Very fast taco bell, and they get the orders right consistently. Usually, taco bells are one or the other. Especially because it's a KFC/Taco Bell, I lowered my expectations, but was pleasantly surprised.
Magnificent as quoted by my husband thats His Place! He lives Taco Bell. He usually gets Beef Nachos Belle Grande and Dorito Loco Taco Supreme. Same order and lives it!❤

I've been going to this Taco Bell / KFC at Josey & Hebron, since it was built. I probably buy from here 2 to 4 times a year. I've never had an issue with my order, no matter how much I order. I have a large family, so my orders are too. I usually go inside, and the restaurant is always VERY clean. Staff is friendly and seem to be well trained to take orders, and I see them double checking orders when bagging the items - something all restaurants should do, but most don't. I hate getting home with my order to find out that I'm missing 80% of someone's meal. That's never happened to me here. Overall a good experience, and I certainly appreciate the cleanliness.
So my son actually got kfc, not Taco Bell but since it's in the same store, I'm leaving a review. He said he loves this location. Sometimes it can take a little bit of time to get your food if there is a line, but most of the time lately it's been super quick and the food is hot and my kiddo loves it.
I love this KFC/Taco Bell restaurant. My husband and I went by there a couple of days ago and each ordered a chicken sandwich. He had the regular one, and I had the chicken littles. They were all delicious. The staff was courteous and friendly. The drive-thru line was really long, but it went quickly.
They have crispy back so delicious thank you for bringing it back I love this location

