When we arrived, we apologized that our reservation was for 3, but our third was 15 and under age, as we were told she was underage to dine. The manager told us, he was so sorry we were told this. He informed us the information we were given was incorrect. There was a hotel entrance he told us about that permitted underage diners, that we did not have to go through the actual casino. He was just as disheartened as us. The food and the servers, amazing! As we left the dining entrance the manger, George Carpenter approached us with a gift bag FULL of Gordon Ramsey merch for Victoria! This was so kind, such a wonderful gesture! Victoria was elated to receive it!! Above and beyond great service! A very happy kid. She loves to cook! Now she has her very own Gordon knife and cutting board! She put her Gordon Ramsey shirt on to watch Hells Kitchen. It was the sweetest. Thank you again to George and all the staff! We will return for Victorias 16th birthday!

Food, drinks, service, the whole experience was phenomenal. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I had the tasting menu and I'm so glad I did because everything was delightful.

My wife and ventured over to Caesar's Indiana from Louisville to check out the upscale restaurant, Gordon Ramsay Steak House. Reviewing a restaurant and not having a signature dish might seem a bit inappropriate, but this visit warrants a review. Both of us had the Ora King Salmon which in my opinion was wonderful. My wife liked it as well, but didn't rave about it as I did. Our sides were a baked potato and grilled asparagus. The potato was really good and the asparagus was perfectly cooked and not stringy as some asparagus can be. We had the Vanilla Mascarpone Cheesecake which we also highly recommend. Megan was our server and did a great job and superbly recited a long list details about all of the offerings and specials. The only hiccup hardly worth mentioning is the main course took a long time coming out, but it just meant we ate more bread while waiting. The meal was pricey but the atmosphere, service and the occasion was definitely worth it. Don't miss the experience.

Fantastic service, fantastic food (some complained that Wellington was small and mushy) my Royal Longbone was seasoned well and cooked to perfection. Scallops were fantastic. Risotto eas a little over but not bad. Chocolate Pot D' Creme and Vanilla Mascarpone Cheescake were also excellent. Great dining experience!!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hands down the best dining experience we’ve had in Indiana/Louisville in a long time! My husband and I went to Gordon Ramsay’s restaurant for a date night, and it exceeded every single one of our expectations. From the moment we walked in, the service was warm, welcoming, and top-notch. The staff made us feel right at home and truly went above and beyond. The food? Absolutely delicious. Every dish was bursting with flavor and plated beautifully. We even had the chance to meet the head chef juan , who introduced us to some exciting new items on the menu — and let me just say, they were incredible! This was more than just dinner; it was a full experience. We’ll definitely be back, and we highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for an unforgettable meal. If you’re in the Indiana or Louisville area, make this your next stop — you won’t regret it!

Service is excellent. Staff is always very attentive, welcoming and friendly. We ordered the Braised short ribs, Salmon and Beef Wellington. All excellent! We also ordered Sticky Toffey Pudding which was AMAZING and I highly recommend! Even if you’re full, order it. Trust me.

Went here to celebrate an anniversary. The food was delicious! We had the lamb, beef Wellington, Mac n cheese, truffle fries, and the Brussels sprouts. We ended with the sticky toffy pudding! I mean it was all Delicious! Serious was amazing! It is a scrape kitchen so It is made to order, so there is a wait time for your food, but it’s worth it. I’ve read comments talking about the process being high, and yes they are high but you see and taste the quality of ingredients they use. To me it was worth it. Great experience! The staff was all very attentive and made the night very special.

So is Gordon Ramsay's Steak House all it is cracked up to be?? Oh it really is. First of all Michael was the best server I have had in a very long time. Every detail of this place is designed to provide you a great upscale yet casual fine dining experience. It is very well staffed and everyone seemed to be having a great day. The food was outstanding from the appetizer to the sides to the main course. It was all very delicious. Every inch of this restaurant was clean and the table setting looked as if it was in use for the first time, clean and crisp in every detail. It is very easy to find using Google Maps and has plenty of free parking.