This restaurant is pretty consistently accurate with our orders, but is probably the slowest drive through Taco Bell in the country. There is one person who has been working the drive through for the past couple years or so that has caused it to become very slow (it didn't used to be like this even back when it had a KFC, Taco Bell, and Pizza Hut in it 10 or so years ago. It is only a Taco Bell/KFC now.). The cashier is very sweet, thorough, and gives us a lot of sauces if we ask for them though so it all evens out. While I do wish we wouldn't need to wait 30-45+min when we go through the drive through, we do still go to this Taco Bell. Mostly because it is the closest Taco Bell to us and we know what to expect. If we are in a rush, we don't go to this Taco Bell or will go inside instead. The only other downside to this Taco Bell is that customers can't use the Taco Bell app here. That means they can't accumulate or use their Taco Bell Rewards. For these two reasons, we do often visit other Taco Bell restaurants nearby.
This Taco Bell kfc always has awesome chalupas the way the are meant to be and not hard and stale. Plus if you want kfc the famous bowls are always good too. They never take too long and they are normal friendly not rude
The didn’t get my order correct in the drive thru, however they weren’t rude when I took it inside to have it fixed. That’s the least I can ask for.
It's just as good as any other Taco Bell but this one in particular has much higher prices than other nearby Taco Bells. Not sure why.
Food was standard for Taco Bell. Service was surprisingly above average. Restaurant and bathroom is filthy, surprising as its a new prototype store.
Been here once several years ago. Clean place, friendly people. I just don't like to feel rushed to order. Most times I don't know what I want. I have to sit down and look from far or they'll bombard you and stare you down. Are you ready are you ready??? I'm thinking if I were..... Nevermind. No I'm still looking.
We frequently have Taco Bell my 3 boys loves it.. Mazhar the Assistant Manager is so friendly we get such a great experience, great customers each time we encounter him he’s very polite... than you for your services.
Ordered and payed for box of supreme party tacos. Got 7 supreme 5 not supreme. Ordered bean & cheese burrito - beans tasted old. Burito was not editable.
Delicious but why 15-20 min in drive thru. Another location nxt time for me. If I'm gonna wait 20min on food it needs to be at a restaurant! Frfr!😕
This was a combination KFC and Taco Bell, burritos were okay but I think they need to stick with either one or the other, the usual hot sauce selection was not out on the bar it felt more like a KFC
Taco Bell is okay, quality of the food may actually be going down, understand they don't even use real meat any longer it's all sorry but I can't verify that. It's a nice and expensive meal and you sleep pretty quick and I still like it.
Let me tell y’all something - this store had a different owner 4 months ago and he ran this place badass. But I guess he left and now I feel like this place is ran by a bunch of people who just simply don’t care . Someone needs to whip this location back into shape
This is the slowest restaurant in North America. Makes late night Whataburger seem like a grab and go. And you better check your items to make sure they got it right.
They always end up closing the place before the actual time by 30 minutes or so. Very unprofessional, especially if they are working with the delivery companies like door dash or Uber eats
I went thru the drive thru and got 3 crunchy tacos, however the shells tasted stale
Every single time I order from the KFC side my order is wrong and I make sure they can hear me. And its still wrong. My ticket is correct but thats as far as the correctness goes.
There was one other person in store. They ran out biscuits. They didn't give me the drink that came with the combo I ordered. This is Abaco Bell/ Kentucky Fried Chicken. This is the 3rd time my order has been incomplete or wrong. I won't be spending anymore of my money at this location.
I am not sure what is wrong with this location but it is seriously the slowest fast food restaurant on the planet. I would rather drive farther away knowing I’ll get my food faster than if I sit in the drive through or inside. They are always nice enough but the wait times are out of control.
I went to this place about a week ago and ate inside, and for the many years that I've been coming here, I've NEVER seen so many angry customers, and wrong orders coming back in. This place has Taco Bell and KFC in one. There is one person in particular that knew what they were doing, and he was the manager. His name is Trenton. I give this man MASSIVE props for dealing with all of the angry customers and wrong orders so calmly and professionally. The other employees were wandering around trying to figure out which order goes to the drive-thru, which orders were to-go, and which orders were dine-in. Trenton kept trying to tell them to look at screen that shows the orders, but they still got them wrong. Order after order after order just kept coming back, and with it angry customers. I've never seen so much confusion in a fast food place. It took my order approximately 15 minutes to get to me, for 3 pieces of chicken. I will eat at this place again in a few weeks. If it is has not gotten any better, I will take my business elsewhere. I would suggest trying this place, but again if you're experiencing the issues I am, then I would recommend going some place else. Good job Trenton, thanks for your patience. 😀
The service is awful . Kids run the store it’s just horribly managed. With no one else at the store ordering 1 taco will take 10 minutes .Last time I go there 👍🏻
We normally love this location but tonight was a different story. There must have been a change in staff. Maybe one person spoke English we stood at the counter forever with employees just talking in the back watching us stand there waiting. I was trying to ask for hot sauce and the one lady that finally came to the counter could not understand me and tried giving me every sauce other than the taco bell hot sauce. Food was great but come on management do better.

Does Taco Bell not cut you quesadillas anymore? The last two times I've been here, my quesadilla was just a whole piece. They skimp on the meat(even ground beef) that makes me feel like I'm at Chipotle.. I BARELY had any meat on my chalupas. Also, I was missing food from my order which is ridiculous for an evening where I was the ONLY person in the drive thru.

They forget half your items. Always check bag. You get 3 items and they forget 2. How hard is it.
My order was wrong twice. I order a spicy chicken sandwich but recieved a original chicken sandwich. Also I order a beef burrito and got a bean burrito.
Not only will this place ALWAYS get your order a wrong, they ALWAYS take at least 10 minutes per order! Slowest business ive ever been to!

This is the slowest Taco Bell I have ever been to. I waited almost 15 minutes for 2 beefy 5 layer burritos. That’s just ridiculous.

Don't go to this taco Bell if you're expecting a correct order, because they never get mine right. I literally order the same thing every time I go, and EVERYTIME, WITHOUTH FAIL, they get it wrong. I order the cheesey CHICKEN gordita crunch, and they always give me beef. So freaking frustrating when I have to turn around on my drive or as soon as I get home bc they've messed it up once again.
The place was empty yet dirty tables and floor. We had contact w 4 team members. No one was courteous nor smiled. There was a foul smell from the soda machine.

Rude person. he went outside to check where my car was and he went back inside. I was like what is he doing .The tacos where soggy they weren't even that good the Pepsi tasted really bad. The place smells like pee. It's so bad.
Shockingly SLLLLOOOOWWW!!! I'm not sure who does their training but they need to go!! I had know idea the skill level required to make a taco at a reasonable speed!😂 Again...terrible. 2 gordita crunch no lettuce apparently means 2 soft tacos, loaded. Never again. McDonalds, I'm back!
Save yourself the frustration and go to the Taco Bell down the road. Drive thru takes forever. Went inside once because I thought it would be faster and never even got acknowledged by an employee.

This place sucks with service. Have tried to get break fast multiple times here before around 9 am and Everytime they don't answer the drive thru. We see you in there. They do not serve breakfast. Don't even try. It's a joke
Don't go there they made both my orders wrong . I was late for work they had no line. When i try to call them they have a busy signal.
Worst service. Had me wait at the speaker for over ten min. Finally I'm yelling hello. No answer. Had 7 cars behind me. What is taking so long everytime I come here. Hire a better staff. This is rediculous.
I want everyone to know, these employees are not wearing masks while preparing your food. I counted 4 employees of the 6 that were either wearing it below nose or not at all!
Would not recommend this place to anyone at anytime. Been waiting 15 minutes and have received one item from our order. Employees move slow, not a single notion of enthusiasm for their job. Ridiculous doesn't even begin to describe it.