We decided to celebrate our anniversary here and I’m so glad we did. From the moment we checked in, I could tell this was going to be an experience we won’t forget. The hostess congratulated us and sat us promptly even though we arrived early for our reservation. While being seated there was nothing but smiles and hello’s from all the staff. Our table was right by the kitchen which I found amusing. Our waitress for the night was Tobi (and another sweet lady who helped, whose name I forgot). She was very attentive and even ran through the menu with us since it was our first time dining. Now onto the good stuff. The complimentary bread and butter was perfect. Also, GET the lobster risotto as your appetizer. I’m serious when I say this was literally the best dish I have ever had. We both ordered the beef wellington for our entree. Unbelievably flavorful and melted in your mouth. Oh and those truffle fries! Huge serving, definitely get those! I enjoyed my cocktail as well, it paired perfectly with all the different flavors we had on the table. Since we were celebrating our anniversary we not only got a card congratulating us, but a complimentary mini cheesecake. It was the perfect size and extremely divine. But that didn’t stop us from trying the sticky toffee pudding too. Despite being full from all these amazing options, it was worth ordering. Highly, highly recommend dining here. The attention to detail and stellar service made it so much better. The food alone speaks for itself but my oh my. Thank you for a wonderful evening!

I can not give enough stars for this place We planned our trip around this restaurant. We had two servers helping you which both could not have been nicer. The food was amazing. I highly recommend getting the crab cake. I have never had a better one.

We chose to dine in at Gordon Ramsay Steak for my birthday celebration, and the experience exceeded all expectations. Our server Beth was impeccable, and the food was truly exceptional. My family and I had a wonderful evening, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice for this special occasion.

My sister in law went for my birthday! I've always wanted to eat at one of Gordon's restaurants. It's quite expensive but good quality food! The atmosphere and service was PHENOMENAL! The servers DID NOT disappoint! They earn their $$$! Also their knowledge of the food was impeccable!

Customer service is elite. From the seating to the table. The staff is very attentive and friendly. Reservations were easy, but it was crowded at 6 pm. when I ate here. But the food was great and it was fresh. The pork chop was season cooked almost perfectly. The mac and cheese is a must get. Fries was a hot hand cut. The potato was good also. My experience on this day was phenomenonial. I would definitely recommend it again. 5 stars If I had a negative, they needed to bring more stuff on the menu. The waygu meatballs he has are outta this world.

The steak was cooked to perfection and sliced easily. The asparagus was done nicely with a delicious hollandaise. The potato puree was smooth and flavorful with sour cream and chives. The focaccia had just enough softness with a nice rosemary butter. And the picadilly circus drink was a nice fruity rum drink with not too much sweetness. The staff are all friendly and attentive! I’ve eaten at Hell’s Kitchen and my meal here was better. Definitely recommend

Celebrated our wedding anniversary here and we’re so grateful. Had a little incident with their oyster but the manager and staff are really passionate to rectify the issue. My husband really love the sea bass and I’m overjoyed with my beef wellington and truffle fries! The most memorable was the sticky toffee pudding. We’ll come back to try their steak next time. Our server was also the best in terms of quality service, 5 ⭐️

I have been going to Gordon Ramsey’s restaurants for years and I must say, I have always been delighted. This time, my sister and I were on a road trip and dressed for hiking. As we were driving through Southern Indiana, we discovered he had opened a Gordon Ramsey’s Steak here and since it was just about dinner time, well who wouldn’t make a pit stop for that? I’d normally be better dressed but again, we weren’t planning on this dining experience. Even so, they welcomed us in and made us feel cared for rather than turning their noses up to our hiking attire. We were so grateful to not be turned away. The interior was beautiful with the perfect lighting for ambience—not too bright, not too dark. Our server, Michael, was great and the woman who was assisting him (can’t remember her name) was impressive as well. She noticed my sister shivering in her short sleeves and brought her a freshly pressed shawl. WOW! Great touch! We started off with the lobster risotto which melted in our mouths! So delicious! Next we ordered the Beef Wellington which came with glazed root vegetables, potato puree and a red wine Demi glaze. As usual, the Wellington was cooked to perfection and the accompaniments were a perfect compliment. We also ordered the roasted Brussels sprouts which came perfectly portioned, cooked and seasoned. And to to off the night, who can go here WITHOUT indulging in the sticky toffee pudding? Not us. No matter how full I am, I can always make room for my favorite Gordon Ramsey dessert! For me, it’s a must! If you find yourself in the Southern Indiana area, drive on over to Caesar’s Palace and eat at this location! You’ll be glad you did!

Amazing staff, very attentive, very polite. Didn't wait more than 20 minutes for our appetizers, or meals. It obviously is expensive. Some of thier appetizers range from 14-30$. Meals range from 30$-115$. They charge 12$ for a liter of Voss water also. The food portions are a decent size, not too big, or too small. I definitely recommend it, if you never been, but make sure you save up.

Amazing experience! The food was so great...literally everything was so good! We had the pork belly appetizer (servers suggestion) and it was divine. George (manager) came to check on us a few times to make sure everything was great, but the servers were on top of everything! We had no complaints--the beef wellington and roasted chicken were so good. The sticky toffee cake was great!

PHENOMENAL!!! What else can you say about eating at one of the world's leading chefs restaurant? I started off with a scrumptious Caesars salad. The fresh made dressing is the best I have EVER had! My main course was the Beef Wellington, brussels sprouts with bacon and apple cider vinegar, and the lobster Risotto! I felt like I had gone to heaven.... It was everything I imagined, and the food was as tasty as it looked on TV. I crossed an item off of my book at list! A MUST DO

We dined here and it was phenomenal!!! I have to speak on the service first…Which was amazing!!! Gordon Ramsay staff were friendly and made you feel right at home. Our server Nick and server assistant Lexi were the best!!! They conversed with us and made sure we were comfortable at all times. They spoke highly of the restaurant and each dish that we asked about. This made us even more excited to try the food. Everything came out in a timely manner which is a plus for me. They allowed us to sit comfortably and didn’t rush us to leave. We started with the Pork Belly appetizer. Although I do not eat Pork I left it to the other members of my table. I did try the grits and spinach layered underneath. The grits were the BEST I’ve ever had. The spinach tasted amazing as well! I ordered the Rib Cap(pictured). The presentation of the dish itself was great…Tastes even better! It was cooked to the perfect temperature and VERY flavorful. I highly recommend this dish. I also had a Duchess Cocktail (pictured) which seems to be a restaurant favorite. It did not disappoint, if you love a sweet, lemon, zesty flavor you will love this cocktail. To finish off the meal we ordered a Sticky Toffee Pudding, which was delicious! If you’re thinking about dining at Gordon Ramsay Steak, you will not be disappointed!!!😊

Excellent food and great service. We had so many questions and the waitress answered them all and didn’t make us feel incompetent. The Brussel sprouts and British Ale onion soup were amazing. The steaks were cooked perfectly and the chicken was so juicy. Everything was so packed with flavor and was delicious. We will definitely be going back again.

Had a really great meal here. Literally every staff greets you as you walk by to your table. So we ordered the Beef Wellington the Porter house steak the long bone steak the lobster risotto brussel sprouts shitaki mushrooms and what ever the fancy name is for mashed potatoes. We had high expectations since it had the Gordon Ramsay name on it. We done out a lot and the food was everything we expected and more. Price wise I can't argue with because the name attached to it. But on my opinion of your broke and don't want to eat in what some call a fancy restaurant then don't. Me personally I work hard for my money and don't mind spending it on great food. But to get back to my review the food was amazing and high quality. The staff was on top of every part of our meal down to our drinks and brushing crumbs from the bread off the table. This is what I would call high class service. If your wanting date night or just really trying to impress someone nice this is absolutely the place to go. I'm certain we will be returning on the future.

Awesome way to celebrate our 8th anniversary. Started with a beautiful card saying happy anniversary. We shared an appetizer of hot duck which was cooked perfectly. Normally duck is greasy this was tender juicy and I could have ate a bowl of just the puree. We did a 3 Oz tasting of the Japanese wagyu it was moist delicious and cooked to perfection. My husband choose the 14 Oz NY strip.with Brussel sprouts. The came out delicious on the dry rub and Brussel sprouts crispy but not bitter. I had the 22 Oz ribeye done Oscar syste and bourbon glazed pecan carrots. Steak were cooked perfectly flavor from marinade shone through and the crab and bernaisse were perfect pairing I never knew existed. The carrots were sweet with a crunch and I loved the eye catching tiny texture. We ended with the anniversary vanilla marscopone cheesecake and the sticky toffee. Love that the butter was icecream. Perfect way for us to celebrate. They were attentive and made the experience special and one to remember. Great food and service. Will be back to enjoy these dishes and try some new ones.