close this store. its the worst. from missing order to smelly food. they used old oil and ingredients that had gone bad. the worst. should close this store down. there is a reason they are not busy
They gave me totally wrong food
When I got to the register the associate told me I could not have my dog my pet in there. I began to tell him that she is a service animal. He walked off and try to help another customer. I asked to speak to the manager on duty he was like I was. So I got my paperwork out to show him her papers and he called someone else and he told this person what was going on I showed him the paper and he was like I'm sorry he didn't know that I had papers on her for being my service animal. So I let them know I'll be calling corporate on them for making me leave with my service animal. The rating should be a zero star.
This location has messed up my order every single time I go there. It took me driving there 4 time for them to make one order right and they still didn't make it right just gave me my money and I left. And today I was very clear about a chicken sandwich plain and taco just meat and cheese, very simple, but still to hard to make right. I'm done going to this location. If they don't care then i won't give them my money. And it's always the night crew
I’d give zero stars if I could. This is literally the worst Taco Bell. The drive through takes 15-20 minutes every time and there’s a 50/50 chance your order will be wrong. I really don’t understand how a fast food restaurant can be this slow. Someone from corporate needs to come in and see how this location is run and hire a completely new staff.
Absolute RIP-OFF!! Drive 5 minutes in any direction to get your taco bell order. They tried to charge me $5 extra on a $10 order that I place pretty much every week. I've been to several taco Bells around DFW and have never run into this kinda issue before.
I come to this taco bell probably once a week on average and this place is AWAYS ridiculously sloooow. I have to be prepared to wait in line forever and I try to check my order before leaving because they screw them up often. Today was the worst experience yet. Me and my Mom pulled up with several cars ahead of use which is nothing new. I placed the order and slowly crept forward with 3 cars yet to go when the whole line came to a complete halt and we waited for 20-25 minutes before finally moving again. I witnessed 4-6 cars behind us leave and the person directly in front of us left. It got to the point where I almost felt like leaving myself. I also came very close to calling the store and asking the manager what the hell was going on. We waited at least 35-40 minutes total before making it to the window. Once I FINALLY made it to the window the guy asked if I had the eight piece meal and I explained to him the person in front of us left and repeated my entire order. I was hoping at the very least an apology for waiting so long, but noooo. When I got my bag I counted the items and took off. Once we got home I realized they gave my Mom hard taco's not the soft ones I ordered. Some of the food seemed a bit cold and my cheesy gordita crunch seemed a bit stale. It made me question how long some of the items sat there in the bag before finally getting them. Based on the other reviews this seems to be the norm and I would hope the owners would listen up and get more staff. I think it's going to be a while before I would want to come here again.
We walked here since the McDonald's next door was busy. After taking 10 min for 5 tacos and a gordito the order is wrong. We were eating there so just went back to counter to get our order fixed. Waited a full minute before anyone would acknowledge us. Told them about the problem, they take the 4 wrong tacos and disappear. 5 minutes later, still no tacos. We have to call back someone to get their attention. They all have this confused look... what tacos??? Finally someone decided to make the tacos. So almost 20 minutes after entering this 'fast food' restaurant we get the correct order. The other stuff is now stone cold. NO ONE here cares obviously. The manager bopped in and out and was oblivious. STAY AWAY, spend your money elsewhere.
So I just wanted to say that this is one of the worst taco bells that I have ever been to and it sucks because this is the closest one to me and my son loves going there. Every time we go there in the Drive-Thru it takes us about 15 to 20 minutes to get our food then last night I got two burritos and two tacos and the burritos literally looked like it had maybe a tablespoon of beans and no cheese and it was all tortilla he was the worst burrito I've ever had in my life. And there was another time to I was in there and I went inside and the it took me over 25 minutes to get to tacos I don't know what their problem is but they can't ever get your food to you quick and I thought it supposed to be fast food. This is how crazy it is Panda Express is right next door I went ordered my food at taco Bell and I left to go to Panda Express and I got my food from Panda came back to taco Bell and ate my panda before I got my taco Bell food, and all I got was two tacos so you tell me if there's something wrong there it's always like that either they need new management or hire new people or more people. I don't know.
Went here about 10:30 and it was kind of busy, but the food was the worst I have ever had… my husband requested I add that it is “straight filth”… tasted like feet. So soggy. Best part was the Pepsi lol. My husband is feeling sick right now and I gagged and couldn’t finish our food. Workers were nice and friendly, just food quality is trash. Don’t go here 🤢🤢
Ordered 2 chicken little meals. Sat 10 mins in the drive through watching all the orders behind us go. Finally went in to get it and when we check the bag the order was missing food. Won't be back to this location any time soon.
It is terrible place. They served only one person in last 30 min. Still in line with other 3 cars. In this time, I could have gone to different taco bell on other end of this time and come back. When I asked the order taker for delay, she said there had lot of customers and orders inside. When I looked inside there was no one. Such a horrible place and big liars
This location has the slowest service of any Taco Bell I've been to. The drive-thru should be called the park-thru. You would think there were only 2 people working at this location. Plus, the drive-thru menu lighting needs replacing so you can see the menu. This location was once much better service wise than it is now.
Be prepared to sit in line forever and probably get your order messed up too. Been to this location like 5 times. I believe 4 out of 5 times it was wrong. Better of just driving to the taco bell in The Colony behind Nebraska Furniture.