Unbelievable. Everything was absolutely wonderful. Our waiter Nick was so kind and knowledgeable. He really made the experience special for us. The food was incredible. We had the ceaser salad to start and the addition of the scotch egg was excellent, such a unique twist to a ceaser salad, highly recommend. The lobster on the lobster risotto was so tender and flavorful, also highly recommended. My husband and I split the beef wellington, and I truly can not say enough good about it. It was so tender, well seasoned, and the puff pastry was cooked perfectly. It's a must try! We also all split the mushrooms and the gratin spinich, both delicious! My mom got the chicken and the cornbread pudding that comes with it was so flavorful and good I highly recommend if you are looking for a good non steak option. We finished our meal with the sticky toffee pudding which I also highly recommend. The warm sauce on top with the ice cream were perfect additions to finish up the perfect meal. We will return.

Took our son here for his birthday dinner. Drove over 3 hours to get there and it was worth every minute. He’s a huge Gordon fan. We were greeted by all the staff upon entering. The service was impeccable. Each dish was presented beautifully and the flavors were wonderful. Great place for a great dinner for any occasion.

Went there for my husbands birthday and it was fantastic. The lobster risotto was the best. We got the truffle fries, 14 strip, and beef Wellington. It was all extremely good. If I was rich , I’d be back all the time . Lol highly recommend. The service was amazing too.

One of the best meals I've ever had! I assume the negative reviews are from people that don't like to spend money, because it's definitely not cheap. But you should know this going in and choose another option if that's a problem for you. I went to dinner with a friend and we tried multiple dishes. Appetizers: crab cake and the pork belly. I also had a Ceasar salad. Entrees: Japanese A5 wagyu and Beef Wellington. Sides: Potato puree, seared scallops Dessert: sticky toffee pudding Drinks: old fashioned, wine, sparkling water Everything was amazing! The service was exceptional! This is a culinary experience, so prepare to be there awhile. We were there for two hours. My favorites were the wagyu, wellington, pork belly, toffee pudding.

WOW. WOW. WOW. Was I expecting good food and service? Sure. Was I expecting to have the best dining experience ever? Not really. But it WAS. From the minute we walked in we were treated like royalty. And not just from our server - but from the entire staff. Everything was meticulously perfect and the food was worth every penny. We ordered almost all of the appetizers on the menu as we were a large party - if you like crab cakes we thought those were one of the best of the lot! I especially loved that part of the experience was hearing the kitchen staff frequently yell “Yes Chef!”

K

Absolutely delightful experience with Ashley as our server! The food was exquisite. Steaks and lobster cooked to perfection, huge shrimp cocktail, and super tasty crab cakes. Highly recommend!

We had reservations and ate here on a Saturday evening. The service was spot on; very attentive, never had to ask for anything besides salt & pepper. Side note: the salt and pepper grinders cannot be left on the table because evidently people steal them. There was a laid back atmosphere amidst the fine dining food. Dressed up or down, hats, shorts, all were welcome. As for the food...the filet mignon was cooked to perfection, cut like butter, and melted in our mouth. The lobster tail was an add on. It was shelled and rather small. However, it was also cooked to perfection and delicious. The grilled asparagus, bearnaise sauce, and Caesars salad were all very good. The corn and crab bisque was a miss. It had a very thick consistency like mayonnaise and no crab. Also, the iced tea is not fresh brewed. They give you the bottle to accompany the glass of ice. All in all, I would definitely recommend. I meant to take more pictures, but, as per usual, I was starving and forgot. The total was $220.

Love the new restaurant! The staff was amazing, professional, and wanting to give you a very enjoyable dining experience. The food was very delicious. However, our proteins all came out over cooked from the lobster in the appetizer to the steak and beef short ribs. I am most definitely interested in trying again. The Sticky Toffee Pudding is worth the visit alone!

L

Appetizers and cocktails were excellent. The beef Wellington was quite good, but the carrots in the garnish were raw and unseasoned. Service was not as impressive. The waiter began by describing almost all the dishes on the menu; it was an awkwardly long time. We were asked a bit of a sexist question; he asked the men if they'd like a bourbon and the ladies were offered Prosecco. Sir, you are in bourbon country; don't assume women don't drink bourbon. Second, don't presume anything based on gender. Finally, the repeated attempts at upselling were annoying. The sticky toffee pudding was incredible, and the London Fog cocktail was delightful. But unfortunately the main courses were less enjoyable than the appetizers.