This is a horrible fast-food restaurant! They can not get an order right. And they charged me for a $2.50 sauce I did not order or get. When I called the phone number online it hangs up immediately. Last time going to this place and it is less than a mile from my house. Very disappointed, anyone ask me I will say drive 3 miles to the Hebron location. Josey location cannot get it together...smh
They were doing renovations but kept the window open. However I waited in line for over 15 minutes before I finally got to the box. I was told that it would be another five minutes before they could take my order. Close the damn store if there is some freaking renovation going on. This is greed at its worst. I've never experienced such idiocy in my life.
they were closed at 942pm when door says 10pm smh laziness from this location. They only got a 1 star only because thats the lowest I could give them. their staff must reflect from their GM. one of their employees couldn't explain why they were closed. he was on the phone outside and doors were locked. he even couldn't get back unless they open it for him update 6.9.19 once again closed early before their time... lol smh and I thought I would give them a chance again
We ordered through the app and chose veggie cravings and ordered from there. They messed up added meat. We didn’t check till we actually got back home and by then the kids were hungry and didn’t want to back all the way there. We tried to call them multiple times to ask for a refund or a confirmation that would be able to give us that order with the right ingredients at another time, but no one ever picked up
So frustrating. They are always so slow and almost always get our order wrong. But last night was the worst. We went in to eat. It was 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged we were there and took our order. I should have taken that as a sign and left. It was obvious they were grossly understaffed. But I didn't expect to wait another 40 minutes before we actually got our food. 40 minutes! No exaggeration. We have been frustrated with them before, but after last night's experience, we will no longer be going back to this location.
Very disappointed been in many KFC/ taco bell places but this time they took 20 min to get my simple taco party pack . They are 3 guys in the front counter 1 in the drive thru and other one attending the registered some what and the other one just standing there eating a crunchy taco behind the counter corner as there was other customers waiting more longer than we were still haven't received there orders yet . I saw the back area I only see 1 adult lady working very hard and doing her best to get the orders done as best as she could but makes me very upset and disappointed seeing the 3 guys just talking taking it easy instead of at least 1 of them helping as a team member to get the orders going on time... the lady in the back should get a raise and become a manager because the 3 stooges in the front are worthless this happened on 11/23/22 @ 7:21 pm for those who own this restaurant you can verify on cameras how poor is the customer service in your business I will highly appreciate to improve your workers and pay more attention on the hard working ones and not higher just random childish people who want to make easy money . As my order my tacos was very cold from sitting there when they were been done long time ago since the 3 guys were busy talking they lost track of my order as well as drive thru and walk in customers. .............as I was watching the order screen blinking with multiple backed up orders....... very poor work skills... never will be coming back again.
We’ve been to this Taco Bell several times and I’d say 9 times out of 10, our order is always wrong. After tonight, we are so done with them. Tonight specifically, I mentioned how the previous time we ordered there, that there was NO meat in our cheesy potato burritos and reminded the cashier THREE times while ordering. Who is back there making these?! So instead of trusting my gut feeling and double checking myself, the guy hands us our food and I mention it to HIM TOO & he clarifies that there’s definitely meat in them. Lo and behold, we get home and there’s literally ONLY cheese and potatoes. It’s ridiculous the amount of times they’ve gotten our order wrong, including when I’ve NICELY stated it to them during ordering it. I’m usually a very patient person and very respectful but they’ve definitely tested my patience. There’s SO many times I’ve just dealt with how they’ve incorrectly made our food and didn’t bring it their attention because I understand the fast food industry isn’t easy to work in, mistakes happen & I totally understand that. But it’s consistent mistakes and nothing has changed. I’m done paying for something I’m not even getting, and I shouldn’t have to constantly worry about double checking it before leaving just because they can’t get it together. Don’t come here unless you wanna waste your money/get the wrong food.
So many issues here. It's not closed like Google says so someone needs to wake up. Used to be a great location where orders were always correct. Something changed in the last couple months for the lunch shift. Complete nightmare. Orders wildly incorrect, missing items, overcharged for items I didn't order, modifications ignored despite confirming multiple times, just a complete drop in efficiency and accuracy. Find a different location.

Super lazy staff. Don’t want to work after 8 pm. Placed an order almost 30 min ago but still no response. Staff are talking to each other instead of preparing food.
This place sucks. The food is terrible, it takes forever, they are always out of sauce and other stuff. Do yourself a favor and go spend your hard earned money way somewhere else because this place should be shut down it’s that bad.
The first time for the worst Nacho Bell Grande EVER! Totally disgusting and under cooked. So disappointed. I keep giving this a place but I won’t be back.
It took them 23 minutes to fill our dine in order. Our chicken strips were WAY WAY OVERCOOKED. When I complained they told me the chicken was fine and the dark crust was due to old oil. I was able to eat one, the rest I threw in the trash. I had a few problems with this store in the past. There won't be any problems in the future because I'm not going back.
They were out of tea, mild sauce, and a couple other things we tried to order. Also pretty expensive for the amount of food we got.
100% of my meal was messed up, and you've officially, permanently lost my business. I'm done. The child at the front desk did not pay attention, looked uninterested entirely, and completely messed up my order. I'm shorted two items, three items are incorrect, and the thing that is semi- correct which cost $6 is super tiny AND CONTAINS NO BEEF. Extremely frustrated, and it has to do with the fact the child wasn't paying attention AT ALL.