This was our first experience. Price was a little high for the experience. We couldnt understand our waiter. He was foreign and spoke so fast I couldnt keep up. He took his time at the end like oh you ate you didnt need anything else. Besides that our experience was great. We were celebrating my husband 45th birthday. He recieved a card and a cheesecake on the house. For our dinner we did a lober risotto for our appetizer. My husband did beef wellington with scallops. I did a 8 oz filet, load baked potatoe, and pecan carrots. We will be going back at some point. It was so good!

Hit the vegas edition last fall, thought we would venture south to try the new Gordon Ramsay Steak down by the river in Caesars Casino. Lobster risotto spot on as expected, if you're a bread fan be ready to ask for more. Onion soup is different, made with Guinness so be ready for a different twist on traditional French onion. 14oz NY strip was excellent served medium, more pricey than Ruth's Chris but not as good. Mac n cheese is a must, definately doin that again. Chicken breast served bone on edge was solid, served on a pile of greens that had a sweet hint. The cornbread loaf or ?, it was horrible and not sue why they serve this other than a visual garnish, it was left for the birds. Finished up with a cheesecake, if you have room try it, smooth and creamy. Service was great, coupled with a cool atmosphere. Nice place will be back.

Our Valentine’s Day dinner at Gordon Ramsay Steak was a significant disappointment, marked by rushed service and lackluster food that failed to meet the brand's premium standards. However, we were truly impressed by the effort George, the General Manager, made to rectify the situation after we contacted him. His professionalism and accountability lived up to the Ramsay name, and we sincerely appreciate him stepping up to make things right. I'm giving three stars because of this experience, but I'll happily (and hopefully) change it to five stars if our next visit meets our expectations!

I ordered a lobster tail and sea bass. Both were delicious. However, the portions were extremely small. The lobster tail was almost the size of a piece of jumbo shrimp. The sea-bass was really good but again, small… About the size of a ping pong ball. The green beans tasted like the ones I cook at home (I’m not chef) the potatoes were ok, but nothing to write home about. My husband ordered the ribeye. He said it was delicious. The mushrooms were really good. The puree mashed potatoes was interesting, almost liquid formed. The service was excellent! 2 dinners, 2 alcohol drinks and $320.00 plus tip.. it was an experience but I don’t foresee us ever going back.

M
Myy

We were disappointed with our visit in September. The service was extremely poor, which made the overall experience even worse. My order was incorrect twice, and it felt like the kitchen was running on autopilot any requests or menu alterations weren’t acknowledged or followed. The atmosphere was the best part of the restaurant, but the food quality was very basic and didn’t meet our expectations. Service also fell short. I’m assuming many of the servers were new, but small details like topping off my bottled water with tap water or not noticing the wrong order before bringing out our meals—really impacted the experience.

Went here this past Wednesday and it was the worst experience I've ever had. I've probably been here about 6-8 times and the customer service is usually excellent. But this last time, it took our waiter, Alex, 15 minutes to greet us. And at that point my party was ready to go because we seen 2 couples that came in after us served before we were. This has never happened before. Anyway, we ended up leaving and the manager, Jill caught us at the door. She was incredible at handling the situation. She apologized and offered us free appetizers. But at that point, my party wasn't open to returning. Probably because it was their 1st time there and the whole experience left a bad taste in our mouths. We watched while other were served with excellent customer service while we were ignored and neglected. I rather spend my money elsewhere if I'm not offered the same treatment as the other customers. Edit: I forgot to mention, I booked us a reservation so we had a reservation and still received horrible customer service from our waiter. But, not the manager. Also, usually when I book a reservation here, I get a spacious table with a booth. This time, I was given a small square table with 4 seats for 3 people in an overcrowded area. Overall, just a horrible experience. They lost me as a loyal customer.

I've been to other Gordan Ramsay locations before and know the service expectations he has, and this is not it. We went on valentines day and the service was horrible. We had reservations for 9:15pm and felt totally rushed and uncared for. Our server was Jen and she barely said two words while taking our order. It was stand offish and unfriendly. The restaurant at this point was half empty so it wasn't a need to rush. We ordered our food and got bread pretty quickly but right after my first bite of bread our entrees were there! Within five minutes of ordering. A fine dining experience is all about pacing and attentive service, this was not that. (I also saw this happen to at least 3 other tables around us) One of our entrees was lukewarm at best and the speed in which we got it made us believe our food was sitting on the pass or pre-plated well in advance to "flip" tables quickly or "clear the pass" so their shift could end. I think the cardinal sin in all of it was that the server said here's the check and dropped it on the table before we even had our desserts delivered. A clear sign of dismissal and farewell. The only reason we tipped was because her helper, Charles was on top of refills, silverware, and plates like it was his own restaurant. That man deserves his tip.

Overpriced. Staff was friendly. Got one 8 oz Filet Mignon steak for 76.00! Nothing special. It wasnt terrible , but for that price it should of been more flavorful and memorable js. Ive had steaks at Texas Roadhouse with more flavor for a third of the cost We only drank water, as we dont drink alcohol or soda. Water was served room temp and NO ICE? Even Dennys serves you cold ice water. We had to ask for ice , twice actually as our waitress seemed to had forgotten. My husband got the roasted chicken for 55.00 and he didnt like it. Roasted chicken shouldnt be that expensive, very cheap meat. We only got on side because they were extra cost, the puree potatoes, which were so thin and watery. Dinner did actually come with bread, it was fine. I was there celebrating my birthday , all they gave me was a card with a picture of Gordon Ramsey? Funny, most nice restraunts usually at least give you a small slice of cake or scoop of ice cream complimentary. The restraunt itself was ok, we got put in a small room off to the side fealt kind of isolated. Seems to need some updates too. Just being honest and will have no plans to return.

Our first and last time here was 03/08/2023 at around 8:45. We were kindly greeted at the door and promptly seated. Our server Jean was very nice and knowledgeable about the menu. It took forever for us to get our food, probably around 45 minutes despite it not being busy. There were only 5 tables seated including ours. When we finally got our food, the presentation was decent. We ordered the Beef Wellington, Lamb Rack and Truffle Fries. We had high hopes because of the high standard that Gordon Ramsay puts on his food on TV but it didn't translate to our plates. Our dishes had very little flavor and the most sad part to admit is, the truffle fries were the best thing we had during our dining experience. We ordered the chocolate mousse for dessert and even that was lackluster. I really appreciate Jean for treating us so well but this was definitely $250 wasted (including tip). Needless to say, we won't be back. I don't recommend this restaurant. Please don't waste your money here. I'm glad she paid lol.

Hard to believe Gordon Ramsay is associated with this restaurant. You get 2 pieces of bread and then if you want more it’s $1.50 each person. 30 minutes wait for the appetizer. Then we were told there was a problem with the beef Wellington and it would be a longer wait. When it finally arrived it was almost inedible, it was very tough and chewy. My favorite dessert, sticky pudding, was so rock hard you needed a hammer to break a piece off. Way over frozen. This wasn’t our first visit but will be the last.

I had a reservation for 8 o’clock for Valentine’s Day. The hostess called me at 2 PM to ask about package deals that they had. I said that I wanted the $20 package deal with that came with flowers strawberries and a card me and my fiancé were supposed to have a romantic night at Gordon Ramsay‘s. They set us at a table that seated six people, and there was another couple at said table and we were divided by a chair. It was very uncomfortable and very awkward. The table was moving. We were basically eating with strangers at the same exact table. I did not get the package deal I did not get strawberries. I did not get roses. I did not get a card .since there was another couple at the same table that we were eating at They proceeded to give our food to the other couple and vice versa the other couple had touched my plate and then they proceeded to give me that plate. They messed up Our food by giving it to the wrong people then giving it back to us they gave the other couples food to us as well, just very unprofessional and very unsanitary the helper that pours the water at the end of the service asked if I wanted more water I said yes he just looked at me and walked away and did not give me any more water. This wasn’t a fun experience. It wasn’t romantic. We paid over $200 for basically a double date with a stranger and unprofessionalism I do not recommend. I also have called three times to complain, but they keep sending me to voicemail. I have left two voice messages as well.
